Food was lovely, service to the table was good but the lady on the till was very dismissive and rude. Especially to another customer that hadn’t been before and wasn’t aware of the setup. Unfortunately it left a sour taste in our mouths as we saw her being very friendly and talking with regulars.

We have visited churchfields many times with our children and had a lovely day. Today we attended the Easter egg extravaganza the day cost us £55 on prepaid tickets. On arrival one area was closed to due to damaged room, the Easter activities were poor and poorly organised. There was no staff around to interact with the children apart from the show which again was of poor quality. This is a real disappointment when you have paid £55. This has really put us off attending again.

The cafe itself is very pleasant. It looks a nice place to go with children in the better weather Went for an afternoon tea and was very disappointed, the sandwiches were not fresh, scones were rubbery and the cakes were not that good either. One of our party inadvertently left something behind, when we got in touch the following day was told it had not been found. I find that hard to believe as we were the last people to leave I am hoping this issue can be resolved

Visited today after a long time, expecting it to be as nice as it used to be. Staff were rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. The food is overpriced for what it is, the soup came out stone cold and had to be sent back, the pork sausage in my son’s hotdog was burnt. Pre Covid, this place used to be amazing. It has gone so downhill. Won’t be recommending this to anyone .

Great parking area and a few activities through the year will probably still use it on occasions because spacious and excellent staff .

We went to the lambing live event. The animals are undercover and the farmers are in and out every so often, no issues with welfare whatsoever. I would have thought that the farm would have set some seating up so that people are comfortable whilst waiting for the ewes to lamb. There are 20 animals due so the likelihood of actually seeing a birth is pretty slim, really. I feel like the event is a bit over- stated. The animal paddocks were closed so we couldn’t look around them unfortunately. Just a bit overpriced. The ice cream was delicious and they don’t do a bad coffee, but again, quite expensive.

Lots to do and the Halloween experience is always great. The only issue is ordering food, it's always chaotic! Queud up to order ice cream to then be told to join another queue to actually tell another person what flavours we wanted, surely ordering and paying and collecting an ice cream can be done in one transaction? This system causes huge and unnecessary queues!

Had a wonderful time at the Pumpkin festival. Only criticism and its quite a big one is you have to queue after the show for Trick or Treat Street. We must have been waiting half hour to go in. Honestly it was absolutely ridiculous. Last year was so much better where you didnt have to queue behind what was probably 100+ people crazy! Show was busy ended up sat on the cold muddy floor. It wouldn't stop us going again and it still was a lovely day out but be warned if you are at the back of the queue you are in for a very long wait! Unfortunately due to that we missed the maze. I would rate that part 1 star but the rest was great. The witches from the show were brilliant and it was great to see them around the farm afterwards. Last years show was great they played music and games. If you sort that out for next year it would be amazing despite the rain.

Visited during their pumpkin picking event and found it ok. We expected a lot of families and children but it seemed like the staff were a bit overwhelmed. The event was pretty good for kids and some good photo opportunities, but the restaurant was poor and the food quality bad. Things started poorly when we were told the chef was on their break and to come back later and then we finally did order it was £35 for two small paninis which looked like something from a school canteen and a bowl of chips with warmed up chilli and cheese poured on top and two drinks, not value for money.

First time visiting here, we came in a group of 5, we ordered our drinks and a man approached the table with our drinks, he did not seem approachable at all, he then got the drinks mixed up, so we tried to confirm what they were but instead he just spoke over us and said "they must of put it in the wrong cup" and he turned round and walked off. I then felt the need to go upto him and explain that the way he approached the table was rather rude (which I never do) and could be confirm if in fact that was the correct drink, he did confirm but I felt there was no acknowledgement for the way he acted, I understand the job may be stressful at times, but if you cannot hold your customer service together whilst within that job, maybe you arent in the right job at all. It really put a downer on our experience and we won't be visiting again.

Lovely little place. Visited with my 16 month old, few little bits for him to do but think 3+ years would get more value for the money but we had a great time. Expected to see more bunnies etc but we had a nice walk along the trail to see the goats, sheep etc. The play area and bounce are fantastic but again would benefit 3+ more so than toddlers but we did get chance to go on the swings which my boy loves. Not a massive choice for food, would be nice to see sandwiches, panini’s and even maybe a jacket potato on the menu for lighter lunches. Ordered food at lunchtime and the service was brilliant, food came out super fast and all staff were friendly. Will visit again but when my boy is little older.

We visited this farm as a birthday treat, and were not disappointed. Firstly, we tackled the adult maize, which was animal themed, then to the buildings for ice creams and a drink. Afterwards, we found the huge wooden structures, which our grandson climbed on and sand to roll in. Then onto the zip wire, a walk around the small animal enclosures, before we all enjoyed chasing one another on the pedal go karts, around a secure area.

Would just like to say what a fantastic day we’ve had today at Churchfields!! What you have recently done with the play area animals and cafe is amazing!!! The kids had such a great day! So many things to do. One thing I would like to add is how fantastic the owner of the farm was today with us, he was down at the field with the donkeys and the horse with the farrier, we spotted them so wondered over to see what they were up to. They showed the children what they were doing and explaining why they have to do it and also showing us parts of the donkeys clippings etc. Instead of getting on with their work they were so happy to have a chat … and a laugh with the adults too! 😂 It certainly made my daughters and my cousins children experience a lot more enjoyable and will certainly be returning. The staff were under incredible pressure at these busy times but certainly were very friendly and always very smiley and chatty! Please pass on our thanks to everyone involved and look forward to seeing you again very soon …. Oh and the glamping when that’s up and running! 🤩

The facility has potential but is currently appalling. Arranged to meet friend with her daughter (aged 3) Went into initial cafe which only had 2tables occupied - staff (4) were pleasant but talking amongst themselves. Went through to check if friend had gone through payment area - confronted by lady who persisted in saying her rote learnt …”have you booked, etc etc’ I repeatedly tried to politely interrupt to say I was just looking for my friend. This mature member of staff lacked any Emotional Intelligence. She repeated this protracted ‘rote learnt’ sales pitch when I eventually paid to enter. Fairy Trail, is exactly same as every Trail / be it Halloween, Christmas, Easter - so if you’ve been once, don’t bother going again. Design of trail and clues demonstrated lack of understanding of young children’s cognitive skills or general development. It got worse, when we went back to cafe - food menu very poor and limited - asked if they could do Beans on Toast - Girl on Till (4staff present) - said, “No”, I asked why, she said “People have asked before, the Kitchen says No”! To be honest, you don’t even need a kitchen - a toaster and a microwave would suffice. Essentially, a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude. Lots of slip hazards, unnecessary mats +++ and hazards around facilities supposedly designed for young children. Lots of staff, poor training, not visible in key areas of activities.

Well now, this is something special! Churchfields customer service should be an inspiration to us all. The staff are all so polite and upbeat! Not to mention observant. I spent exactly half a second looking for sauce before getting pointed in the right direction... didn't even need to ask! I arrived at 10am with my wife, mother, daughter (7), and my son (5) who is a wheelchair user. on our immediate arrival we were face with a child's play area and dining area. All very clean, tidy, and inviting. Moving through into the reception area I noticed plenty of seating and tables, with a nice clean soft play area and a very reasonably priced gift shop, that also happens to be where you get your wrist bands for free movement around the site. After equipping our wrist band, we headed out in to the main barns where there are a few good indoor activities, including go-carts, football, basketball. Just past the barns are easily the coolest play area's I've seen around Worcestershire. A huge 2 level timber tractor for one thing, boasting all sorts of little crawl spaces and secret entrances. Within itself offers some great photo opportunities! They also have a great racetrack for their well maintained and safe pedal go-kart cars. I did greatly appreciated the bounce pads too. My boy especially loved that, and the swings! Moving past this area you have two choices... you can go down the windy path to the paddocks, or along the trail. Due to our son being wheelchair bound or choice was to do just the paddocks so we could feed the goats, sheep, pigs, and horse. There is a hand wash station at the entry to the paddocks, that is well stocked with paper hand towels and soap, but most importantly very friendly and polite animals! I'm sure it had nothing to do with the feed bags we got from the reception desk! ;) After dragging my sons wheelchair back up the hill (totally worth it by the way) we headed back to the barns and past the farmhouse to get a ride on a very friendly Pony. Again, the staff were sublime and gave my daughter an experience she has been constantly talking about since we left. After this we went back in to the dining area and partook in some of the finest fresh butties I've ever had. The bacon was juicy and satisfying, the sausage had a flavour I was not familiar with but was equally pleasing, and the scrambled eggs were definitely worth writing home about. Finally, we ended our visit with a taste of Churchfields legendary ice cream! Oh my gosh, did we save the best till last... the flavours are striking, the cream is smooth with absolutely no ice shards! They definitely do not need to mask their product with sugar, as the flavours were rich in their own right. I used to think that the beach was the best place to get ice cream, but I stand corrected. I personally guarantee you will have a great time at Churchfields! Definitely great value for money.

No longer do they have a long list of sundaes and deserts, instead there's a tiny fixed selection. We decided to leave and go to Creams in Worcester. 😕

Went for the Lambing and was not disappointed. Plenty of activities for the young ones to enjoy, on top of the lamb viewing. Fairy trail was well setup, animal area was fun for all involved. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the ice cream was on point as expected! Highly recommended family visit

First time visiting and most likely the last time. Cafe was good. No issue here. Like many cafes it serves what you'd expect. However. On walking down a path to the left of the cafe, following other people, we came to a gate with a public access sign on it. As a group we chatted about having a walk and which path was the public right of way (there were multiple). At which point we were met by a member of staff abruptly saying "do you have wristbands". No was our reply. We were told you had to have wristbands to go into this area. I said but there is a public right of way here and what felt like very reluctantly the member of staff said yes and that we could use this path and go up the hill. We had a buggy so decided maybe this wasn't the best plan after all, now we knew which way we would need to go. A few moments later, still stood by the gate discussing our next move, we were called to by a chap once again mentioning wrist bands and did we want to buy them at the cafe/shop and go and see the lambs etc. We said no thanks and started making our way back towards the car park still trying to decide where we could go next. We just fancied a walk after having a hot drink and cake. I looked on their website again out of interest to see that the lamb barn closed at 4pm... now we were there at 3:30pm and told we could buy wristbands to see the lambs. I would assume this would be full price still. I've no doubt it's a nice little farm. But the way we were made to feel, as if we were trying to skip paying for something, really annoyed us. We'd just spent nearly £30 in the cafe and having never been here before just wanted to see where we could go for a walk.

We had to change our day due to sickness which was sorted straight away, without any problems. Our visit to see Santa was thoughtfully done, all activities were fun and enjoyable for the little one. The cafe was accommodating but could do with having the cups cleaned better, over all the staff extremely helpful and friendly, i would definitely go back again and use all facilities. Thank you for a great time.

Lovely farmhouse of which coffee was really good, breakfast is fairly expensive but nice, would love to have chopped tomatoes instead of a slice but otherwise enjoyed and still enjoy visiting when nearby.
