Amazing food picked up our take away and the staff were friendly so welcoming and polite. The restaurant was clean, great atmosphere. We will be booking a table soon, now we’ve tried the take away it was gorgeous thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely food at a very last minute booking

Food is unreal and the they have the service to match, we were a party of 20 for an 70th biand nothing was missing. The food came out all together and was perfect. Thank you to the whole team we will be back again.

25 of us in for a birthday celebration and the food and service was amazing. All of the team went the extra mile to make it a special evening. Definitely recommend.

Food was really nice, however after booking we waited 2 hours for our table and although the manager was nice to me he was quite rude and disrespectful to my friends and girlfriend.

I spent £38.00 tonight on the meal for 2 The starters were ok, but the Lamb Madras was inedible, the lamb was so hard and tough it went in the bin. The Tikka massalla was ok. Very disappointed

Very impressive. Really enjoyed the food. The hot dish I had was hot, but you could really taste the flavor of the dish. The staff were really nice and attentive and should mention Ash as one.

We’ve been nipping into this place for years and our ‘ date night’ visit was no exception!! Fantastic welcome from all the staff who all take the time to chat oroffer recommendations, quality food and drinks and tbh the food is just amazing - I’m a lamb fan and have had the most amazing khushbu, chilli massalla, roshni, tandoori from the oven - the lamb has always been perfect … accompaniments are no different and my fav is the delicious garlic naans 😋😋😋. Already looking forward to our next visit - thanks cardamon team.

Get what you pay for beer and wine on the expensive side

My family and I really enjoyed our takeaway meal from Cardamon. The food was delicious with really amazing flavours, fresh ingredients and spices and a taste sensation that is absolutely perfect. The food is full of epic flavours, absolute perfection. The service from Cardamon was very efficient and professional. My family and I all really appreciate the fantastic service that Cardamon provide, it is a pleasure to receive such a fantastic takeaway that was carefully packaged. Cardamon has a wonderful menu with an excellent selection of food to choose from. Thank you to all the staff at Cardamon for your super service and amazing food!

Had a takeaway food excellent as always. One slight problem didn't pack 1 portion of boiled rice so had to walk back to pick up. Were given free poppadoms and sauces thanks . This didn't detract from quality of food , flavoursome as always, recommend trip

From the good reviews it looks like this restaurant has loyal local following but we found it didn't really match our experience. The interior looks ok with subdued lighting but our side alcove was tired and the leather seats cut/ripped so we are sitting on torn leather and foam. The starter was a standard relish tray but came straight from the fridge so it was too cold and we found a couple of the sauces too thin rather than a little thicker than normal to stay on the poppadoms (even being colder!) The mains are subjective, but we both found the dishes too spiced and lacking finesse in flavours. The mains were generous in portion size. Service was patchy with requests for water and napkins on two separate occasions not being done. In conclusion an Indian to go to after a few drinks with your mates and handy being right on the high street but for anything else in my experience there are better options.

Absolutely blown away yet again with this restaraunt. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the service is outstanding in every way. The food is of the highest quality. And the staff are more than happy to help you choose a dish if your not sure of what to order. Prices are cheap compared to the level of taste and freshness in the meals... I highly recommend anyone to book a table here for a truely excellent dining experience. Thanks to all the staff 👍🏻

We already felt a bit apprehensive after hearing as we sat down from one of our party that the men's toilet were in a horrendous dirty state. It was only 7pm and really quiet in there so I'm not sure why the loo was like that. Our waiter was ok but he dropped the leather menus so hard on the table it made us jump. When another party member asked for a glass of wine he asked him how many glasses. Cutlery came but no napkins until we asked for them. All little things and no big deal but the whole evening had a bit of a Fawlty towers feeling about it when these small things add up. Food was fine but nothing special. The bill worked out pretty expensive too. I would avoid coming back as there are so many options I prefer locally.

Excellent restaurant, great service and very tasty, flavoursome, authentic Bengali food. Restaurant is on the first floor, above Nandos, but there is lift access. It is very clean and well decorated. Overall a lovely treat!

Just enjoyed my first visit to Cardamon. I arrived at 19:30 on Monday 4th and there was only one other table occupied which was a bit of a surprise. The menu was presented smartly and showed a wide variety of interesting sounding dishes which were well explained. I chose the Meat Bilate Mirchi (stuffed pepper) and on the advice of the host the Staff Curry with Pilau rice. Both courses arrived very promptly and were very well presented. Both were highly flavoursome and would rank near the very top of all of the Indian (Bangladeshi) restaurants that I have visited over many many years. The service was very good without being too intrusive. The total bill came to just over £30 for the above mentioned dishes (but no sides) and one pint of Cobra which in my opinion is very good value for money given the outstanding quality of the food. All in all a very good meal and I will certainly visit again when staying in the Warrington / Runcorn area.

I was taken to this restaurant by a friend, I've got to say I'm not a big Indian food fan. So, although the food was good and tasty, what made it for me was the service by the two young men who looked after us. They explained everything to me, led me through the courses, and attended to our every need. Thank you for brilliant night, and I will return the next time I'm in Stockton Heath.

We use Cardamon for our local take away Indian. Always top notch. Friendly staff too which is an added bonus. Highly recommended if you're in the area 👍

Visited here a few times, i have to say it never disappoints, the food the ambience and the staff are amazing The food is cooked fresh and the spices are perfect, cant fault it its such vfm the lamb is so tender, The venue is spotless and the decor is gorgeous, i would 100% recommend this lovely place it really is worth a visit.

We've been going here for over fifteen years since the restaurant opened and these guys still absolutely smash it week in, week out. Without a doubt, the best curry house in Cheshire with outstanding food, attentive customer service and superb decor - the place and whole dining experience is unrivalled. From that first smile when you walk through the door to the satisfied final goodbye, you feel part of the family and will always be welcome. We've been going for so long now, they are just like family. The menu is extensive and varied to suit all tastes and expectations. It's been a key part of our lives every week - a godsend through the good times and bad, through sunshine and showers, and now Covid. The Cardamon is absolutely unique in our eyes and will never be bettered. Once you try it, you'll be hooked. Get involved and support local businesses - they are the heartbeat of the Stockton Heath village and you won't be disappointed.

We are regulars at the Cardamon as the food, ambience and welcome we get is first class. We visited for one of their themed nights, this time being a Ro bit Williams tribute act. We were given a warm welcome by Ansarul who invited us to our table. The food was top quality. I can highly recommend the chicken tikka samber which has a nice blend of spice to complement the beer! We visited with friends who all had different dishes and all were complementary on the food. Just as we had finished eating, timed perfectly, the music started and what an entrance! The Robbie Williams tribute act played all of the 'big tunes' looked like Robbie, danced like Robbie and had the presence of Robbie. He also engaged brilliantly with the diners with some highly amusing one liners. Unfortunately Raheem wasn't working that night with hilegendary banter. All in all, a great night again. Complements to all the staff there!

The taste of the food was very bad. On the top of that, hospitality is not good as well.

I've now edited this post from a previous 3 star to an absolutely well deserved 5 star, 6 star if I could. Eaten from here on multiple occasions and everytime has been outstanding, my previous meal was rated 3 star based on quality but was dealt with professionally by members of staff and I've just had the same meal to allow a fair review and it was absolutely stunning, this place Is definitely worth going, not only for the food but the customer service is of very high standard.

Never been here before, but after reading the reviews thought it would be worth a visit......Im so glad we did! First time we visited this restaurant about a year ago. Loved everything and were looking forward to coming back. Yesterday we had the diner at Cardamon again. Unfortunately, very disappointed in food quality. So much onions in everything.. Seems like a cheap way to add more to the meal. Korma was way too sweet for what it is actually supposed to be. Overall meat and fish quality was good, but the vegetables and sauces were way below the acceptable standard and seemed to be made in a great rush and probably even with the use of the stock that's nearing the end of it's shelf life. It might just be our taste buds this time but please step the game up a bit. Also the garnishing looked very boring. A couple of salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, and a lemon like in any high street kebab shop. I hate writing bad reviews but that's just our experience this time. The staff was nice and attentive.

It's a nice environment and there's a lovely smell of Indian cooking. However, most of our group left disappointed. And I paid the price the next day. The dishes seemed a bit chaotic and lacking in the finesse you'd expect from somewhere of this quality....

Always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant, the food is always first class. Tonight’s choice was, after Popadoms & dips, Onion Baji and Fire Chicken to start. Followed by the Staff Lamb. The staff were extremely welcoming, and dealt with potential incident professionally.

Super Restaurant, Great Staff and Beautiful Indian Cuisine - a must!

13 years ago I went into a new Indian restaurant and was blown away with everything I tried , over the years I've visited when I can and unlike other places that are not what you remember the cardamon is what you remember and more , light crispy popadoms with addictive sauces , onion bhajis full of flavor with crispy outsides followed by curries and mains that overwhelm the pallet while magically demanding more , the service is professional and friendly while not being intrusive. After my outstanding meal tonight I was informed of the 13 year anniversary and was given a discount , well as if the night couldn't get better now my wallet is happy. If your anywhere near this restaurant give it a try , even my fussy family member is raving about the steak and chips. I will be going back as soon as I'm able to move again as I'm that full.
