Cinnamon Spice is an Indian takeaway based in Glastonbury and it is without a shadow of a doubt the best Indian take away in not only Glastonbury but the whole of Somerset. Me and my family always order the Paneer Tikka Massala and it is the best curry I’ve ever had. I can not recommend this place enough. If you haven’t tried it, you need to! The prices are great, the staff are always happy and welcoming and the service is second to none. If there is a curry you want that is not on the menu they will make it for you, all you have to do is ask. Truly an amazing takeaway.

Cinnamon is our favourite Indian by far. We live almost 3 hours away and whenever we get down to Glastonbury, it's straight to Cinnamon for dinner. The food is always excellent, tastes fresh and never disappoints. The staff are amazing and really work hard to serve great food time after time.

Fantastic food, amazing value and really friendly service. The paratha is to die for!! Beautiful options for non-meat eaters, loads of choice. We’ve lived in Glastonbury for 8 years and they’re our go-to Indian takeaway. We have a feast delivered at least once a week.

an old favourite; these guys are mostlystoic, but friendly and kind, and accommodating. They've let me pay the next day before, when I had an issue in the winter. I appreciate them. I like their curries, and they're more than happy to change them up...

Every time I come to Glastonbury I go straight to Cinnamon spice for my takeaway, polite people and the food is spot on ,I'm from Reading and there are loads of Indian takeaways there but this is up there with the best. Last review must have been rude himself to get bad service. Keep up the good work Cinnamon spice 👍🏻

Food just very average but the guys attitude that took my order was a joke. No please no thank you and when I asked for 3 chapati he replied we will make 2. This guy should work at Karen's Dinner.

Cracking food. Travelled down from Nottingham and had a Take Away from here. Decent prices, prompt delivery and a Dansak that I thought I'd lost forever since our local has dropped its quality dramatically.

Options might be limited in Glastonbury but this is a fantastic one. Wonderful, authentic food prepared and packed with care by friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent vegetarian options - both our curries and our sides were an absolute delight.

Food is always good here! Can't fault them. Always give an extra poppadom and dip when I order too which says a lot to me about the owners care for his customers 🙂

Had lamb korma and yet again tasted like lamb was off and onion bargees where un eatable as over cooked won't go back as this is happening to many times and it's not cheap ( unhappy) :0(

Great food at a reasonable price

Just had a meal from here on the recommendation of a friend...it was beautiful. We all ordered a different chicken dish and they were all really tasty, each sauce was individually very different, the sides great. Will definitely be using again.

Reasonable curry, bit on the greasy side, jalfrezi had a lot of small raw chillies mixed into it, which weren't very welcome additions. Cheap and cheerful, swiftly prepared, guy wanted cash so I had to visit the ATM.

Had a takeaway at Cinnamon spice this Sunday gone and it was out of this world. I had a Dhansak pilau rice and a sag paneer. One of the the best takeaways ever for me.

Advised me allergies for dairy and onions and garlic. The muslim owner was rude off the bat, should have left. Was only place open. Regretting it today. Place is garbage. Fast for the night if its your only option. Lemon rice was horrible as well. Deserves zero rating.

I've had many Indians from many places but this place Is the reason me and the wife frequent glastonbury most weekends, the flavour on the food is out of this world

Staff very unfriendly, food ordered was not what was given. ie chicken and mushroom balti with no mushrooms, garlic and keema naan were definately NOT. very disappointed and will not be using or recommending again.

Great food, and they were happy to deliver to our camp site several miles out of town.

Chicken tasted like it came out of a tin...

Called in last night on way back to campsite the chips went straight in the bin like something cold and soggy from McDonald's onion bhajis were smaller than golf balls and lacked onions were mainly chic peas The chicken tikka wasn't the worst ive had but the salad that came with it went straight in the bin along with the chip kemma naan was passible if people give this a good rating they haven't eaten at a good quality Indian restaurant or decent take away !

We're camping on a farm in Wells and received our delivery in about an hour, absolutely delicious, good portion sizes, lots of meat and hot 👍

My first experience ordering here. The food was okay, nothing to shout about. They asked for cash on the phone which was a bit inconvenient. A young chap gave me the total which I worked to be correct with the walk-in discount of 10%. However he was then promoted by his colleague next to him that the total should be more. When I queried this. He explained that as some of our order was a set meal for one, a discount had already been applied. Again I asked about the discount, but they refused. Its only a small amount but its a nonsense, it was not stated on the menu. If I had it delivered it would of been the same price.

Ordered a Butter Chicken a few months back and received a Korma. Despite arguing for 10 Mins about the difference I hung up and will Never use this place ever again

I'm in Wells, so I didn't know they delivered 'FREE' until recently. Their food is literally the 'BEST FOOD I'VE EVER TASTED!' Honestly, it's delicious. Every week I get two LARGE mains, a rice, potatoes and spinach vegetables and two naans, all for just over £20. Their menu is so vast, and the quality is 2nd to none, its gonna take us a long time to sample everything on the menu. A GREAT FOOD TASTING ADVENTURE! *** THEY HAVE REALLY LARGE PORTIONS AS WELL!***

Out of all the biryanis I’ve had in the region, this 1 was up there as 1 of the best, price also cheaper then other establishments nearby, would return for sure.

We have wanted to try here for a long time ,I had a few questions which were answered quickly on messenger, the curry’s and the Peshwari naan were realy realy good , but sadly our rice was cold and they would only take cash ! Which unusually we did have , but would definitely eat here again .

I had my first meal from Cinnamon Spice and my impression was generally favourable. I took advantage of the delivery service and although the food took 1.5 hours to arrive, it did arrive when promised. The prawn puri was OK but with rather more puri than prawn. The prawn biriyani was also OK but the curry sauce was fairly bland - I am used to a much hotter sauce. The portions were large (too large for me!) but I will order another meal - with a medium/hot or hot sauce next time!

The food is always fantastic, make sure you order early as they are so popular it can take well over an hour. Delivery service is also good

Decided to have a family treat and get Indian takeaway instead of normal Sunday roast. Called at 17.05, just 5 minutes after they open and already busy. Food to be collected in 40 mins. We normally go to Saffron in Street, but they are currently charging restaurant menu prices for takeaway as demand is high! Cinnamon Spice were still offering 10% discount on collected orders, rather than cashing in on the Covid takeaway surge! Food was ready to collect at the time we were told and we were thanked for being patient. What a feast we brought home! Butter chicken was thick and creamy, lots of chicken. Balti was well flavored without blowing you head off, special biryani was HUGE. Full of big pieces of meat and prawns. Methi was delicious. Chicken chat started was big enough for a main course. We also ordered sagg aloo, onion bhajis and naan. Clearly we had judged the portion sizes based on other local takeaways! All 5 of us ate very well. We ended up over eating as everything was so delicious we were all eating because it tasted so good - we were way past full! All leftovers were put back in containers ready for a second meal! I would recommend Cinnamon Spice over all the over local Indian takeaways. All the dishes were well flavored and there was plenty of meat in each. We will definitely be ordering again and wont be going back to our previously preferred Indian.

Friendly staff and food has always been ready when promised. The food itself is very good, just what you would hope to get from a takeaway! Order regularly for family, live in wells but the drive is well worth it for the reliable quality of the dishes. The menu is all very reasonably priced also.

On holiday locally, ordered takeaway for 6 people, all food arrived as ordered, perfectly cooked, hot and flavourful. Good sized portions. Delivered promptly with a smile, in spite of location 😊 Highly recommended. Thank you.

We live several miles for Glastonbury and Street so a take away service is vital to us, Cinnamon don’t charge and their drivers are polite and efficient. The adde bonus is the quality of the food, which so far has been excellent.

Ordered from here last night 6th October 2020 and we were really happy with our meals. The food was delivered on time by a lovely cheerful, chatty delivery man even though he was delivering in awful weather. Food was hot (which we weren't expecting as we live in Wookey a bit further away than most people would consider delivering to) and delicious. Couldnt fault it at all, and the peshwari naan was so coconutty I couldn't stop eating it. Would definitely recommend getting food from here.

I love Cinnamon's vegetable curries - proper fresh veg with distinct flavours that shine through. Also, real, fresh-tasting homemade yoghurt.

I love Indian food and really fancied 1 on our glamping break at Banbury Meadows and was extremely pleased that they delivered to us!They arrived on time as advised, the driver was very friendly and most importantly the food was tasty and non greasy - the portions of meat are actually quite generous too! Price wise was fair and affordable for the amount of meat you actually get especially.I've had many Indian takeouts and yet to find one that I would become a regular customer for until this one - just a shame that I am not local but at least we have lots of leftovers to have for later this afternoon!
