Receieved our delivery much earlier than the app told us. A shame the food was awful. The chips were black and crunchy with black bits flaking off them, like they had been triple fried! Wouldn’t serve them to a dog. The shahi was really watery and the lamb rogan Josh had barely any meat in it. Won’t be ordering be again as always disappointing nowadays. Use to be a good takeaway.

Usually great food and fantastic delivery, but tonight I got a notification to say driver on the way and it took him 30 mins to deliver (we live approx 7 mins away) and unfortunately the food suffered, the samosa and bhajis were soggy and the paratha was hard. Not the usual standard.

usually spot on i understand its new year but don't say its on the way when you haven't even started making it, ordered around 6 its now 10 past 8 and your still saying it's on the way... and been saying so since quarter past 7. Also put the notification on the app as delivered.

I just ordered a takeaway today and had the worst delivery experience. I paid extra for delivery but the driver would not even come to my building. He called me and said he was waiting on the main road and said I had to come to his car or else he will leave. He was very rude. When I came down to collect, he again rudely said that I should come to the pick-up point set by him when I said that my building was down the other side. Then when I said that never again he abused me with an expletive which I cannot mention here. Never again from this rude company although their food is really good.

Chicken was chewy and the bread was very tough , samosas was very good but very disappointing overall

Arrived early! But the food was awful spent nearly 40pound and wasn't eatable, indian chips was so burnt, food was like it was reheated very unhappy considering I'm a regular customer ... meat was so chewy and dry waist of money

Ordered food, didn't receive on time. The restaurant said they had updated the app with a new delivery time but he hadn't. Very dissatisfied with the amount of money spent.

Awful. Never again! 55 minutes later than the the latest time given for delivery and rude when called to ask for an update. Food was Luke warm on arrival. Waste of money.

Curry was ok but wasn’t anything special I’ve had micro jobs just as good . When your paying restraunt prices you expect restraunt quality after using just eat for a few weeks I came to realise that I can have a full meal with a pint and huge plate in a restraunt or pub for the same amount 😂😂😂

The restaurant telephoned 10 minutes AFTER the delivery was due, and informed me that they had no electric and couldnt deliver. They had over an hour to let me know before. Awful service. I expect a full refund, as no food was delivered.

Order here quiet often my usual go to place for a curry would recommend gets very busy at weekend and long delivery time so order in advance don’t mind the wait when the food is good

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I can't actually review the food... it never arrived because they couldn't be arsed to make it! Placed a £39 order during their advertised delivery opening hours. They accepted the order, took my money and then just left us hanging. 1 hour and 50 minutes after placing the order I contacted Foodhub to be told "the restaurant owner advised they could not fulfil the order" and I'd receive a refund in 3 to 5 working days. The fact Cinnamon Spice didn't cancel the order when they knew they weren't going to bother making it, so we could order from somewhere else, is a complete joke! 0/10 for customer service and after seeing all the grim reviews of the food on here, I'm rather glad I'll be getting my money back! Will not be ordering again and definitely would not recommend!

Nice take away, beg curry with byriani was a bit watery and prawns a bit chewy in one of our curries. Apart from that meal was lovely

We had a problem with our food. We ordered a madras for one of us. What we received wasn't a madras. Not exactly sure what it was but it looked more like a korma sauce. Hopefully next time we order from them we will get the correct meal

I ordered four lots of chutney and received none. I also ordered two naan breads and just received one. The food was very tasty as always though.

Salad was missing. In the two chicken curries i ordered there was about 6 pieces off chicken in total, when normally you get quite a few in both

Biriyani was great. Spiced up as requested. However the bhoona sauce tasted awful and we had to throw it away. It didn’t smell good when we opened it. The chicken tikka wA good, chips, mushroom bahjee and Karaj sauce was good.
