Big shout out to Grace for her exceptional customer service and all the staff at the Camberley branch. We had a lovely evening last night celebrating a friend's 60th birthday. Thank you, we will definitely be returning 😀

Myself and my wife have been here on a number of occasions and today was very disappointing. We were seated by the gentleman with no service for drinks, and waited 20 minutes until I had to get up and ask for service. At this point we walked out. The service was awful and won't be returning.

Had the quesadillas, very tasty but seved COLD, when the server asked how was the meal and I told him that it was cold it was obviously not the reply he was expecting, and seemed not sure how to process that information. OK meal but not hot

I like this place. The food is good, the ambience is very nice and it's not super expensive. I was however disappointed with the waiter. He bought our drinks over and asked if we were ready to order? He could see and hear we were not sure what we were looking at on the menue but offered no assistance. He only became animated later on in precedings when it was paying and possibly tip time. Bad move, I'm a firm believer in rewarding those that earn it and he certainly didn't!

Three of us had booked in for dinner tonight. Couldn’t fault the food, service or atmosphere.

I have love and hate relation with this place. Sometimes the food is amazing and there are times when it is not so. Similar with the service. But, if are in town and desire Mexican than this is the only restaurant I'd suggest to visit.

Me and my friend went for dinner together. Everything was good at first till we realised that our food was taking longer than expected considering it was quiet quite when we arrived. We notice it had got busy but our food still wasn’t here. We check the times and realised that we ordered over 40 minutes. I had the half rack of ribs which were served with chips the ribs were lush but the chip were like that had been sat in the oil for quite some time. After we had finished eating we were sat for 20 minutes waiting for an employee to come and say something to us about the bill. I had enough so I went up to bar when and too my surprise the employee serving followed and said “do you want the bill?” Not like we have been sat there waiting for more food. I recommend not to go.

We are a regular to Chiquito. Food and service is juat wonderful.

Had a great experience we were welcomed with amazing hats. The staff were very friendly, one of them even offered to take a group photo of our team. Their meals were amazing. I tried their Nacho and Cheese was pretty good and BBQ Chicken wings for a starter. Team members went on to try different menus and everyone had a great time.

First visit to Chiquito today, mainly because I always thought it was would just be blah chain food. However, we decided to try their lunch menu, which is really good value at £12.70 for 2 courses or £14.70 for 3. We had 5 different mains between us plus loaded nachos and desserts, and they were all very good. Portions were generous, and everything had been cooked fresh. Service was quite slow, but this might have been because there aren't many staff on at lunchtime. Even so, we would happily return.

Whenever we go up to Harley Street for son’s medical appointments we visit thus Chiquito in Camberley on way home. Food is always good, hot and plentiful and the atmosphere is relaxed friendliness What makes it our special dinner choice us the lovely server Nicky! My son has severe disabilities and autism and sometimes needs time to choose or seem a little strange. Nicky is the nicest, most welcoming, patient person ever! She shows him such understanding and respect. She’s a massive asset to you guys!!!!

We went there for my son’s birthday. Staff were polite and friendly and built up a lovely rapport with the children. Food was great too! I’d never been before but would certainly visit again.

Me and my husband came in tonight for a once in a blue moon date night, kid free.......the food was so bland and expensive. Chimichanga had mostly just plain rice, hardly any chilli in it but what was there wasn't spicy at all....again bland and dry, onion rings side was swimming in grease, so much so they weren't crispy. Fries were good and jalapeño poppers and haloumi starters were good but mega expensive for what they are/amount you get. Our server was lovely. I got a 2 for 1 on my drink and thank god I did as our bill came to almost 65 quid......without dessert. I used to love it here but its nowhere near as good as it used to be before lockdown!!!!! I was really disappointed.....Mexican food should be far from bland!!!

Good- Food! 100% shout out to the cooks! +5 stars! The first waitress was welcoming who sat us at our table. Bad- Celebrating my daughters 17th birthday and the service and atmosphere was a complete let down! The main waitress who took our order was lacking any great customer service and seemed like she did not want to serve us and made us feel un-welcomed. Overall I wasn't happy with the service and not even a complimentary happy birthday from the restaurant. First time visit to this particular location and won't return and I wouldn't recommend it. No experience for the £91 paid for the meal! Left feeling ripped off and very underwhelmed! It's a shame. -1 star.

Visited for lunch. Staff very friendly and given iPad for allergy info. Chose items and ordered then told that the Halloumi was cooked in the same oil as prawns, so was no longer safe to eat. Thankfully they did tell em, so I was extremely grateful for that. This allergen info also applies to the jalapeño’s and a lot of the other starters. This was not on the allergy info. That was presented on the iPad. Apparently the prawns are a special item. I enquired about the chips and were they safe, oh yes - they are cooked in the vegan fryer! So it seems that a dietary choice is given more provenance in preparation than anaphylactic allergens! The food itself was good though.

We always have an excellent meal here. There is a separate gluten-free menu, with several choices. The staff are always friendly, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere is always a happy and relaxed one.

Absolutely no complaints. Food, service, and atmosphere were on point! It is slightly pricier than normal eating out, but it is value for money. Would recommend

Excellent service, best waiter, delicious!

The portions were very small and the quality was average. The food was very bland. We left hungry and very disappointed. The location is in Camberley town centre. There is loads of parking and lots of other things to do here other than eat here. Afterwards I was handed an iPad and asked to rate the food? Really, I just wanted the bill and to leave.

Fathers day lunch, really enjoyed the meal here, not been here for over a year and the staff have changed but still very helpful and polite, well recommend

Was served by grace the majority of the time there. She went over and above. Bubbly personality, very friendly and a credit to your team. The food was so good and we received an unexpected birthday brownie for my husband as its his birthday today. Really good overall!

Was greeted by happy and smiling staff. We was greeted by nickie who arrived very quickly! We didn't have to wait to be seated. Our lunch was so delicious! With really great timings on arrival. We didn't have to wait very long between our main and pudding Thank you all for a wonderful evening. We will be back

Good food Friendly staff Nice atmosphere Good colouring for kiddies. Menu is a little limited for kids. No chicken nuggets or classic kids stuff but it's a good varied mexican style. Children's portions were good, they loved the ice cream!! Not a negative but something to consider if visiting.

Don’t make the mistake of being the first customer there in a weeknight, or dare to question to scraps they bring you - the Manager will just attempt to demean you for speaking up about the cat food being served up.

Great rustic set up, amazing food, and service was brilliant from the staff! Ryan our waiter found out it was my birthday and put a happy birthday message and candle on my desert which made the whole experience even better! He was really chatty and great fun! Will definitely be coming again.

The waitress was so welcoming and friendly, she could not help enough. Food was excellent , so tasty. Place was clean I did not use the facilities.

The service was very quick here and the food was good.

Got socked in the jaw by one of the locals after trying on one of the hats. Luckily I had already finished my food, so this was not an issue in the slightest.

What a great time we had last night at Chiquito in Camberley. From food to service everything was just perfect. Highly recommend to try if you are in area. Looking forward to come back.

4 of us for a Sunday lunch - but they were not that busy. A good selection of drinks and the food was satisfying. A table for 4 and we were all happy although unfortunately the service was slow. and lots of noise so it was difficult to have a conversation. So sadly couple of negatives and if these had not been prevalent I would have given 4 stars.

We happened to be in Camberley and gave this place a go. It seemed quite nice, waiter was quick but not particularly polite, was ok. Food was nice but could definitely use more flavour. All in all, it was a lovely dinner especially for the price.

In all the years I've lived in the area and eaten in camberley I have never stepped foot in chiquito. From the get go I felt special and lucky touching the geckos head, the staff attentive and well informed on all matters. Not to mention the food service which was a good pace! The menu contained items to suit all and drinks for all occasions. I find it to be an ideal place to unwind and be happy.

Regular orders specially for ribs and wings. This time as usually wings were perfect but the ribs looks like we’re taken out from the freezer, 2 minutes in the microwave, BBQ sauce and off you go. Not happy at all.

Received excellent customer service from Nicola (going from the name on the receipt) I had ordered mojitos - Appleberry - this was sweet but i liked it, also the Passion fruit mojito was nice not as sweet as appleberry. Had Nachos for starters - was very fresh. Chimichangers were chicken very well made, not greasy as they are fried. For dessert I had 8 churros was very nice, fresh crispy although would have liked the chocolate dip to be thick like nuttella would have been perfect. Overall very happy with my visit. One of the only few that have survived the pandemic. Will be returning

I went to chiquito with my friends to have a meal before cinema and we just had a really good time. Excellent service and amazing food.

My husband & I paid Chiquitos our first post-pandemic visit (we used to visit regularly pre-pandemic) and were saddened by the service. I know that lockdown has made some of us socially inept with other human beings, but the staff here need some in-depth customer training on how to converse with real people. The whole evening felt rushed; we had made a booking online, but the waitress waved her hand in dismissal, claiming she couldn't find it, but seated us anyway. Now I am one for prompt service, but I was asked 3 TIMES if I had finished my meal...when I had a mouth full of food!! I'm not sure if they were in a hurry for the table back, but the restaurant was empty and it was still 3 hours before closing. When asked if we'd like dessert, the question was, "well what do you want?", um, how about a menu to brose through please?! The food however was delicious, particularly the fajitas. I just feel the "youth" of today, need some serious customer service training in how to speak to customers, if they wish them to return.

Great night. Great vibes. Loved my ribs and chicken combo. Elizabeth was lovely at the bar and recommended a fab cocktail. Plenty of booths for groups and for romantic nights out.

The menu has changed and the classics are nowhere to be seen. The prices are up and the quality is down. The Crispy Texan stack beef patty had the unmistakable taste and texture of being pulled from the freezer, and just two chicken strips. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth £15. First visit in 5 years and likely our last. Disappointed.

Came here before Cinema. Staff were nice enough. Jalapeno poppers were excellent but my nachos were seriously disappointing. I paid extra for chilli beef, which looked like about a tablespoon full and really dark coloured. The nachos were really salty and had hardly any sour...

Staff was welcoming and friendly..all the dishes we ordered were tasty only the portion size fully loaded wedges was bit small. Good deal for kids in £6.99 you get mains chips dessert drink and veg fingers free. Overall great experience.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff

Delivery via Just Eat, the delivery was great. Now the food was totally different. I asked for no beans, it came with beans. Thankfully I ordered 2 potions of chips as 1 potion wouldn’t have been enough. I ordered a chicken and chorizo burrito, couldn’t taste the chorizo, all you could taste was the sauce. Would I order again from them? Hell no!!
