Used to be much better. The burgers are too dry. I always ask for extra mayo but they have never ever listened to my request. It's too dry. It's like it's just been sat in the heater for ages.

Delivery time changed when the delivery time was reached from 8:40-21:00 to 21:00-21:10. 1 hour and 15 mins after I placed the order. When it arrived the food was cold and the chips soggy! Not happy at all!

Good food, driver brought wrong order, told him it was wrong, still insisted it was correct, had to re call to confirm was incorrect & eventually re delivered correctly. Food was good on a plus.

I ordered Chicken burgers fr my family, Though the burgers were big in size, Big chunky pieces of hash brown and big pieces of chicken fillets in them, but they were veryyyyy dry. No sauce was felt in any bite, had to apply our own home sauces, mayo and ketchup, to make the burgers edible. It was a shame as the burgers were quite big, but not saucy or juicy at all.

Food wasn’t good this time. The burger bun was not fresh. It was cold and some kind of black grease was all over the bun.

never go wrong with chunky chicken. always really good chicken, burgers amazing and donut really tasty. all arrived hot and crispy and drink was ice cold. they didn’t forget a single item.

i ate it up so hard i went into a food coma and it's giving me somthing to live for at this point

Order was accepted and we were told it was on its way, 10 minutes after the status changed to ‘enjoy your food’ I had to message the restaurant to check where it actually was and was told it would be another half an hour. 40 minutes later I called them and was told it was in the way. Food was good but arrived two hours after we ordered, my partner had given up and gone to bed as they didn’t want to eat anymore by the time it actually arrived.

Usually really really good and I’m not one to complain but this time when I ordered I was waiting quite a while with the window open so I’d hear a knock. However there was no knock on the door and about ten minutes after the estimated delivery time I got a notification that it had been delivered. There was no knock whatsoever as I would’ve heard it. I gave it a few minutes and still no knock so I decided to check outside. I found the food wet and cold from being left in the cold and rain.

Late and I ordered my burger expecting it not to be spicy because i didn’t click the spicy option and it was mouth blowing hot then I ordered some free wings and get strips instead. Normally the best takeaway around but yesterday was a bad experience

Food came like it had been out on order for 20 mins, everything was soggy and luke warm, not the best way to waste £29 tbh, 3 stars for quality is cos i think if it was delivered a lot quicker it would be a different story.

The food was shocking - cold and chewy. I usually love ordering from here but it took so long to come and it was freezing and I only live 10 mins up the road. Disappointed to say the least! Asked for a refund and still not heard anything back!

Not worth the money. The meal box was full of mainly chips. I ordered the meal deal and got 2 hot wings a small chicken thigh and one of the smallest chicken fillets I've ever seen in a bun!! The beans was a JOKE £2.75 for a mouth full!!
