Best chip shop in Worthing. Chips are crispy on the outside soft in the middle. Lovely crispy batter. We always come here. Staff very friendly, very organised, all freshly cooked to order.

Not having much luck with chip shops of late! A real shame! Been before and good but tonight was really bad! An expensive sausage and chips that was just bits and sharp pieces that were old tasting and discoloured. -(

Ordered large cod and chips Friday lunchtime. Freshly cooked. Absolutely amazing. I have owned fish and chip shops. So have a pretty good idea of what good fish and chips should be.

Tasty take away fish and chips. We had haddock. It was crispy batter abd nice white fresh fish. Chips were good too - not soggy. 40p for a mayo sachet is a bit over the top!,

Arrived 1/2 hour after opening. Staff friendly and took our order without problems. Not had their burgers before so one family member decided to try it. Added 3 portions of small chips. I say small, as compared to some place, the portions were larger than expected. Burger was great by the way! Good value for money and will definately return as we had not been for a while.

Wow, really lovely cooked food. Not greasy at all and very big portion size. Friendly staff. Clean inside and out. Worth a visit.

Oh dear what a shame I have to write this but in all my reviews I have to be honest. this place was recommended for me to try and well what a let down really not good at all. ok let's get into it I walked into the shop took a while to even get a hello from the girl serving, or though one of the gentleman that works there seemed to be more friendly. I ordered large cod chips and some kid's meal's the cod was the only thing that seemed to be fresh the chips were absolutely dreadful I mean come on guy's it's so frustrating it doesn't take a lot to have some fresh chips going in a fish and chip shop!! these chips seem to be stale you could tell they have been flash fried, just cook a fresh lot of chips please!! they were so hard dry and well no potato inside like I say dreadful, the girl asked me 3 times would I like salt and vinegar when I unwrapped them to my absolute shock no salt and vinegar on the chips at all that's one of the things that I love about fish and chip shops that marinated salt and vinegar on the chips when you unwrap them but these were completely plain they forgot to put the salt and vinegar on 😞. I also ordered curry sauce it was absolutely disgusting it was old been sat around it was all congealed around the Top when I took the lid off and it just tasted horrible. So to summarise this place was definitely a disappointment the only thing that was nice was the cod a massive disappointment maybe they were just having an off day who knows shame it was on my visit if I'm honest waste of money.

Probably one of the best in the area, very nice surprise did not except it to be so nice and cooked to perfection.Definitely will go back

Been going here for a while now but just recently like this evening the chips were very soggy ,sometimes it is a bit hit or miss with the chips either lots of little burnt bits which you have to watch your teeth ,the fish is very greasy shame as it’s not like it use to be

Ordered via phone at 18.00 for 18.35 got the order at 18.50 fish was luke warm so disappointed as normally freshly cooked and hot

Great fish and chip shop. The cod was very light and tasty with nice batter and the chips were nice and crispy. There is plenty of parking outside. There is a good selection of different fish and all different sizes. I only waited 10 mins and all was freshly cooked and hot. Best fish and chips I have had for a long time, thanks. Highly recommend.

We've had fish and chips here on three or four different occasions and found it to be good every time. Lovely fish and chips.

Have had lovely Cod & chips from here previously, today however was very disappointing, nice chips but the fish seemed overcooked, the batter was thick & hard, it was swimming in oil, as it had only just opened, not what I was expecting, won't be rushing back

Very greasy food, the sausages as website into them dripped grease down our faces!! Not nice! Used to be so so good.

Probably the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I got a large Huss, chips and mushy peas. The Huss was ~massive~. The batter was crunchy and pretty it was actually seasoned which seems to be a rarity, adding even more flavour to the already meaty and delicious Huss. The chips were bang on, too. Nice crunch with a soft inside. The mushy peas were nicely seasoned and tasty. It’s in a good location. Close enough to the beach that you can pick up your food and it still be hot when you get there.

Sadly was very greasy, the sausages dripping in grease when you bit into them, not as good as they used to be.

Hands down the best chippy in the area!! I have lived in Goring since I was 5yrs old and at age 43 can honestly say this is the most amazing fish and chip experience!! I love Huss (Rock) and it is cooked to perfection here. A light,crispy batter with none of the doughy stodgy you often get on a batter. My husband is a battered sausage fan and says they are spot on here. The chips are divine-always piping hot and generous portions (we couldn’t finish a medium chips between us.) Excellent value for money and friendly staff. I’ve tried others as like to give businesses a fair chance,but there is no way I’d go elsewhere now as Chips Inc. is top notch.

Amazing best fish and chips ever. Fish pure white and the chips were crispy and hot served in a cardboard box that made it easy for children to eat from. Great way to finish day at the beach.

Visited last week first on a visit to West Sussex. As a northerner, I'm used to some pretty good fish and chips. Having found Chips Inc via google, I thought id give it a try. Despite being very busy and a little wait which wasn't an issue. I ordered a large chips and jumbo battered sausage and a medium chips. The sausage was ok and nicely battered, However, the chips were not the best to dry some burnt around the edges. It might have been an off day. The price was reasonable. I'm sure they will be better days ahead.

Really looked forward to nice fish and chips whilst visiting family in Worthing. Decided to phone order through for quick pick up - that all worked well. However, the fish was the worst we have ever had! The batter was so thick it was not cooked- soggy, cake-like and under cooked. The fish was tasteless. The chips were dry - possibly recooked from earlier. For almost £20 of food, the majority of it went in the bin. Needless to say, hugely disappointed and will never buy from there again.

Discovered this fish and chip shop recently and what a find it's been! Been there several times since and fish is always cooked to order (with very generous portions!) and the fish and chips are delicious. They're also always very polite. So definite thumbs up from us.

This is the best fish and chip shop in and around Worthing, and I’ve tried them all, friendly staff, reasonable prices, great menu, well worth the journey, fish batter is crunchy, chips are crispy no skin on fish so no waste, this is my favourite out of them all

The chips were inedible like they had been in the fryer several times over. They were really chewy and left a taste of grease in my mouth. I ate about 5 and threw the rest away. I’m not a fussy eater either and love food. Very poor processed bread bap.

You can order over the phone but everything is cooked fresh on arrival at the given time. Great value for money and very efficient. Recommended.

Absolutely amazing service and very quick even in peak times and they still deliver amazing quality. I would definitely recommend their curry sauce as it’s very good. Very good pricing and good during corona for social distancing. Really generous portions and chicken bacon cheese burger was perfect! Absolutely love this place one of the best chippys in Worthing!

In a word "Delicious!" My husband and I both agreed it was by far the nicest fish & chip meal we've had in a very long time. The chips were cooked to perfection... dry and crisp. And the batter on the fish was light and crispy. Highly recommended.... well worth the short wait for the fish to be cooked to order.

Had a few take away fish and chips from here over the last year and have to say it's got to be the best I've come across. They fry to order so the batter is perfect, not at all greasy and well worth the wait. Portions are generous, service friendly and efficient.Haddock and chips were excellent.

Big portions and all freshly made to order! May seem a little pricey compared to other fish and chip shops however it’s worth paying the little extra for the good quality food, its not greasy at all which makes a change to most other places!

Food is cooked briskly and fresh to order, perfect food. One occasion the chips were a little undercooked, but on other occasions, absolutely faultless!

The other night we got a large chips to share and there were enough for a small family.Tonight my wife and I decided to try their fish.It was good, but just shy of being great. There was a bit too much batter for my liking, but the fish itself was very nice, and the chips that we’ve had have been good.My wife had a medium code and I had the large to see the difference. We also shared a medium chips which was enough for the two of us.Everything is supersized and a good price. Medium cod was £3.90, large £4.80. Large chips £2.50, medium was £1.80.The picture is of the large cod, next time I’ll be having a medium, unless you’re really hungry.I would recommend that you try it, but start off with the medium unless you’re really hungry.
