Cocoro in City of London, Westminster

As a tourist I was happy to found this restaurant in Bayswater. Very small (16-18 guests) but very good food. I love the Gyoza, best was the Octopus balls, the chirashi Don was Great. The Quality of the Fish, the presentation and the taste was impressive. Next time I try out the sushi and some other options from the Menü. Will I come back? Yes! Would I recommend Cocoro? Yes indeed!

We booked a table for 6 and were sat at a table for 4 people. Which meant we had to request a bigger table in order to avoid hitting each other's elbows.After that, we had to order drink 3 times to get everyone's drink delivered to the table. We ordered food at the same time as our drinks. We didn't know this would be trouble too as everyone got their food delivered to the table but one person. When we asked 5 minutes later the only response we got is "you only ordered 4 ramen bowls" which is not possible since the waiter went around the table asking everyone for their orders so how could we be missing one? Anyway, another 20+min after ordering we're still waiting for someone's meal. Definitely would not recommend the place solely based on the service as I've yet to try the food

First time at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Staff is very welcoming and provide prime customer service. The restaurant has food variety from raw (sushi) to cooked (ramen) and it has few vegetarian options.

This place is in a great spot nestled in the side of Marylebone road and the food was tasty. I had cold beef soba noodles with a delicious dashi and would recommend this place for a lunch if you fancy a little treat.

Four people for an evening meal at 7 pm. We were told our table would be ready in 45 minutes so went and had a drink in a nearby pub. Went back and was seated downstairs. We had to take off our shoes which wasn't a problem as we have been to Japan before and knew that was a normal procedure. It took a long time for the waiter to ask if we would like a drink then a long time to bring it (only 3 drinks came). It then took a long time to get the 4th drink and order our food. We had to ask for everything, to order drinks, to order food, to ask for the dessert menu. Everything seemed like it was too much trouble for them. We then asked for the bill, the waiter then stood immediately behind us waiting to be paid! I asked him to leave us alone for a few minutes while we checked everything was correct but he just moved slightly to the side....just so rude. We never experienced rudeness like this on our travels around Japan. Food was ok, very expensive and just awful rude staff and service.....Never again!

The food is wonderful. Very authentic, very high quality. One of the best, authentic, Japanese in London. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my food, a fruit fly landed in my soy sauce & wasabi. However, the Yuzu Sake is to die for, the food is amazing, the staff are mostly Japanese, the clientele are Japanese or Chinese. I’ll come again, but next time I’ll moan if I find a hair!

I live nearby and ordered takeaway last Saturday I arrived right on time and there were a few people waiting inside and outside… I waited at least ten minutes before being taken care of and I already understood there was an issue with the restaurant Organization…They accept customers while they barely have enough space and then people wait wait and wait…For me, they claim a broadband issue, but she also got confused about which order was mine and was pushing the wrong one… Some customers in the queue were even calling them from the queue to be taken care of… never seen that one before…Finally, I got my order with 45 minutes delay on Saturday evening (as if I did not have anything else to do!!!) and not even an offer for any compensation… a poor sorry was the only goodbye I got… guys you will never see me again especially as the food was super average…. Ceviche was horrible… sashimi was pretty good… wagyu was so disappointing and gyozas were obviously cold… and this was of course super expensive !!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!

Everyone so friendly and such a lovely atmosphere! Am 21 and know is great for couples/friends meeting up but can imagine would be good for family! Honestly can’t recommend enough.

Incredible food, great price and a nice relaxed atmosphere. This busy little restaurant was busy but the service was great, no waiting for anything and the vegetarian food options were great. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Hidden surprise …… superb freshly made sushi with great service and an extensive menu ….. highly recommended and a cut above the sushi chain restaurants…. with a try …… you won’t be disappointed!

I impulsively stopped by this Japanese restaurant as I was in the mood for some sushi. I just ordered take out but was very impressed with the variety and quality of the fish. I had a tuna handroll, eel roll and salmon roe sushi (all very yummy). Stop by to grab something on the way home or after shopping - well worth it!!

Amazing Japanese lunch, the soup was incredibly warm as much as the service. Nothing better to have in a usual English rainy day.

Very nice, tasty food and good value for money with a nice atmosphere. We had deep fried oysters & cheese to start, chicken katsu curry & spicy tonkotsu ramen for main with sake. The decor reminded us of being in Japan and the service was friendly.

Mis amigos y yo reservamos para comer aquí a principios de esta semana. No había encontrado este lugar antes, ¡así que fue bueno probar un lugar nuevo! Nos sentamos abajo, donde tienes una sensación tradicional de comida japonesa. Pensé que era increíble y bueno para observar el distanciamiento social mientras cenaba.A todos nos apetecía algo diferente entre nosotros, así que pedimos un montón de platos para compartir: char siu, rollitos de atún y salmón, pollo katsu, gyoza y un gran plato de ramen de miso picante. La comida llegó después de una corta espera. Nuestro camarero también nos dio siu mai frito gratuito. ESTOS FUERON TAN BUENOS. Cada plato estaba caliente, sabroso y muy satisfactorio.Se le pide que se quite los zapatos (si está sentado en la planta baja) y que use deslizadores si usa el baño. No hay problema para nosotros. Las pintas de Asahi son 7, así que nos aseguramos de que durara la comida. Gracias al programa Eat Out, esta comida fue súper asequible. Volveremos en el futuro :)

Lovely sushi platters for three of us to share over lunch. As the plates were late (not that we noticed) the restaurant brought complementary and delicious miso soup and some edamame.

Went there by the recommendation by our Japanese friends. Their lunch set is reasonable for the location ( just off Oxford street ) , the food more than decent. The small starter box that comes with the lunch set is a nice touch and I was delighted to be served some authentic little dish. Then came my tempura - oh so crispy and fresh ! Followed by sushi - small but fresh again. They don’t serve as a one big box of bento - rather, they serve separately as they cook, which is ok as the food was obviously cooked fresh - EXCEPT that please please could you serve the miso soup Japanese way and not Western way ? In Japan, no Japanese restaurant serve miso soup with a spoon as a starter ! Oh well, apart from that we were quite happy with the food ( husband ate tonkatsu set - again, quite decent) , price and service (attentive/ efficient). Despite being totally full, we didn’t have to wait for long for our food either. Definitely deserve 4 stars and above. Just the miso soup serving style WAS odd, given the authenticity of food they serve.

Cocoro comes highly recommended and certainly the Sushi is very good . My issues were that the staff were amateur and the decor leaves a lot to be desired.

Stunning authentic setting and atmosphere. You don’t feel like you’re in London as you walk in. Attentive staff. Food is absolutely delicious. Had the classic pork and egg ramen, can’t wait to go back!!

Siempre vuelvo a Cocoro una y otra vez, como amante del sushi siempre es una opción segura (¡oh, ese atún graso!)La última vez, finalmente probé su ramen, otro clásico de la comida japonesa. Como esperaba, ¡esos sabores y calidez no decepcionaron! Ni siquiera a pesar de tener que esperar 15 minutos para una mesa que había reservado con anticipación ... ¡ciertamente no es mi última visita a Cocoro!

日本人の方が対応してくれるアットホームなレストラン。ロンドン駐在の日本人にも定番のようで、平日の夜は会社員のような方が多くみられた。

Un petit restaurant, il vaudra mieux réserver, mais accueillant avec un personnel sympathique. Les plats ont une saveur proche de ceux que nous avions gouté au Japon. Une bonne adresse pour les amateurs de cuisine japonaise.

This is a small casual restaurant. Serves sushi, sashimi and quite a wide variety of set Japanese meals bento box style.I have written elsewhere that no restaurant in London serving traditional Japanese is very good. The sushi and sashimi is served at the wrong temperature, doesn’t melt in the mouth and just feels wrong. The tempura is never balanced and so the batter normally is too heavy and overpowers the dish. Or the tempura is over cooked. This is true for all the expensive places I tried. I overrated the one place I rated 5*. (I must have drunk too much sake that night!) I don’t comment on derivative Nobu style cuisine but that is not traditional Japanese. This place is good. I haven’t had a wide variety of meals here so i am rating it 4*. The prawn tempura on rice is very good. Very Light and well balanced. The batter is not too heavy and the prawns have moisture and are not over cooked despite the batter being crisp and light. It’s not Japan/HK/Macau standard but for London I was very impressed. And this place is inexpensive for this level of quality. Lesser tempura served in more famous places in Mayfair costs far more. For a decent quality but inexpensive casual Japanese lunch this is excellent.

Cocoro is a favourite Japanese restaurant amongst us not only for its famous sukiyaki but also the service level. However, last week’s visit was very disappointing. The manager was helpful but we had a communication breakdown. She wouldn’t let us choose our way for a drink, told us how the sukiyaki is split between 5 of us after it’s nearly finished. Worse is yet to come - bill ordered and paid, packing up and finishing a conversation, she then came to tell us people are waiting! Wow, once money is taken you better bugger off!!! We’ve never had this kind of service from any Japanese restaurant ever!

I would like to highly recommend to the people around London to try the best taste of Japanese Foods and Drinks and Stuff's service was completely excellent. In the end, I was satisfied and must come another time.

I love Japanese food - but Cocoro was a disappointment. Service was at times rude, and didn't care about you as a customer. Sushi was average - definitely not worth the price tag. The octopus balls were old - I still feel them after couple of hours. Will not be coming back.

I found my experience at Cocoro very enjoyable. The food is great there and the people are kind and helpful. It is family friendly and a treat for any Japanese food lover!

Ho cenato in questo piccolo ristorante nella tranquilla Marylebone Lane, una domenica sera. C’erano clienti giapponesi. Non ho visto turisti. Ottima e molto varia la qualità dei piatti proposti. Gentilissimo il personale. Consiglierei la caratteristica sala al piano sotterraneo e di non limitarsi al consueto, seppur ottimo sushi. Prezzi nella media. Molto piacevole l’ambiente. Tornerò.

Small hidden gem just off Marylebone High Street. Japanese food. Very large variety. Large variety of sake. Great service. Reasonable priced.

This place is a hidden gem - a quaint, authentic Japanese restaurant just at the bottom fo Marylebone High Street. I found it via MealPal - although unfortunately they no longer sign up to that service. The chicken teriaki and the sushi are both excellent.

Muy a menudo me siento decepcionado cuando mis amigos dicen "vamos a comer sushi". Mi corazón se desmorona porque me encanta la auténtica cocina japonesa. Este restaurante fue una agradable sorpresa. Fiel a los sabores tradicionales y la idea de la comida como una experiencia / balance de paleta. Es un poco caro, pero vale la pena para un trato especial con buena compañía. El servicio fue un poco impaciente, pero concedido fue el apuro de la cena y todo está fresco. Tempura es una cosa que pruebo. El aceite necesitaba estar un poco más caliente, pero la masa tenía el grosor justo. En general, espero con interés mi próxima visita.

Haben Abends ein Lokal für Ramen gesucht und sind auf das Cocoro gekommen. Edamame, Gurken Sushi, Tofu Vorspeise und Suppen waren sehr lecker, Gyoza so ok. Service freundlichen, der neue Kellner allerdings noch etwas durcheinander.

Revisited for dinner with my colleague to enjoy Japanese food. Unfortunately slow service and very average food. Overall overpriced given the quality.

Went there, worst Japanese food in London I ever had. Slow service, took ages to have your food ready. £7.50 for a pint, rest are way expensive than they deserved as well. AVOID!

Today was the first time in my life that I couldn't finish my ramen. It was so off-putting that I sadly asked for it to be taken away. It had a ghastly amount of semi-boiled pieces of pork FAT (the actual fat that needs to be trimmed off prior to roasting/cooking/boiling) that was floating around. I picked most of it out and left it on a side, but the rest disintegrated in such a way that it made itself impossible to be avoided, but was so visible in every inch of my ramen bowl. Couldn't eat a spoonfool, very sickening. I apologise for the too much info, but i have never experienced something quite like it. The staff didn't handle the issue very well either - they kept convincing me that it was exactly what I ordered and that I shouldn't have ordered it if I didn't want the floating fat, non of which, for obvious reasons, was ever mentioned in the menu (I can't imagine anyone ordering such a dish if it was described properly).

Me and my husband went here because I work close by and we noticed this small Japanese restaurant. When you enter in it looks so small and not so visible from the outside but they actually have another room downstairs where you can eat in private on a sofa (japanese style) without shoes, so comfy! The waitress who was serving us was very nice and gave a great service and the food was just amazing! We also tried for the first time the wagyu beef and was so delicious! The price is a bit higher than usual but is normal as you are in London and you’re eating real japanese sushi, great quality! We will definetely come back!!!

ロンドン市内に数店舗ある和食のお店です。日本のcoco壱番館をモチーフにしているのか、名前だけでなく、中身もカレー専門店。カツカレー普通に美味しかったです。

Delicious. Excellent quality. But terribly pricey. Used to be a regular treat, but overpriced now. It s a shame: quality is excellent and service very good.

When we arrived at the restaurant there were not many customers, and yet the service remained slow and unsatisfactory. One of our dishes was missed by the waitress, and when we asked another waitress about this her attitude was pretty impatient.

No soy propenso a 5 estrellas pero este lugar es atendido y frecuentado por japoneses debido a que ofrece sushi clásico pero bien. simplemente Sin florituras, solo comida de calidad. Si pides un almuerzo viene con una ensalada y aperitivos, que normalmente tienen sabores muy completo e interesante. Me recuerda a la comida cuando vivía en Japón!

Volvió después de un año para ver si el servicio durante la hora del almuerzo es mejor y así fue! Domingos a la hora del almuerzo fue menos concurrida y comida llegó milagrosamente rápido! ! La mayoría del personal era amable y atento. El menú es cambiado, pero para mejor. Juego y ordenados chirashi udon fijo. La calidad de la comida es increíble, pero el juego todavía ofrece una mejor relación calidad-precio ahora. No he estado en un lugar con sushi mejor que aquí (en Londres).

I was very excited as I entered the restaurant, it was smelling delicious and the atmosphere was cosy and just right. The downstairs of the restaurant offered traditional Japanese seating, and a very cute bar counter. Service was nice and polite.

I loved the food there, so delicious. We had some Sushi & Sashimi, they were very flesh. We also had Tonkotsu ramen which was excellent ! Nice selection of dessert too. Cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. One of the nicest Japanese restaurant I have been!!

Sono stato portato qui da un amico italiano, abbiamo preso poche cose, il tanto per saziarci e devo dire che la qualità non è male. Centralissimo, buona scelta e prezzi nella media per essere un ristorante alla carta nel cuore di Londra. Di certo non economico.

Acogedor restaurantes japones, la deciracion nobes ni mucho menos su punto fuerte xo tiene su encanto! El niguiri de atun es espectacular, luego hemos pedido un spicy tuna, otro rolls de salon y aguacate y otro de tempura de langostino envuelto en salmon y atun, y un tiradito de pez amarillo,bueno pero no a la altura del toro. Servicio algo despistado.

Its always a pleasure to find an authentic, unpretentious and reliable Japanese restaurant in London. This is one such place where, on my visit, ambient jazz accompanied a delicious light lunch of the usual Japanese fare. Inviting and decently priced for the location.

Liten, trang og intim restaurant med utsøkt mat og drikke. Hadde høye forventninger etter tidligere besøk, og ble heller ikke denne gangen skuffet. Alt var topp, både mat og service. Vi kommer igjen også neste gang vi er i London.

Tuve el miso ramen, el siu Char Char Sui era agradable, pero la sopa estaba muy, muy salada. . No creo que el precio está ayudando demasiado. .

First came to this place in December last year when we craved for some hot dishes in the gloomy cold night. And this place is a decent surprise! Come again this month and surprised by its consistency in delivering good food. I've been to Japan and always a fan of Japanese cuisine- the ramen in cocoro is still one of the best I've had in awhile. Especially like the sesame and seasoned pickled that come with the ramen and these just add different flavour to the soup.

Every mouthful was great. The best tuna and fatty tuna sashimi I have had for a long time. Noodles great too. Some very good sake at a reasonable mark-up.

傍晚跟一个朋友去的，服务员态度很差，我们菜都没完全点完她就走了，点的酒out of stock也没跟我们说，全程很不耐心. 食物倒是还好，sushi很好吃.

The food is really great ,the service needs improvement. We ordered 5 dishes ,they forgot the one. In the begi nning we were ready to order and were ignored. Instead the waiter was preparing the tables.

位置不在大街上，不容易找，店面需小但味道美味，拉麵湯底正宗，豬骨湯miso湯及辛辢也有，小食壽司也好吃。

店員が無愛想や間違ったオーダーをしていると指摘したユーザーもいて、最初は行こうか戸惑っていましたが、全然そうでもなかったです。忙しい時間帯に行ったけど、むしろ店員さんが明るく接し、オーダーもすぐに済ますことができ、出て来た食べ物も非常においしかったのでまた是非行こうかと思います。

As someone else has stated, the seats downstairs are lovely. It makes you wonder if your actually in London since it has a Japanese interior and surrounded by Japanese customers who were at the time, dining too. I would love to book a seat at the counter for my next visit. I can see myself coming here every week and sit at the counter downstairs. What they need is a stylish bartender! :)

Ask to be seated downstairs, with all the Japaneses coming to eat. And you will travel to Japan, for the time of a dinner! Prices are more than reasonable for a great quality of food, and beautiful presentation of the dishes. I loved the place, and the low floor, well hidden, will amaze any of your guess!

We had a great time there and I have booked a table as we are going there again with our friends this weekend ☺[ CAAMMPAAAAAAAAIIIII....✌]

Fortunately we (2) had booked for Friday evening, and, as requested, we were given a table in the basement with horigotatsu seats - the restaurant was pretty full with Japanese diners.We had about half a dozen dishes between us, each was exquisitely prepared and presented, and we happily got mildly pickled on some excellent sake as well.The staff were welcoming and friendly, and our waiter took the time to chat to my partner and allowed her practise her Japanese with him.As we left, it was clear that all the other diners had already gone, but we weren't rushed out in any way by the staff.My japanophile girlfriend was highly impressed by the whole experience.

Loved the ambience in this small restaurant near Marylebone High Street.The food was delicious, service attentive. Will def be back to try out other things on the extensive menu!

This was OK, not too expensive, but both the restaurant and the food seemed tired and gloomy. I had a special lunch dish involving beef in some form and it was unpleasantly fatty, with a kind of stale taste. Portions were good, and I have to admit that I ate it all voraciously as I was starving, but the lunch left me feeling slightly sick until the following morning, and my bowel was still complaining loudly and unpleasantly. Shan't be back. Service was very pleasant.

If you are looking for a real Japanese restaurant this is it. Simple setting, nothing fancy in spite of the area where it is located. Loved their food. Loved their sashimi.We didn't book and were lucky we could get a table. Would go back happily.

Went there with a friend and were seated downstairs which was great. There was noone else down there so we manages to have a great catch up. The food was lovely and the staff very nice.

Fantastic little place for a quiet lunch. All the food is freshly prepared, the aubergine baked with miso was incredible. Sort of menu you want to eat through, so you can try it all. I'd have given it 5⭐️ if they cleaned the corridor to the loos a bit better. But I'm still looking forward to my next meal there.

Great sushi, fresh and cut of fish is nice. Nothing to complain about the food. Offers some dishes that other places don't which is very refreshing. And they actually have a proper extensive dessert menu! it isn't just there for the sake of it :) However, staff look unhappy. Atmosphere is very tense. And waitresses need to pay more attention and observe the restaurant. They seem to be in their own bubble and it was hard to get their attention for anything. They don't even hear the chef calling out.

很新鲜很地道的日料店！吃了鳗鱼和豚骨拉面，还有两对寿司～一对三文鱼一对金枪鱼，超新鲜，米饭捏得很到位。说实话伦敦的日料米饭都捏得很糟这家除外！来的时候很晚，店里还很多人，还有很多海鲜，说明比较新鲜！价格属于中上吧。一对寿司4胖，拉面13胖。环境安静雅致，适合小情侣约会～

Stumbled across this restaurant on accident and was pleasantly surprised. I instantly felt like I was back in Japan as soon as I walked in. There is quite an extensive menu which is great. The staff was good and the chicken katsu reminded me of the famous Coco Ichbanya.

建物が古いのがすごく気になりました。一品料理を色々頼んで、お寿司も食べおいしかったです。ただ、価格を考えるともっと内装がキレイであったらと残念な感じです

This restaurant looks like those you would find in Japan, food is just amazing and also feels like being in Japan. Service and staff were excellent. The menu is pages and pages long, choice unbelievable. Prices are ok, absolutely worth it considering the great food we had. I would recommend the teppanyaki, sushi nigiri, chicken tonkatsu. Interesting choice of sake mix. Would absolutely go back and recommend this restaurant, which was completely full, always a good sigh.

Great Food! We had sake- great!! Our Waitresses was Chinese and not Japanese :-) sadly they finished the rice when we tried to order for more but it was at the end of the evening!

Nice place, NICE food. Nice menu and vast selection of really good quality dishes. The waiters are nice even though sometimes you get the feeling they are lost or not understanding what you are saying. I'm not really a fan of close tables meaning that when I dine I want privacy and I don't want to eat elbow to elbow with some stranger who is sitting in the table next to me.... besides that I've visited the place several times and I've never been disappointed. It's not the cheapest place but it's affordable and the fish is really good quality.

Had dinner there. Food was expensive but nothing to complain about that as it's supposed to be the price expected for such a place. However, waited an hour for our food. Seeing half the restaurant get served their food (most came after us but got food first) . First time; called the waiter and asked and they said it's coming. 2nd time still no food, asked the waitress and she rudely told us she know our food is coming. Third time, another waiter came and pretended to ask what did we order not wanting to admit that they lost our order. He/she tried to blame it on the computer system saying it didn't log the order. So I told her to just refer to the order list she wrote down earlier. She froze there knowing I caught he lying because she lost our order and then admit she lost our order. Ordered again and still no food. After 50 minutes I called an older lady managing the store(assume she was the owner) told her to prioritize our order as it seems that people are still getting their food first.food finally came but NO apology given . In the end one order was missed again and the lady boss just rudely snapped at us saying she knows when we kept asking. I expect a better service for the price we paid. Not going back anymore

Having only really had Japanese food a couple of time before, I took the plunge and tried everything put in front of me (that wasn't anywhere near the wasabi), and it was perfectly delicious. The service was delightful, the food was most scrumptious, and it all added to the fabulous company I was in.I could proudly claim I drank the bar dry of gin (in addition to sake of course), but actually they did just run out after a double. However, that was fine since there was vodka :-)No idea on prices as I was a guest and never saw a menu, but presume it was probably quite steep...

I had lunch there today and saw two cockroaches! I pointed them to the staff who captured one and did not even apologise!Food is good but definitely not coming back due to the lack of hygiene!

we were the only non-japanese dining at Cocoro, so I guess it's a true japanese experience. Kind staff, good tempura. I reccommend and would eat there again.

I had the chance to go with my ex bossed who are Japanese. We got the original treatment at the basement. amazing service, excellent dishes, great selection of sake. I really loved it.an amazing place to have an authentic experience

While staying in Marylebone we sought out Cocoro based on many positive reviews. Our first impression was that the dining area was shabby, the placemats at the sushi counter torn with unravelling stitching, the sushi bar seemingly being used for some mass production and not a soul to welcome us (from either behind the counter or the waiting staff) or at least take a drink order. It was as if the entire staff was there under protest and nothing was going to be managed right. We left. Perhaps the food is good but it would seem management just want to eke out a few more coins before closing.

I found it tasty and well presented. Not an expert in ramen I have to say. However it didn't disappointed me at all. Scenario is quite simple as usual in Japanese restaurants.

服務人員非常友善，朋友行動不便需要插座也盡量幫忙移桌椅充電，餐點點了味增拉麵，但過多的湯汁讓麵整個軟爛也把湯都吸走，還需要另外付費加點味增湯，算是比較差的體驗，跟日本的拉麵相比，倒是也真的死鹹了

Food and drinks are ok. Not exquisite. Good for quick bite. As negative-place is not clean and disorganized. At the bottom floor you just glue to the table because of some coating. Staff is ok but regularly forget the order. Otherwise is just ok

前回の訪問から1年以上が経ち、以前不愉快な思いをしたもののその時食べたラーメンが美味しかったもので再訪致しました。 私のカルマなのでしょうか。今回もオーダー間違えが起きました。100パーセントの打率で間違えるってある意味すごいことです。豚骨ラーメンと味噌ラーメンを間違えるってある意味難しい。作り直してくれたようですが、いつまでたっても出てこない。同行者が食べ終わった頃になっても出てこない。素人なのでわかりませんが、そんなに作り直すのが大変なんですか？ きっとオーダー間違えなんて日常茶飯事なんでしょうね。本当にもう2度と行きません。

味はピカイチです。刺身盛り合わせを頼みましたが、美味しかったです。でもなんだろう。。。ウェイトレスさんの無愛想さ。カウンターシェフはこちらが話しかけても完全無視です。。。。悲しくなります。せっかく「美味しいですね！」って言おうとしたのに。注文した寿司も通ってないし、1時間、アテと焼酎でカウンターで過ごしてると、少し悲しくなります。惜しい！！もう少しフレンドリーならもっと評価高いのに！！というお店でした。まあそこまで客に入ってもらいたくもないのかもしてません。月曜の夜なのに、外人中心に盛況でした。でも日本人が評価しないとそのうち危ないと思いますよ。居酒屋Cocoroのほうが100倍愛想が良かったです。多分本店はもうきません！

Authentic Japanese food and good portions. Love the bucket of oolong-hai I get here when I order a drink.All the food is freshly cooked and delicious. Stumbling in here was great. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

ちゃんとした日本料理が味わえるレストランです。日本の居酒屋に行きたいときは、ここがオススメです。日本で食べるより高いですが、ロンドンにしては良心的な価格だと思います。

Always busy but always delicious. We go for the one of the numerous set options. Their sashimi is very good and their tempura delicious. Best to book. The staff are always very polite.
