small issue with delivery, partly my own fault... quickly resolved and food was hot and delicious as always

Chicken fried rice tasted of seafood, I couldn’t eat it. Think it was made in the same pan as the prawn dish we had ordered. Not good if someone has a seafood allergy, luckily I don’t, I just don’t like it

Not ordered here in years but decided to try it again as my normal Chinese was closed. The chicken balls were severely overcooked. The batter was far too overdone. We ordered crab claws and they came in a dish with a big dollop of chilli sauce on them. Totally overpowered the crab and it didn’t say it came with that on the menu. Jumbo pancake rolls were slightly salty. Beef curry was nice, as were the ribs in syrup and my daughter enjoyed the chicken noodle soup. But for an order of almost £40, no free prawn crackers is a bit stingy.

Spent £60, nothing extra as a wee Thankyou snuck in like most Chinese takeaways. Original delivery time was 7:05-7:25 but arrived at 8:05.

Overcooked Chips. Chicken Balls Doughy. Tesco Chicken Balls Taste Better. Curry Sauce Not As It Used To Be.

Delivery was very late, and half the order was missing.

waited over 2 hours for food ordered 6.19pm and order still hadn't arrived by 8.22pm absolutely shocking

Food wasn't great, got the taxi box with the beef curry and was hugely disappointed in it. Beef had a weird texture and tasted like leather (dog may have eaten it but I didn't) the rice tasted like cardboard. Spring rolls and the bbq ribs were alright but never again

Delivered extremely fast by a tolerant driver who waited for me to come home. the Chicken Egg Foo Yung was amazing, huge portion and nice and warm, with lovely fried rice. the vegetable spring rolls get a 10 too. thankyou!

Just received my order from China Town linwood, and what a disappointment it was. I ordered a special chow mein and there was absolutely nothing special about it!!!! The chicken and pork was sour which left a horrible taste throughout the rest of the chow mein. Total waste of money had to throw it straight in the bin. Come on China town having a food hygiene certificate u should know when meat has turned!!! Will Never eat here again.

First time ordering. Food was nice, delivery was quick. Only minor issue it that the sauce could be slightly spicier apart from that a thumbs up 👍

order took 2 hour 5 mins from order time to delivery. the food had to go into microwave to be heated. Will never use China Town again. this is the worst takeaway I have ever used. would be 0 if ratings allowed

Food was cold when it arrived so much so the curry was congealed. chips were cold and most of them were little hard crispy ends so could eat. I thought considering I’ve spent £30 there would be a bag of prawn crackers thrown in but nothing. Don’t think I’ll order again not worth the money or the wait

Very expensive chinese. Satay sauce is very watery. Spend over £40 and still no free prawn crackers unlike EVERY other Chinese. Had we know I would have ordered some! Nothing extra thrown in. Will not order from here again.

Sirloin steak was a bit chewy but chips were great. I didn’t order a gravy with the steak either 😟……delivery driver was very polite.

Food was cold. The World Cup was rotten. Chips hard, chicken balls soggy.

Got two different kinds of chow mein and somehow they were both the oddest version of chow mein I have ever had. I wouldn’t say I won’t be back. Just maybe next time I’ll stick to something simpler

spring rolls, curry sauce , rice and delivery time was good. £3.50 delivery charge for round the corner is abysmal though. When I called to say they gave me sweet and sour chicken balls instead of salt and chilli they refused to believe me and offered no help. Had the exact option numerous times that comes with onion, chillis etc, these were soaked in a reddish sauce. Soggy and incredibly sweet. waste of £25. won't be back

food lukewarm but still nice. delivered in a box so don't think an insulated bag used. only let down was the actual delivery time was double the original published delivery estimate. would pick up as food good

Just eat process good as always but I must admit that was one of the worst Chinese meals I’ve had in a long time won’t be using them again

Delivery was technically on time but took a long waiting time. Food was acceptable quality but not what we were looking for and didn't feel like good value for money. Disappointed but maybe it just wasn't for us.

Was looking forward to my food after a long 12hr shift chios curry sauce fried rice.....got hot with hard chips no curry sauce and the rice was also hard chicken balls were burnt also absolutely shocking service when I called they told me to just phone just eat and get a refund!!!

Cant believe after ordering a good amount of food/spending money (over £30) you do not offer free prawn crackers. Chips were very salty, but Will say chicken balls were on point though.

China Town's offerings were notably expensive. Delivery was prompt and the food appeared fresh. However, the overall experience was just 'meh'. The dishes were excessively sweet, not aligning with my taste preferences. The combination of the forgettable flavours and steep prices made it a less than memorable experience. Sadly, it didn't meet my expectations and I'm unlikely to order again.

the food arrived cold or Luke warm. a tub of sauce was on top of the cardboard lid on the curry so the curry was all on the lid and the side of the box. it was delivered in an open box lid with no attempt to keep it warm during delivery

Was originally going to place next door but they had a wait time of 45 mins so decided to try this slop house instead for a change. Immediate red flag when I discovered it was cash only. Ordered king prawn cocktail as part of my meal. Came in a large dish full of lettuce, a little bit of cucumber, a lot of sauce and 3 prawns for the bargain price of £5.80 and also wasn't that nice. Chicken in main meal was rubbery, sauce was greasy and fried rice was over cooked. Won't be back.

hate to do this but really not impressed. Spare ribs not even cooked. Curry was just a thick paste. Pancake rolls greasy. Wouldn’t waste my money!

These little bits of charred gristle add up to a portion of ribs and u are charged £7 for them when I called I was told that was 5 ribs cut up I never ordered that I ordered ribs not what u give to the dog total robbery and the king po beef is bland abd not fit for the dog so going in the bin first and last time customer

Ordered chicken curry, what I actually got was salt poisoned brown skitter with no onions and square dice sized pieces of Fake Chicken, it was rubbery, it had no real shape or texture to it. DISGUSTING

Disgusting. Chicken in both dishes was over boiled mush. Rice was reheated and both sauces were bunged full of salt.

won't order from here again!!!! We ordered a mega munchie box which was honestly one of the worst things I've ever ordered. The food was cold and literally half of the food was missing. We got no chicken balls, no ribs. Complete waste of money. They deep fried crab balls were good however they had a whole claw hidden inside that we nearly choked on. The best thing about my meal was the factory produced fortune cookie. But on the plus side we got a can of pepsi we didn't even ask for however doesn't really make up for the terrible food.

Delivery over an hour late. Phoned to chase and told be 5 minutes. Took over 45 minutes from then. Phoned to make complaint got told manager would call back, 2 days later no call back. Phones again and agreed with staff that can reorder the same order and it will be free of charge. Any extras would be charged. Places the replacement order all fine then 5 minutes later they phone to say no sorry changed mind will give one main and one rice free.

Just had a delivery from here normally it’s ok but I asked for a Duck and mushroom what I got was mushroom and onion disgrace I will never go back

Waited 2 hours for a chicken curry fried rice and now its here we cannot eat it as it is unbelievably salty . I called them and they admitted the ingredients were wrong . their excuse for this was they were ultra busy . Horrible service . horrible customer service . no thanks. ne never again

Ripping people off with a pound sur charge if you pay by card and dont tell you would not recommend them food wasnt that great either wont be using them again

Not even one star... Awful, didn't even resemble Chinese food. Phoned to complain and get my money back, no apologies and said they've not been paid but just eat yet so go chase them.. Can't find how to get in touch with them yet!! I was so hungry I ate some and binned the rest, I've been unwell all night. This place should close down... To say its the Worst Chinese is too good for them... Close seriously.. Your awful.
