Absolutely terrible, ordered though just eat, spent £40 plus and the food was cold, we don’t even live that far from them, it was like it been sitting on the side waiting for a drive,would never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff not interested in any customer service. We will go down the road next time where the guys are always friendly

So happy I found this Grill the food is yummy and I go every day for my cheese quater pounder. The shop is very clean and the staff friendly if you are out n about Try this place for delicious food

Absolutely appalling food is freezing and fish is drenched chips in grease man on phone saying what do you expect you live far away we are 8 min drive and the food was on delivery driver passenger seat with window open food went straight into bin never had something so disgusting

Ordered for delivery on just eat at 5pm for delivery at 6:05 to be told it's been delayed by 20 minutes which was ok, not ideal but I could deal with it at 6:20 it was delayed again by another 30 mins. At this point I wanted to cancel my order but the just eat app wouldn't allow for this. I proceeded to call the restaurant to be greeted by a "What do you want me to do" attitude. After being told that they can't cancel it or give my money back, I said that I would give them half hour to deliver my food or i will come to the shop and tell everyone not to buy from them, they quickly cancelled my order and refunded me. Absolutely Jokers!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered through just eat app. I checked address matches before commenting. Firstly, missing items nearly every time I order! Price increase has made it pointless to get a kebab when you can get something better for the same price. I ordered veg kebab and chips. Partner had chicken kebab. His looked not great but ok. Mine was awful. They clearly don't read there comments section. I've have veg kebabs from many places and there's always large or whole mushrooms, big chunks of peppers and onions and tomatoes and it's always enough to fill a pitta bread or more without the salad. HERE you get a bunch of sloppy tomatoes and one mushroom cut in to slices. Small shards of pepper and onion that were almost non-existent with a pile of unwanted (I specifically asked not for) old sloppy salad items that filled the pitta up. In the bottom there was now a massive pool of juice that turned the pitta in to a degrading wet paper towel. First and last time I will order from here. Wish I had listened to the other comments on here.

Worst kebabs we've ever eaten, coupled with the worst customer service. Every kebab I've ever ordered in my lifetime has come with salad as standard, but not here! Oh no, if you want salad you have to specify at the point of ordering. £20 for nothing but a few measly pieces of chicken a pitta, and a wrap, what a rip off. Practically laughed at me when I phoned to complain. AVOID!!!!!

Got a couple of Shish Kebabs for me and my friend, they were delicious! Probably the best I've ever had. The chilli sauce was really nice too and put my mouth on fire lol. Will definitely order from this place again.

It's a shame, the place was clean. And the service was polite. But my southern friend chickin was raw. When in sittingbourne, I wont be using this place again.

Mayo tasted very sweet , chilli sauce tasted more like tomato purée with a slight kick , food was freezing first time we’ve ordered won’t order again . Poor quality snd tasteless .

I called them and the guy who picked up my call was really rude he was aggressive, he was not answering me ans when i asked him can u listen to me he started shouting on me. I ordered donor they Didn’t put any sauce in there as always, salad was not fresh. Too salty. Really bad behaviour

Ordered 3 donna kebab Turns up stone cold forgot to put Garlic mayonnaise in the wrap and forgot to put 2 pots Of garlic mayonnaise and chilly sauce in the bag !!!! this is the second time and we have given charcoal grill another chance the lady on the phone is on another planet all want Straight in the bin DONT NOT ORDERED FROM HERE the best kebab in sittingbourne is 💯 is Aida but don’t deliver but Finally realised it’s worth the drive

Horrible won't be ordering from here again, food arrives after only 15 minutes of order, so was expecting it to be really nice and hot but it was cold thr donnor meat was pale as hell, they splattered so much burger sauce on the food so wasn't easy to consume. I orded from just eat and been given refund but should have looked at previous reviews on Google before ordering because looking at this kebab places rated there are much beter ones around that respect the food they are putting out and respect there customer especially when your paying top dollar.

My food had clearly been sitting around for a while, chips were rock hard, the salad was no way fresh and the meat was rank. We chose empty bellies instead of dodgy ones and left it. Didn't bother calling to complain as the staff are so rude.. the way they speak to their female staff stinks, worse than their food. Never again will I order from this place, I cant see it staying open for long with the grub they are serving up.

Food delivered an hour and 10 minutes after ordering when our house was like 15 minutes away. It came warm chips tasted far too vinegary and worse of all a HAIR found in the meat! Last time we order from there unless compensation for that is given!

Food was delivered cold. The pitta was wet & inedible, went in the bin !!! Would never recommend this or order again !! Only gave one star as I had to put something.

Not only did the delivery drive ignore my delivery instructions, the onion rings were soggy and cold. It was like someone had deep fried them, froze them, microwaved them, froze them again and then microwaved them again. Chips were also cold and soggy. Don’t order from here. 🤢 Giving 1 star because there’s no option for zero stars and the rum baba was quite good.

Three guys on duty. Saw one cut raw chicken with a yellow knife (well known for cooked meat only, raw is always red) then another guy used that knife moments later to cut open my cooked chicken to ensure it was cooked! Cross contamination!! Absolutely appalled! Walked out, see you laterrrrr

Food as Gone down hill a bloody lot it was that bad my dogs would not eat the kabab 1/4pounder but I did manage to eat my chicken burger but gave the chips to my dogs as they tasted like they just came out of the fridge or freezer .....btw I think your charcoal grill could do with a good cleaning.... ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

Food was 3 hours late. Missed items. Food was disgusting. Had to go to the place to ask what has happened with our food For the man to give us attitude. The chicken is soggy Cheese on the chips was just chucked in. After the excuse of “we only have one delivery driver” they didn’t even apologies about all this hassle. Won’t be going there again :/

Hot wings were perfect but the kebab was a bit dry and crusty but great delivery time and service

After a good night out went here for a late kebab. Only to be greeted with attitude saying 'You didn't ask for chicken shush....erm yes I did. Also burger sauce I asked and you didn't give just because you were pissed. If I'm paying I deserve At least a standard service. Won't go back again after using them so much.

Had delivery this evening one was a special request burger which they were happy to do asked for chips in paper (don’t like them in a box as they go soggy) they turned up in a box (SOGGY) phoned them within 5 mins had fresh chips in paper great service 👍🏻 👍🏻

Over an hour and a half wait for food from a few miles away. Was advised 45 mins, called after 50 and advised it had left and it took a further 50 minutes!! Ordered at dinner time and arrived leaving an hour before wanting to sleep for work.

I have just received my food after waiting well over an HOUR and a half! Despite making several attempts to call and find out what was happening, I only managed to get through once out of 32 attempts (I have 33 outgoing calls and the first was to order the food). Was then told "sorry" and "it's going now" (after waiting an hour at this point).. 40 minutes on and the food eventually turned up and the driver insisted that "these things happen" and blamed "poor traffic" as well as "road closures"!! I'd like to point out I live 3 miles away and immediately after he left I checked local traffic and the route he would take and it said 13 Minutes!! And that is if you took the longest route! Incredibly disgusted with the lack of customer service and no curtacy call. I'm surprised they still charged us. Will not be using charcoal grill again!

Drove down ordered 1/4 burger and chips twice they are always busy but get food out quickly friendly staff food goog.

Haves used this kebab shop in the pass 2 years. Thought about time to review it best around and recommend. I always get chicken kebab alway plenty large meat pieces and always have plenty of fresh salad too. 👍

Have used this place 3-4 times recently and me and my partner get takeaway with them through just eat. Can’t speak for the in store staff as we never deal with them but the delivery staff are always lovely and friendly, the food is always delivered quickly and to date we are yet to have a single issue with our order! And on a separate note, we usually have some sort of combination of a kebab burger, chips, and a kebab wrap, every time we eat from here the food is hot and tasty, so no issues there! This place is now our safe go-to when it comes to ordering takeaway. We know we’re safe ordering with these guys and will continue to use them!

Ordered fish and chips, my friend ordered scampi, both of which were inedible. Scampi dry and overcooked, fish grey in colour, chips were soggy and obviously reheated too many times. Do not waste your money, avoid this place at all cost.

Ordered large chicken meat and chips and for the price it was awful! A box of cheap low grade chips with less than a handful sprinkling of chicken doner meat on top which was stringy and mostly gristle! Won't be going back again ever.......

Usamos el carbón durante años y no sólo es el mejor kebab house en la ciudad, yo calificaría como el mejor que he probado (y he probado un montón, casa y en el extranjero). Me trasladé a Derbyshire recientemente así que por desgracia no puedo utilizar este fantástico lugar (excepto cuando se visita familiar) aunque tengo que decir que hemos contemplado las 200 millas en coche para mi favorito kebab! ! . . . . . Lo que lo hace tan bueno en mi opinión es el pollo shish kebab, magníficamente marinado/pollo especiado en un pincho (tome nota swadlincote a domicilio), pimiento verde y cebolla, cocinados en una parrilla de carbón, (naturalmente). . Además (estás pagando atención? ) col roja, repollo blanco, lechuga, pepino, ensalada de tomate y cebolla sirve en una cuñas del limón pan de pita. Por alguna razón llamado llevar kebab en Derbyshire y alrededores todos parecen ser indio influenciado y uso Tikka/Combinación con pan naan patética ensalada floja. . . Este NO ES UN KEBAB! . . . . . El carbón es el lugar de kebabs/Grill, mejor en el negocio.

Said 50 minutes and still waiting an hour and a half later have ordered before and not had problems before but not happy and when rung to find out what is going on got told a couple off minutes nearly 2hrs later and still no meal understand it gets busy like any other place but seriously.

Always good food from these guys! Delivery is normally within 30mins 👍
