Fantastic breakfast birthday for my mate today food was outstanding and the service was amazing and so professional I’d like to especially mention Michelle she was amazing constantly coming over seeing if we needed anything and even got my mate a shot and sung him happy birthday the atmosphere was quite as expected as it was a Tuesday morning.

*UPDATE* It’s now been over a year since the experience… I’ve been in several times, they know all about it and are super friendly and apologetic when I go in, they just don’t follow through on their promises. Customer service second to none… usually none! I’ve been owed a complimentary meal since I was offered it in March for a 30th birthday they ruined. The very worst customer service skills ever be ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Had best time last night! Amazing service from all the staff and the owner. They all looked after us! Such An amazing place.

A great place to call in for breakfast/lunch. The food is always tasty and fresh. The coffee is really good too. Micheal is always welcoming and service is second to none. They're a great team and a lovely place to eat.

Breakfast was outstanding. Lovely food and drinks. The face on the young woman at the door though, when I asked for a table for breakfast, I got the distinct impression I had massively inconvenienced her. Then we're squeezed into a small table facing a big window, blocked by a shed. Great food, not so great experience.

Those of you who have children should think twice before coming here. Even if the location is also suitable for children, it is difficult for them to work and wipe two handprints from the windows!! Like what do I delete them? To take my children and keep them close to me! Link up!! Woe to you!! I don't recommend it in any case, and Mr. Roman spoke in the worst possible tone that he can't deal with the Romanians! Embarrassing.

Brilliant food and service, brilliant atmosphere

Adam was brilliant he made us feel very welcome. Adam made our visit by taking pictures that will remind us of our visit for years to come.

Wow what can I say. My first time going to ciao bella and I wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing and the staff did well going all out for valentines day. Adding the little love hearts on the dishes was a lovely touch and then aloud to take the love heart balloon and give a single rose and love heart chocolates topped the night right off. I'll definitely be going again. Well done to all the staff you did amazing

Visited for lunch with my son on a Friday. The restaurant is lovely and a nice place to eat. We ordered the lasagne and the calzone and both dishes didn’t take long to come. Both were excellent and very filling. Worth noting that pizza and pasta dishes can be made with a gluten free option.

Went on a Saturday night to meet before a upcoming hendo to meet everyone going... unfortunately the music was way to loud (like being in a nightclub at 7pm) It's a restaurant not a nightclub, trying to order food and drink was nearly impossible just had to point at the menu and hope for the best, food and drinks came out with every staff member having a stormy face on, the staff were shouting drink and food orders at us but we also couldn't hear them, and they couldn't hear us! What a frustrating situation for both sides... after asking for the music to be turned down 4X it was only for it to be turnd back up 30mins later... Being told from out waitress "other coustermers wanted it turnd back up" Wich was clearly a straight up lie... The cocktails were nice but the food was sub par honesty nothing special about the food, a cheap takeaway place would of been the same standers... Gave us an attitude for the 2 hours we were there!.. I won't be going back...

The restaurant was smaller than expected, but staff were excellent and food was lovely. Because the room is snall, it only takes one big table to make it very noisy, unfortunately. I would go again, though.

Really lovely place for lunch. Took the kids for our eldest son’s birthday after we’d been climbing at Water Meadows. Food was really fresh & tasty, but service could have been better which is why only 4stars, it was little things like asking if we needed any sauces, they didn’t, we had to shout someone over, checking if we were ok for drinks, we’d probably have ordered more if asked. There was also a long wait with only half the party receiving desserts then the 2nd half. They were busy though, but just need that bit more attention to detail to get the 5 stars all round.

Michelle is amazing, came in for birthday brunch and was not disappointed, always amazing when we come in, would 100% recommend to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the lack of vegan options. It is a misinformation on the website. If not this, we would probably go to a different, more vegan-friendly place. Service was outstanding though and I loved the lounge area, very pleasant with a nice decor. Despite my disappointment, I would happily come back to taste pizza with vegan cheese.

Decent place. Breakfast was alright, though could have been a little larger. Ambience was an early Sunday morning on a cold day, could have felt a bit cosier but was still alright to sit around for a bit.

I do not recommend!!! The owner is a gentleman from Egypt, he lies that he is from Italy, but he didn't just live there!! He's a big racist, he's just faking it. The cook was very professional and everyone liked it, but he no longer works there. The owner who pretends to be a good guy takes people to work on the black and then blames them for having free food 🤣 . Big bullying, discrimination, one word slave, this is how the owner sees his employees, but to the letter. The English are below his level, a big hypocrisy!!!! I do not recommend, I prefer to go to another restaurant ... the reason is better atmosphere, no pretense, professionalism, good food

Have visited Caio Bella a few times now, the evening restaurant, breakfast, and today for lunch, it never disappoints. Great service by Michelle yet again, her recommendations were on point, absolutely delicious. It’s always great to have the staff’s opinion, a friendly chat and a smiley face. Lovely place to go for food, highly recommended

Have to pre book a table before you get there. Very friendly pleasent staff and tastefully decorated. But full of foreign staff and customers.

I have been here a few times now for a meal and have generally felt it was not great. The menu is a little uninspiring and some of the dishes I have had have been just boring unfortunately. We went as a group of 8 people that last time we went and they put us on a square table connected to a round table...just didn't work with people looking at other peoples backs; it made it hard to have a proper conversation with your friends and felt a bit like they had just crammed us in. It is not a bad place, I just feel that they could, with little effort, make it much better.

Wonderful food, fantastic sevice, gorgeous cocktails!!!! The staff and manager did an amazing job accommodating us 8,especially moving our furniture to suit the males in the group, thanks. Will return soon.

Had a lovely tasty meal. Staff so friendly & welcoming. Good choice on menu & drinks. My friend had Spaghetti Bolognese, she said it was very nice, large portion & couldnt eat all of it. I had Pennie Gorgonzola, it was lovely & creamy, nice taste of cheese, & average size portion, I managed to eat all of mine. We shared a portion of Garlic Bread as we asked the lovely waitress & she said it's a Pizza size portion, it was so tasty & soft. We then both had Vanilla Cheese Cake, it was a large portion, with Cream, strawberry, Kiwi & a round wafer on the side to add some colour & chocolate sauce, it was very light & not stodgy. We will definitely visit again when I travel to Mansfield see my friend. I thought it was average price for good tasty food. Can highly recommend. There is a big carpark near the restaurant that's handy too.

I looked for a restaurant to eat sea food and it's about the only one in the area..however we weren't sure because I've never been here before, however I was surprised with very good food and wonderful service, thank you

Came for some lunch with friend and we once again was not disappointed. Was met at the door by the amazing Michelle. She never fails to impress with how friendly and bubbly she is.

Michelle always goes above and beyond for every customer she is the sweetest. Jimmy makes a banging ice latte as well!

Great food and great service by Michelle. The best breakfast and as I’m gluten free it’s great to have a breakfast including sausage, hash brown and toast.

WOW…! What can I say..? This place is just out of this world. Went with a friend midweek for a cuppa and catch up. Greeted at the door by the amazing 22 year old waitress called Michelle with a great smile and taken to our table. Settled in our seats, then had our order taken of our regular drinks. Waited a few mins for those to arrive piping hot. Around half an hour later, ordered another set of drinks and they too arrived hot. Both along with a mini caramelised biscuit. Excellent value and service from all involved. And shall be back. That I can guarantee.

The food was really lovely, however my partner had prawn linguine and got food poisoning, he was extremely poorly that night and all the next day to the point where I had to ring an ambulance! Not sure if they were dodgy prawns or had been left out too long! He also had a Guinness which he said was absolutely disgusting and very bitty at the bottom so could have even been that! Such a shame because the food was nice but for this reason, we won't return.

A wonderful Christmas meal. The starter King Prawns with Chillie & garlic was lovely. The steak Rossini main course was soooo tender & tasty. We finished with Panacotta, Tiramisu and Christmas pudding. All washed down with a lovely bottle of wine to start then had a Bailey's with dessert & coffee with mince pie. Fabulous, friendly staff. We went there to celebrate my brother in laws birthday all staff was friendly and I can only eat gluten free food I can recommend the gluten free food and the rest of the party had normal menu and the food was very nice and thank you to all the staff

What a fabulous venue to hold our 40th wedding anniversary with family and friends, the food was excellent service too. The staff are so friendly and polite would defo recommend anyone to visit. We regularly go for a breakfast and tried most things on the menu from a full breakfast to porridge everything is presented beautiful and hot. This venue is so worth a visit wether eating or relaxing with a drink you won't be disappointed.

Very busy pre Christmas, had to wait a little longer but as always worth the wait. Food hot and well presented Michelle our server brilliant as ever.
