What happened to Dr Jacob's she was amazing. I would really like to follow her to her next practice . I feel like patients have the right to know and decide for themselves

Excellent care from Dr Clulow and the staff is friendly and efficient .

NO MASKS ENFORCED! Absolutely lacking cleanliness and safety. Everyone is coughing all over the office. Patients coughing ALL over the reception area and not being required to wear a mask.! Staff themselves, coughing and not even trying to cover they mouths, let alone wear their masks properly. WEARING IT UNDER YOUR CHIN IS ineffective! My husband is a triple bypass survivor and we are saddened by this lack of regard for his safety. We were there a few few weeks ago, after getting out of hospital. I love my nurse practitioner and his doctors Clulow and Alfono. We are back in hospital and very concerned about our next visit for my husband. Great doctors!

I tried going somewhere else, once, only because the wait times can be bad, especially if you're a nervous nelly like me - but there is no one as compassionate, kind and thorough as Dr. Clulow. So I came back immediately. Its scary out there. Only other thing I have to say is Tina at the office is golden. We depend on her almost as much as the doctor!

Moved here a little over a year and was looking for a physician, I struck gold when I found Dr. Alfono. He takes the time to listen, doesn't rush, and is very warm and caring. My problem is not with the care my Dr. has given me, its with the billing department. I have been going in for medication check-ups monthly as I've been placed on new medication. I did notice on my Blue Cross Blue Shield claims app I was being billed, but the visits were over 150.00 each visit, I am in Network. I contacted my insurance company 3 times and was told it was a coding issue, that my initial visit would be slightly higher but just a re-check monthly would be covered . Each time I went into the office I was told I needed to make a payment. I did make a $83.00 payment but spoke to my Dr. about this and he agreed was high just for a re-check visit. I have spoke to the Office manager once before as well as Tina about getting this fixed. I was told I would get a call back. Its been 3 months now with no answers! I talked to the Office manager again Tuesday and was told she would get with the Billing Dept. and give me a call back. I did not get a call back. I called again today and had to cancel my upcoming apt as things seem to not be able to be fixed as well as lack of communication. I would like to continue to see my Dr. as he has been the best Dr. I've seen in over 20 years, but need things fixed!

My overall experience was great starting with Tina and ending with my time with Dr. Clulow;

They always take the time to make sure that my questions are answered. Never get the herded in and herded out feeling.

DR CLULOW AND OFFICE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, CARING, AND HELPFUL.

Dr. Clulow is wonderful. He is a good listener. He is patient and caring. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him with my care.

1. The wait (appointment time and time when the doctor is first seen) is concerning. I know that the patient and doctor want to have ample medical discussion time; so the wait time becomes part of the equation based on that discussion. My suggestion is that maybe the nurse who first see you and take vitals can based on experience, observation or just a plain guess, inform the patient of what he/she think might be a possible wait time. 2. The entire staff and doctors are outstanding!!

I have been going to Dr. Clulow since 1996 or 7. He has always taken time to talk to me, to listen to my issues. He is caring and thoroughly discusses any of health issues, medications and preventative steps to keep me healthy. BEST BEST Doctor ever! The staff members are all very helpful and kind mannered. Been with Dr Clulow for, IIRC 17 years - always a pleasure. Was also seen by Dr Alfono at the hospital when he was filling in for Dr Scott - great personality and a sense of humor that's as funny as can be. Two thumbs up!

Sometimes the wait time can be excessive, but this time it was not.

Always great staff. Tina and daphne alway are all over the top with anything I request For me, my husband, my mom, my brother and my sister in law!!!!! So obviously I have recommended this offIce to friends and family members ❤️❤️❤️

I have to share my thoughts went here for a year and have to say and its horrible with not know how to treat certain things and miss diagnosis on many things that i had to go elsewhere for care so please be warned if you care about your health stay away from the place they will run around in circles and say someone will call you back and never will i called every day for a week and still can't get an answer that shows how much they care or don't care

Closed 11:30 am to 1 pm. When I finally was able to leave voicemail, no one had the decency to call me back. Awful!

Dr. Clulow takes time with all his patients, therefore wait time can be longer than other doctors, but you know that it is because he is TAKING CARE OF HIS PATIENTS

I couldn't be happier with the care my family receives from Dr. Clulow and his staff. Dr. Clulow is so caring and compassionate, and always makes you feel like you're his #1 patient! I never feel rushed while talking with him, and I'm always 100% comfortable with his recommendations & treatment plan. He is extremely attentive and thorough, and I never feel the need to bring him up to speed on my health status like I have had to do with previous physicians in the past. His practice is an absolute gem!

I love Manatee Family Physicians so much that one time when my insurance wanted me to go to a different doctor, I choose to pay more just to see MY doctor! You can't put a price on trust and understanding.

The front desk staff is extremely rude, non- compassionate and had a lot of attitude. This was my first visit here I was hoping this would be our family doctor. I went there very ill and asked if I could just have a seat because my legs were very weak to stand they said, "No" I politely waited a moment and said I'm sorry I need to go sit down they yelled at me and said no you cannot do that, and they would be with me in a moment. They were absolutely awful they were talking AT the Patients rather than talking WITH the patients.

I have been trying for over a month to make a new patient appointment and have left numerous messages without a return. If this is how the office and practice is run, I’ll certainly try a new physicians office. Thanks for saving me from future yet preventable headaches.

Everyone that works at this office is beyond nice and very professional. They go out of their way to help patients i.e. to be seen the same day when acutely ill, or to address a medication issue. Dr. Clulow is phenomenal. He is genuinely nice, approachable, and he is an amazing physician. He practices Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT), like a chiropractor and massage combined, which gives immediate relief to back and neck pain. He cracked my back, which had been bothering me for months, and I felt amazing immediately. Cured without pills or surgery, incredible! I wish more people knew the benefits of OMT. I couldn't ask for a better physician. I've also seen Dr. Alfano; he is so cheerful and kind. This office has 2 of the best physicians in the area :)

Dr. Clulow has been my primary care physician (PCP) for over ten years. He's been great! Very smart, excellent "bedside manner", a sense of humor balanced with a sense of pointed honesty that is often needed. I feel very comfortable and confident under his care and I hope nothing changes in our healthcare system that would require me to find a new PCP. His office is managed efficiently too, which matters when an appointment or follow-ups are needed.

It's important to have a comfortable personal relationship with your doctor. Scott Clulow makes you feel just that. Great staff too!

After my previous physician retired I was recommended to Dr Clulow. I went to see him several times and liked him and his practice. Very nicely done out, popped in after having a hair cut for some lunch. Opted for the Tikka sandwich which was very nice and fresh. Enjoyed the complimentary crisps that accompanied. Will be the best quality of food you will get in Blackheath. Recommended.

Scott is a phenomenal doctor!! He's very thorough and makes you feel like family. He's been my mothers doctor for many years and is always there when you need him or have any concerning questions. Había un par de personas además de nosotros.Es un café muy pequeño en el estilo de un restaurante. Es inusual en el sentido de que la parte trasera de la tienda (donde la cocina es) tiene una mampara de cristal. Si miras de cerca, puedes ver a la peluquería contiguas! Esto no es una distracción o un problema, aunque creo que es raro.Mis amigos eligió papa chaqueta con atún y una taza de café cuesta £5.00. Elegí una hamburguesa y patatas fritas en el menú de niños y también tenía una taza de café cuesta £5.50.Mis amigos disfrutaron de su comida. Realmente disfruté de mi comida, muy sabroso y bien cocinado y servido caliente. Tuvimos que esperar un rato (no demasiado larga), pero tienes que esperar eso.Cuando fui anteriormente, sólo pedimos un café moca pero fue muy agradable.En general, realmente me gusta este café y lo recomiendo.

When my husband had an appendectomy, Dr. Clulow came up to the hospital multiple times to check on him. Great physician, great level of patient care.

Superb, well prepared food, freshly cooked by pleasant friendly staff.we have visited on a few occasions and had various items off the menu, the breakfasts are excellent the burgers, hot dogs and jacket potatoes are great value and very appetizing, the premises are clean and not "cramped" as in some other cafe's.it is now a must stop place when we are in town.

I've been a patient of Scott's for almost 10 years. He's very thorough and takes the time to really listen to all your concerns not just what you're there for at the moment. He's also up to date on the latest treatments. If you have a late afternoon appt you may wait awhile but that's because he does take his time with each patient. It's well worth it.
