China Town in Renfrewshire

This was my 1st time trying here, The food came really quickly which was excellent and it was roasting none of it was cold also great. I got the meal for 1 which I feel was value for money plus extra chicken balls and another meal. The soup, chicken balls and sweet & sour dish was great, piping hot. The only let down was the beef curry. It was really thick like almost congealed. I couldn’t really eat was just far too thick. So wouldn’t order that again but the rest I would.

2 hours for delivery and food isn’t good enough to be worthwhile at that length of time.

Before ordering I should have looked at the reviews!!!.... Food is awful and horrible!!!... I couldn't eat it, ended up the cats had it.... Willnae be ordering here again

Was nice ordered 4 things to collect came to £24 odd so more expensive than our usual shop didnt even get free crackers

I got mint ice cream which i cant eat. Gives me reflux. I thought i had wrote only raspberry ripple or vanilla. Plus i asked for no onions and no beansprout in my meal but got them both.

Paid £3.50 for crackers that I didn’t get food was okay.

Really enjoyed the chicken chow mein!! Curry sauce was really tasty and prawn crackers light and crunchy. Definitely get again 😊

app was giving false information. I had to call restaurant. I found this unexceptional. I was very angry. I do believe I should receive sine sort of compensation. Ok I accept your busy on a Saturday night and the 1st eta was an hour, but then to wait a further hour wasn't acceptable. Result of this is that you have lost a customer..not that I make a difference. I shall not be recommending your business ti anyone.

Bland food - but very nippy. Satay did not taste as - Thai chicken was just a mix of spice … overall very disappointing… order of £60 and not even given a curtesy of prawn crackers.

First time order, food was nice and delivery was on time.

when placing my order I was initially advised to expected delivery by 19.25 this then changed to 19.50 it is now 20.13 and despite the app telling my food has been delivered I am still waiting. I contacted the restaurant who advised my order has just left the shop almost half an hour after ETA.

Just awful, disappointing food. Greasy, cold, over cooked rubbish. Owners should be embarassed.

Absolutely stinking! Spent £45 on food for my family as a treat tonight and the food was awful. I am actually so angry that these takeaway places get away with churning out sub standard, cold greasy food. Chicken balls were cremated, greasy and luke warm, rice was greasy and smelt funny, chips cold. Just really really disappointing. I will stick to my own cooking in the future.

Placed order with a 30-40 minute delivery time, the order then showed as ‘delivered’ an hour and a half later however I had not received the order. I phoned to be told it had left the shop and would be with me within 10/15 mins, the order still did not turn up for a further half an hour. The order was also cold. Very disappointed.

Food was really good. Will be ordering from here again. Delivery time on app was stated as 1750 to 1810 but food didn't arrive until 1825. However, food was still warm so maybe too optimistic a time slot from the app

Food was nice but the aspect of which it came in was very off putting. No bag to protect the food and boxed in a drain cleaning box

I was really disappointed in the food its cheap quality, the chicken felt like the frozen in the bag bits that you get from farmfoods.

House special curry was exceptional. Chips were fresh and hot. Salt n chilli chicken balls were hot and crispy and had a good amount of spice. Really enjoyable meal. 10/10

It was just a really poor experience, ordered a side portion of curry sauce and I got given satay sauce. The food quality was below average. I had ordered here before and the food was just okay.

I'm not sure what dish was delivered but it certainly was not Peking Chicken. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was also not delivered and the delivery time was inaccurate. The wait was too long, food was cold and the delivery driver was rude

small issue with delivery, partly my own fault... quickly resolved and food was hot and delicious as always

Chicken fried rice tasted of seafood, I couldn’t eat it. Think it was made in the same pan as the prawn dish we had ordered. Not good if someone has a seafood allergy, luckily I don’t, I just don’t like it

Not ordered here in years but decided to try it again as my normal Chinese was closed. The chicken balls were severely overcooked. The batter was far too overdone. We ordered crab claws and they came in a dish with a big dollop of chilli sauce on them. Totally overpowered the crab and it didn’t say it came with that on the menu. Jumbo pancake rolls were slightly salty. Beef curry was nice, as were the ribs in syrup and my daughter enjoyed the chicken noodle soup. But for an order of almost £40, no free prawn crackers is a bit stingy.

Delivery was very late, and half the order was missing.

Spent £60, nothing extra as a wee Thankyou snuck in like most Chinese takeaways. Original delivery time was 7:05-7:25 but arrived at 8:05.

waited over 2 hours for food ordered 6.19pm and order still hadn't arrived by 8.22pm absolutely shocking

Food wasn't great, got the taxi box with the beef curry and was hugely disappointed in it. Beef had a weird texture and tasted like leather (dog may have eaten it but I didn't) the rice tasted like cardboard. Spring rolls and the bbq ribs were alright but never again

Delivered extremely fast by a tolerant driver who waited for me to come home. the Chicken Egg Foo Yung was amazing, huge portion and nice and warm, with lovely fried rice. the vegetable spring rolls get a 10 too. thankyou!

Just received my order from China Town linwood, and what a disappointment it was. I ordered a special chow mein and there was absolutely nothing special about it!!!! The chicken and pork was sour which left a horrible taste throughout the rest of the chow mein. Total waste of money had to throw it straight in the bin. Come on China town having a food hygiene certificate u should know when meat has turned!!! Will Never eat here again.

order took 2 hour 5 mins from order time to delivery. the food had to go into microwave to be heated. Will never use China Town again. this is the worst takeaway I have ever used. would be 0 if ratings allowed

Food was cold when it arrived so much so the curry was congealed. chips were cold and most of them were little hard crispy ends so could eat. I thought considering I’ve spent £30 there would be a bag of prawn crackers thrown in but nothing. Don’t think I’ll order again not worth the money or the wait

Very expensive chinese. Satay sauce is very watery. Spend over £40 and still no free prawn crackers unlike EVERY other Chinese. Had we know I would have ordered some! Nothing extra thrown in. Will not order from here again.

Food was cold. The World Cup was rotten. Chips hard, chicken balls soggy.

Got two different kinds of chow mein and somehow they were both the oddest version of chow mein I have ever had. I wouldn’t say I won’t be back. Just maybe next time I’ll stick to something simpler

spring rolls, curry sauce , rice and delivery time was good. £3.50 delivery charge for round the corner is abysmal though. When I called to say they gave me sweet and sour chicken balls instead of salt and chilli they refused to believe me and offered no help. Had the exact option numerous times that comes with onion, chillis etc, these were soaked in a reddish sauce. Soggy and incredibly sweet. waste of £25. won't be back

Ordered my food, apparently got delivered to the wrong location, got told it would be with me shortly, never came. Called them twice, never got an answer.

Ordered on just eat, got a message saying delivered but it wasn't, and then didn't answer phone so could not rectify even though it was 2 hour later

Food tasted average, but was a solid lump by the time it arrived.

Chicken balls had very little chicken, and the fried rice was cold and quite crunchy

Just eat process good as always but I must admit that was one of the worst Chinese meals I’ve had in a long time won’t be using them again

Delivery was technically on time but took a long waiting time. Food was acceptable quality but not what we were looking for and didn't feel like good value for money. Disappointed but maybe it just wasn't for us.

Was looking forward to my food after a long 12hr shift chios curry sauce fried rice.....got hot with hard chips no curry sauce and the rice was also hard chicken balls were burnt also absolutely shocking service when I called they told me to just phone just eat and get a refund!!!

Cant believe after ordering a good amount of food/spending money (over £30) you do not offer free prawn crackers. Chips were very salty, but Will say chicken balls were on point though.
