Lovely food! Great customer service! Plenty of filling in the wraps, well worth the money!

the kebab wasn't worth £9 for the size of it the box it come in was just a bit bigger than the chips

Enjoy this restaurant however find the korma (although very tasty) has too much clove in it. The nann bread today was over cooked and crispy/un-edible in parts. The meat in the spicy chicken and chip starter is very tasty. Onion bhaji are one of my favourites in Truro.

delivery timing wasn't overly late, we have waited longer before but the driver who delivered our food was very rude. Insinuating that we were wrong and couldn't work out our address. Seemed as though he wanted to argue more than to do his job. Changed my view on this company and will not be ordering from here again in a hurry. Shame, because we have never had this issue before and have been a loyal customer for a fair few years.

when we got the food it was cold. After calling to ask where food was, I was told driver was on way, even then it took half to deliver after call.

Food is always hot. Something are a little expensive for what you get for example the kapsalon lamb donner. Rather small for the money. Apart from that nothing bad to say

Best takeaway in Truro in my opinion. Food is delicious, and they fo great delivery as well. Love the pizza and donner wraps, as well as the chocolate cake. Fantastic after a night out, or simply if you can’t be bothered to make dinner after a long day. Fairly priced for the quality of food. We got a delivery once and they forgot to bring one of the drinks. The driver returned 10 min later with it without us calling or complaining.

Delivery was late and upon delivery had gone cold 😪

Food was all cold and the drink was missing with the burger meal it’s usually very good so I’m really disappointed :(

Food was okay But the 'Peri Peri' chicken wings are just chicken wings with a hot chilli sauce chucked on top. Nothing like a peri peri sauce

Missing chicken wings. They didn’t answer the phone. It was only a 3 item order, it’s not exactly rocket science!

The meat was absolutely disgusting !! I may aswell have gone to Iceland and bought frozen doner meat! Horrendous !! Thin ultra processed rubbish! The worst quality I have ever had from a take away kebab shop. I will never use them again. Gone down hill so much if that’s the product now using. Nothing fresh and probably 1% meat!! So so bad.

Staff were welcoming. My doner and chicken shish were delicious . Also, there are plenty of other dishes to choose from. I eat in shop there are only 2 small tables.

I placed my order on their website I waited 1h then rang up and then they said I have waited an hour they said it’s on the way I then waited a further 30 for my food and it still hasn’t arrived then finally arrived after a further 30 minutes would not recommend ordering from this place again!

Missing my two 2 cans of drink, completely ruined my meal had nothing to drink

Cold under cooked chips had to pop in the oven to fully cook and dismantle the kebabs to heat the donna meat heard good things about central grill but first order will be the last

Cgips overcooked cheese stuck all chips together. Missing items and it was cold

Over an hour & a half late, we did get a phone call to say it was going to be late (an hour after it was due)

Ordered from Central Grill as our usual was closed. Sad to say I will never return... Chips were half cooked, missing ordered items that had been paid for, called the shop and was told sorry, even though I'd paid for missing items. Chicken was overcooked, dry and ineadible. I can't honestly say this wasn't even on a weekend, where it would be I'd imagine would be much busier.

Can't fault it, a proper kebab. I got the central special and that fed 3 of us so good value too. Sure I had to wait but that's a good sign. I was in there 20 minutes and in that time the place opposite didn't have a single customer. Says it all really.

Normally amazing service here but tonight was the opposite. Ordered at 19:25 and had estimated time of 20:25 but nothing arrived all night. Asked for an update, got no response and tried to call but wouldn’t go through. Have send a request form for a refund.

Order got mixed up, however upon contacting the restaurant, they fixed it immediately, apologised profusely and redelivered the correct order. It was still quicker than most restaurants can manage one order let only a 2nd replacement. Exemplary service as always.

First time ordering from central grill and very pleased with the great food and excellent service. The kebabs and sides were all delicious. Really liked the mix of salad in the kebab, much better than some other places. The chilli sauce is also fab, just the right amount of heat.

Food not quality checked Had to phone to get rest of order sent out . Chips were over cooked crunchy and cold . One of the kebabs asked for sweet chilli sauce and it had chilli sauce on so couldnt be eaten .

Usually the Central Special is enough to feed 4 of us. Today the size is drastically reduced and we're all still hungry! Shocking considering the price..... not impressed, won't be ordering from here again

Been ordering from Central Grill past year or two now, often getting the £10.50 value box, full of donar meat, chicken strips and chips, with optional sauce and salad. Never been an issue with delivery home and always resolved with guy over phone when concerned about a long wait. Better than its rivals next door!

We normally give 10/10 for central grill but today the food was inedible my sons kerbab was covered in garlic mayo which he hates hence why we asked for chilli sauce and not garlic mayo my son has autism and cant eat mayo. My burger was thrown together and my salad consisted of a chunk of cucumber a nd a quarter of a slice of tomatoe it was meant to have kerbab meat with it but only had a slice . I tried to call restaurant but nobody answered

Very hyped place in Truro City centre. I didn’t have a very good experience though as the portion was quite small and the packaging wasn’t great. Worse still, the staff weren’t warm or willing to help. Maybe another try would be better? But for now I’m not gassed about them.

I had the worst experience the other night me and my family have been coming here for years and it's been amazing but I don't k ow if it's new owners because I went to.pick up my order and when I was there all the staff didn't look like they knew what they was doing and looked a shambles then I got home and these where the things that was wrong - cold food even though I picked it up -drink missing -chips missing -cheese missing -4 bits of chicken in my kebab -bbq sauce in other kebab instead of garlic -my wrap had no sauce instead of bbq -I chose not to.have red cabbage and had loads And the portion sizes was alot smaller then has been for 2 years all the kids was exited to have this like usual and ruined all there night we was all terribly unhappy and I emailed to say all this and heard nothing back no gesture of good will or a free meal nothing

The pizza was not very hot. We had to put it in the oven to warm it up before eating it. The Meat and Chips weren't very hot either, however they were just about manageable.

Forgot desserts but an extra delivery guy came with them before I could even ring up! Did bring the wrong ice cream though lol but it's fine we don't mind the one we got

Nearly 2 hours delivery! Shocking. My donner baguette was disgusting. The meat was burnt to a crisp, it was tepid! The wedges were hard. Ordered extra cheese for the baguette and it was all over the wedges instead! When we phoned to find out where our food was we were told that they were waiting for the driver. No apologies for waiting so long.

I was given a meat feast pizza but I ordered a pepperoni- not complaining though it was a nice surprise lol!

I gave three stars as the doner kebabs are never the same, only one doner kebab out if three is just right, and when it is just right it's the best doner kebab in town, too many and ever changing staff is the problem Sometimes the it's a medium instead of large I now use Godfather in Truro the doner kebabs are always the same and plentiful

The 16 inch thin pizza could have been cooked for a bit longer as soggy base in the middle.

I never leave reviews but couldn't help myself. Ordered at 22:30, the food was at my door at 22:50. Inexpensive, oily and piping hot, exactly what you need from time to time. This place isn't fancy and it's not claiming to be - it's exactly what you expect and that's perfect!

Had the pizza box kebab plenty there and tasted spot on only niggle was one chilly but I won the rock paper game so no complaints from me

Honestly how is this place even open, its revolting. The only one good thing I can say about this dreadful experience is that our food arrived on time but it just all goes down hill from there. We were missing items from our order. When my partner called they mentioned it would take 40 minutes to get the missing items delivered to us so he said not to bother. The halloumi was brown and looked disgusting in the most limp greasy wrap, so it went straight in the bin. The sauces were the most awful thing I've ever tasted. Literally just a combination of shop bought sauces. Such a mess. We threw what had arrived away because it was that bad. Such a waste of money, luckily we got a refund. Cornwall seriously has some awful takeaway places and this is up there as one of them. Please don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

Both bun were rock hard, burgers were hard also and really cold. Chips also were cold and didn’t seem like it was a large portion. Also didn’t think they were cooked properly. Shame as they food is usually stunning

We gave this place another go tonight and was let down again, food was overcooked, cold and REALLY poor quality. There were lots of items missing and they didn’t offer to replace, requested a FULL refund. Won’t use them EVER again :(

Good communication, but some bits missing

Took ages to come and when arrived loads of items were missing, poor quality (spoken to restaurant and told they will fix they didn’t)

This is usually my go to kebab place... Unfortunately this evening when my order arrived it was appaling. All the food was cold. But the worst bit had to be the chicken burger. The chicken fillets were like trying to bite into leather. Very disappointed.

I placed my order through Deliveroo. I ordered the 'Home Alone' meal deal (thin stuffed crust pizza with a pepperoni topping, Dr Pepper and a portion of chips). I also got a separate garlic dip and a Yazoo milkshake. Everything arrived hot and tasty! The dip was huge as well which I was very happy with as I'm a scooper, not a dipper. 😆 Drinks were nice and cold, overall everything was great and the driver was speedy and polite. Thanks!

The ben and jerry&jerry’s ice cream was liquid. When it arrived tried puing it in the freezer for 2hours nd still wont solidify. All other meal was very nice.

Ordered the donor nachos, fairly disappointed. Arrived with cold liquid cheese, luke warm donor meat and a miserable amount of actual nachos, delivery was on time, unfortunately binned it

The food is normally fantastic from this place ordered multiple times. However on this occasion the beef was missing of the pizza and they arrived cold however this could of been down to the driver and no fault of the restaurant.
