We spent over an hour waiting for our overpriced food. Won't be visiting again.

Absolutely fabulous. Freshly made in their kitchen. I would certainly return. Really delicious.

Horrible food. Service was ok. Ambience was ok too. On starters: the chicken satay came swamped in an unpleasant curry flavoured supposed peanut sauce. As for the chicken it didn’t appear to have been grilled; it was pale and chewy. The fish cakes however were very good and presented well so clearly they know how to present food they just forget with the chicken satay! On the mains: the pad Thai was greasy and bland. The vegetable stir fry was kind of soupy, greasy, slimy with pale looking chewy prawns. Save your money and your palate and don’t bother. I certainly wished I hadn’t!

I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. Despite the promising menu, my order of sweet and sour chicken balls and pad Thai failed to meet expectations. The sweet and sour chicken balls were a letdown with very small pieces of chicken, overshadowed by excessive batter. The sweet and sour sauce and vegetables was nice. Equally disappointing was the pad Thai, which fell short on flavor. The dish lacked the aromatic spices and depth that are characteristic of authentic Thai cuisine. It tasted bland and lacked the complexity that makes pad Thai a beloved dish. Restaurant atmosphere was pleasant and the service was adequate. This restaurant is very expensive.

The varied selection of Thai food is out of this world… so delicious; generous portions and beautifully presented with intricately carved, edible floral decorations. Thank you! - A lovely end to a family birthday celebration. Highly recommended; and our heartfelt appreciation for feeding us later, during the evening. See you next time we are passing through Brecon.

Always very good and a regular haunt!

Tried for the first time on a Friday evening. It was reasonably quiet. The staff were all pleasant. The surroundings are nothing flash but comfortable for an evening in casual clothing. The portions were generous and the food was flavoursome enough. Would I eat there again yes. Would I go out of my way to go back, probably not. Overall a reasonable meal out at a average price. 2 currys, 1 rice, 2 starters 3 drinks @ £73

Hadn’t been here for a while after a sub-standard experience post pandemic, we thought we’d try our first takeaway. Poor experience. My partner asked twice for the 10% discount over the phone (bearing in mind it’s only half the VAT they’re giving you back), I went to collect and they tried to charge me full price. The curry had large lumps of raw egg white in, only four prawns in the prawn rice and bless em, they’re scooping food out of the cartons so you don’t get a full portion either (photo). Go to one of the two good Indians we have, or Ghurkha Corner instead. £38 for two curries and rice, not worth the money (cash only too).

Good food right in the middle of Brecon town centre. Good service and excellent quality of food. Prices are good for Brecon. Nicely decorated. This is now our regular dining place. Food continues to be excellent and authentic Thai cuisine with great service. Recommended but book a table as it gets busy during peak times. Return customers. Good tasty food again. No complaints.

Came here for friends birthday (party of 5) Mentioned it was Owen’s birthday. Food & service was as always superb, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of places to eat where we live but we’d rather travel the 40mins to Chang’s . Booked a table, glad as it was totally rammed....sore tables lasted seconds as never-ending stream of people filling the restaurant up. Food was very good, quite authentic and yes I spent a lot of time in Thailand many years ago. Tasty dishes, soups, curries etc. Definitely on my list to return...it's about 30 minutes drive

Absolutely shocking food and service. I wouldn’t even feed it to me dog! Staff were not concerned with the mistakes with the food. No resolution was given for the mistakes and paid silly money for a meal which was inedible. Google wouldn’t let me give 0 start….. Definitely will not be returning and will advise any people looking at this place to RUN ELSEWHERE!

Having enjoyed Thai food in many different location is was disappointing to be served underwhelming average food! Unfortunately we will not be visiting again. The service however was good.

Heard so much about this Thai restaurant, so we gave it a whirl, well... Staff are very nice, food is ok but nothing special, starter for two is portion poor, one each of items and for £17 is not value for money, main meals again were ok but portion size was left wanting for more, noodles side dish at £7-50 was a joke ,along with very expensive beers, we paid and left very disappointed, then straight to the chippy for a fill up , be aware it's cash only also. That's got its own story. Sorry but there we have it.

Nothing special about the food here, as I think most of their business is take-out. Staff was fine, but again seemed more focused on take-out customers. Would go elsewhere if we’re back in the area.

As somebody who eats out regularly, I can honestly say I have never eaten such disgusting, low quality, frozen food from a restaurant/takeaway. We paid top prices, expecting something edible, but not a single dish was good. Crispy squid- frozen breaded crap. Crispy chilli beef- frozen tasteless, sauce- less junk. Chow mein- no flavour whatsoever with the worst inedible beef and guess what, awful frozen veg. Spring rolls- £6 for 3 of the worst spring rolls (I didn’t realise you could go wrong with spring rolls!). Chicken balls- 100% frozen, tiny hard lump of chicken in stale dry batter with a sauce that tasted of vinegar. I am not one to hold grudges or write scathing reviews, but at £45 for this takeaway, I am really pissed off!! If it was just mediocre I wouldn’t have bothered writing this, but it was so bad it ended up in the bin. The restaurant was full and I watched them serve the same food that we ate. As a tourist here, I would be so shocked if the locals used this place, the only thing that keeps them going I imagine is a lack of competition.

On a visit to Brecon we ate here one night. The place is done out nicely and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was quite full on a Thursday night but we did not need to book.The food was very nice. I had chicken parcels to start which were deep fried and served with sweet chilli sauce. They were served very hot and were quite tasty. For mains I had PAD NAM PRIK PAO (Stir fried chilli paste) made with chicken and served with Jasmin rice. It was nice and tasty but disappointingly lacking in heat, I thought being made with chilli paste and having 2 red chillis next to it on the menu it would have been quite warm. Next time I would ask the waiter about each dish. It was also a very disappointingly small helping, not worth the money. I also tried the Red Curry which was hot, despite the same 2 red chilli icon on the menu and very nice; and the Pad Thai which was an interesting, different and nice flavour.

Great food and pleasant service. Masaman curry was exceptional.

Food delicious although a bit pricey but worth it. The only thing we did not like was them bringing the bill to us before we even asked for it. Felt like they wanted the table as they were busy. We booked again for the Monday evening but given their hastiness in giving us the bill we did not visit again. Shame this happened, it was mentioned to the Manager but he did not seem to care.

Best Singapore noodles ever! Visited here a year previously, and the Singapore noodles were so good we had to return a year later! Delicious! Thai red curry also very tasty. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and very reasonably priced too!

Only one front of staff member when we arrived. Surreal experience as the waiter took half our order, broke off to answer the phone, then to seat a group. If we hadn’t ordered drinks already then we’d have left. Starters were fine but no more than that, raw egg in my main. It might be that I was irritated by then, but I’m sure the tables were closer than they’ve been before. Perfectly nice couple next to us, but we couldn’t hear ourselves think with only a few inches between tables. Conversation interspersed with the regular pinging of a microwave from the kitchen. I loved this place, we always visit frequently in our Brecon trips but I doubt we will return.

Great food with great service can't recommend it enough

The food is excellent and really authentic, spice levels are great the only downside is not being able to order everything! always order an extra papaya salad to share as its awesome.

Dropped in here on the way home for a late dinner. Staff were excellent and the food even better. A 2 course meal for two, including two starters, three mains to share and two large glasses of red and the whole thing was less than £70. Top quality for no money. Superb.

Must have caught them on a bad night. Arrived to collect a takeaway at the time they specified to pick it up... I waited almost an hour and from where I was standing I could see a lot of food being heated in a microwave. But with food in hand I got home and most of it was good. However, the prawn crackers were really fishy tasty and the chicken satay was stone cold while the rest of the food was hot. The restaurant at the time was packed and pre-booked tables appeared to have been given away, leading to frustrated exchanges between customers and staff, who could barely hear each other. I think the restaurant could benefit from a clear booking system and possibly fewer tables as it felt incredibly crowded.

The food was fantastic I don't normally eat much rice but I enjoy all the food and I ate twice the amount of rice I would normally eat will definitely go back to this restaurant as all the food was fantastic

The food here is good. Whether it is authentically Thai or not o don’t know but it’s very tasty. But when I visited last week service was appallingly slow. Our starters were slow coming, our mains slower, and mine arrived 10 minutes after my companions’.

Last minute table booked for 3, Very warm welcome and stunning decor. Wide menu choice and very vegan/vegetarian friendly. Service was excellent and quick, The food was fresh and absolutely gorgeous. I had panang tofu with a vegan platter for starter. The only downside was cash only, hopefully this is temporary but will update when we return at later date. Will definitely return to try the rest of the menu.

10% takeaway discount is no longer offered despite it advertised on their website and menu. Two orders incorrect. Requested a change with two orders which weren't made. We had a great dinner at Chang's. We had the table for six in the window and had a lovely dinner. We went about 7:00pm on a Saturday - all the tables were taken so a reservation is a must. All the food was great and service was swift. We will be back.

I've only been once, maybe a one off...or maybe not...I'm certainly not going back again to find out. I waited nearly 2 hours for my food...and when it did come it wasn't worth the wait. Warm, and overpowering....To top it off, over 70 quid for 4 meals. I honestly felt like I was robbed.
