Cinnabar in Torbay

Nice lively place friendly staff however this time we went weather was bad and barely anybody in. Which was a bit of a shocker on a Friday night.

Didn't like the fact that smokers were one step outside, place wreaked of cigarette smoke.

Lovely pub on the harbour front nice to sit outside when it gets dark and all the lights are on in Torquay.

A nice modern bar with some outside seating overlooking the harbour, The staff and the locals we met were all amiable and friendly. Went a few times as it was so relaxing.

Walking roux the harbor Choose Cinnabar to stop for a drink and hopefully something to eat unfortunately no food available nothing at all I like every other place on the Harbor on the on the only upside a good few tables out the outside of the smokers

Called in for a quick pint and chat. Quiet lunchtime. Sat outside and enjoyed the view of the harbour in the sun.

This is definitely one of the cheapest venues to sit and enjoy a view of the marina whilst having a nice cool drink.

I didn't eat so I can't comment...But 2 staff on a Saturday night..And waiting nearly half an hour for a drink totally unreasonable...If they had served us faster we would of spent more...

If you are visiting Torquay, we recommend a visit to Cinnabar on the harbour side. I have read the previous comments, and can confirm that the staff are helpful and friendly, prices are very good, and the bathroom facilities are clean. The locals accept us tourists, and there is a good pleasant atmosphere. Mrs G and I called on every day of our recent stay for afternoon drinks. Our lasting opinion is that Cinnabar is a friendly, Safe place to drink. You will not be disappointed.

It's was a scorcher day. Stepped inside cinnabar. Stepped outside cinnabar. WOWCHER wot a day. This place is a fantastic size. Awesome mirrors & a lovely Bar lady too. Outside was like abroad inside was cool & refreshing. Will go back

Cinnabar is a place you wouldn't want to miss out on,especially on Wednesday when there is a good entertainer, he sings so well that you end up dancing to every song,I like their services,the staff are so kind and welcoming,Wednesday is one of my best days at Cinnabar.

I not been able to get out Music atmosphere and staff are so good It's first thing I notice caters old young able and not disabled access elderly and you can get to drop buggies and chairs 10ft from door day or night if you in Torquay really appreciate this place

I just love the Cinnabar. Landlord Chris is amazing, staff are welcoming, prices reasonable and often there is good live entertainment. My friends and I always look forward to good times at the Cinnabar.

Great pub, great atmosphere with live entertainment and a free jukebox. Friendly staff, reasonable prices considering it overlooks the harbour and also boasts outdoor seating. No food served here and it is family and dog friendly. Thoroughly recommended!

Visited over Easter and thoroughly enjoyed this pub. Staff are very welcoming and the owner has a great sense of humour. The entertainment provided by Peck & Peck on Easter Sunday was spot on, and they added a great atmosphere to what was a thoroughly entertaining afternoon and evening. Prices are very reasonable, especially as the property is situated opposite the harbour with outdoor seating. Food isn't available here, just a good old fashioned atmosphere. Really do recommend this place!

Although cold and chilly outside I received a very warm welcome when I arrived. Good beer and atmosphere, and the free juke box was a bonus. Great harbour views also.

Me and my wife went to the Cinnabar in Torquay last weekend, and had an absolute brilliant time. The place was friendly and welcoming and the staff were polite and courteous throughout. I would definitely recommend this bar to anyone and will definitely be going the next time we're in the area.

Anytime I come to torquey I always come here as the staff are just so warm and welcoming compared to the other bars. It’s in such a great place with great views and it’s nice to see the new decoration since covid ! Really brightens the place up! Lovely people and will certainly be coming here again !

This place is excellent for a really good night out. Really large bar with a stunning balcony., Music, Super friendly staff and stays open late.

Considering January is out of season was made welcome. Spent a few hours out of the cold great music and atmosphere. Friendly welcoming staff

This pub is in a fantastic location and the staff our brilliant and very friendly just a shame there is no live dj on the weekends during the winter and can't open late as winter Marstons brewery need to get a grip. This pub could be rammed and making you profit! Bring back proper drink promos The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the girls who work there and the landlord and landlady that welcome you and work very hard to make it a great place I can remember this place being 5 or 6 deep at the bar and the place bouncing bring back the good old days

I have been to this bar many times when i come to Torquey, great friendly atmosphere. good food. Chris and Vicky add a personal touch for their customers that you can not get in other bars in and around the harbour.

Highly recomend the Cinnabar, great atmosphere. Bar staff are always welcoming. The place is very clean and tidy especially the toilets. This is my go-to place for a good night out. Bring back the Dj on weekends!

Been to this place many times, definitely my favourite bar in torquay. Staff are always friendly and up for a a chat, it's a clean tidy bar with loads to offer and up until recently they had brilliant prices.

I absolutely love this place such a good vibe on the weekends, cheap drinks and the girls there are really friendly make you feel very welcomed as soon as you enter the premises, the owners chris and Vicky are very down to earth and are a great laugh, would definitely recommend this pub for either a quiet drink and watch the world go by or for a boogie with your mates definitely the place to go 😁

Gorgous location . Vikki and Chris who run the place are great fun and nothing is to much for them . Spotless clean . Very friendly and at home feel . Locals all friendly and welcoming . Bar staff fab and quick efficient . Reasonably priced for area . One complaint I don’t live in Torquay so going to miss it till our next holiday . Will deffo be back guys xx fun fun fun

On a wet Tuesday afternoon, popped in for a drink or twoa lovely barmaid served us. Lovely friendly pub highly recommend, made to feel very welcome by the locals. Even manage to charge my phone while there. Thank you for a lovely hour or so

Good atmosphere on a Thursday night.There was anexcellent husband and wife duo belting out rock and roll for the entertainment playing Chuck Berry,Van Morrison ,Dire Straits etc.Staff friendly and good beer prices.

Okay prices but poorly served drinks. An empty atmosphere, decent local cover bands. Definitely better places to spend an evening.

Great place, friendly, good music

Love this place, Chris (landlord) is amazing with a great sense of humour and customer focus. Good beer, wine, food and entertainment on some afternoons and evenings. Definitely worth a visit.

This is what I call a traditional pub for old and young. They have a great range of drinks. Have indoor and outdoor seating. They have great customer and a great place to go for a hassle free pint. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and tidy. This is a bar that should be praised as they look after there customers and always ready to service with a smile. This venue well worth visiting weather old or young pop in for a drink and enjoy a clean and friendly service.

Open spaced bar, great mixers and adequate DJ music to hype the vibe. We had vodka redbull and jägerbomb.

Loved this bar went there for an afternoon drink the juke box is free 🙌 and drinks were lush and good value. The bar owner was lovely and she was really friendly too 💯
