Absolutely brilliant staff, we took over the restaurant with two new horns and a toddler and they couldn't be more accommodating. The service was quick and the food was lovely I am definitely returning. The rice with chicken shawarma was delicious I highly recommend it, and the portions are massive, well for me.

A hidden gem! We went for dinner with friends. The dishes are authentic and very tasty, and the waitress is very friendly and accommodating.

The new owners are attentive and friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. As well as eating in the restaurant itself a few times recently we have also ordered food for a party of 40 people and had so many compliments from the guests!

We have been regular customer for over four years. This evening we ordered our usual takeaway and after over an hour of waiting for a driver to become available, we called to enquire if the restaurant could provide us with an update. The man who answered was extremely rude. Beyond rude. He shouted at us, provided no apology or any information, whatsoever, shouted some more and said if we are unhappy then we should go somewhere else…and hung up. Worst customer service ever. We will never return.

This Jordanian family was very happy - authentic, fresh and very tasty Lebanese food - definitely the best we’ve had outside of the Middle East. We will be back :)

A group of 10 of us happened to come across this place as we were staying nearby. My wife and I shared the cedar mixed grill, fattoush salad and halloumi bread. Everything was utter delicious, special shout-out to that halloumi bread. The staff were all lovely and it was all great value for money.

Not good. Was our favourite restaurant where we got married. We’ve been there dozens of times in the past. Was so great before it was taken over. Service is surly and nearly every dish was wrong. So disappointed as it was a special occasion marking the death of my mum who was a regular too

Ended up here randomly and got pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place. Cheap prices, generous portions, and very tasty food. The home made yogurt drink with salt they make is a must. Moutabal and moussaka were my two favourites. Portions are big enough for sharing. Highly recommended.

We have been to this restaurant several times before and have always enjoyed the tasty food served to us. On this visit, my husband found a large bug in his meal so we called the waitress who apologised, took his plate away and offered a replacement meal. Obviously he had eaten half of his initial meal so only ate half of the second, with a request to take the remaining food home. We were then give a small sweet desert to share "on the house". On requesting our bill we were charged the full amount! I was disappointed as I would have expected the proprietor to at least provide the meal 'on the house' as having a small cockroach in your meal is a big deal. However, they obviously felt that simply replacing the half the affected meal was sufficient recompense. Suffice to say that we will not be returning to the restaurant which is a shame, as it has a nice ambience and the food is normally very good.

One of the best Lebanese places I have eaten. Appears to be family run, with a great atmosphere and vibe. The food was fresh and delicious and was priced well.

Cedar Lebanese has rapidly become one of our favourite go-to places in South Wimbledon. The reasonbly-priced food is consistently excellent here, and service is warm and friendly. The wine is uneven but you can taste in advance. My only complaint is that the restaurant can get very cold in the evenings.

Just had a delivery and i wish i could show the photos. Both my wife and myself thought their was a rancid taste and when we opened up the wraps, the smell was awful and we threw them in the bin. I will share the photos of them before and after they where thrown away if you want. Thats what you get for ordering early, leftovers that have gone off. I even gave the driver a £5 tip, but not his fault.

Long time family restaurant in Wimbledon. I think between our party of 6 we tried everything on the menu. One of the best flavored shawarma I’ve tasted. Side orders were enough for 6 to share. Tabouleh salad was delicious. Service by the owner was excellent. Definitely recommend.

The chicken wings are superb as are the lamb cutlets.

Everything arrived as scheduled. The chips were cold and tasteless and my falafel wrap was ok but they put the wrong sauce on it and the chilli sauce made it too spicy for me to eat! The hummus and bread was delicious.

It would be good to have an option to add extra chilly and garlic sauce. Whenever I order and ask, never get any. Otherwise the food is delicious alway piping hot.

Very average hummus, sub - standard fatoush. On the plus side they sell Almazar beer and the service is good. Nice people.

Quality is the focus! Lovely family run restaurant, tasty, friendly, and great decor. The food is great, we shared various vegetarian mezze between 2 of us. Each dish was excellent. The Malfouf was incredible 😍. Every dish had their own distinct flavour, never did we think the same sauce was used twice. Portion sizes felt just right also. The Baklava was superb and was some of the crispiest I have ever tried, and I've tried many. The home coffee was strong with cardamom as it should be. Very smooth Ayran with good flavour. It may seem a little costlier than other places but every penny is worth it. I am looking forward to coming back again!

I ordered 2 wraps for delivery and they were awful. 1- The Shawarma is not really a shawarma, it's like a lamb stew in a very spicy tomato sauce, in a wrap that's falling apart. 2- The beef sausages taste old and are in exactly the same awful sauce as the shawarma. 3- The menu didn't mention how spicy the food is, so for someone like me who doesn't eat spicy food. that's misleading.

We were staying round the corner and dropped in to get a quick meal before heading to a concert at Wembley. The service was really good, and the waiter was particularly helpful with advice on the best way for us to get to the concert. Our food was plentiful, arrived quickly and was super tasty. All really good value too.

A little gem in not very glam South Wimbledon. We love Cedar. The food really is good with a lot of other local dishes you don’t see on other Lebanese restaurants . The service is friendly and if you choose to venture there (which we really should) you will find a small, intimate and charming restaurant, and if you can’t their delivery (direct through their website) is efficient. I can’t recommend Cedar enough.
