Hungry-Ordered at 730pm got a delivery notification after 9pm but had no food, tried calling numerous time to see what was going on finally got through to be told it will be leaving in 20 mins (this point-starving) for over an hour to pass tried calling again to be told will be leaving in 30 mins- (at this point I’m hangry af!) they tell me he’ll give me extra food for the inconvenience! The order turned up at 1045 you know what they gave me free.. a donut… A DONUT! I already had donuts in the order.. top it off they were STILL FROZEN. Don’t waste your time with this place give your money to the Africans for water or go hungry cause that’s what you’ll be doing if you order here.

Absolutely appalling, ordered 16 pieces of spicy chicken with a 9inch garlic bread on Tuesday the 9th of April, payed £16 for it, it took over 40 - 45 minutes to get to mine then when they delivered my food, they brought me the wrong order, showed up with a burger and chips, they refused to drive back and bring me my actual order so they said to call them the next day and that they would sort it out and bring me my original order, asked for it to be delivered around 11 - 11.30, still hadn't came by midnight (00:00) so I've still not had my order and it's now Thursday 11th, exact same problem today, called them and they have said the same thing again, that a driver is on his way and will be with you shortly, they still haven't showed up, they're just taking the piss and robbing me of my money, beyond cheeky, in the end I've had to contact JUST EAT and get a refund because their service and staff are just horrible.

Absolutely appalling. I ordered quite a large order for a group of friends and by the time the food arrived half of them had gone home due to the food taking over 2.5 hours. Not only this, the order was quite wrong and when we phoned to complain and ask for some money back they refused insisting the rest of the food was on the way. However, they forgot to inform us that food was an hour and a half away from being delivered with it arriving around 12:30am. Never order from here

Even one star is an overstatement for this mockery of a food chain. Food took over 2.5 hours to be delivered and almost ruined a good day out. Food itself was soggy, grotesque and cold and hard to digest. Had a difficult time on the toilet afterwards too. Please only order from this place if you want to ruin your day.

the rats that fell out of the delivery bag became my best friends, my cheese pizza looked like a green forest soo yummy, and my chicken was as pink as a piece of bubblegum, my favourite,5/5 stars, i was stunned at how long i was at in the ER after this amazing experience. aaaawwwww.

Accepted order and sent different food. Raised the issue and was told they didn't have it so sent something else. Pizza that was sent was nothing more than 14" cheese and tomato with 9 pieces of pepperoni. It was was meant to have double pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and jalapeños. Couldn't care less. Said I could have a discount on a future order buy wouldn't give money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered at 19:10 and it’s now 21:36 and my order still isn’t here , I ordered one garlic bread on its own. Rang twice and they keep saying it’s on the way. Wouldn’t bother , food will be freezing when it gets here

No other way to explain my pizza it was wet as in soaking wet oil dropped off box the second I got my hands on it £150 top down the drain do not order from here the absolute worst of the worst never seen so much oil /grease on anything in my life wow highly disappointed it’s not possible to miss it the box was bent in half from being so wet it had lost all structural integrity

Terrible experience ordering from this place first of all order came late got my order wrong and when called to tell them the lady on the other end was arguing with the chef and also when they finally said they were going to send another order in 15 minutes got a call half and hour later saying they don’t have what I ordered and asked me to order something else before I could ask when the food is going to arrive they hung up and delivered the food after more than an hour. Very bad customer service.

Ordered online at 17:30...at 20:00 and 21:05 rang to see where my 45mins delivery was was told "JUST CANCEL IT ONLINE " NO OPTION ON WEBSITE.rang my bank to stop payment as meal never arrived at all...4 days later they used credit card details and took the £30 out my bank ...NAT WEST tried dozen times to contact them over it and they wouldn't respond.so now police and solicitors are involved for FRAUD.have all messages and voice recordings of them saying just cancel it then....ROBBING BSTARDS .. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AS POLICE THINK THERE KEEPING CARD DETAILS

Bought 3 pizzas asked for triple pepperoni on 2 of them but didn't get it. The large pizza had 11 pieces and the small one had 5 pieces! The topping seem to be getting less and less, if I wanted just a cheese pizza I would have asked for it. Will not be going here again, will be going to Dominoes, their pizzas have lots more toppings on them

I’ve ordered from Chesters multiple times and what keeps me coming back is that the quality is always great. The pizzas are very good and the service is always friendly and professional.

Absolutely dreadful experience. I ordered through the Just Eat app and usually have good service using the app. I ordered from this location by accident as it was a similar name to one closer to me (that I use regularly with no issues) but as the order was accepted I decided to continue with the order. The app read as order delivered when it had not even displayed “on its way” yet and needless to say, it was not on its way. I queried this and then has a refreshed page and a new delivery time which added an extra half hour onto the wait. That also passed and I had the same delivered notification but no food. I escalated and asked for a refund. Someone actually did eventually arrive, well over an hour later, far later than the original timeframe and so late that I was heading to bed as it was around 1:30am. I told the delivery driver I had cancelled the order and asked for a refund and would not be eating what he had brought as it was so much later than it was meant to be delivered. I then had a message from the app to say the restaurant was refusing the refund. That in my eyes amounts to robbery. Shame on you. I have seen this same restaurant on a different delivery app stating my address is too far to deliver so I think that it was wrong to accept my order in the first place. Appalling service, I have been totally ripped off. Disgusted.

Once again I ordered drinks with meals only one arrived. I had cold pizza, cold salty fries, and lies. Still waiting for my drink after ringing shop. I know it is under £1 a can but it has happened twice to me and possibly loads of times to other people. It is very poor service should be ashamed of yourselves.

as a student the price is cheap and affordable however there’s a reason for it. i’ve ordered 3 times to see if it was just an off day but every single time it wasn’t edible. the chips always are soggy and cold, the pizza tastes off (i think it was the cheese). i had a very upset belly when i had a few bites of the pizza and i had to throw it away because i felt sick. im still sick from the food lol.

My younger brother ordered late last night never came, just eat told us to speak to the restaurant but was after closing time, went in today ginger fella miserable as always says if an order was there it would have been delivered well clearly not, but anyway it was £6 lol who’s going to lie over a £6 meal. Get over yourself mate if you don’t like working with the public then leave, place has gone downhill since he works there!! Argues with you on the phone if they ever forget anything as well, makes it like it’s your fault he’s forgot to make it and send it out 👍🏼 delivery driver is very pleasant though if only he worked in the shop place would probably run 100 times better.

Just ordered a pizza, chicken and chips. Waited 2 hours. When the food came they forgot my pizza Then told me there will be a long wait for the pizza as they are busy after me paying for it!! The chips were soggy and the chicken was pink in the middle.

Failed to turn up with our food delivery. Have had to place a refund request in with Just Eat. Blacklisted for food deliveries.

I Regularly eat there but over the last few visits the toppings are getting smaller. A ham and mushroom should have lots of toppings but on 1/2 the pizza (14 inch) there was 12 small cubes of ham. And they are creating a bigger crust by making the topping less. This time it was smelling a bit off aswell. Musty even. Think I'll be looking for a new pizza shop in the childwall area.

Ordered food at 8.10 pm and after the first call at 9.40 pm we were told the food was on its way.Called again at 10.15 which made it 2 hours and 5 minutes after ordering an were told again the food had just gone out.At 10.40 2 and a half hours after ordering the food it turned up down the road and had to wait for the driver to walk it down. .The food was barely warm and not worth the 2 and a half hour wait.Dont waste your time with these.Shockingly bad service.

Called up after being an hour they said it was on it's way...nope they lied. The guy was probably sitting off with his mates and forgot about the food. I think it's great value for the money, someone below said about them selling produce that was passed it's use by date...I don't agree, I'm regular there and I have always been satisfied...however they need to change there opening times because there not open from mid day and it says they are online.. sort that out and make sure you give me extra toppings next time for the review I'm the guy in the orange wheelchair, handsome, friendly, I got the orange car as well just as sexy as me.

ive ordered from here a fair few times, the staff have been kind and the food wasnt all that bad, but my recent order had me vomiting and diarrhea in the morning, so food poising from donner kebab wrap is just a step to far, not sure yet if i should pursuit legal help for this.

Love ordering from here the best pizzas and chicken I’ve tasted in a long time and Steve the delivery man is just so friendly and lovely . It’s not always same delivery driver ( usually Steve tho) but each one who has cake has been lovely and friendly. Food is piping hot and gorgeous and cheap too 👏👏👏👏 our fave place !!!

Used a few times via just eat. Deliver very quickly. Tried a few things all tasty and delivered hot. Would recommend. Not a Nando’s but for a chicken fix late at night you can’t beat here. Who can resist red salt and chicken lol. Burgers very good and pizza spot on for a takeaway.would recommend
