they over charged me and got food poisoning from the chicken burger

First time ordering through their website- got their advert via direct mail Ordered at 20:22 got the confirmation email Phoned at 20:58, said he is sorry, very busy, needs 10-15 mins Phoned again at 21:23 (so 25 mins after the “10-15”mins) Said he is sorry, needs 10 mins, and will get something free. I mentioned I just want to know where my food is. Obviously after 10 mins it didn’t arrive, phoned again at 21:43 - said it needs 5 mins, it arrived at 21:51 I am 7 mins away by car. To be fair, they sent a free drink, but that’s not the point- if you are sending out menus to nearby homes by direct mail, you need to be able to deliver. This all is one issue, the main issue is that they were never honest, they could have told me at 21:58 that it needs 30 mins, or an hour, but they didn’t. If you want to save yourself a possible disappointment, don’t order!

My husband bought a kebab onion rings pizza and chips on saturday night and ended up with food posioning all day yesterday and early hours this mornin on the toilet from both ends i will be phoning enviromental health and health and safety and reporting you and if anyone is looking to get take out from here i would seriously not bother place needs shutting down

Used to always order but gave me a bad stomach once wanted to try and give it another go it’s gone down hill Food came In 30 minutes the chicken was raw and the donner meat was stale dry all cold had two bites out of it and threw it in the bin the most disgusting food I’ve ever had stomach is churning already will never order from here again and advise anybody stay clear

Bolognaise chips had no bolognaise on. Just a tiny smear of red sauce and a strange taste. Onion rings inedible. 2nd order in a row which has been poor so will not be ordering form here again! Gone downhill, used to be good

Food is always amazing. Staff go above and beyond and make an effort. Left a note to say hope you enjoy which was handwritten which was much appreciated. They read the order notes and kindly provided. Iv ordered around 7 times since they opened and every time I have been so impressed. Thank you so much and I couldn’t recommend anywhere more than this place and I am hard to please when it comes to food.

Never had a bad experience, ordered around 7 times since they opened and always impressed. Pizzas amazing and milkshakes are yummy. The chicken is flavoursome, juicy and fresh. Staff go beyond to make experience amazing for customers, I got a note with my order which was handwritten “hope you enjoy”, it’s the little things that show the effort.

Delivered to my neighbour also was late and was cold although your tried to compensate by doing us a double burger it’s lucky our neighbour brought us our food otherwise be sat here still expecting our order

Turkish burger is 10/10 every time

Note for staff - chips should be crunchy but not because of the amount of salt on them. Far too much salt. Everything else was spot on as usual.

Was ok for a kebab. the cheesey garlic pizza was not overly garliky but was still good.. Food was 30 mins early but that was great as said an hour on the app

The pizza ordered was not the pizza delivered, according to the menu it should have Jalapeños..but it didn't...it was a peperoni pizza with some sort of hot spice on it....not happy

Terrible place never ever will order from here again gave me the wrong order and the delivery driver didn’t even have the right change so they owed me 2.50 then when I phoned to complain they said they will send the correct order waited over an hour no one came so I phoned again to which a women answered and said it was on its way, never turned up and ignored our calls. Disgusting vile people.

Driver had difficulty finding the address, I had to ring to chase the order to find the whereabouts once it was already late as no one rang to ask for extra directions. Order was remade and re delivered but took an extra 40 mins to do so. The manager handled the issue well and gave a free slice of chocolate cake alongside remaking the food. The food once arrived was delicious!

Ordered 2 meals to be delivered, food came in 45 min, was only 1 meal and 1 burger when asked for plain burger meal on the burger was mango sauce. Rang shop woman wouldn’t let me get a word in edgeways asked me to come to the shop drove to the shop what’s a disgrace after id orderd and paid for my home delivery, still couldn’t get a word in with them at shop. Kept saying no problem but it is a problem my problem as my meal at home now was going cold, waited 15/20 mins for another plain cheese burger meal for my son gets home and it’s got mayo on burger, complete waste of money and time will never order / eat here again it was a shambles the whole process food wasn’t nice atall all went into the bin so the whole process was for nothing

Waited over an hour for delivery nearly 2 hours with the lateness. Order had updated to say it had been delivered when no food had arrived called up the store to be hung up on 3 times. When finally put through woman on phone was so arrogantly rude and sounded like she couldn’t wait to get off the phone quick enough. This is the second time this has happened only ordered with them again in hopes it would be better but apparently not. Really disappointed with this service.

It seems impossible to get a decent kebab DELIVERED!!! these day's. It's either cold or under cooked and it was 45 minutes late When your paying £17 for 1 kebab it should be flawless. 0 stars for this

brings food to the door sees money then runs back to his car for change, he didn't need to do that cause I didn't want change back. chips over cooked and 2 belly aches off 2 meals. love this place

We have just moved in nearby and wanted to give it a try after a long day, the customer service was amazing. They are lovely lovely people and we even got a free cheesy garlic bread. Couldn’t ask for better really could you🤤 the food was tasty, would be incredible after a night out. Can’t fault them 🫶🏼

Large wasn’t large. The naan didn’t look like it touched the grill at all, it was doughy bread.

Missing chips from children's meal! Garlic bread may be free but was like paper! The nan bread was think and dry definitely not made in place was like from a pack!

Pizza crust was too thin but the pizza itself was alright and fries were okay but were soggy by the time it got to me. Nothing really stood out to me that would make me want to order it again

Delivery driver was kind and courteous. Food was delivered well within suggested delivery time and was tasty as always.
