missing satay sauce!! couldn't get through to restaurant

Food was lukewarm when it finally arrived. Order said to have dispatched on time but didn’t arrive for another 25min. Delivery estimates on just eat are shocking

great food, thought curry would include rice but otherwise it was perfect A+

excellent and on time, gave 4stars as theres always room for improvement

Best Chinese I've had in a long long time. The curry is so tasty. The portions are very generous too. My husband and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

15 mins later than predicted, still not here

Food took a while to arrive but we expected it as it’s a Saturday night. However, food was lukewarm when it arrived, chips were soggy and stodgy and parts of our order had been forgotten. This seems to be consistent with the last few times we have ordered

salt and chilli chip stone cold beef chow main slimy and cold will not be ordering from here again

My favourite local Chinese. I regularly order and food is always good quality. I usually pick up but delivered on time and guy was friendly and polite.

Dinner was over a hour being delivered and when it came the beef was burned and very charred. Went in the bin

Received notification at 20:15 that order was with driver for delivery. Phoned restaurant at 20:50 & was advised order wasn’t in kitchen therefore out for delivery. Order arrived at 21:15, 1 hour late. Food was lukewarm & very bland

waited over an hour called the restaurant to be told its in car..... currently still waiting 25 mins later.... called a few time girl was helpful the male couldn't really care

Second time now had missing items from here. Order turns up tonight with no bottle of juice, which was obviously ordered to have along with dinner. Delivery driver apologises saying forgot to pick it up but will be straight back with it. Dinner now long finished and we still haven't received the missing juice. Obviously not a priority to right the mistake they made. Anyway, been issued a refund by just eat and won't be rushing back to order. Pity because food is usually on point.

best chicken curry iv had in ages

Only issue I had I have just spent £ 2,000 on a fence and gate to keep my dog safe and delivery driver walked out and left it wide open, needs to be more aware, he opened it to come in, he should close it when he leaves. Food was lovely

This was my favourite Chinese until last night I has put me off. Chicken was off & prawn crackers were pretty soggy not sure like they had been there for a few days

Great choice of dishes and all well made

Firstly the delivery driver was excellent very polite and joviel, the meal was enjoyable the salt & pepper ribs where cooked very well and a good size portion , loads of chips , the curry was nice not runny nice and sticky to the chips , and then the pineapple fritters where excellent, enjoyed will uae again

Through no fault of their own my delivery was late, they made up for it tho. Made our food fresh and what I assume was the owner or manager delivered it to us roasting hot. Thank you. We were more than happy!

I get takeout from here occasionally, and I've been here with the family. My parents are super picky eaters and they say this is the best chinese food they've had in scotland, period. The satay sauce is the best.

Yet again food is late and COLD. If you can’t handle the orders coming in, STOP accepting them.

Food was not warm and chicken was poor quality

Food was over 1 hour late. My wife tried to phone the shop over 40 times for an update but couldn’t get anyone to answer on the phone. When the food finally arrived it was luke warm. The food had clearly been sitting somewhere the curry sauce had a greasy film over it and was tasteless. Sorry never again

3 hours later and still hasn’t arrived after being told it’s on it’s way twice on the phone.

Can't fault the food or delivery but Ordered Diet Coke and received normal coke and paid for Prawn Crakers and didn't recieve them

Nice little restaurant does sit in and take away. Did both. Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. This is my favourite Chinese in Carluke.

Paid £2,50 for prawn crackers- none arrived. Fried rice was supposed to come with curry sauce, instead came plain with chips which had curry sauce instead, crispy shredded chicken had no taste at all very watery

Great Meal And Service Food Was 1st Class And I Would Highly Recommend

China Cuisine food is always lovely - a cut above any other takeaway in the area. However, this time the delivery was several minutes beyond the latest estimated time and, for the first time ever, the food was not as warm as it should have been. I stress that this is the first time we've had this experience and I expect we'll order again, perhaps picking the food up ourselves.

Although delivery eventually showed up, by the time it did the takeaway was luke warm usually the food is hot. Still tasted great was just not hot especially as i am only about 6 minutes from the restaurant.

First time ordered here. Asked for alteration to order in messages and China Cuisine were kind enough to oblige. Food was delicious. Piping hot and delivered as planned. Will use again.

Without a doubt the best Chinese food in Carluke Crispy salt and chilli beef is amazing:) The quality of food is second to none and the owners are very friendly to me and my daughter

meal was lovely and warm. delivery was bang on time. only disappointment was my order cost more than £20 and we never received the free prawn crackers that it says u get when u spend more than £20

Food still arrived hot and food was great but the delivery driver when he finally arrived was very aggressive in knocking the door and shoved the food at me then left . Can't fault the takeaway for this though as the food was good.

A pleasant surprise. Have lived in Carluke for a year and a half and haven’t been here. A friend told me it was nice and we decided on a whim to try. What a great decision. Lovely decor, bigger than it looks, staff were absolutely lovely and food was fab. My hubby had his usual beef curry and chips and I had sweet and sour. Was delicious. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was the best I have tasted. Will most definitely be back.

Great place to have something to eat, and as we was visiting carluke for the 2nd time we wasn't aware of portion sizes lol, my wife and I will definitely share the special fried rice, and the shredded beef was the best I'd tasted in a long time

Took 2 hours to deliver Sweet n Sour chicken balls, chips n fried rice. Chips were soggy n cold. Asked driver (who left delivery on step n ran back to car) why it was late n was tol "oh, I don't know", aye rite - guilty as son. So disappointed as was for daughter and people saying food was good. Maybe an off night but wasted my expert. Poor.

Very disappointed, “crispy” wontons were soggy and tasteless and the sesame chicken was so thin and hard you couldn’t even tell what it was suppose to be. Unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again.

thoroughly enjoyed my prawn curry and soup, one slight criticizem it would have been even nicer with small prawns.

Munchies box was nice comfort food not a fan of satay sauce but the sauce was to die for just amazing the sweet and sour sauce was too thick needs a little TLC on that one I never tried the gravy sauce so can't comment on that. Overall I was happy with the order.

A beautiful meal and we collected and it was ready a few minutes before collection time too so that was good. Food delicious

Initially a bit disappointed as delivery took quiet a while (although this was the time they indicates so wasn’t late, just a busy time) and our order turned up without one of the mains. However, we called up - the girl on the phone was really apologetic and helpful and gave us a few options: credit for next time, refund or have it dropped off. We chose to have it re-delivered and the owner was round within 10 minutes, again really apologetic. Mistakes happen, but the shop dealt with it exceptionally. Really pleased. Most importantly, the food - as always - was delicious.

Dropped by the restaurant last night before heading to Glasgow and the food was delicious! Salt and chilli chips were amazing, yuk sung was yum, everything about the food was great! Definitely will go again!

Amazing sweet & Sour chicken. The only compliment was the vegetable spring rolls were so spicy & not what I was expecting but great delivery & good food hot & fresh.

The food was piping hot and utterly delicious, wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I order the chilli and salt tofu which wasn't flavoured and just full of under cooked veggies (a lot of onions) and the tofu was rubbery and oozed liquid when bitten into. I've made it better in airfryer before. Plus the food came 10 min late which was well over an hour since we ordered it. Just a bit disappointed with what was supposed to be a nice treat :(
