Cinnamon Tree in Hillingdon

First time we have used this take away. Had 30% voucher so thought we would try them. Not far from our home but food arrived cold. If I had wanted to heat it I would have brought from a supermarket. Won’t use again.

Placed an order and take two hours in delivering when call the staff lie about the manager being out on delivery, when asked said 'manager' they said they wasnt the manager, when asked about a compensation we were offered a popadom. Food came cold and half cooked.

They gave aloo tikkis instead of pakoras. And chicken nugget style pieces instead of chicken pakoras. threw it in the trash, no flavour in the paneer either.

Waited over 2 hours and restaurant changed delivery times twice. The driver got lost and half the food was Luke warm

Gone downhill. We used to use this restaurant regularly but the food started being delivered wrong and cold. Then when you call the person on the phone is really rude to you now. They used to be fantastic and friendly... not sure what’s happened but looking for a new curry house

We waited over an hour and a half this evening , the food was cold and there were items missing . It is a shame as we have been using the cinammen tree for years . We will be looking elsewhere now . The phone has been permanently engaged all night , so we can't even tell them about the service . Very dissapointed

I had a takeaway yesterday and i was really good food as i expected . Saw on just eat new ownership. But food was good as before. Hope always be the same . Definitely will go again

I was told I am gonna get free soft drinks above 25 pounds order even though I ordered for over 40 pounds I didn't get it

Chicken Dhansak was beautiful! Order cake half an hour earlier than predicted! The delivery driver was polite and friendly!

Have had some very good meals from here but has become very hit and miss with dishes not being what they should be or even though we've all ordered different all the dishes turn up the same with the portions varying in size not sure whether we will use again just not a definite yes.

Quick delivery and food tasty and flavoursome. Chicken tikka tender, sheek kebab nice spice and tasty. Good value.

Food was tasteless, naga and ceylon both same curry just different spice level, also both curries where a murgh masala nothing like what they should have been not a naga or ceylon as had all 3 before very disappointed, do takeaways nowadays think there customers are stupid we order from here all the time never had such rubbish, I should have rung restaurant but to be honest just binned it as getting the norm lately and I'll go else where next time

the drivers refuse to deliver the food to the door, it’s great food but the delivery service really hinders it, shame

Food lacked seasoning very bland. kebabs were cold will not be ordering again

everything was weirdly sweet and far too brightly coloured to be naturally created. there was this odd sauce that looked like pepto bismol! food was ok, chicken was a bit dry though, as if precooked and added to the sauce. won’t be using them again.

rice and bread was complictly different wich im order! i was order egg rice and bread whit cheese and driver bring me bread whit some meat inside and rice whit chicken.

Ordered chicken korma.. that was NOT chicken. I'm not even sure what meat it was but it deffo was not chicken. The king prawns were deffo not king prawns either. Which means we are paying for a certain meat and receiving a cheap alternative, RIP OFF!! The korma sauce wasn't very nice either. On the plus side, the delivery driver was very good looking.

The food was delivered before estimated time, the gentleman was lovely that delivered it & the food is very well priced with the portions being a decent amount. The plain rice & naan were delicious but I wasn't keen on the korma sauce unfortunately so I think I'll stick to my usual Indian in Cowley.

Too main ordered, butter chicken was too sweety as it was cooked in sugar instead of spices. Chef forgot to put salt in chana masal. Masalas were separate and chana were separate in chana masala. Suppose to blend in well to get proper flavours. I recommend youtube india food channels for chef as well as owner. Spoiled the enjoyment of dinner as well as total waste of money.

Great, fast delivery. Really mediocre food. Tons of sauce, very little meat. Even though the food was hot and delivered only 20 minutes after ordering, the sauces were all separated and very oily/greasy. The bajis were also sopping with oil, which usually means they were cooked at far too low a temperature. Don't think we'll be trying them again.

The food ordered was stale and no taste. It smelled old All said and done when called the manager he was rude and argued rather than apologising or offering a solution. Solution he offered that he can give a free dish tomorrow. What about our dinner on the present day. NEVER ORDER again

Friendly and delivered on time but I'm sad to say the food was awful. I ordered tikka masala but I got a Korma with red food colouring instead. The chicken was not the best quality either. The rice was unfortunately overcooked. I have ordered from here in the past and was pleased then however I don't know if they are under new management because it really was poor standard.
