Food was good but asked for a receipt which I was told was in the bag by the delivery driver which it wasn't. This meant that I am unable to claim this on expenses while staying at a hotel. As I stay in the area 2 to 3 nights per week I would have added this as a regular takeaway but due to the lack of receipt I will not be ordering again.

Food and service is 100 percent every time

As you can seeI am a regular customer. I was very disappointed today to see the chips that were used and the lesser quantity. The reason we have been loyal customers is because of the usual good quality thick chips and the taste of them. But today for the first there were different chips these were thin chips and not good quality. Although you have increased prices. Also I ordered the lamb biryani for first time and there was no flavour to it. Also there is no flavour in the sauce dips anymore.

We are regulars here, and will not get a kebab from anywhere else. The bread is GOATED, infact the whole kebab is GOATED. Best ever.

The food quality wasn't upto how they used to make. Biryani is so pricey and only got 4 pieces of chicken in the box. The mixed roll chicken tikka was little undercooked.. And there was not much salad in it. Not 100% happy. Delivery was early.

Food is Absolute rubbish. Dodgy people. I ordered lamb biriyani and they fried the rice infront of me by adding the colours to the white rice and literally saw the guy and he knew that I was watching him. He had a chat with his baldy boss and got panicked. I was laughing my head off infront of them. After frying the rice, he came out and said biriyani is ready lol. I fell really bad for these people and sorry. They can make money in a different way instead of cheating someone and getting money in their pocket.

What a mess ...terrible mix kebab..covered in I think was mayo..put it in the bin ..waste of £17 sadly.. shame as I was recommended by a friend.

My top go to place for doner kebab especially. Almost always fresh, hot and tasty. Can always rely on it to really hit the spot :). Great flavoured biriyani aswell. Thanks guys.

food when it arrived was cool not hot , it was spicier then expected and less then expected for the price i paid , from other suppliers on this site I've had twice the amount of chicken in a portion then they supplied in two separate meals very disappointed wont be ordering from them again.

Quality has deffo dropped - Large mix grill seems to be just mostly chicken with little lamb/beef. The salad and source is lacking. Grilled chicken burger is good but the filet feels as though it's been flatten to fit the burger. I agree better options hence why i've stopped ordering now.

Everything is always perfect. The lamb curry is delicious. The kebabs, esp the mixed doners are my favourite. The burgers are so good . Always order from here. Would recommended them highly. Even the delivery is fast. They never forget anything.

Very rude and ' I don't appreciate your custom' type of customer service. The chicken done was deep fried while the chips were soggy. Gave a plastic fork to eat, which broke. Horrible service, dodgy food, and silly attitude. Not at all recommendable.

Beautiful, but i alway's thought that a biryani automatically came with a veggie curry side, so was dry without it.

I asked for no sauce or salad in my kebab and it was ignored and too much spicy sauce was put on my food and I couldn't enjoy it. Very disappointed

Food was tasteless and £1.50 for a ready made sheek kebab when it states kebab so I assumed I was ordering doner meat kebab 🤣🤣

It was not like before. The chicken was uncooked and I ordered a vege burger and it looked totally different from the one I used to order. Really not happy. I used to love their food.

Lately the food has been so disappointing! Ordered half chicken & got quarter! Burger had no cheese! Food was cold and worst of all hair in the sauce! I don't think this places cares anymore, plenty of other places so won't be ordering again

Just eat apps should have a chat feature between driver and customer. I do not have a UK number that restaurants can call because I work in airline company and having a UK number is unnecessary.

Food arrived, just eat driver phones up and sits outside in his car while I get dressed to go fetch the food, open food, COLD!!! Phone Chixys, oh brother it’s not cold!!! Ok I’m imagining it then! You send the food back and I’ll test it and if it’s cold I will refund you 🤣🤣🤣🤣 no mate, you send fresh hot food and take this away, NO BROTHER!!! Arghhhhh go elsewhere folks !!!!!

Got a Chicken and Lamb Biryani with Keema naan and the Biryani certainly did not have an authentic south Asian flavour. It was basically a flavoured rice with A LOT of lemon juice. Weren’t that tasty and wouldn’t recommend these dishes.

I always grab lunch from this place. Love their donar and chips.

Was fully blown with the food amazing well packed and all sauces were fantastic chicken well grilled,Chips well fried love it.

This is now the third time in a row that they have got our order wrong. We have been regular users trying to support a local business. The last three times they got out grilled chicken meals wrong. Last time we ordered peri peri hot and medium and asked them to write which was which, but no writing and 1 of them was lemon and herb. This time round we ordered 1 grilled chicken peri hot meal and 1 BBQ chicken meal, but yet again we received 2 BBQ meals, with one meal not having a quarter piece of chicken, but only a drumstick. They never ever offer you a choice of soft drink even though you order a meal. I do not even feel comfortable approaching the establishment direct, as the responses from the owners to complaints on Google reviews are despicable, which show no care and attention or apology to the person paying good money for food that they order and a few reviews have responses saying if you don't like the food don't come back. How disgusting!!! I hope this is shared with the restaurant, as they need to know a major delivery partner such as yourselves, are aware of thier dishonest and unprofessional working establishment.

Chixy’s Grill in Hayes have the best chicken grill burgers very succulent and mouth watering and very reasonably priced too definitely a must 😍😍

Eaten here a few times, food has always been great and service has always been quick and friendly.

Normally I don't leave bad reviews but I only do it when it is extremely bad. On 30th October 2022, I ordered mix kebab, half grilled chicken, and grilled wings with chips. Everything was dry and not fresh. The worst of all was the mixed kebab, which I was looking forward to enjoy. They gave me meat pieces probably from a day before(or even more) because it was sooo dry. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go in there unless you love dry food and leftovers.

The food had too much oil which I couldn’t even finish, very disappointed on choosing this place to order from. Don’t recommend! However delivery time was fine.

First of all when ordering from a local restaurant we expect quick and efficient service. Delivery took nearly 2 hours when it was supposed to take 30-35min!!! Restaurant deals with the deliveries so I wasn’t able to track the driver. Guess what? The driver was on the way and the app wasn’t updated for “it’s on its way”!!! Called the restaurant several times for them to put the phone down on me when I asked how long more would it take and then not pick up anymore. I was shocked to find my food outside the property on the floor while it’s raining without contact from the delivery driver! Avoid this place. Rubbish service , waste of money and ended up hungry as I was missing chana curry and half chicken meal !!

The chicken was not cooked and the chips were rock solid (overcooked and dry) but I'm not surprised when the food arrived 40minutes earlier than expected the earliest. This I believe comes from pressure of other orders that the delivery rider wants to carry out at the same time for his convenience and financial benefit.

Spoke to restaurant said food will be with me in 15 min turned up hour later cold sauces were all over the drink cans and some off my order was missing will not order from here again
