Lovely place to stop at. Sayed is an absolute gentleman and will take care of you. Recently had a family get together here for a birthday and he had set up decorations and balloons of his own accord. Really great place and the food is amazing - be sure to get a snickers milkshake 👌🏻

Lovely little place, great waffles ice-cream and Turkish food.

It's my children's favourite place to eat waffles, there is lots of selection but you also have the option to add/remove toppings. The owner is very hospitable and there is a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

Amazing food and great service - owner was very friendly and definitely made the money worth it. I came for the first time and saw awesome reviews! Waffles were freshly made and were scrumptious! The variety of shakes including the “m&m” shake were delicious and I would 100% recommend the “Greek Frappe”! Very nice place and food!

After 3 years of planning, my best friend and I came here and got waffles and milkshake. Perfect balance of sweet and subtle flavours. Milkshake was quite possibly the best Oreo milkshake I've ever had, and waffles continue to be unmatched in flavour. Super polite owner as well, an excellent experience overall

My family, a friend of mine and myself met up . We chose to sit outside, infact , we didnt have an option then, it was outdoor seating only still, if I recall. That suited us, it was a lovely sunny day unusually. The gentleman working there was friendly and welcoming..the children loved the waffles , I just had a drink. I normally go elsewhere for a coffee on the same road, but I wouldn't dismiss this place at all, thank you

Delicious waffles with so much choice, and the best coffee too! ☕️ 🧇 The owner is friendly, kind and polite and always doing his best to accommodate customer’s wishes and/or special needs. The inside of the cafe is nice to sit in, with a pleasant atmosphere. There’s a few pictures on the walls, a fair selection of tables and seating, plus a couple of high top counter tables by the window with high/stool seats so that customers can sit there and watch the local people of Caterham go up and down the high-street 😝 Oh, there is some additional outdoor seating too which consists of a couple of tables and some chairs & this is extended in the summer as it’s lovely to sit out there in the sunshine, it’s a real sun spot ☀️ Which reminds me... There are some amazing cold drinks to choose from such as an Oreo Milkshake, or perhaps yours would be a Snickers, M&M’s etc. They do fruit ones too! 🍈🍇🍉 On occasions the owner plays some uplifting instrumental music from his laptop which creates a nice feeling 🎵 Aside from all of that, I keep on returning because of the delicious creamy coffee’s, and the most delicious waffles... Mmm, mine usually goes a bit like this: Sweet waffle with Nutella, banana, milk choc buttons, whipped cream & caramel sauce drizzled all over! 🤩🙌🏻😍 Plus a Nutella & Caramel Mocha, or two! Omg why have I not been here before until recently? I’ve now been twice in the last few weeks. The waffles are so nice. Milkshakes lovely too. Friendly owner and makes everything fresh to order. I like to support local, small businesses where possible and this one is a must visit.

Lived in Caterham for 6 years and was unaware of this place. Can not recommend enough. Kids loved the waffles with chocolate, marshmallow and sprinkles. Fantastic price and owner was most welcoming. Will come back soon and can see this being a regular go to for a treat.

A wonderful place, excellent dishes, a delightful owner who cares about his customers, always smiling and cheerful. A place really recommendable for children and adults. You can eat very well, drink delicious coffee and spend time in a pleasant atmosphere. There is no other place like this all over England. I RECOMMEND !!!!!

The kids just love this place and we are happy to take them to this lovely local eatery. The waffles are fresh and fluffy and there are lots of toppings and a variety of fruits to add a healthy option. The owner is fantastic with the kids. Ice creams are great too - Genuine Gelato!

I cannot thank the owner more, for such a wonderful first experience at his establishment. I am disabled and had my service dog (in training) with me. I was accompanied by my dear friend and her Son. They’re both on the autistic spectrum and have ADHD. We were seated at our own choice of table and my dog was given a bowl of water. The menu was talked through with us, making it easier to order and ask relevant questions about the dishes. It was spotlessly clean and all our physical needs were met. The owner was extremely polite and accommodating, he showed interest in the dog and his working day and offered all he could to make both myself and my dog comfortable. The owner offered samples of ice cream to help my friend‘s Son choose a flavour, based on his sensory needs. Service was swift and portion sizes were generous and served with great presentation. We witnessed many local children enter the establishment on their way home from school, the owner was so kind and helped each of them. All doors were held open, he was such a gentleman and it’s a real pleasure to see such an exemplary business in our local high street. Keep up the good work my friend, we look forward to returning soon. And, Thank You!

Lovely coffee, great food and well priced

Took my adult children and their partners there for lunch. Some of us are health freaks and some of us eat normal food. Between us we ordered paninis, waffles and salads along with healthy smoothies and more indulgent shakes. Service was also fantastic. Highly recommended.

This place is a great find, puddings are lovely. The man working there was so kind and helpful, i think you could of asked him for any pudding and he would of gone out of his way to make it for you. Cant wait to go back with my daughter.

Very disappointed my savoury waffle had no taste at all I was looking forward to trying this place as I have heard it's very good ... maybe my visit was just an off day but I won't be back.

Reading the rest of the reviews we must have caught them having an off-day. We had savoury waffles with no taste. The only taste was from the pepper that we put on them. Rubbish! Won't go back.

I’ve been to the waffle cafe twice now. I opted for sweet waffles both times but the person I went with has savoury which I sampled and was also superb. Great ‘cafe’ in a good location.

Just been for the first time with my wife, our toddler and tiny baby. The owner is so polite, friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, from the traditional cafe-style waffles (berries, cream, chocolate etc. or savouries such a chilli con carne or avocado etc.) to interesting Turkish variants (the bizarre-sounding tahini, molasses and walnut one turned out to be amazing) and non-waffle options such as salads and also gelato ice cream. Well worth a visit. I'll be going back for more.
