Chickano's in Kirklees

This spot is great even for kids. I toomk my 2 boys and they loved it. They wanted popcorn chicken and chicken strips. When it came they were so excited and enjoyed the meal. Every other day they say to me they would love to go again. It had great customer service and they were great with kids.

Missed items in order said they would look after you next time and did nothing. Massively Overpriced But Food not bad Just been honest Won’t be ordering again

Very poor service. Ordered at 06:30 for 07:30 and it wasn’t ready. Rude staff as they are not bothered.

I tend to rotate places I get takeaways from in my town and Chickanos is at the bottom of the table. I like to give places a second or third chance, but this place (even after a decor refurb) is just the pits. I should have checked my chicken burger at the location as when I got home the bun was rock hard and the chicken was dry and chewy. I was starving and couldn’t be bothered to return to complain and get a refund. I was up at 4am as I anticipated on the loo regretting my decision. This place is not to be trusted and I think the Food Standards Authority need to pay them regular visits. And the fact they’ve raised their prices is laughable. Even if you are considering this place, don’t. There are plenty of other options nearby now. Thankfully.

This was absolutely amazing! Food is served quickly and served beautifully flourished in peri peri sauce. I recommend the peri peri wings or burger personally. One of the best places to dine at Huddersfield.

Absolute disgraceful service if there was a minus 1 rating I would give it. That guy Arshad Who thinks he runs the place absolute useless and forgot our order whilst serving his own cousin. He then had the audacity rude and impolite answer to say the other guy only ordered chicken wings that is where he is wrong. This customer after his order sat watching football then decides to order a wrap which was recommended by Arshad. So why lie Arshad.

Very bad customer service Have young school kids working that have no manners at all. Ordered food and clarified three times to ensure order was correct as have been given the incorrect order numerous times before. Got the order wrong with meal missing completely. Called back and they were very rude and were not willing to listen never mind find a solution. They were calling each other names and arguing. Asked to speak to a manager and apparently their hands were tied. Useless, unprofessional and unfriendly customer service. Later on spoke to T and he sorted everything out and apologised for the behaviour of the staff involved.

Rubbery pink chicken. Rude customer assistant, ignorant and didnt listen to the customers complaint and food was disgusting because they can’t handle organisational skills when taking large orders. AVOID!!!!!!

Chicken Burger too thin, too dry , overly priced. Left hungry, out of pocket and mad. Why did I even bother al stick to next door HFC, good price and a GOOD portion.

Ordered from Chickanos via Deliveroo in July. Thankfully I had a Deliveroo voucher because if I had paid full price at £8.74 for burger, chips and a can then it would have officially been the worst value for money I have ever experienced. The ‘mountain’ chicken burger is nothing like the picture, thin chicken, poor quality burger. Disappointed as this place sells its self as a chicken specialist, KFC is a hundred times better.. also cheaper!

He is so rude, arrogant and so abrupt every time i have encountered him on the service desk. To the point, i leave feeling very disheartened i spent money to leave feeling upset. Big guy, almost bald with a darker complexion. My whole family visits this branch. Seriously considering not ordering from chickano huddersfield anymore.

I got a takeaway meal with a friend yesterday around 1pm but before 2..I woke up early this morning with a very upset stomach! Silly me, I should have known better and taken the not hot fried chicken back! Disgraceful that they're maybe cooking too much and keeping it, supposedly 'warm' I really hope no one else is affected like this. I won't be going back here again.

Very disappointed. Never going back. I used to love their food but they have reduced their portions, be it the wafer thin burger patties and fillings, grilled chicken or chips. The only things that's same or increased is price. Go to any other takeaway round the corner for better/more food at half the price

Visited the Huddersfield branch today with my family and I must say what a contrast between this branch and the Bradford branch! Rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff, ran out of trays so gave our meal in takeaway bags to eat in! My young son needed the toilet but it was out of order, we had to take him to the restaurant a few doors away and then we couldn’t throw our rubbish away because the bins were too full!! What a hat trick!!! Get it sorted Huddersfield!

This is my second review of Batley based takeaways, and this place disappoints me further. There is a reason why these places ask you whether you’re eating I. Or taking away. It’s so when they give you chewy chicken and greasy chicken wings to take home, you won’t be bothered to go back to complain. The place wasn’t even that busy, and I waited around 10-15 minutes to have this served upon myself. We are fast running out of reliable places to eat from in Batley.

Ordered 2 burger meals using deliveroo - £25 total cost bit steep for burger meals - chilli sauce tubs cost an extra 50p and were only quarter filled in and in very small tubs

You need a great deal of patience and tolerance to eat here. Regardless of whether you place an order by telephone or order whilst you wait... you are guaranteed your order will be at least 45 minutes late. The staff have no sense of customer service, they are rude and abrupt. There is often a rush and customers pushing in to each other... the staff seem confused with taking orders and telephone orders at the same time. I am shocked how this place is still running? The food is over priced, the portions and small and inconsistent in quality.I would not recommend this place.

Untidy, left feeling ok until my fiid started repeating on me and i was poorly. I wouldn't go back here, i would visit their branches in Bradford but the Huddersfield branch is horrible and I wouldn't return.

I’ve only been to Chickanos a handful of times, but each experience has been a positive one. For a low-end fast-food chicken joint with low prices, the quality of food and value for money is excellent. It outperforms — with ease — the more expensive, American diner type burger joints. Wish they opened a few of these shops down in the Midlands.

Second time they've not had chicken wings on a Saturday night at 9pm - peak time and its a chicken place! Come on get it sorted. You close at 12 on a Saturday. Surely you're expecting to sell more wings. You can't have a chicken place and run out of wings!

Found on the high street in Batley, convenient, quick service, take out if you require, and a great choice of chicken meals. Much to my surprise after making a quick decision to grab lunch, I sat down at a table and ordered a spicy chicken salad with a creamy dressing on. It was really tasty and arrived very quickly after ordering. I never knew there was so many ways to serve chicken. The phone orders were fast and furious and people kept calling in to pick up their orders and followed each other in one after the other.

This is my very first issue with them I ordered chicken strips and chips like I do when I go any other time and there was a small black hair in with my chicken strips put me off my food straight away. Not sure if I will return

It was the only place I could see open that Sunday afternoon (5 pm), so I went in not expecting much, having had mostly dud experiences with chicken shops. Well, I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal with fries and salad for £6.58, which I ate inside, out of the rain--and it was amazing. The place was busy--a good sign--with customers from all groups in the community. It took a bit of time to come up, which proved worth it because it was freshly cooked. The salad was surprisingly decent and even included plum tomatoes! The chicken was very tasty, with the coating not overdone. Each piece was substantial, and I could only eat one of the three. (If you're short of money, you could club together with two friends and dine well on a piece of the chicken each!) To be honest, this Chicano's left every other chicken deal I've had in the shade. Quality, quantity, and value.

Another awful visit to batley chickanos. 5th week i go every thursday with my children and we place an order in advance. Every week we go Ishaaq takes an order and then on collection states we do not have this item we have this instead. He tells me that to avoid food wastage here they do not make any more untill whats made is sold. Why take an order? Food tastes good however the front house service is a real let down. I just hope management can deal with this issue as soon as possible as am 100% sure that i am not the only one who faces this issue. If it is undealt with not only will chickanos lose a customer base but also its reputation. Furthermore the front house staff tell me that management need to deal with issues by not allowing phone orders and only in house orders to avoid shortage of food. Seriously...talk about company respect ....1st rule of a successful business...you do not slate your own management? Really disappointed!

Wrong food was prepared They never picked phone so went down to order but the person was unprofessional i asked him how long will it take for order he replied rudley if you have patience the wait or leave we are busy and it can take any long i was just shocked at his answer but i still ordered because children wanted meal and most takeway were closed due to eid we went after half hour and other person said have you been out i have been waiting how could i wait in when he could not tell me time after all this when we came home found they put wraps instead of burgers and also cold because i had no time to go down and argue i just had to have wrong meal and food was also very cold and for instance even if i went down i knew they wouldnt be polite and say it was their fault i would not recommend this place

Came to batley chickanos...ohad rdered over the phone sonwas a collection...the guy at the counter asked the guy in the back give me a thigh piece..his response was...from where...where do you want me to take it out from!.....i am totally and utterly disgusted...its about showing customers respect and if your short on supplies of a certain type of chicken...have the decency to offer some alternative and not make weird gestures...really disappointed...service has deteriorated massively!

We stopped off as our daughter wanted food. It was very similar to Nando’s except for seating.

Tasty food always.. specially buffalo half chicken. Always a quality munch there.. Even if ur been out of town. N wana get on way home.

We have been a few times over the years and has always been fresh, tasty and well cooked, we got a take away for two tonight and was £15 down the drain we did not eat this. The butterfly chicken meal was not good, the chicken seemed like it had been warmed up, the chips limp and cold and the salad old, such a shame as normally love this place, won't return as not the cheapest but you don't mind when the food is good and fresh.

I first used Chickano's in Batley when it first opened. Called Friday for a lazy takeaway. Still the best fried chicken around. Good quality chicken, crispy coated fries. Can't fail.

Chikanos Batley is one of my local takeouts. Food is consistent, maybe a little bit more to pay than other local takeaways. But the one thing that makes me return is the customer service I receive from there. Ash, the store manager is ready to resolve any issue and goes above and beyond to please customers. I ordered a meal with side salad, picked up my order and returned home to find the salad was missing. I called Chikanos, spoke to Ash who was extremely apologetic and wanted to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. He offered to deliver the salad to me, even though they don’t have a delivery service. Within 10 mins, my order was delivered by Ash himself with an extra portion of wings as a goodwill gesture. 5 star customer service, willing to go the extra mile.. literally!

Friends had mentioned this place saying quite a good place. We looked online and looked reasonable food and it is take away and eat in. On main street and sitting area a typical take away. Decoration is nice and colourful to get customers attention.so thinking seems ok. Family ordered first wast butterfly meal which you get free drink too. And fillet burger with chips and drink. And for myself Mediterranean salad. We chose to eat in at desk and as for me kindly took payment although few pennies short. As waiting similiar to a small mcdonalds as when ever customers come in or leave gets cold, so coats stayed on. Eventually order number called and we collect our food. But the weirdest way of running it. So my salad and other fillet on tray , then buttetfly dish on another tray to collect. But buttetfly recieved served on a proper plate with proper cutlery and mine in plastic bowl and a plastic fork. Which was difficult to eat there plastic bowl and cutlery so only at alittle and decided to take home. Buttetfly dish looked lovely big portion but chicken was too spicy. Fillet burger which should have been plain was not it was peri peri and too hot. But chose not to go to counter to change as had eaten a few bites. So over all an ok place for a takeaway. Or a quick burger. But not for hot food on plate as not comfy chairs just plastic and too cold. Staff ok. They have 3 salads and so many other foods but am not sure if plain chicken if we go back again. Food ok good value. However we are expected to empty food into bin which is ok .but not a plate. So average place with nice selection of spices in food. And free chips and free drink is good.

The food is nice nothing special just usual fried chicken and burgers compared to others but they are more expensive was here with friends from london and they were astonished how prices were more than london .

Making a change from usual lunch brought in from home decided as a group to collect periperi chicken portions and salads. Very, very impressed. Tasty and succulent it arrived in our office as good and warm as it came off the griddle. Generous for the price we were all impressed and no doubt be returning. Highly recommended.

Been here a few times. Got to be honest the food isn’t anything wow it is your standard takeaway joint. They provide the same chicken as dixys etc. The burgers i tried haven’t wanted me to come back for me and honestly they have mixed my order up a few times and when i have rang them they have asked me to pick the missing order up but why should i? If they have messed the order up surely they should offer a solution for delivery. I have also waited an hour for my meal in which i have told them to leave it and went to frankies instead. Please get your house in order

This is a lovely clean restaurant selling chicken burgers, nuggets, salads and grilled chicken meals. I've being going here since it first opened and occasionally drop in to buy a few meals for my daughter and myself.

Came here tonight with my other half. I had the gourmet burger n fries and it was delicious!!!! My other half had the Manhattan melt n fries equally delicious. Can’t wait to come back

Catered to my gluten free needs! Were very accommodating and truthful. They ommited things from the set menu so i could eat, the food was impressive and very filling! Prices were reasonable too.. Will be recommending x

Ordered dine in range for kids. Comes with few wings handful of rice chips and not so good salad. For£5.99 it's not worth it as rice had no taste and salad taste was off. Family enjoyed the wings and chips. They should minus rice and salad. I'll keep to the burgers instead.

I don't like leaving negative reviews for anyone, but this time it was necessary. I took 3 families here yesterday, combined we must have spent around £60. The food is a joke! The "Buffalo Ranch" burger is what myself and my wife ordered. The chicken fillet is soo THIN, is the business not make enough already that they are having to slice the fillets even more? It was like having just a burger bun loaded with sauces? Full of Salt! Thin fillets and premium prices, "love it to the last bite"? more like "full of sauce and no chicken in every bit".Never again!

Very poor food indeed. Told the assistant that burger was cold - he heated it in a microwave and brought it back with the cheese oozing everywhere. I burnt my mouth because it was that hot.Chicken eaters, please stick to KFC halal restaurants for good quality chicken.Chickanos is well OVER PRICED !!!!!!!!! Prices similar to that of KFC but obviously this is halal based so very popular with all faiths.Came to try the new bandito hot burger but it wasn't starting until the following day so got a mountain burger meal which I loved! The garlic mayo is gorgeous too. Can't wait to come back

Visited Chickano's in February after attending the Leeds Valentines Fair and i would just describe everything as average. The service was poor, we all ordered at more or less the same time but a couple that was with us didn't receive their food until 30 mins after we did.The food was okay, i liked the chips more than anything. Much prefer KFC, would only go to Chickano's again if it was my only option.

INTROYesterday (Sat 4 March), as a large family we decided to order from Chickanos for the first time in a while. And frankly following our experience we won't be ordering from there again.PHONE CALLFirst I phoned up to place my order and said I was placing an order for 9 or 10 meals. This was interpreted that I wanted the pickup for 9:10pm (kind of late for an evening meal with the family!).I corrected the guy (who in fact turned out to be the manager so that really set the tone for the terrible service I was to receive) and said that was how many meal I was ordering and could he let me know what time I should pick up my order. He said I should come for 7:45pm.THE VISITI took four young hungry kids to pick up the order and got to Batley Chickanos for 7:40pm.Upon arriving I was told, again by the same manager that my order was for 9:10pm and that I was a 'little' early.Firstly, if my pick up was for 9:10pm why would I take four hungry and impatient kids to Batley Chickanos for 7:40pm (90 mins earlier)? Surely not to pass the time! CALL RECORDER AND APOLOGIESThank goodness for an app called 'Call Recorder' which records all my incoming and outgoing calls. Listening to the 3 minute call again it confirmed that the manager has said to collect the pickup for 7:45pm. I really wanted this manager to listen to the call but he believed me anyway, apologised profusely and said they would make the order as quickly as possible, and would throw in some extra wings for free. (Hurray!).NEARLY A FREE MEALAs I tried to pass the time with the kids, finally our order was 'ready'.One guy did our drinks and chutneys.Another guy bagged up the order and asked about the drinks, even though these had already been done. And the same guy asked me if I needed to pay for the meal. Now if I was dishonest, which I obviously am not, I could have said it is already paid for and I could have walked off with nearly £42 worth of food. I reminded him I needed to pay and paid for the order.THE ORDER MIX UPNow not trusting the staff at all, I pulled out the contents of the 3 bags and double checked my order. Regular chicken wrap mealTHE ORDER MIX UP 3When I rushed to the front of the queue, and asked who was in charge, the manager who I spoke to on the phone, and who incorrectly told me that my order pick up was for 9:10pm instead of 7:45pm like he said, said he was ever so sorry, looked out back and pulled out a bag which he said was for me. He said he had told his staff that this was part of my order but they looked oblivious.I explained that I could have walked out without this and would have had to call back. He apologised again. I then asked that he give me the bag so I could check the order. Instead he checked the bag with me but we were still missing a regular chicken wrap.I waited again while the staff made another chicken wrap to complete the order.THE GOODBYEUpon leaving Batley Chickanos at 8:40pm (a very stressful 1 hour ordeal!!), the manager apologised again profusely and said that next time he would make it up to me.When I got home, to the family eating 1 hour later than they should have, you guessed it, all the chips and most of the food was cold. Especially the chips as they were barely edible but there was no point going back again to the store and then, assuming they could manage 8 chips without a mistake, that would have delayed our evening meal to 9:30pm or later.Like I say when I left the manager said he would make it up to me next time. Well guess what, there won't be a next time!!!

YUMMMMY! One of these joints needs to open in the southern regions. The BBQ ranch burger and tex mex salad my ultimate fave!!! Honestly great for a greasy munch up! its not exactly fine dining, but if your looking for a take away, i would recommend this over your average KFC or McDonalds :)I look forward to my next trip up North to divulge into one of these burgers and salads !!!!

A bit on the style of KFC so decided to give it a try (they do have a few other locations as well) it was ok but I thought the chicken portions were a bit stingy/small as the pieces I got were also a little bit 'oily' as though had been stood for a while so maybe I went at the wrong time, there is a lot of places serving this style of food and many do it better if this visit was anything to go by, it could be and should be better than it was!

Usually go the Huddersfield branch and always get what we ask for. Today we were in batley so thought we would try this one. My husband asked for peri peri wings and wanted them well done. But unfortunately they weren't and he didn't really enjoy them. I got a manhattan burger and was very impressed with it really tasty and very filling! It was huge! Service was spot on and seating area very clean.

Called in for a takeaway, great food, red hot, didn't have to wait, fast food at its best. Chicken was really well cooked, chips very nice, dips great. Very good value as well.

Food is always good quality. Been here many times and quality is consistent. Sometimes can take 20+ min to receive your food, but on the plus side you know it's cooked fresh.

A fried chicken place, much like KFC. Fast service, clean and tidy. Worth a detour. Parking is not easy.

i know there are a lot of Chicken places around at the moment but this is up there with the best. nothing much else to say apart from its nice chicken and you should try it. nice and crispy not soggy

Chickanos is the ultimate takeout in our household. We know it will never disappoint! Their buffalo ranch meal is amazing as well as the buffalo wings. We visit every week so should have a weekly monthly drop down menu however writing it within the review is fine for now. The only bug bear lately is when we ask for extra buffalo sauce in the burger, they put in extra mayo as well and even when we have specified not to, we still get a soggy burger which you end up eating in a rush before dropping it all over yourself! With that being said, this establishment we are always given good service, organised service and they always have the food ready hot. Some of the burgers take longer like the grilled ones but for a good burger, patience is always key! I would highly advise anyone to check their food before leaving because if you are not happy with the burger etc you will not enjoy it and they always do their best to make sure they change it to how you want. We love this place and will just have to ask for no mayo at all next time. That will never stop us from ordering every week! My husband and I love this place. Thank you Chickanos!

I turned up with my boy Eddie.Chickano's chicken is amazing quality and extremely flavorsome. Nothing to complain about. I don't see why other reviewers are complaining about the waiting time? Good food takes time! And personally I believe it was 100% worth the wait!Would recommend absolutely amazing!

Called in for a quick tee, very nice chicken, not greasy at all. Good value, will help if possible, I asked for no drumsticks in chicken, no problem to them.

It's a bit like many fast-food outlets selling southern fried chicken, but it's cleaner and they seem to take pride in themselves.The food was very nice and served quickly. The place was immaculately clean. The staff didn't have the robotic 'do you want fries with that' attitude.There was a young lad in front of me who wasn't quite sure what he wanted. The man serving him took time to speak to him and tell him what was in each different meal option.If you want fast food, but don't want to feel like your in a multi billion pound junk food shop, this is the place to try.

Use to be amazing fresh tasty food all the time. Recently bought quarter chicken buffalo used chicken that was not fresh and dark layered skins.Need to step it up now with competitors down the road

The food is consistently good and has been over the years. One thing that has not improved is the service. Ordered food over the phone in an hour in advance (for a specific time) and it wasn't ready when collecting. Other people after me were served first. Need more workers somewhere in the establishment to ensure that customers are not left waiting half an hour after the order was supposed to be collected. Shocking.

The service was slow and the guy on the till wasn't helpful or informative. BUT the food was of good quality and ok value for money.

As with most things in Batley over hyped! Great to start off with the food was definitely of a very high standard and recommended as the place for fast food but overtime the standards have slipped and so has the quality of food. Can easily tell that chicken fillets have been sliced and the portion that would have filled you up now leaves space to fill unless you go for beef which is naturally heavier of course. However, the price rise is not justified for any of the meals and I can see sales tale off as the quality of food follows suit. Same great service though similar to what you would expect at McDonald's without the abuse of food.

Used to be the place for quick, fresh burgers at one point. Now you go to buy a chicken burger and end up receiving a pancake in a bun - price increase is no way reflected on portion size. Need to up their game big time.

Now let me get straight to the point! :-p I'm sat typing this still thinking about my first bite into my delicious burger! how the flavours meld and marry together to create a well and impressive meal, It was so yummy I wanted another! the menu is lovely! many have become my favourites now spoilt for choice!, lovely atmosphere, service was phenomenal! really love the food! the quality of the chicken is excellent, every burger is prepared through an exceptional standard with great presentation.I especially like the new Burito! great for families, friends, groups and children! Have now become a frequent visitor! can't wait to try out the other burgers, wraps and salads.Staff are very friendly too, very clean place! have been to alot of fast food places where cleanliness isn't a priority! but by god this is a very clean chicken outlet! great to see Chickanos take point of this.Food is exceptional, as well as the packaging the food comes in! usually I don't take pictures of my food! but this was too good to skip (made my friends jealous) :-pAnother point to make, I'm a gym junkie! it was really nice to see salads on the menu too which are really delicious and well presented. Really enjoyed coming here, will definitely come back again! Thank you again Chickanos! :)

Love the food at Chickanos, especially the burrito - my new favourite! As frequent visitors, the food always hits the spot with great, friendly service.

Chickano's is a household name for us, we visit it that often and they never fail to disappoint! The food is amazing, each burger is different and the flavours are so carefully put together - beyond yummy! I have tried lots of local food places but none of them compare to Chickano's. The service is perfect, really friendly atmosphere and the restaurant is always spotless. By far the best food, restaurant and service in town! Many will come and go but Chickano's will remain a firm Batley favourite.

similar style to KFC, overall ok but the portions of chicken pieces I got were a bit on the small side compared to other places I have tried (I may have been unlucky?) the taste is ok and certainly worth a try but I was put off by quite a few of what seemed to be friends of the staff hanging about and spoiling the experience, price is about par with KFC (just using KFC as a benchmark that's all) the cold drinks weren't very cold and need to be colder, generally the cleanliness of the place seemed to be good, overall ok but could be better by getting rid of the people hanging about inside as it puts others reluctant to go in!

Been a few times now, always found it to great food, very good value. The staff are great to speak with, as they always give you advice on the meal deals etc.

Visited Chickano's twice during Ramadan and both times they refused to serve me, no apology, saying they'd run out of chicken. First time was around 830pm so around an hour before breaking the fast. Tonight was 655pm, 2.5 hours before end of the fast.Asian customers were being served no problems. Took our trade to Aakash in Cleckheaton where we were made very welcome and there was no shortage of chicken.I've visited Chickano's numerous times since it opened and always enjoyed the food. Tonight was the last time. Plenty of other Asian establishments in West Yorkshire who are happy to take my money and offer excellent service.

I find the food is mainly tasteless unless drenched in the various sauces, so if you don't like sauces then this isn't for you. the chicken once it goes slightly cool is quite tough and chewy and the grilled versions have quite a meaty smell/taste to it.

Excellent food with brilliant customer service. Very clean And family orientated atmosphere. The kids absolutely loved the food as it's always fresh and warm when served. The salads are amazing. Best food place around. BEWARE Chickanos is an addiction. And it's true u will love it to the last bite. Enjoy

Now this the flagship branch, so you have to be patient at busy times, they will also give you a time slot which is good, because then it's up to you if you want to order or not, as some people can't even wait for a while, but I say it is worth the wait

Consistent is what I consider this place to be. Nice food that is consistently good but the only problem is they can't seem to hack it when they are busy and orders get very late also they aren't cheap, there prices have skyrocketed recently!

food is always delicious tasty. usually order nacho burger and strips for the kids and never let down.simple menu and excellent customer service.

Every week I take my Grandma shopping, we call into Chickanos for Dinner. All freshly made as you order, hence waiting times. Beef burger stack meal is my favourite. Fries are cooked to perfection. Large portion sizes. Great people great food. The shop is always pristine clean and very busy. Just what Batley needed.

A very popular choice for the younger crowd and families. Very reasonable and good sized portions. You can have a meal deal including chicken, fries and a drink for around £4-£5. Personally I love the chicken salads, the chicken is very tasty. The food is freshly cooked to order and is always hot unlike some other fast food outlets. The sauces that are included are good too and you can get a decent coffee as well. You can't go wrong for the price and I think it's a welcome addition to fast food restaurants. Take away and sit in available. The children love it as a treat and it doesn't break the bank!!

Went today for the first time after being told how good it was. Odered a Burrito meal and a Ranch Burger, the service was pretty slow although everything was prepared but then again it was busy. My daughters Burrito meal was perfect but unfortunately mine was cold, if fact it wasn't even slightly warm which was a little worrying as I had seen them taking it out of the warmer. Even more worrying is that it was chicken which can make you ill if not served at the right temperature. Having said that the cips were good !!

Useless staff, poor service, took them half an hour to prepare a take out salad! Never again, what a joke!
