Bad company, we ordered and they missed the delivery date. Told us it would come another date so we booked the day off only for it to not come again. Said they would include freebies this time as an apology, which ended up being some basic cheap pasta we binned. Also substituded some of the items and didn't even tell us, again with items we didn't want so they went in the bin. No reply from them thereafter. 100% Do not recommend, we dealt with "Remi Furey" the general manager.

What a fantastic discovery! Fantastic atmosphere. Champagne only beverages , you can’t go wrong. Fantastic service. The cheese oh my goodness, you are in for a treat! We ordered sharing boards which were delicious and the potato’s were just heavenly. It was so good we returned the next day for more! Highly recommended.

Great meal and service. My daughters love the salmon. The steaks are wonderful. Highly recommend the tuna tartare and burrata.

Christopher’s tries to come across as upmarket, but I found it to be disappointingly average - in fact for the prices it was a little below average. It has a similar menu to Gaucho, but falls far short on ambience and staff friendliness. In addition they have difficulty with accommodating people with hidden disabilities and I was required to email them with an explanation about my medical detection dog, necessitating tedious explanations about disability laws in the UK.

Delicious brunch at Christopher’s. We hadn’t been for a while but were certainly not disappointed! Dishes all excellent - get the brioche French toast! - and service exemplary. Yum!

Enjoyable dinner at Christopher's, a restaurant I've been to several times over the years. Pleasant staff who were attentive and courteous. High approval of the food by all of our party. Wine list a little expensive. Shame it was so quiet whilst we were there between 6.00 and 8.00 which rather diluted the atmosphere. But overall no complaints.

Enjoyed a late brunch here. Food is lovely and everyone had good things to say about their meals. Kindly adapted sides so we could order for our 1yr old. Did feel a little rushed at the end of our meal as presume closing before evening session. Otherwise great!

I’ve been here a few times and the brunch menu at the very best is subpar. The omelette is very bland, and the sourdough bread is always overly toasted. The only good thing in the menu is the French toast.

The food was ok, but unfortunately they did that thing where they poor water from a bottle when you sit down and then charge £6 for it 😐

I took my goddaughter to Christophers for a birthday treat. We were both very pleased by the attentiveness of the staff throughout our night. Our lobster bisque with dumplings and tuna tartare starters were absolutely delicious. We both chose steaks for our mains that were cooked to perfection. The quality of ingredients and the attention to their preparation made the evening extra special.

Two girls in reception were not kind at greeting or professional. Wasn’t acknowledging or polite.

Fantastic service as all the staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was thoroughly enjoyable and the atmosphere contributed to a very pleasant experience. We had the french toast and that was honestly incredible, would definitely go again.

Vi fikk en utmerket opplevelse av Masterclass i Champagne og ostsmaking. God service med stil og god kunnskap. Vi lærte mye nytt og hadde en trivelig prat med vår veileder. Han ga oss også tid til å smake og diskutere uten tilstedeværelse. Avslappende atmosfære og svært god drikke med passende tilbehør av ost, salami og søtt. Anbefales sterkt. God verdi for pengene. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

We visited Christopher’s as a group of 6 women who wanted somewhere nice to eat after the theatre. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing! It was posh but not so much that we felt out of place and the atmosphere and noise level was just right. A good find and we would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed spending our wedding anniversary at Christopher’s. We ate early before the Lion King which ensured that the restaurant was quiet. Food and service were extraordinary!

A very disappointing experience. The food was expensive, the service was average and we found out later that they gave us the wrong menu to order from. On the menu they gave us there were like 5 choices of brunch/breakfast dishes. I later found the brunch/breakfast menu online. It was totally different. All and all a very disappointing and expensive experience.

The food was of poor quality, the only good thing was the French toast. Very high prices! There were too many people and therefore a lot of noise.

I was excited to come here for the first time but I was sorely disappointed by my experience. The ambiance and location are fantastic but the service level and quality of the food are shockingly poor. At an 11am brunch somehow there was never a staff member available to help us. A coffee cup was served to us with lipstick still on it from what I can only imagine was a customer the day before. We had to send back a fork because it was also dirty. Pancakes and coffee were delicious, albeit overpriced. We also ordered a side of "honeyed carrots" that were completely inedible - instead of warm and sweet they were sour and cold? Staff were kind, but not as attentive as you would expect from a place that presents itself the way Christopher's does. Thoroughly underwhelming, will not be returning.

Toilets were smelly, dirty and awful. They felt unkept. Food was standard, and not that flavour some for the price. Service was not of fine dining standard. Overall felt disappointed about the whole experience.

We were in a hurry for the theatre and were served very quickly. Food was good. Thank you.

This is part criticism of the restaurant and open table. There was a minimum charge of £80 per person that I was not aware of. This was in the very small print of OpenTable. Something as fundamental of this should not be hidden in small print, it should be front and centre of the booking requirements. I was happy to pay £50 per head as a deposit on the understanding that we didn’t show up. But £80 per head when we were dining with two children is outrageous and a way to make money out of a day when people dine out. We were visiting at a family. What if you were a couple who didn’t drink alcohol, no one would be able to spend £80 worth of food. It’s frankly an opportunity to further rip off patrons and monopolise on materialistic holidays in an already expensive restaurant. I’m not sure what makes the need for £80 minimum spend on this one day? The staff saw us walk in with two children, it would have been good if they had raised this to our attention when we entered the restaurant. Shameful and exploitative is how we felt as customers.

We had a lovely evening with my partner, we enjoyed the food, the drinks and the desserts so much! Combining Pancake Day with a Pre-Valentine’s Day celebration date was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended, but definitely on the expensive side. Loved it so much though!

The food was delicious. Went for the Pancake Day specials after wanting to for years and they did not disappoint. Service was excellent too, we’d ordered the honey roast carrots but neither of us liked the flavour at all and our lovely waiter took them off tbe bill for us which was a really nice and unexpected gesture. Much appreciated and would definitely be back.

On arrival we were greeted politely & they were very welcoming. Then told to go upstairs to the restaurant. Not so polite here & service was very slow. It was a Saturday around noon they weren’t overly busy. We had to call a member of staff over to take out drinks order & again for our food order. The food was lovely - which made up for the grumpy service.

We loved our brunch and the staff were so kind. The avo & feta on toast was average but the chocolate french toast was incredible. The venue was fairly quiet and our server really made it. She also gave us a ‘happy anniversary’ message on the plate which was a nice touch! Thank you, would 100 recommend

Christopher’s is a beautiful restaurant, with lovely far-reaching views, for example right down Waterloo Bridge. Brunch at the weekend is clearly a busy time as there were queues to get in, and the restaurant opened late. The service was slow at the start. Our cocktails were served after the food had arrived. Both plates were cold, the fried eggs were over-cooked as if they had been sat on a hot plate for some time. This is not a place to go to for the food, but rather for its ‘hip-ness’ and its architecture. Our waitress was very friendly.

I eat out regularly in London & didn’t rate this restaurant as a 4 or 5 star experience. Very disappointing having been before & wont be retuning in a hurry.

One of the juices was absolutely inedible. Food was bland and average but guess when you go, you go for the French toast. Kids meals were too full of garlic and salty and both refused to eat much either

Food wasn’t the best , not that fresh , was rushed and they pretended our table wasn’t ready even though we were late then I saw them do the same thing to another couple and say “your table will be a few minutes” even though the woman downstairs had no way of knowing anything about if the tables upstairs were ready. The smoothies are not made fresh despite being £8.50 they’re frozen packets and the food was actually cold I didn’t enjoy at all.

Greeting was fantastic. Server had no personality at all. Others seemed lovely so was just the person we had. Biggest gripe we had for the whole experience was the main courses. Limited selection and limited description. I had the burger, meat was delicious and cooked perfectly. But it was small and the rest of the burger was very average. is served with absolutely nothing else. Partner had the rigatoni. which is just pasta in a sauce. Nothing in the sauce at all just a slightly peculiar tasting sauce. Incredibly poor value for money . Thankfully the puddings saved the day. Partner had the cheesecake and I the brownie. I stole the coulis from my partner to go with my brownie as for me a brownie doesn't need chocolate sauce its already chocolaty enough on its own. Brownie was the best delicious. Cheesecake was nice except the base was wet and stodgy would have preferred a nice crumbly base. Overall enjoyed our visit and it was a nice stop for our day trip out to London. Sorry, we wont be returning.

I have been wanting to go to Christopher’s for the longest time for the French Toast and thankfully this did not disappoint! Very delicious! However the Texas grill was extremely disappointing for £24! The food was served lukewarm and the ‘hash browns’ are not hash browns. It was smashed new potatoes which had zero flavour! Highly suggest changing this. We were sat on a table right near the toilet and it was hard to get any waiters attention. £80 for two people - looking back, overpriced for whole experience.

Food is not worth the price, it’s undercooked vegetables and soggy fried food. The service isn’t great. They don’t clear your table before bringing another course. The cocktails aren’t great either, not very well made. Very very underwhelmed and dissapointed

Yes, the food’s good but the service could be better, snappier, more attentive. It’s certainly not worth the 13.5% they slap on the bill. The staff who served us were friendly but I expected more professionalism and attentiveness in an establishment such as this. It’s down to training and leadership. The big guy who I reckoned was the maitre d’ ambled in a few times but never once looked over in our direction. No smile; no acknowledgement of who was paying the wages. The toilets are small - not the big guy’s fault - but the gents had toilet paper strewn on the floor and lacked the tlc one would expect. The toilets and the corridor to them are cold and, fairly miserable. Time ‘Cristopher’ popped in and checked it out for himself. MacDonalds are far superior. Overall decor. It’s tired. Needs a re-dec. Mirrors could do with a bit of spit and polish. But, Hey, that French Toast . . . . . Alex

We've visited Christopher's before and really enjoyed ourselves. This time though it took quite awhile to place a food order and then when our mains arrived, mine was basically shoved under my nose saying steak with peppercorn though unintelligibly. That wasn't my order, and the usual approach is to be a step back and confirm who has ordered which dish. It was as if the server couldn't wait to get rid of the plate. Rather disappointing.

Pre theatre trip and the restaurant was relatively quiet. A mix of theatre going couples and some families having coffee and dessert. Martinis were lovely and strong and the crab cake was a delicious starter. Lamb chops also good. Service was attentive and overall we had a great time.

Service wasn’t bad but not good, had to remind 3 times for just water. Had to constantly get someone’s attention, no one came over and checked anything. Staff stood round tills chatting felt like disturbing them to help. Alcohol on brunch menu but couldn’t be served until a certain time which felt strange. French toast was amazing but didn’t seem fresh and same with chicken and waffles. Overall very meh, wouldn’t rush back. And interior is a bit worn.

Great place for Saturday brunch near quite a few theatres for the matinee performances.

Had an amazing time and food was gorgeous. We went to brunch before the theatre and it was perfect. I took my mum and dad and we started with breakfast ( smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, truffle scrambled eggs and Texas grill) then we shared the French toast with chocolate and it was Devine! Smoothies were also nice and tea and coffee good. Defo worth the price tag and will go again!

What a great find! Beautiful restaurant, lovely table, delicious food served piping hot with perfect sides and excellent wine. But the best thing was the absolutely lovely staff -they were friendly, polite, helpful, personable and did their jobs perfectly. A very pleasant experience all round. This place is still so good for a west end treat. Great positioning for covent garden and all of the theatres. A lovely welcome on arrival with coats taken for our convenience. All of the staff were very attentive, with our particular waiter having a great balance of professionalism and friendliness. Very patient with good advice on the menue. Been here several times before and look forward to coming back. Thank you.

Not really worth the price tag - the service was good, though not as good as I’d expect for the prices on the menu. The building and ambience was good, the condition of the toilets was dreadful - I went twice while there - at the beginning and the end of the meal and no one had been in to clean - paper towels everywhere, water, etc. Not at all what I would expect.

We liked the wine the burger the fillet and the t bone as well as the fries. The waiters were really friendly and kind to serve us fast as we had two kids We definitely recommend it as a family friendly place. Thank you.

I’ve visited Christopher’s a number of times and have always had a relatively pleasant experience with exceptional customer service, however on this occasion I was deeply disappointed. Our server was extremely rude, dismissive and neglectful. Despite the restaurant being seemingly empty, the service was painfully slow, dare I say purposefully, that we couldn’t bear to wait any longer. We ended up cancelling our order and leaving as we didn’t appreciate how we were treated.

We were given the impression they would provide a professional and great experience. We had to book and put a large deposit down. The table was in a room which had no atmosphere… almost an add on. The food was extremely expensive. I had a burger… it was a burger no garnish no chips and quite small. Not worth the price! I had to add on the chips for £6. Shocking. The fish cake was very sad. Not worth the money either. And that was the experience of my husband too.

Considering all the great reviews, we were really looking forward to trying Christopher’s. However, we found it had a strangely flat atmosphere. Perhaps it was the time of year (we ate brunch on NYE), but the ambience really didn’t match our expectation. The food was good (the chocolate brioche French toast is amazing) and the service was fine, but overall it was expensive and an experience that we would not rush to repeat.

Way too overpriced for what we were given. Food was nothing too impressive, toast was not toasted properly so ended up super soggy with the eggs.

The food was reasonable although quite expensive. The blacknend salmon was good but the tacos and chicken less so. The staff were polite and efficient in pleasant surroundings.
