Coco Lomo in Ealing

Coffee was undrinkable, food ok, gin cocktails very average (we were surprised that in the grapefruit version they used a cheap juice to top it up and there was no fruit in it - why would you spoil a good quality gin and tonic with smth like that 🤔) in general 3 stars from us - it was nice to be there but we’re not coming back in the future.

This lovely restaurant is always a pleasure to visit. The staff are wonderful - efficient and friendly. The food is always of a high standard. The manager noticed it was my birthday and brought me a glass of fizz on the house.<br />You need to go a long way to find a friendlier restaurant.

Food was nice enough drinks were very good value for money (gin cocktail) however on paying the waiter asked if we were leaving a tip...i found this intimidating and it ctually shocked me.... Won&#039;t be back in a hurry

We went as a group of 6 plus a baby in a cot. Booked a table in advance for free which was nice to start off. The service was excellent and the food was great. The portions are big and each meal was very fresh and full of taste. We were all very pleased. The noise level was a bit hogh for my taste, but ofcouse in a busy place like this it was expected.

We were staying in London and looking for somewhere in the area for breakfast. This brasserie style restaurant fitted the bill perfectly. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and the food great.

Lovely hand cut chips! Service was good. Only disappointment was the Camembert starter - very small for two sharing.

we visited at 5.30pm on a Tuesday so it was quiet. the atmosphere was growing by 6.45 when we left. the burger was fantastic and the beer was ice cold!! what more could you ask for??

Always difficult to rate one restaurant against another, but here goes. Very good value for West End / Kensington. It’s not pretentious and we both really liked it. Food &amp; service really good.

Very convenient for Royal Albert Hall, bright, airy, and comfortable with friendly efficient staff. Seems very popular with locals and tourists.<br />Wide ranging menu from a professional looking open kitchen. A sharing platter of proscuitto, salamis, chicken liver parfait and accompaniments made a light starter for 3 people. The venison was delicious and perfectly cooked pink. If you are not big on puddings a taster served with tea or coffee allows you to indulge without feeling guilty! House red wine very acceptable.<br />Was amazed at the quality of the food and wine served in Kensington for prices that average restaurants charge in my home town and I&#039;ve paid two to three times the price Coco Momo charges for gin cocktails in other places in London.<br />Highly recommended. Well done Coco Momo.

We were surprised, past reviewers had mixed feelings, and we could see why... It was a hype and crowded place some time ago. Now it is just a perfect balance between an inventive and elaborate cuisine and a neighborhood friendly restaurant. Great food!

Relaxed atmosphere for a Saturday night dining with friends

Average meal in average venue; all seven of us felt the same way!

On arriving received a warm welcome. Service was good and the waiting staff was pleasant, and the food was very good. This is the second time I have visited with family members and will certainly be returning again and again.

We had a late lunch here on a Saturday before seeing a matinee at the Royal Albert Hall with our children (aged 10 and 7). The menu had so many appealing options for both adults and children - this is not always the case with kids. When the food arrived it was absolutely delicious and we had clean plates all round. Service was friendly and attentive, although the team clearly had their hands full with a busy lunch service and my only slight criticism was we had to wait slightly longer than we wanted to order our food. This was only a minor problem however as the food was produced very quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable, particularly given the location, and there was no sense of daylight robbery you can get in tourist-heavy areas. The restaurant is only a short walk from the RAH and will now be our go to spot for lunch when in this part of town, with kids or not. Very enjoyable lunch indeed.

Been here several times for breakfast while visiting London. This time not that great Eggs royale that I’m used to, too long time in boiling water.

Perfect walking distance from the royal Albert hall. Took around 10 minutes. Good choice of food on the menu. We had the rump steak which was cooked exactly as we had asked. Side salad was fabulous and different to the norm as it had peas and mange tout as well as rocket etc. I would recommend the waffle, absolutely delightful. Service was just as it should be. Definitely book a table as we were there at 5.30 and it was pretty much full.

Stopped here for a pre-theatre meal before Albert Hall. Handy location. Reasonably priced food for the area. Good quality food, service was speedy and attentive. Safe bet.

This was our first visit to Coco Momo in Kensington and unfortunately we were hugely disappointed. The food was unsatisfactory - especially the steaks which 3 out of 4 of us ordered.<br />We had one sirloin steak replaced twice and even then it was not particularly nice.<br />The manager came over to our table and said we didn&#039;t have to pay for that one steak meal but we will not be attending again. Not impressed!

Restaurant was good but unfortunately had run out of Fish &amp; Chips before 6:00pm and on a Friday - a bit disappointing.

The ambiance was vibrant with a company christmas party ! If you wanted quiet they have tables in the back part of the restaurant. Food is well prepared and prices are reasonable. Will return for sure !

Booked to meet up with friends as I had popped in a few weeks earlier with a friend and enjoyed the experience. Friendly staff and 1 friend had a cold and discussed suitable drinks, she was made an individual hot toddy that went down very well.

Glad I booked as we got a lovely table at the back of the restaurant. Food and service great. Shame the noise levels were so high. They need to have some acoustic work done in here. Perfect place to have a meal before visiting the Royal Albert Hall which is just a 10 minute walk away. You can park for free on the streets nearby on a Sunday.

We had a great time at Coco Momo - it&#039;s the perfect place to go to take a break from shopping or visiting the nearby museums.

This place is a must if you are in the area and especially if you are wanting somewhere near Royal Albert Hall, great feel to the place and it is very smart and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The food is amazing and fantastically priced especially when you are a frugal Geordie like me who doesn&#039;t like spending money, the food is worth every penny and with the amazing surroundings and fantastic staff Coco Momo is a jewel of London.

The food was good but nothing special. The service is very friendly and it is the first time to experience the restaurant offering pet food and water to a dog whilst we hang out! Highly recommend to all dog owners! :)

Decent food, nice atmosphere and location , group bookings are easy - not cramped. The restaurant is light, bright and spacious.

I met with two women friends for brunch before going to a concert at the Albert Hall. I really liked the room, it is big and spacious with high ceilings and one could have a conversation without having to lean across the table and roar at people. The tables are well spaced and you never felt as if you were intruding on/being intruded by other people in the restaurant. It felt quite like eating midtown in Manhattan. The service was terrific, an attentive knowledgeable waitress. The food was well cooked and nicely presented and very tasty. I liked the extensive list of drinks, espeically the non-alcoholic coolers.

One chilled out friendly buzzing place with really good food and great service. Bonus is it’s really good value for money as well. Highly recommend it and will be back!

Delicious home cooked tasting food. Venison steak was cooked to perfection - hand cut chips are huge and fluffy - delicious all around!

Service was excellent and food was delicious. We were in a bit of a hurry to get to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and the staff were very accommodating in bringing our bill when they served dessert. A very enjoyable meal and our whole table agreed we would go back.

The food was very tasty. My lamb steak was a little grizzly which is why I didn&#039;t rate it as a 5. The G&amp;T was excellent - more like a cocktail which made the price very good. It&#039;s a very handy location for the Albert Hall.

This is the 2nd time visiting here and we had no issues at all.Food was great and very nice staff,the prices are very good too.We didn’t need to book but it was a Monday evening so you may need to towards the weekend.Will certainly go back

Our friends booked this restaurant, after good recommendations. Looked very pleasant, nicely laid out. Tables not too close together etc, pleasant ambiance. Lovely staff.Most were happy with their starters, nothing stunning, but tasty. I had the wild mushrooms. Mains; few guys had the Burgers, which looked lovely, and were just as good as they looked. Lamb was equally well received. I had the Sirloin. Big let down. No had cut fries! Why? How long does it take to cut up a few potatoes? Ended up with Macdonald-style fries- terrible, with about an inch of salad leaves chopped up on the side. No tomatoes, cucumber, salad onions, just a small, pathetic group of chopped salad leaves. The steak was fatty, and not tasty at all. I spoke to the waiter, who said of the ‘salad’ “its just meant to be a garnish sir”I did not want to make issues as it was our friends wedding anniversary. Later, the waiter discretely brought me a bowl of fresh salad, well done, fairly play.Another very nice touch was, on arrival, when we were all seated, the manager brought everyone on the table a glass of Prosecco to celebrate the anniversary.12.5% was automatically added to the bill, which I dislike with a passion. I will decide if I think you deserve a ‘tip’ I usually do give up-to 10%. As usual, small things spoil a great review. Attention to detail is required. Thank you for a very pleasant evening, nonetheless.

We had lunched here the previous day and had fantastic roast beef, but sadly our evening meal was not up to scratch. A lamb salad was inedible. Apparently the meat was chewy because it was neck of lamb. This was not obvious from the menu and an odd choice for a cut that is best slow cooked. The staff were lovely and offered to replace it, but it was late so we chose not to. The chicken salad was also lack lustre. Best to stick to the roast in future.

I ate here twice recently. I liked the fact I could have a light lunch and a drink and not at the outrageous prices of some of the nearby places. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The brunch items looked great too.

Visitamos Coco Momo para un desayuno después de nuestro paseo el sábado en los jardines de Kensington.El lugar ya estaba lleno, pero nos dieron una buena mesa. El servicio fue muy rápido y amable. El desayuno era delicioso. Llevé waffle con frutas y jarabe de arce, mientras mi marido optaron por una de avena. Recomiendo ambos. El capuchino era delicioso y fuerte.Por cierto, los precios son bastante buenos teniendo en cuenta la zona y la calidad. Por lo tanto definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

Detenido en Londres aquí mientras caminaba a tomar un bocado y beber. Entre mi margarita en rocas y gin tonic de mi abuela y, nuestras bebidas deliciosas. Pedimos un aperitivo, una ensalada de aguacate y camarón que era refrescante y bien sazonada.El personal era muy amable y recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera de lista de restaurantes en Kensington, Londres.

visited this quiet pub/ restaurant recently with a friend, the restaurant was not quite busy as there was FIFA cup match going on and for a change this pub was not screening, we purposely came to this restaurant as my friend had a small baby ...we had some amazing draft beer and few snacks, a nice time and recalled old memories, the service was quick and efficient too :)

Great vibes and an excellent summer menu. Breakfast, Brunch, Salads, burgers... the rotisserie chicken is my favourite. Best part about this place is the service - excellent hospitality. Great for work meeting or a family outing.

My friends tell me I can't be objective about this place. They might be right! I love this place. I love everything about it. But mainly love their staff. I come often for breakfasts and lunches. Everything they serve they serve with love and a smile. Super kind, friendly and amazing people. You won't regret paying them a visit.

Cuando llegamos era el día más caluroso en julio y el verano tan lejos, tuvimos la mejor mesa en el restaurante. Nos recibió un gerente muy amable que nos enseñó a nuestra mesa que nos hicieron sentir tan bienvenidos. Todo el equipo era servicial y amable, eficiente, sin ser intrusivo que llevan bien hecho Gazza el equipo de principio a fin durante nuestra visita. Él era servicial y muy bien comunicado durante nuestra experiencia. Había un grupo de 11 de nosotros los adultos y niños incluidos todos estábamos en todos los niveles. Las opciones de marcha y platos principales estaban muy amplia que abarca todo nuestro con los paladares. Entrantes eran excelentes, al igual que todos nuestros platos principales. Donde estábamos sentados podíamos ver su equipo de cocina en el trabajo el realizado, como un equipo de ensueño muy bien ensayado con un restaurante. Bien hecho y gracias. Café Esperamos para edades de orden, y más años para que nos sirvieran, a pesar del hecho de que nos dijo que estábamos en una prisa, y el lugar no estaba lleno. Tuvimos que trabajar duro para conseguir la atención de un camarero.La comida era promedio. estilo gris Era una sopa de verduras, y mi compañero slush izquierda la mayor parte de su carne. El café era amargo. Buena ubicación, supongo, pero no mucho más que en vista de la competencia.

En lo que fue un día muy caliente (en Londres), nos dieron la opción de mesa, al frente o en la sección de aire acondicionado en la parte trasera. Fuimos con aire acondicionado. El personal no podría haber sido más amable, en lo que eran las condiciones. agotador La comida estaba muy bien preparado, con el primer plato de calamar, siendo el soporte de la antena. Estaba lleno, pero el personal fue servicial en cada oportunidad. Era la manera perfecta de comenzar nuestra noche.

This just a couple blocks from Gloucester Road Tube stop. Attractive but low key. Our very attentive waiter was from Kosovo and we had a nice chat.

A late find via Google prior to a visit to the Albert Hall and we were delighted with the venue, choice of food at a reasonable price, and friendly, unobtrusive and efficient service. 10 minute walk to our venue perfect location. Would certainly go again if in vicinity.

Very tasty and interesting dishes in a very comfortable yet classic atmosphere.

Visitamos aquí como de negocios en la zona. Al entrar en la era ignorado por dos gandules personal del bar. Fue tratado después de un miembro del personal en el restaurante el camarero nos dio un aspecto masculino como si para decir, 'por favor, hablar con los clientes. 'nos llevaron a una mesa, un camarero vino y derramó algunos agua pero no pregunte por una orden de bebidas. Esa fue la última que vimos de él por alrededor de 15 minutos. Finalmente me las arreglé para coger su ojo y nos dieron nuestra comida y beber al mismo tiempo. Fue alrededor de 25 minutos cuando me quejé por el paradero de nuestras bebidas, vinieron al mismo tiempo que nuestra comida en la final. Aunque el camarero era un chico agradable, el lugar era escaso. Él parecía tenso y desbordado, me sentí pena por él. La comida estaba bien (hamburguesa y patatas fritas) y los chefs parecen correr un barco estrecho, al frente de la casa era una broma, sin embargo. El camarero se disculpó y no más de una bebida en la casa, por lo tanto 3 estrellas. Recomiendo este restaurante contrata más personal y se detiene, confiando en la buena naturaleza de la gente que trabajaba, el chico que nos sirvió esta noche.
