placed an order through deliveroo. order never arrived after i waited over an hour. Tried to call 3 times, no answer, googled them said they were shut. why auto accept an order if you are closed? have claimed the delivery was delivered when it wasn’t. now trying to chase a refund from them as the restaurant as responsible for deliveries not deliveroo apparently. absolute joke.

Ordered a pizza, took an hr to come and came all squished up against the side of the box, in pieces, looking like it had been dropped on the floor. Even worse when we phoned the company the bloke we spoke to was extremely rude and simply didn't care...said 'it was fine when it left us so its not my problem' and put the phone down!!! Dreadful.

My food didn’t turn up after an hour when it was due despite order being accepted, when I called to question multiple times no one answered. Will not order from them again?

We are regulars at Cardiff Pizza Company for a reason. The base is fresh, the toppings are given generously and the staff is always welcoming. The flavours are delicious and the pizzas are reasonably priced.

Since going gluten free I thought I’d never eat quality pizza again. However these guys made my dream come true and have a recipe that tastes like actual take away pizza! Thank you guys. Keep doing it for Mamma!xx

Love the pizzas here always fresh ,and very tasty love the American hot with extra chill there friendly also usually go once a week would never go anywhere else hated it when they were closed lol 😆 best I'm Cardiff by far

Do not order from just eat. Will not deliver at all. Person on the operator can’t deliver despite having drivers of their own. Quite disappointing.

Took over an hour for delivery and we’re currently still waiting. Will update once I eat the food. Pizzas arrived decently warm, but not hot, missed toppings and taste isn’t all that good. Sides came cold too. Don’t recommend. Would be 0 stars but I wanted to leave a review to tell others to avoid. There’s much better pizza places at similar prices.

i ordered hot cookie dough it came cold and it was just two melted cookies in a container was tiny

Please don’t use this company! They take your money then keep you up thinking that the food will come! Disgusting service! You ring the restaurant& they answer then hang up! Has to be hands down the best pizza shop in Cardiff if not the UK. When I lived on Malefant street 2 streets over we were always going in there for the £6 pizza deal. Not just because it was cheap but because the pizzas tasted so good. The Tandoori chicken is unbelievable, definitely recommend trying it. The staff are always so friendly and ready to joke around and were always in a good mood with the sport on the big telly in the back. Couldn't recommend it enough and it was what I miss the most about moving further away is that it is no longer in walking distance of my house, will have to make a trip up soon.

£5.99 for a 14 inch pepperoni pizza is amazing. Best takeaway pizza I’ve ever had as well.

Best gluten free pizza in Cardiff

One if my favourite Pizza spots in Cardiff. Would highly recommend ordering from here. High standards and amazing service.

I ordered a chicken and jalapeño pizza and a margerita pizza. The pizza was delivered fresh as if it just came out the oven. Honestly no joke, if fresh, the margerita is actually better than dominoes margerita for a fraction of the price.

Loved the Indian delight and Basil's chicken pizzas! Really tasty with lots of flavour. Not your usual pizza shop pizzas. Thin base and delicious crust. Next time I would ask them to leave out the chillies and jalapenos. Thank you!

Not the tastiest pizza if I’m honest, ordered the margarita and spicy chicken, 12” large pizza were rather small, the margarita pizza was no different to Chicago town pizza from Tesco, the spicy chicken pizza had peppers that were burnt making the whole pizza taste funny, on top of that the pizza was pretty cold. I would definitely avoid this place. Over priced and nothing special.

Ordered from here for the first time last night, great choice of toppings available for creating your pizza how you want it, also a good selection of sides available. They were having a busy Friday night it seems, and we were called to be told it would be a little later than originally estimated, can't fault them for the communication, it was only about 20 minutes later when it arrived. Everything was hot and pizzas were tasty. We ordered a lot of food and nothing was left over, so that goes to show how well it was enjoyed by all.

Perfect pizza and perfect service! Vegan options as our children have intolerances! This is a must try place thank you so much, our children are so happy to have a takeaway pizza as they miss out the on many things due to their intolerances!!

After reading the reviews we ordered a food from Cardiff pizza. Brilliant staff,quick service and food is absolutely perfect.We will be ordering pizza in future only from Cardiff pizza. There is so much choice for families and I would recommend this is the best place to order a food.

Absolutely disgusting..we live in a multi million pound complex and due to one issue previously with people we don't know..they won't deliver to our block..scared for there driver when we live near the train station..disgrace, won't get our business ever again.. shame on you.

This is the best place for pizza by far, So being familiar with their quality I tried there After Eight Gelato shake and just Wow! I haven't tasted such quality in a Shake even at a dessert lounge bearing in mind this was a delivery too. You are the best CPC ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m a fuzzy woman when it comes to pizza and this is by far the best pizza in Cardiff. The only place I order my pizzas from, I don’t understand how people have left them bad reviews? Big portions, best tasting dough and ALWAYS super fresh and excellent value for money.

Honestly the best pizza hands down. I was very reluctant to try a new place as my regular spot was nice but his has blown my taste buds. Everything from the Kitchen staff to the delivery experts was first class. Please keep it up Cardiff needs this.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! Started off nice at this place but went down hill very quickly. Has made me sick last 2 times I have ordered and will never order from there again. The manager and owner both have no customer service and not nice people.

Nicest and biggest Gluten free pizza I've had.... Since being diagnosed coeliacs i havent been able to find takeaway pizza, so thrilled to find this, and it was so tasty too :) lovely thin base. Theres a gluten free brownie which was fab too. Staff were very understanding which is always a relief when you have specific dietary needs. I hope at some point you can provide gluten free sides too :) will be ordering from here again soon!

Extremely good value for an authentic and decent tasting pizza. Definitely way beyond Dominoes and Pizza Hut in terms of value and taste.

My fave gluten free pizza takeaway in the city, and I feel like we've tried them all at this point! My sis-in-law is now addicted to their vegan pizza as well, as she can eat them with a dairy, egg, and nut allergy (with a call before of course). Even my non-allergy hubby loves it, so it's now our go-to for a lazy night! Great service and delivery team too.

Absolutely abysmal, they took my order, then an hour after they said my pizza would be delivered, NOTHING! I phoned twice and was told it was en route. Nothing arrived then I got a text saying we don’t deliver in your area. TERRIBLE! Then I got a very rude phone call saying; we’ve refunded you the money but we don’t know when you’ll get it - Tara!!!!!!!!!!

These guys make quality pizzas that taste fantastic and their customer service is superb. This has become my go-to pizza place in Cardiff for those reasons. Had an issue with the order? How can we fix that? Never ever had a bad experience here.

Ive tried many pizzas in cardiff but I can say that cardiff pizza company have the best pizza in cardiff by a long way, the staff are friendly, the service is amazing and they do not disappoint. Get at them.

Ordered online, driver arrived near our house which showed on our app but appeared to have given up after looking for our house for 5 minutes (even though I leant out the window to call for him) and then he left without delivering the pizza. Called the service company and they’d been told by the pizza company that they’d tried to knock and call us - two blatant lies. Not happy and a real shame as we loved their pizzas and ordered weekly from them.

Really tasty vegan cheese pizza, pleanty to choose from! Delivery was erlier than anticipated too! Totally recommend
