Best Chicken Shop in Hackney!!! Ordered a family meal...so fresh and tasty...even the chips are amazing...in fact the best I've eatten in a while! Neatly wrapped up and clean looking. Will definitely be a regular from now on!

I went to this place yesterday to try it out. It was catastrophic. The guy was in no rush and it took 20 minutes to get my food even though I was the only one in the queue. Worst place I’ve ever been to in my life and I wouldn’t recommend it at all!

We wanted a quick, easy cheap meal for lunch as a family and came across this shop! Well worth the food on a budget as a lot of places are expensive in London for families on a budget!

Il servizio molto semplice, tuttavia ho mangiato bene ad un modico prezzo di 5 sterline. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi si trova nei dintorni e vuole mangiarsi qualcosa a poco nel giro di 5 minuti!

Comi um hamburger vegetariano que é simplesmente muito bom, acompanhado de batatas fritas, realmente tudo muito bem feito. O atendimento é muito bom. Recomendo.

Porzioni di pollo fritto e patatine molto abbondanti...difficilmente a Londra riuscirete a mangiare così tanto,ma soprattutto ad un prezzo così abbordabile. Consigliato.

Typical fried chicken fast food shack. Fair prices, fairly quick service. Fried chicken of every shape: wings, nuggets, wraps, sandwiches, with bones, filets. No AC, kinda hot. Only late night game around. It will fill your belly.

Nous avons apprécié ce petit snack avec des bergers, des wraps poulet ou kebab servis avec des frites et des chickens wings ça change des chaînes mc do et subway. Très bons produits.

Have been several time to this wonderful place. You can either dine in or have your meal takeaway. The staff are friendly. The grilled chicken wrap, BBQ chicken wings and the green salad are to die for! Definitely one thousand times better than McDonald's. They even have grilled chicken salad! It is worth a visit! A good takeaway on City Road close to the Z hotel, the Premier Inn and the M by Montcalm. The name is a give away mainly serving Chicken dishes as in southern fried chicken

I got here before 3am and it was pretty busy. They did a few meal deals but I didn't think there were enough really. They combined a deal and added an extra piece but I didn't think the value was that great. The chicken was fairly tasty though.

Went with our family, got some quick sandwiches and chicken. Kids enjoyed everything they ordered and the wait wasn't long at all. Very reasonable prices!

These guys charged me £10 for nuggets and chips, and provided awful service. Go around the corner and avoid this place at all cost.

Cuando trabajé cerca de City Road y tenía menos de una hora para el trabajo, a veces me dan el almuerzo desde aquí. La tienda es pequeña y se puede llenar a la hora de comer; sin embargo, tienen un servicio rápido mientras que sirve buena comida, es por eso que era popular.

Fuimos allí un fin de semana por la mañana temprano. Pollo yhe estaba muy bien y a diferencia de algunos lugares ninguno grasienta. Habiendo dicho eso, las patatas fritas eran re fritos, lo que hace duro y sin humedad, un poco más de tiempo habría convertido en adecuado patatas fritas. Noté un toldo y zona de cocina finamente limpiado los alrededores pero el equipo de interruptores de la luz y no estaban muy limpias.

Comemos no Chicken Cottage em City Road por curiosidade e gostamos bastante! Recomendo o Original Cottage Wrap! Muito bom! Pena não ter em Portugal!

We had a late night snack of fried chicken and chips. We thought the menu was very extensive, it really had something for everyone, form fried chicken to chicken burgers to salad, and plenty of options for families and groups.We enjoyed the fried chicken and chips. We thought it was well cooked and nice and hot. We didn't think it was as greasy as some places we could mention, and we also thought there was plenty of meat on the bones, which, again, isn't always the case at other establishments.Overall, we reckon it was pretty good for what it is.

I have eaten here a couple of times when I needed to eat something wick whilst visiting the hospital opposite. The food is hot and tasty - more or less what you'd expect from a fast food chicken place. The opening hours means you can get something hot to eat at almost any time. My only criticism is that the food tends to be 'thrown together' with little care. If you go for something like chicken pieces & chips then this is not an issue but if you go for one of their burgers (which I have on 3 occasions) it tends to be a bit of a mangled mess when you open the box - still tasty but difficult to eat without ending up wearing it. A little more care in putting it together would avoid this.
