Great food and drink options. Fast friendly service. Will deffo visit again.

We had a great time, the food was good.

Went there for Thursday lunch. Staff were super friendly. You can order with a QR code or with a bar. Huge menu with loads of options for all tastes. I got the Miami Brunch with added chorizo and the Mango Tiki Shake for a drink. Both tasted really good I would recommend.

Food came quick considering it being busy however I wish it never did, steak was rubbery and gave me jaw ache and partners chicken was pink. Not impressed considering I have never had a bad experience in other “lounges”.

Food is great but mine had to be chased up. Atmosphere for me spoilt by people shouting over the loud music. Probably quieter in daytime.

Great food and cocktails in this popular town centre restaurant, but the ladies toilets look like a disaster zone! Broken seats, paper and mess everywhere.

Brilliant brunch on a Sunday morning. The place was amazingly busy, and despite us having to order separately our food arrived together. Staff were really good, the place had a brilliant atmosphere, and its certainly our new go to!

Popped in on the spur of the moment on my birthday and had a fantastic meal. We had 2 burgers which were absolutely delicious and a fantastic chicken/bacon/avocado salad which was huge and tasty. Really really impressed. Prices were fine and service was quick despite the restaurant being full and busy. Nice vibe in the place with people of all ages and types. Will definitely be back.

Food was good and the guy that took our order was polite but it was all ruined by the disgusting attitude of the miserable woman in the plain black tshirt that served our food.

Visiting my daughter at Uni in Loughborough, and she recommended here. What a great choice! Had the big breakfast, and honestly don't think I have had a better one ever! Setting in really relaxed, clean and friendly. Staff are just great too. We'll done.

Good international options meant we had a family choice of Malaysian, American and Spanish with some good looking Mediterranean & Mexico menu options too. Laid back atmosphere , not the quickest service and not all meals piping hot when arrived but friendly staff and tasty food and pretty decent value made up for it

I’ve eaten at centro lounge several times in the past. As a coeliac I eat gluten free and they do a reasonable gluten free menu. However I probably won’t be eating here again, and not because of the food. I’d called a week before to ask about booking a table for 4 people. I was told that they don’t take bookings for small groups and only take bookings for larger groups. I explained why we had chosen to come to centro and was reassured that they have a high table turnover so that although they wouldn’t take a booking for us we would still be able to get a table but may have to wait a few minutes. I was happy to go with this and so were my husband and his friend and her wife. On the evening we had planned we met up and headed to Centro. It looked busy but as I approached I noticed multiple empty tables in the window area and once through the door I noticed a couple of larger tables. The larger tables had reserved signs on them but the other smaller tables did not. We were greeted by a a guy at the door and he asked us if he could help. We asked for a table for 4 and then told in a rather blunt and rude way that they had no tables available. It was just after 5pm on a Saturday and we asked if there would be anything available a bit later and said we didn’t mind waiting and just having a drink while we waited. From the response we got this did not seem to be an option the man we spoke to wanted. I tried to explain that I had called earlier in the week and that I had been reassured that if I was happy to wait a table would be available eventually but he would not accept this. I even asked about the empty tables I had seen as we approached centro. He didn’t seem interested at all. So we left and instead we went to Tarboush. Turns out this was an excellent decision as almost all of the food they do is gluten free and I have to say so much tastier and the service friendly helpful and fun. We had an amazing evening but NOT as centro lounge.

We had a couple of really good meals here which were great value. Only a couple of negatives, only one gluten free beer available, which is odd because the gluten free menu is very good. There is so much good GF beer out there, just having Daura Damm is not great. On the second night most of the white wine was out of stock and they had run out of ice cream!

It’s our go to place for brunch, the choice the service is 100# . Last time it slipped a little , not this time , I had the eggs on muffins with smoked salmon and it was tremendous as was the service. My wife loved her brunch too , think she had the bacon sandwich but can’t quite remember. Only reason not a 5 star both dishes not warm enough . Didn’t bother me to be honest. A fantastic well run establishment. I imagine we shall be coming at least twice a month.

The food was really nice but the tapas came after everyone's and was missing one of the 3 tapas, then that tapas came 5 mins later and top it all off the mac and cheese came 10 minutes after I started to eat my tapas and the bannoffee milkshake was very weak

We’ve been to centro lounge many times and never had bad service, however tonight has topped them! After a ridiculously terrible week the banter from James has been truly top notch! Fair play to him for reading the room and making the end to the week much better than the start! James you legend! #rockpaperscissors

The app ordering and service is really poor, really lets it down. One of us waited 30 mins longer for food, and one drink never came, after 20 mins tried to catch a waiter for 20 more before walking up to the bar. Otherwise good, but this is basic stuff.

After looking to find somewhere different to eat on our visit to Loughborough, we chose to try this venue. We both decided on the Lounge Burger, but soon regretted it. The burger hadn't got any seasoning in it, the bun wasn't fresh and we weren't asked if we wanted salad in the burger bun. For the price, I would've liked a few more fries (although these arrived in an old enamelled and chipped mug?). My wife wanted a glass of the house white wine, but couldn't stomach it. She did get a refund for this and we were offered a free meal on our next visit, which we politely refused. I didn't notice anything wrong with the toilet when I used it, but my wife told me that the ladies toilet was filthy (her words).

Food is always great here. And the staff is quite friendly and helpful too! We had the poached eggs with creamy hollandaise sauce on a muffin, with spinach and mushrooms and it was a great flavor. The eggs were poached nicely as well However, the star of the show was the bang bang cauliflower noodles with veggies. The flavors were amazing and melted in your mouth, noodles were cooked to a nice texture and the veggies were a perfect pairing for this dish. My compliments to the chef

A visit to Centro Lounge is never a bad choice. Don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. Food is great, staff are helpful and friendly, and it's a nice atmosphere. Disappointed my favourite drink has been taken off the menu but you win some and you lose some!

Overall very good. Nice food but stingy portion of chips. Bit noisier and more cramped than other branches of the Lounges I've been to (Pico, Bendigo and Kino) but would still go again :)

We were here for our work Xmas dinner, we were very well looked after, the food was delicious from the starters through to the desserts. And a good range of drinks, my whole team were raving by the time we left well done Centro lounge

There is no doubt that the food comprised high quality ingredients, prepared and cooked well, and nicely presented; but portion sizes for some menu items were smaller than expected. Service was helpful and attentive, but bringing food for the adults before the child was disappointing. The atmosphere was pleasant but uninspiring - and didn't entice us to stay for dessert or coffee.

Ordered a breakfast muffin. The order was entered wrong, explained by server, so it was late getting served, when it was served, the muffin was cold and dry and tough to cut not impressed given the price charged. Not an enjoyable dining experience and will not be visiting again.

Third time here and as usual, all good. Good menu including vegan for my daughter, reasonable prices, nice portion size, friendly efficient staff and nice atmosphere. Top marks!

Really like it here good food and atmosphere

Great place to eat with a good atmosphere. All the food is lovely, staff are always polite and talkative and some even cream a joke or 2. Ordering from your phone is quick and easy, one of very few places I have been that has EVERY option on the phone, each bit of salad can be chosen in your burger, every bit of a coffee can be customised not to mention their extras can be pit with any meal and include things like bacon, hash brown ect along side the usual sides. Triple bacon cheese burger with hashbrown and a side of mac'n'cheese, Yes please! Hardest part is getting a seat. It's quite popular so can sometimes be a struggle on a weekend, but it's usually only a short wait until someone available.

Lovely meal here today. Really pleased with the portion of chips as I went to a different lounge and had received a tiny portion. Staff were polite and very quick with food and drinks considering it was very busy.

We came to visit our son and hadn’t planned anywhere to eat . While walking around I saw how busy Centro Lounge . We were not disappointed we ordered via the app . The drinks arrived quickly , cocktail , wine , beer . The waitress was very friendly . All food ordered via app too . We chose the tapas and burger . Again no complaints . I liked that there are special offers during the week for cocktails , tapas . I will definitely return for the atmosphere , friendly staff , food and drinks

We love this place it’s always relaxed friendly and serve’s consistently good food. There is something just knowing you will have a good meal. The menu has some great choices. Highly recommended.

My favourite place, whether it be for a drink, breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. They have an extensive menu which is available throughout the day. Menus are also available for vegetarian, vegan & gluten free. Cheeky Mondays & Tapas Tuesday (both after 5pm) plus Teatime Tipple (Mon-Fri 5-7pm) are recommended. Quirky, eclectic decor with lovely background music, you're always guaranteed a warm, friendly welcome & dogs are welcome too. They just need a coffee loyalty card & I'll be moving my home office there :-)

First time visit, chosen particularly because it is dog friendly. Great location, great food, and excellent all-around service. I would not hesitate to visit again.

The food here is great and the price is acceptable with the quality. The proportion is alright, you can always add a share plate if you feel like it. Ordering system is fabulous, each customer can order and pay for their own meal. Service is great, the atmosphere feels home like as well. Special points for closing late for customers to chat.

A great restaurant which is convenient and has some great food, service and atmosphere. The food here is always great and the service is always good, with the team being friendly and attentive. There is a very quick and easy way to order and pay for your food and drink using their table QR code ordering system. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great with some nice music playing, candles lit and some amazing decor throughout. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Loughborough.

Good range of food and drink options. They have a qr code to scan which can help filter out allergens so it makes it easy to see what the options are with different allergies. They also seem to be careful with food handling when it comes to allergies. Will definitely come back again.

It's ok, very kid friendly. These are miss matches between the online menu and their printed ones. Which is a problem if you can order to your table from the online menu but they cook to the printed one.

Probably my favourite eating/drinking venue in Loughborough. Eclectic decor, good food, a good selection of all types of drinks at a reasonable price. The decor is a mixture of old and new with the walls having classic wallpaper but almost entirely covered in pictures and framed prints, classical and more modern. The staff are always efficient, professional and friendly and when ordering food, even when really busy there is not too long a wait. There is a good selection of different foods from burgers, Mac and cheese to all day brunches with Eggs hollondaise, sausage sarnies, egg muffin with bacon or smoked salmon, shakshuka to smashed avocado and a selection of vegetarian option for those that prefer it. Later in there are nachos, chilli and some tapas style dishes amongst others. All in all a wide selection of foods for all tastes at reasonable prices. Also Centro is right next door to Cineworld so you can make an evening of it with cinema and food/drink. Finally it is right in centre of town and so useful for buses etc. I would strongly advise allowing a bit of time to get a table if you intend to eat there at the usual busy times in the evening or at weekends.

Go here a lot especially for breakfast. Always loved it. This chain are exceptional in pretty much getting everything right, not only with their lounges. Breakfast not how it was previously, not least as a lot was either cold, undercooked or overcooked. However I suspect this was a one off as I’ve had the same probably about 6 times before, new chef, short of staff, who knows. I would mention however the service as always was exceptional, the waitresses are a credit to their employer. ( always a bonus when one looks like a young Bridget Bardot……) . Newspapers in the rack massively out of date too. Just generally seemed to have slipped this time. Of course we shall be returning, but maybe not for a good few months.

Ordering on the app wasn't easy so ordered at the bar instead. The staff are lovely and helpful. The food is very nice and great choice but very expensive for the type of food and the portion.

It is good place for friends. I like the order system. Very simple, very clean interface. Also worked very well. We could chat, and order the food at the same time. It also very easy to split the bill compare to other restaurants. The food is ok, I am not sure which style it is, but in general pretty ok.

This is a fab place to go, the service was excellent and the food was amazing, so much to choose from. We didn't feel rushed and enjoyed the buzz in there.

Absolutely incredible food! Everything was perfect, with fast drinks, less than 10 minutes wait time for food and blown away expectations on the quality. 11/10, and would highly recommend

Great brunch menu. The food is the same every time - excellent. So easy to just drop in and eat or drink. No booking needed and there is always space. Payment when you order means you don't have to wait for the bill at the end which I like.

Have been a regular customer for a few years. The Lounge never fails to deliver. My favourite place to eat and have coffee.

Visited for a quick dinner which took in excess of 2h with desserts. Although the atmosphere is inviting and the waiters are lovely, they’re in no rush to clear tables and get customers moving out! Also felt very poorly after the mozzarella panini, not sure if the cheese was fresh and wouldn’t recommend it for that reason.

The chicken, bacon and avocado burger was tasty. I wouldn’t recommend the chocolate milkshake personally. Everyone’s meals come at different times depending on when you order on the app which I wasn’t a huge fan of.

Had a great time. Fab staff. Very diligent with my wife's allergies. Food was great. Brilliant atmosphere. Can't fault it.

We come here regularly for food, food is always brilliant. They have a great range of drinks - would be great if they had another draught cider maybe orchard pig or inches :) Lenny is our fav chef , food is always spot on from him 👌

Great food and service. Allows dogs and provides treats and water bowls. I had the Mexican superbowl which was a tasty and varied selection of vegetarian foods. 😋 the burgers were juicy and well cooked as well. Reasonably priced in the current environment. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner.
