Cantonese chicken , no veg and fried rice is my favourite. No other Chinese can make it so good.

I am a great believer in "food doth not a restaurant make." Alas, customer service plays a very vital role. Chan is fantastic for this. I could ring looking something off menu and he will create without any hassle. Would recommend to all. Brilliant customer service and a friendly face.
