order took 2 hour 5 mins from order time to delivery. the food had to go into microwave to be heated. Will never use China Town again. this is the worst takeaway I have ever used. would be 0 if ratings allowed

Food was cold when it arrived so much so the curry was congealed. chips were cold and most of them were little hard crispy ends so could eat. I thought considering I’ve spent £30 there would be a bag of prawn crackers thrown in but nothing. Don’t think I’ll order again not worth the money or the wait

nice curry love the sauce out of here chips where nice but they seemed like reheats part from that enjoyed the food

Sirloin steak was a bit chewy but chips were great. I didn’t order a gravy with the steak either 😟……delivery driver was very polite.

Very expensive chinese. Satay sauce is very watery. Spend over £40 and still no free prawn crackers unlike EVERY other Chinese. Had we know I would have ordered some! Nothing extra thrown in. Will not order from here again.

Got two different kinds of chow mein and somehow they were both the oddest version of chow mein I have ever had. I wouldn’t say I won’t be back. Just maybe next time I’ll stick to something simpler

spring rolls, curry sauce , rice and delivery time was good. £3.50 delivery charge for round the corner is abysmal though. When I called to say they gave me sweet and sour chicken balls instead of salt and chilli they refused to believe me and offered no help. Had the exact option numerous times that comes with onion, chillis etc, these were soaked in a reddish sauce. Soggy and incredibly sweet. waste of £25. won't be back

Delivery was technically on time but took a long waiting time. Food was acceptable quality but not what we were looking for and didn't feel like good value for money. Disappointed but maybe it just wasn't for us.

China Town's offerings were notably expensive. Delivery was prompt and the food appeared fresh. However, the overall experience was just 'meh'. The dishes were excessively sweet, not aligning with my taste preferences. The combination of the forgettable flavours and steep prices made it a less than memorable experience. Sadly, it didn't meet my expectations and I'm unlikely to order again.

the food arrived cold or Luke warm. a tub of sauce was on top of the cardboard lid on the curry so the curry was all on the lid and the side of the box. it was delivered in an open box lid with no attempt to keep it warm during delivery

Was originally going to place next door but they had a wait time of 45 mins so decided to try this slop house instead for a change. Immediate red flag when I discovered it was cash only. Ordered king prawn cocktail as part of my meal. Came in a large dish full of lettuce, a little bit of cucumber, a lot of sauce and 3 prawns for the bargain price of £5.80 and also wasn't that nice. Chicken in main meal was rubbery, sauce was greasy and fried rice was over cooked. Won't be back.

hate to do this but really not impressed. Spare ribs not even cooked. Curry was just a thick paste. Pancake rolls greasy. Wouldn’t waste my money!

These little bits of charred gristle add up to a portion of ribs and u are charged £7 for them when I called I was told that was 5 ribs cut up I never ordered that I ordered ribs not what u give to the dog total robbery and the king po beef is bland abd not fit for the dog so going in the bin first and last time customer

Ordered chicken curry, what I actually got was salt poisoned brown skitter with no onions and square dice sized pieces of Fake Chicken, it was rubbery, it had no real shape or texture to it. DISGUSTING

Disgusting. Chicken in both dishes was over boiled mush. Rice was reheated and both sauces were bunged full of salt.

won't order from here again!!!! We ordered a mega munchie box which was honestly one of the worst things I've ever ordered. The food was cold and literally half of the food was missing. We got no chicken balls, no ribs. Complete waste of money. They deep fried crab balls were good however they had a whole claw hidden inside that we nearly choked on. The best thing about my meal was the factory produced fortune cookie. But on the plus side we got a can of pepsi we didn't even ask for however doesn't really make up for the terrible food.

Delivery over an hour late. Phoned to chase and told be 5 minutes. Took over 45 minutes from then. Phoned to make complaint got told manager would call back, 2 days later no call back. Phones again and agreed with staff that can reorder the same order and it will be free of charge. Any extras would be charged. Places the replacement order all fine then 5 minutes later they phone to say no sorry changed mind will give one main and one rice free.

Just had a delivery from here normally it’s ok but I asked for a Duck and mushroom what I got was mushroom and onion disgrace I will never go back

Waited 2 hours for a chicken curry fried rice and now its here we cannot eat it as it is unbelievably salty . I called them and they admitted the ingredients were wrong . their excuse for this was they were ultra busy . Horrible service . horrible customer service . no thanks. ne never again

Not even one star... Awful, didn't even resemble Chinese food. Phoned to complain and get my money back, no apologies and said they've not been paid but just eat yet so go chase them.. Can't find how to get in touch with them yet!! I was so hungry I ate some and binned the rest, I've been unwell all night. This place should close down... To say its the Worst Chinese is too good for them... Close seriously.. Your awful.

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery. Phoned them up to be informed that the driver left the delivery on the doorstep, without chapping the knocker, on the door. I find this incredible! Meals were cold, and had to microwave everything. Absolute laziness! No more! Done with it! The meal was garbage, I put it in the bin. Should've went to Iceland.

Tonight at 1800 I placed an order on just eat, I was advised they were busy and it would take 60mins...i was happy to wait placed the order and recieved time if 1925 OK that's 85mins but hey its busy so fair enough..... 1945 I call the restaurant to see if my food was on its way, I could hear hustle and bustle in the background and I was told "the ticket is not here, your food has left" 2020 I called again, yet again hustle and bustle then was told I'm very sorry your food is just coming out of the kitchen?? I said I thought it had left, no I'm sorry it will be about another 40 mins they are still preparing it???? At this point my order was cancelled... I understand that in these times its so very busy... But come on don't mess people about. If I knew I'd be waiting over 2 and a half hours I would have went somewhere else...... BAD SERVICE WILL NOT USE AGAIN, VERY DISAPPOINTING....

My girlfriend ordered on justeat, waited over an hour and phoned and was told it would be another hour. She phoned and cancelled but then it said order completed online. She then phoned again and they tried to give her credit. The only time we ordered and it took ages to finally get her refund. Terrible.

Shocking went down hill a curry with on onions in it? Sweet and sour no tomatoes or pineapple in sauce ribs no gravy. Delivery driver handed me a half eaten bag of prawn crackers shocking service and food quality never use it again 25 years I have used chinatown be warned people stay clear there's lots more places to eat

Anyone who says this chinese is rubbish should move to America... then you will know a 1 star Chinese. China town have been the best chinese in Linwood my whole life. Curry is amazing. 100% would recommend Derek and his family to make me my chinese take out any day of the week!

Prawn crackers and sesame prawn toast were lovely. Chow mein was disgusting I made a mistake and hit crispy noddles instead of fine noddles but I couldn't even eat the chow main it was horrible I wont be back
