Very burnt chicken balls, spring rolls and crispy beef. Great portion, rest was ok.

They forgot sauce for duck but brought it back very quickly yum definitely recommend

We love the complementary prawn crackers and would love to come back again. Hopefully with improvement on their time delivery.

Special chow mien consisted of noodles, more noodles, and a few more noodles, on, and 2 king prawns and 2 quarters of mushroom…….and nothing else! How to ruin a family meal, whilst every other person ate their meal, I had to wait for a replacement! Not impressed at all, and spent over £40! Won’t bother again!

Hate giving bad reviews, but honestly I hope this helps the restaurant improve. Chow mein was vile. Seaweed was like eating a bowl of sugar, the ribs were tasteless and I can’t honestly say anything nice about the bland and dry food that’s clearly been microwaved from days before. Never again, extremely disappointing. Worst Chinese I have ever eaten.

Just eat did well with delivery times. Food itself was absolutely vile in every way. Never getting food from here again. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had 🤢

Sorry, not impressed… the pork Thai red curry was utterly flavourless, I know Thai sauce is more of a broth but this was extremely watery and lacked any taste, for the amount paid for the meal not great…

Only ordered from here as our usual Chinese was closed on a Tuesday. The crispy beef was a half portion. Noodles didn’t taste like chow mein. Sweet & sour chicken balls tasteless & the sauce was runny. Crispy duck tough. I would avoid!

Amazing as always, very kind delivery and the amazing food is always hot, on time and tasty . They have to travel 10 miles out in the sticks fir me …. The drivers are so kind the food unbelievable, I won’t use anywhere else .

Oh dear! This is normally a great takeaway, but when the food came 10 mins after ordering I knew … we should have got an Indian instead. We wanted a tasty curry, we got a watery soup, looked like it was flavoured hot water. Do better plz..,,

Unfortunately my driver reverced onto our lawn and got stuck, so have been trying to push his car in the mud and the rain. Have not been able to eat my food and it's cold. The driver is very nice and very sorry, I think his car slipped from all the rain we are having here. However still did not get to enjoy my food. I think the food would of been good if it was warm however

Cold. Dry. Small portions (especially when compared to price).

The only thing that spoilt this was the driver rang the doorbell and left the food on the doorstep and was in his car and driving off by the time we got to the door

Food was so bad that we couldn't even eat it. Chow main looked like someone threw up on the plate, noodles burnt, chicken balls overfried that impossible to even bite on them. Chicken orange wasn't the correct order- looked like leftover friend chicken thrown in the bowl and pineapples added. we ended up not eating any of it! I ordered from this restaurant before, but this was so horrible 😫 Will never order here again!

I ordered my food with the understanding it has to come all the way out in the sticks (9.5miles ) but it’s always on time , hot & always delicious!! The best Chinese food by far ! Amazing takeaway 🥡

The driver left my meal on doorstep and just knocked door. I am disabled and could not pick it up, luckily my neighbour was in and they picked it up for me. If they was not in I would of had to leave it until my carer got back from lunch, by which time it would of been cold, not happy

I ordered sweet & sour chicken balls and was sent battered prawns instead along with some disgusting brown looking sweet & sour sauce. My daughter is allergic to prawns and almost ate it until I slapped it out her hand once I realised what it was. And all they had to say was “eat around it” then when I asked for a refund the guy on the phone put the phone down on me and continued to ignore my 3 calls back.

Worse meal I’ve had from them, normally gods but tonight our noodles tasted funky, special fried Rice was dry, meat looked shrivelled n was very dry, Beef curry was disgusting, I imagine it was all a few days old n reheated. good job the swear n sour Chicken balls were good, everything else went in the bin. Won’t be using again.

A little late ...good communication...good food always

I usually have no issues with this place but tonight the curry was practically more oil than anything else, and it made it taste awful and almost inedible, really disappointed

It never pays to order from a 5* food rated restaurant, the food was mediocre curry sauce and sweet and sour sauce too thin chicken curry lacking heat, rice over cooked and the chicken pieces in the sweet and sour Hong Kong style were hard so all in all it was rather disappointing and won’t be ordering from here again

Marked as 4 stars as chicken balls were very well done (almost burnt) and Egg friend rice was very dry but otherwise a good experience and nice food. I would use again and see if different next time as we all have bad days :)

Food was a tad bit cold but did have to travel to deliver . Egg fried rice has no flavour but it was okay .

Arrived cold. Little amount of chicken in the Chow mein. The squid wasn’t squid, just batter. Ordered half a duck and instead came chopped up, and so unsure if really half.

Was the worst Chinese we have ever had. I don’t know if they are trying to save money, but the sweet and sour sauce was so watery with no flavour, the chow mein tasted likes plain noodles, they forgot the mini spring rolls which is my favourite bit! And when we tried to call we couldn’t get through. Big disappointment!

My chicken balls where raw and the rice was reheated and the sauce was pure oil. Phoned the guy and he says “nothing wrong with the food” told him we have photos of raw chicken. Asked for a refund or replacement and he refused. Says he doesnt care about the complaint and to go ahead and take it to food hygiene. Photo doesnt do it justice due ro bad lighting

First time ordering a takeaway from here and I had a good experience. The food was delivered hot, all tasted lovely and delivery was fast. We had chips, pork chow mein, chicken curry, sweet and sour prawn balls, crispy seaweed and chips and all of it was cooked to perfection. They even chucked a couple of bags of prawn crackers in for free. Will definitely be ordering again

I keep ordering, but lately the quality of the meat is a bit low and chew, and losing some taste.

Never again! Rung to order and was told 45 mins! After 1.5 hrs food hadn’t arrived - we were advised driver was on his way!! I wasn’t aware they had moved Bedford! Man on the phone extremely rude not surprised by the reviews surprised they have any customers! Absolutely disgusting service

Duck was dry, chicken and plain chow main was dry and hard, tiny bit of seaweed, no flavour to the ribs overall very poor for £61!

Spare ribs: looked good but where 95% fat, barely any meat Chicken chow mien: cold and bland, no flavour whatsoever Chips: cold and horrible. Whole meal went in the bin, waste of £20

We had 3 beef chow mien all bland no flavour at all one should of been hot and spicy was even bland rang the shop up guy goes if you didn’t like dint order again so rude never again what a waste of money. No customer service very rude .

All very nice apart from the hoisin sauce which they have changed it used to be rich, dark, thick and tasty. This time was quite light in colour, slightly brown and very runny and not very tasty,apart from that. It was excellent 👌

Absolutely disgusting, never again! First time ordering and it will be the last. Chicken balls over cooked, won tons stale, prawn crackers old and stale, crispy shredded chilli beef, that old and clearly recooked, couldn't eat it. Curry sauce was so watery and tasted disgusting. My husbands egg fried rice and Hong Kong style chicken looked so anemic and was tasteless. Chucked the lot in the bin. Such a waste, and of money. Horrible on all levels.

Avoid!!! Do not waste your money, food was disgusting, the Special Chow Mien bottle from LIDL taste a thousand times better, the food was cold, we order Special Chow Mien and there wasn’t more than 10 pieces of meat all them disgusting, flavour horrible and super small, the noodles were a mess, we throw away all the food straight to the bin, we had to order McDonals at the end.

We enjoyed the food tonight. This time we chose to not order noodles because we are doing low salt diet. The fried rice was nice and my husband loves the thai soups. Chilli crispy beef was tasty. Food was hot on delivery.
