Cintia's Cafe in Hillingdon

Ordered Croque Monsieur was served a ham and cheese tostie when I asked where the mustard and bechamel sauce were I was told there were two versions an English and Asian and they served the Asian version ,really could not be bothered to point out it is a classic French dish, fair play they refunded my money .staff were very unhelpful

I ordered the Mother’s Day Tea for three, which Marianna very kindly delivered. It was wonderful! Everything was lovely and fresh, the coffee hot and all very well package. I set the cakes and scones up on my cake stand. My Mum was very happy and thought the walnut cake was delicious.

We ordered our lunch to our work place today and the food was amazing .Delicious salad with fresh avocado 🥑 smoked salmon,eggs,olives and grilled peppers .

Good service as always I asked for a coffee to be not to hot as I was in a rush Maria maid it perfect and the cherry shortbread was very tasty all the staff make you feel welcome Cheers Jim

Cintia's is based in Ansells Garden Centre. They offer a wide selection of meals including all day breakfasts and home made specials . The lasagne I had is the best I have ever eaten. They are very reasonable price wise too. The cafe itself is modern, spaceous and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and if you are a regular treat you like an old friend. There are the usual selections of beverages, cakes and pastries, My tea came in a pot and was a good two cups worth. Cintia's is also on JustEat so you can get food delivered too. I am happy to recommend Cintia's. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Having supported cintias for the best part of 10 years the old cafe and the new..I was extremely disappointed when my meal of eggs Benedict came up and the eggs were cold..not just mine but my daughters as well...when I told the waitress about it she was very nice and apologetic and took them away...within a minute of taking them the owner came up and was very rude and asked me what I expected her to do as she cooks the eggs dishes them up and serves them so they are hot...these were COLD and I cannot eat cold eggs but at £6.95 I expect my meal to be hot and not to be questioned about it by the owner...in Business the customer is always right and you never argue with a customer...we were offered no alternative so had to eat it cold...but the attitude of the owner was out of order

Have been to this cafe many times and they deserve a 5 star rating but only given 4 when one meal was not value for money but 1 out of 10 visits is not bad at all to get great food and I believe value for money. I take a number of people here to eat and all have said the same thing. Very clean place and tasty food. It is a rare and wonderful find. Recommended.

Overall was a very good meal and enjoyed all of it. The sausages were good but could of been better as they are quite mushy and soft. The bacon was cooked to perfection in the meal and to compliment it they do a lovely hot chocolate. If the sausages were better would be a 5 star but would definitely return.

There is so much choice for food here, and it is all so nicely presented and tasted amazing, I will definitely return.

I had breakfast here just after lockdown lifted. Tucked away behind Heathrow and not a place you would stumble upon. However well worth searching for. Eggs benedict with sides - as good as I have eaten in London including in posh hotels.I popped back the other for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it also.The staff are so friendly and helpful, everything is freshly cooked. On a nice day the outdoor courtyard is a lovely sun trap.We live 20 minutes away in Ealing and I would happily drive to have breakfast at Cintia’s. A rare and wonderful find.

I have just moved back into the area {a week ago}, I have, so far, been there 3 times this week!, this review could sound very 'Cheesy' as there is nothing negative to say and 'ive been in the hospitality business for many years.Service from all staff 10/10Cleanliness 10/10Quality of the food and menu options 20/10Ambience 10/10Lovely outside eating area, all Covid 19 and social distancing restrictions all in place throughout.All in all a lovely experience, would highly recommend.

We always eat at Cinitia's Cafe whenever we visit my Dad. The food is excellent with great choice for children. The seating area indoors and out is relaxed and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a chilled out meal or coffee with friends and family.

So glad this really great cafe is open again. It is so clean and COVID safe and has had a lovely makeover during lockdown. Food as good as always and the staff working hard to keep everyone safe , they deserve to do well and we are so happy our favourite cafe is back.

This cafe is a hidden gem! The food is amazing and the cakes and waffles and crepes are the best I’ve tasted, the staff always make you feel welcome, and it’s always clean and tidy.

Having just had a delicious lunch at this cafe I would have to praise it highly for all its efforts to keep the customers safe during Covid 19. The tables and chairs were thoroughly cleaned, good self distancing with sanitisers, food and cutlery etc brought to the tables, and names and phone numbers taken for protection. The food was as ever wonderful and the staff very friendly. Give it a try

A lovely family breakfast this morning at Cintia’s. We’ve been coming here for years but this was the first day of the ‘eat out to help out’ scheme and Cintia’s really stepped up, offering both 50% off and an extensive menu. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend!

Cintias cafe at Ansell Garden Centre is the best around. So glad this place is open again. Best breakfasts and perfect lunches followed by hot drinks and an amazing array of baked desserts. The staff have been amazing with the new restrictions in place and everything is clearly marked and easy to follow. Always has been extremely clean from the day it opened, but the staff were always cleaning tables and wiping down seats after customers had finished. Highly recommend this for breakfasts before a look around the garden centre. Will be back as soon as possible to sample the rest of the food on offer.

Visited for brunch. Sat outside in aovy terrace area. My partner's poached eggs with bacon and avocado was superb and my full English 'Ansell's' breakfast among the best I've ever eaten. The black pudding was the proper stuff, the bacon thick cut and the egg yolks utterly orange with freshness.This isn't just a good casual restaurant for a garden centre, it would be stand-out anywhere.EV charging points in the free car park are a bonus for anyone headed out of town and wanting a quick top up; of battery and tummy.

so fantastic you are now open again, after all the unprecedented times we have been living through. went for breakfast last sunday with my two friends, great meet up. had three different breakfasts between us. so moreish. we have missed this lovely place so much and all the staff. cant wait to start coming back on a regular basis which i will do, even if i am on my own. so lovely to visit and thankyou for the lovely food. hope everyone starts flooding back now.

I have a ladies lunch here about twice a month. Normally I have a cheese and tomato toastie. With a cup of tea. Their range of food is excellent. Something for every taste.

What a gem located in the garden centre. I had a delicious omlelette and chips my partner a Greek salad...we shared a naughty cake All the staff were really friendly and helpful and the price was definitely to my liking. Well done Cintia's

We visited here after a trip to the Hospital, hoping for some quality comfort food. We were not disappointed. Mum's toasted cheese sandwich was by far the best she has had in a long while (and this is one of her go-to lunches when we are out and not wanting anything too big). Dad had a rump steak sandwich - what a beast. I haven't heard him say he was full at the end of a meal for ages!Lovely welcoming atmosphere and brilliant staff.Thank you and expect many a return visit.

This is a hidden gem. Lovely cakes, good coffee and all inside a garden centre. Didn’t know it existed even though I’ve driven down that road many times but I will definitely be having more of their cakes in the future

Visited for lunch today with my cousin. We were both really impressed with the food we got. Not only was it good, it was excellent value for money. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Definitely worth a visit.

Been here lots of times - which says it all. Fabulous airy, roomy cafe, charming owner/chef, always with a warm welcome, and lovely friendly staff (served today, 4th March, by an exceptionally nice friendly lady). The food is excellent, the place is beautifully furnished and always spotlessly clean. Definitely the place for breakfast, lunch or whatever. Inside Ansells garden centre, one of the best around here, also with extremely helpful, friendly owners and staff. Frequently visited and highly recommended, both Cintias and the garden centre.

Very friendly staff. My daughter had seen advertised that they were dog friendly, and as we had her small 10 month old dachshund with us and it was lunch time we thought we would investigate.A member of staff came over to us immediately, where we waited at the entrance.Explained the area where we could go with the dog .The food was served quickly .Very good service .Would definitely recommend.

This is West Drayton's best-kept secret. I love this place and go there weekly. A range of breakfast/lunch meals with great prices.

I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast here. Good quality food and the coffee was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and the cafe's seating area is decorated very prettily. We'll definitely come back again, and I hope to have room for one of their impressive looking cakes or pastries next time!

i had two friends with me today at lunchtime and we had a great time at Cintia's . we had the garden breakfast and two ciabattas and coffee and tea. wonderful service, great food. and what lovely people work and run this gem of a restaurant.

This was our first trip to Cintia's Cafe. We had a delicious breakfast bap,great coffee and hot chocolate. We were spoilt for choice with the menu! Extremely clean surroundings and lovely friendly smiling staff. Great decor. We will be back! Ideal for meeting friends and family. Well done to all at Cintia's.

Have visited several times and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, very well presented and good value. We particularly enjoy the jacket potatoes - so much filling! Fish and chips today - very generous, hot and tasty. The staff are very helpful and friendly, Good service and always get a 'goodbye and thank you' from behind the counter when we leave. Great coffee too!

The service is very friendly and polite, plus fresh good quality ingredients are obviously used for the food. I had the cottage pie yesterday and it really did stand out for taste. As you can see from the pictures, the surroundings are very pleasant. There is also an outside area to sit and eat in good weather. As this is in a garden centre, I would say that it is a hidden gem that a lot of people probably do not know about.

Cintia's cafe cook the best ever sausage, bacon and fried egg bap. The staff are very pleasant. Highly recommend a visit if you are in Middlesex.

The food came very quick and the employees are very respectful and nice. It was an incredible meal for a respectful price.

Visited the restaurant before plant shopping. The cottage pie was amazing. The salad dressing was homemadeand the best we have tasted. We were given a sample to take home. Staff are do helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back. The cakes look amazing but we were too full to try this time.

This place was so great! The food was so reasonably priced (and tasty :)) Staff were all lovely as well. We found this place as one of the closest cafes to our hotel and were not disappointed whatsoever. Definitely recommend stopping in.

The utilitarian setting of a big, industrial building and a garden centre does not at first seem very inviting. However, it's worth getting past this.

The breakfast is delicious and more recently tried the BLT, Omelettes and Egg/Bacon salad which are all amazing. No this was not all on the same day!!

I’m a current customer and I have to say the food it’s great, the staff are very nice and there is in a great location, it’s very nice while you doing some shopping you can have an amazing coffee or lunch.

Come here quite a lot - very light and airy with fresh flowers on the tables which are not too close to each other.

Eaten here on several occasions, always a good choice & reasonably priced. Convenient for LHR, Clean toilets and space to park. Can get busy at lunchtime.

Cintia's offers a wide range of well-presented food, international and local, and excellent coffee, in an attractive, spotless, well decorated venue. I enjoy eating there several times a week and can recommend it to anyone. I am just a very satisfied customer and have no interest in the business.

Cintias is clean, roomy, with a lovely variety of food. From breakfast, to jacket potato lunches Scampi, sausage rolls and pies. All freshly cooked. Very friendly staff. We used to visit pre fire but the new restaurant is even better. Thankyou to you all

Cintia's Cafe still has the warm welcome, polite and friendly staff and great value, delicious food but now it's airy, spacious and modern too. Just had a great lunch followed by the most gorgeous cheesecake ever, so wanted to say "thank you" by leaving a good review!

I spend 30m waiting for a Mocha after was their mistake and they made me wait to finish a queue of about 50 people...never again.....

Tucked away inside the Ansel Garden Center, the cafe is an oasis in West Drayton. Nice and minimalist decor, warm and friendly staff - the perfect ambiance for breakfast or lunch. One could choose from the healthy-tasty food, or the yummy-sinful pastries, or sumptuous-finger licking egg and sausage breakfast.

Enjoyed really delicious lunches with my mum and daughter today. Vegetable soup of the day, eggs benedict and a jacket potato with salad, bacon and Brie all devoured very enthusiastically! Absolutely recommend a visit to this friendly comfortable cafe

Visited for lunch and a look round with my mum and grandmother , egg benedict was delicious as was the soup and Light fluffy jacket potato order by my companions , lovely atmosphere and all staff polite and friendly , particularly Walid who went it if his way to assist us. meant to take a photo but dived in too quick!! will do that next time !

I have been to Cintias Cafe on several occasions either with my friends for lunch or my daughter for breakfast. Most recently myself and 4 friends booked for the 2 course Christmas lunch which was amazing. The staff are lovely the food is fantastic there’s a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Myself my friends and family will continue to visit this lovely place.

I visit most weeks with friends. All the food is fresh and tasty. Staff are friendly. The menu states clearly if dishes are suitable for those with allergies, intolerance etc. The garden breakfast is just enough to set you up for the day but I have enjoyed everything I have eaten there. If the weather is suitable, there is a outside patio area to sit on to enjoy your meals. It's worth a stroll through the Ansell's garden centre afterwards as they have a good selection and most things are reasonably priced and again the staff are friendly.

Lovely staff great food and wide choice of menu. Adapts to suit son's allergy. We missed them after the fire and are so glad it's the same people. Definite value for money

I love this cafe within Ansells garden centre and go a couple of times a week. Its spotlessly clean and bright with a good menu and serves good size portions. There is a good selection of cakes and they can arrange afternoon tea.The staff are really nice and friendly. In nice weather there are tables outside. A great place to have coffee or lunch with friends and do a bit of shopping for the garden as well.

We have visited a couple of times since it re-opened. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff this is now our 'go to' place if we are out and about and in search of breakfast or lunch.

We visited this cafe by accident after driving the wrong way and were so glad we did. The breakfast was delicious and really fresh. The staff were lovely too and the cafe itself was really light and airy. We have already recommended to so many people and will definitely go back.

Absolutely fantastic, so glad us airport drivers have got our Cintia's café back, great rebuilt garden centre and I always end up buying something there, great food, great value, great service. pity you're not open night times too.
