The naan was nice and the biryani portion was huge, plus we had a great discount! Didn’t enjoy the prawn purée or the sauces, disappointing considering the fab reviews on here. Maybe we were just unlucky last night!

We just had our first food order from Chilli and Spice! The food was amazing, good portions and as we ordered our food over the phone we can also say that the service was very friendly too. Would definitely recommend this place!

Have ordered several times now from Chilli & Spice and have never been disappointed. Generous portions, delicious food and perfectly spiced. The one time I did had an issue with my order (they'd sent the wrong side dish and starter) was quickly resloved with a call to the restaurant and I wasn't upset as I'd ended up with better dishes than I'd ordered. Highly recommend.

What amazing food lamb chops tender bhuna was amazing flavourful and the lamb samosas very brilliant

Food was ok but a lot of water pooled in the bottom of the masala which made it quite unpleasant. Also the restaurant missed out the onion bhaji on my order which was disappointing.

This would have been full marks across the board. The food as ever was spot on in every point. On this occasion the food came open in the bag in transit and crushed some of the other items. This has never happened before so a little disappointing. I was also missing an item from my order

Absolutely the best curry we've had all year. Portions were amazing the containers full to the brim! Also delivered quickly and was hot and very fresh. Highly recommend them it's very good

Sadly just didn’t hit the mark tonight. Maybe a different chef to usual? The curries were sort of tasteless but VERY salty. Unpleasantly so. The vegetables (in the vegetable dansak) are usually chunky and lovely, but were cut really small sort of just like shredded cabbage and onion. Disappointing tonight! Maybe we’ll avoid Wednesdays, the Wednesday chef isn’t as good as the others!

Didn't have any direct service with the restaurant but the food was good and delivered on time.

Value (price x quality) is about as good as you’ll find in London and the nans are delicious and well packaged so that they come nice and hot. I always over-order so I can have it again the following day.

The food tasted great however portion sizes are a joke!!!

I don’t like to post negative reviews but this time I feel compelled to do so. Being an Indian and quite aware of what autistic Indian cuisines tastes like I’d have to say the chefs special curries that I ordered had not only over the top sweetened taste of tomato but it didn’t had any taste of Indian food AT ALL. I’d rather go to a super market and buy their pre packaged microwave food which is of the same pedigree cos this place charges you more. Had a word on the phone with one of the staff upon enquiring about my delayed order (for which I had to wait an extra hr). He understandably confirmed that it’s Friday eve which is one of their busy nights but the way he boasted about quality of their food somewhat assured me that it’d be worth the wait. Very unfortunate experience. My first and LAST order with them. Reputation don’t mean zilch!!!

Biriyani in particular was delicious

Delivery was fast, but food taste was very subpar.

Food was tasteless, very poor quality and a waste of money. Coconut rice wasn’t coconut rice, at all. Horrible. One of the worst Indians I’ve ever had, to completely be honest.

Food comes piping hot. Never disappoints.

Usually get a little more sauce in the food but was delicious and also, we get a little pot of sauce to go with the Poppadum's but not this time.

Food was going to be late (because there was no driver, not the restaurants fault). The restaurant called me to apologise and give me an update, and gave me free poppadoms too. Fantastic customer service. Onion Bhajis were AMAZING. So different to anything I’ve had before, normally it’s dried up crispy onion - this had so much texture and flavour. Will be making this my regular takeaway for a curry!

This is my favourite restaurant the customer service is great the people are always so kind and polite and the food taste absolutely amazing and is always fresh the delivery is always on time too I just love this restaurant

Food was a bit of a sour taste and driver was bit rude

I ordered lamb biryani, saag aloo and some onion bajis with some vegetable samosas. The vegetable curry was mostly oil. The saag aloo was very salty. The only thing that was edible were the poppadoms. Not very pleased with this food at all!

As usual, excellent portion size and quality. One very BIG complaint: this was supposed to be salmon but both portions included two large prawns. We don’t eat prawns and wouldn’t have ordered if we had known they would be in there (they haven’t been previously) so we were short changed by a couple of pieces of salmon. However, the cat did enjoy the prawns.

Fantastic! Generous portions, fresh meat and good amount of spice. First time customers and we will definitely be ordering again! Couldn’t fault it, so delicious!

Delivery was late but they let me know straight away to manage my expectations and had a nice detail with me which I appreciated very much. Portions are regular and food is tasty.

My family and I have been using this restaurant for 5 years but more so in the last year every order is missing something and then when we ring up there aware off it but never made any plans to call and rectify it. Food quality has changed not for the good the Korma isn’t as nice as it used to be.Popadoms arrive in crumbs. Overall it’s time to depart and give another restaurant a try.

Fresh cooked ingredients with authentic Indian taste. The chicken was tender and the spices/taste of the food was unbelievable, I will 100% order from there again.

Excellent customer service and very professional. Called us to let us know they had run out of veggie samosas and not only did they swap them for a more expensive alternative free of charge, they also threw in an extra freebie kebab to apologise. Food was piping hot and delicious - the chicken masala and veggie rogan Josh were amazing - we will definitely be ordering from them again! Refreshing to get a quick delivery during the lockdown too - 10/10!

The meals were delicious and arrived hot, the portions were generous and I was very pleasantly surprised by all of it. The chicken Tikka was lovely and moist (always a good indicator) and there’s plenty left over for another meal, so I get to enjoy it all over again! I’m a fussy moo, and my funds are limited so I have to be careful how/where I spend my money, but this was worth every penny!

The biryani tasted of absoutely nothing and was very greasy. One of the worst I've had. The onion bhajis were good though if expensive for only 2 of them

Read the amazing reviews before we ordered for the first time and we were not disappointed! The food was all absolutely delicious. Favourites were chicken kurma, sag paneer and the daal. Oh yes, and the kids loved the naan so much they argued over it!

Forgot to send a part of the order but quickly called me to let me know they had sent another delivery driver. Both drivers arrived quickly and food was great.

I have ordered from many Indian Restaurants in London, but this Chilli and Spice is my absolute favourite. The food is simply amazing as the flavours really come out and one can tell they are not short on using a variety of great spices. I love the matar paneer, chana masala and aloo gobi with cucumber mint raitha and pilau rice. My housemate's favourite is the lamb biryani with veg curry which she orders every time. I highly recommend this place, the food really stands out.

The poppadom was scrivelled (1 only) and had no sundries, the food was good except there could have been a little bit more chicken.

Order was late but when phoned the restaurant the guy was really helpful. Unfortunately when the food arrived it wasn’t very good. Incredibly oily, dry meat and lacking in flavour. Also no cheese in the cheese naan. Sorry to have to leave a negative review but quite disappointed all in.

Keema naan was probably one of the best I've ever had from any indian takeaway. Garlic rice was very tasty. Lamb chops balti was flavoursome. Onion bhajis were very moreish I should've ordered two portions. Thank you also for the complimentary poppadoms and sauces!

I didn’t receive my food as the delivery driver refused to come to the 7th floor and deliver to my door as he’s scared of Heights and took the food back at 11:15 pm and was closed after that no one answered so going hungry for the night 🤨

Food was ok although the reason we ordered was for the 20% off for orders over £20 and only 10% was deducted and then a 50p charge was added on top.
