I ordered takeout, and collected. Food is excellent (that’s important, after all); ordering easy and straightforward; was able to collect at the designated time; staff very friendly.

Ordered from the Camile App - estimated 43 mins delivery time. Phoned after an hour to be told 'it's just out for delivery now'. I live 5 minute drive away. Phoned again at 8:45 to request refund. Food arrived at 9pm (absolutely freezing). Refund promised within 3 days - will wait and see. Don't trust the estimated delivery times... 43 minutes became 120 minutes - ridiculous

Please mark containers. It was hard to tell what is what and we order vegan also so it's very important. Thank you

ordered for 3.55 as per app. got a message and a call to advise would be after 4pm, but arrived at 5.05pm.

I’ve had a few mixed experiences over the years at various branches but after yesterday I won’t be back. We ordered food online to collect in person. When I arrived, the restaurant had a cold atmosphere - only one diner, two staff (one chef and one till operator), no lights or music, and the till operator was unfriendly and dismissive. I arrived a couple of minutes ahead of my collection time and was told “we’re getting the food ready”. While I was waiting, a group of friends of the till operator came in off the street and started walking around the kitchen, leaning on the worktops, using their phones etc. They came and went several times while I was waiting. This combined with the cold atmosphere raised red flags and I looked for the hygiene rating on the door which was nowhere to be seen. At this point I checked the FSA website to see they only had a 1-star hygiene rating and by this point I was put right off receiving any food. Just as I was about to cancel my order (after 20 minutes’ wait beyond my collection slot), I was called by one of the till operator’s friends (not staff) to collect. I went to the till then the girl took the bag back off me and said it would be another couple of minutes. Eventually, 40 minutes after ordering, I received the order but was not happy with it. Not wanting to dispose of £40 worth of food, I took it and discussed with my family what to do and we agreed we weren’t happy to eat it. We checked the restaurant website which told us to contact the branch, which we did. The girl on the phone said she couldn’t refund us as the order had already been purchased (I’m not sure how you can refund something that hasn’t been purchased??). When asked about the hygiene rating, she claimed the sticker was at the kitchen, not the front door, which I did not recall seeing. When asked what the score was, she said it was 4-stars. Still not content with the situation, I later returned to the store with the unopened food and explained we weren’t happy with the service and hygiene standards. By this point, there was a change in staff and I’m assuming I dealt with the manager who was equally inhospitable but did process the refund straight away. I also highlighted that the girl on the phoned lied about the hygiene sticker which was not displayed anywhere in the shop, contrary to her claim. Given that the FSA rated the restaurant 1-star just a few weeks ago and the refund was processed despite saying it wasn’t possible, I would assume the girl also lied about the 4-star rating which was not displayed anywhere. Thankfully, we did receive a full refund in the end, but after spending my birthday missing out on a celebratory meal and travelling back and forth to sort a refund for the poor service and hygiene, not to mention the dishonesty of the staff, I will not be back.

Marked as delivered still hasnt arrived

The staff behind the counter with the exception of Kevin from Belfast were appalling the manager Farak I think his name was that was talking on his phone with headphones while he was taking our order at the counter. Absolutely appalling service by counter and as I said, with the exception of the man called Kevin who I think was actually a delivery driver because he has delivered to me before and is extremely pleasant. The rest of the staff should take a lift out of his book. I will not be back.

Ordered via Deliveroo on the 10th February order placed at 8:15pm with it expected to arrive at 9:05pm. I had waited til 9:11pm to ring up the restaurant where the member of staff had informed me my order would be with me in 2 minutes. Fast forward to 9:32pm I have rang the restaurant again only for them to tell me the delivery guy was waiting outside my accommodation (bare in mind I’ve been outside for the last 20 minutes and have not seen anyone appear). I ask them to get the delivery driver to ring me, he shouts abuse on the phone saying I gave the wrong address and that I would have to walk to the other location where he was because he was waiting there the last 5 minutes yet he never rang me at all? ( the other place was 4 minutes walk away) I arrive at the location to finally collect my food at 9:40pm (1hr 25 mins after order was placed) where the driver shows the receipt of the address being my actual address and it was his fault for getting the wrong address & did not apologise just decided to be even more rude telling me I was wrong even though I have had the same address for years with never any issues like this before. The delivery drivers are provided by the restaurant themselves do not provide tracking information & food is lukewarm the time you receive it, AVOID THIS PLACE & buy from an independent business that actually cares for their customers, such as Thai Village & Thaitanic to name a couple.

Amazing as always….food so fresh

Amazing food and service. The Thai prawn crackers are tasty and we recommend the khao soi gai if you like creamy curry and chicken noodles. The chilli beef is amazing!

Food was delicious, veg plentiful and lots of crunch still. Just how we like it. Very tasty and healthy. Ordered online and collected it 15mins later. Food was freshly cooked and hot. Service with a smile too when I collected. We'll definitely be back 🥰

Found the delivery driver to be exceptionally rude towards my apartment buildings staff - when I order just eat I expect to be met by the delivery driver at the door, not for them to leave my food on the floor in front of the reception desk while they use the restroom and then proceed to be extremely rude to the reception staff for not giving me my food when that is NOT their job. Frankly I am annoyed and disgusted by delivery staff and am debating whether to continue using this app

Really disappointing I placed my order before 8pm & received my cold food 2hrs 15 mins later. I called 3 times. After the first call I was told I would have the food within 15 mins & the delay was due to the restaurant having no rice! I called twice 1/2 hour later & there was no answer. Husband called & the call was answered- same excuse provided & partial refund discussed but this needed to be requested via Justeat! Unsure how? When the food arrived it was cold, after 10pm & very underwhelming

Sin embargo, le hemos dado suficientes excusas (“quizás están teniendo un día libre”) y anoche fue la última vez que comeremos allí. Le faltaba sabor, era gelatinoso, una porción de arroz poco cocido, la otra demasiado cocido, pasada su fecha vegetariana y muy pocos de ellos. Lo que solía ser un magnífico plato de verduras era ahora solo tofu y cebollas. ¡Qué pena!

Ordered dinner , was due around 6.10/ 6.20 phoned at 6.40 to ask where my order was , was told lies , traffic was bad. Food arrived 7.10 an hour late and cold so it was sent back awful service my food was obviously sitting in the back of a car while the driver delivered other orders am disgusted just got a basic apology and a refund not good enough camille thai .

Ordered food online and was given an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. It’s now 2 hours later and the food still hasn’t shown up. This is the second time this has happened to us, the last time when it did finally arrive (2.5 hours later) it was cold. If you don’t have the delivery drivers - don’t accept the order! For the price of a takeaway from here, the service is not good enough.

Food was lovely, luckily it was still hot and tasted really good! Unfortunately I waited over an hour and a half for my delivery, called the place to be told it was still on the table and they were waiting for their driver, half an hour later, still no food, so we are now at 2 hours waiting, I ended up giving up and drove to the resturant myself to get my food even after the fact I had still paid for delivery. Only downside that would make me reconsider ordering from them again is that fact you've have to wait some time for a delivery, as I have waited a long time before, but I assumed they were probably just having a busy night so I overlooked it at that time.

Ordered from Lisburn road branch on Deliveroo app. No update on my order since the restaurant uses their own delivery driver. Waited 1.5 hours then tried to phone them 8 times over a period of 30minutes and no answer. Contacted Deliveroo and eventually food arrived after nearly 2 hours. Shame about the service because the food is decent and still hot when it arrived

We ordered 2 mains and 2 sides tonight and it took 3 hours to arrive from Lisburn Rd. after 4 phone calls, a promised phone call back and an excuse after 2.5 hrs that they delivered to the wrong address, and that there were only 2 drivers in tonight. We asked for a refund or discount, and we were told to ask for the premium menu when we order next by calling direct. I am not sure what this means exactly, it felt this was just to brush us off. The food arrived it was luke warm / cold, the brown rice was well over cooked, mushed and cold. There was no apology from the delivery person who was not concerned when we explained it had been 3 hrs since we ordered. We were very disappointed with the food service. We think Camille can do so much better.

The best place in Belfast for vegan food. I literally wouldn't order from anywhere else now. Food is always top notch and the best. Would recommend this place to anyone. Vegan fried rice with tofu is my usual but I try everything lol Staff are always welcoming and really nice. Place is spotless and even when I order at home the food is piping hot and fast. Lunch days are under a fiver, good big portions. Best place. Wish I'd found it sooner.

Not happy food was cold I want my money back

Delivery time had well past, with some items cold, tried ringing the restaurant several times no answer then I got through and a lady with poor communication skills told me I would have my food in 10 minutes, 15 minutes later I rang back and was told by someone else my food was still being prepared. Didn’t receive my order until approx 1 hour after I was meant to receive it.

Waited two hours for food that arrived cold and with mistakes in the order. Ordered a second time a few weeks later hoping it was a once off and the same thing happened again. The phone number provided via the Uber Eats app and on other Google reviews rings once and then hangs up so is completely useless. Really disappointing

Honestly, the best green curry I’ve had in a long time the only disappointment was they forgot my crackers but that could’ve been because i ordered with just an hour close, will definitely order again and hopefully get my crackers.

I saw a discount code advertised via a Facebook ad so decided to give this place a try. Ordered on the website to use the code. The website asked me to put in my postcode which I did, it then directed me to the Lisburn road branch to order. Waited for 1 HR 15 minutes for the food. When it arrived, the delivery driver proceeded to give me a lecture that my house was too far away from Lisburn road and that I should have ordered from Bally hackamore branch. I pointed out that I didn't select the store, it was automatically selected on the website and that Ballyhackamore is further away from my house than Lisburn road. He told me it is closer. I said it is not. He said "It is 1.5 miles closer. I can show you on the map" with a rude tone. He is wrong about that anyway so I wish I had just taken on his pettiness and got the map out. I looked up the map afterwards and there is 0.2 miles difference between the two from my house with Lisburn road actually being a shorter drive time wise. He gave off some more about how my house was outside of their delivery zone. I repeated that I hadn't selected the store and that I had made the order over an hour ago, they could have cancelled it if it was too far and that if it's outside of their zone they need to change their website settings. The argumentative delivery driver went on and on... Telling me I need to order on the phone next time. I said I didn't want to order on the phone as I had a code to use. He says "are you going to have a code every time you order?" Anyway the conversation went on and on because he just wouldn't let it go and given that I hadn't eaten in a considerable amount of time, neither did I. I was furious by the time he eventually left. If you don't want to deliver to a house don't set up your website to allow orders to go to addresses outside of your radius. My husband rang up immediately afterwards to feed this back and they were quite apologetic, the person he spoke to said it wasn't the first time the delivery driver had given off to customers and been complained about. We weren't offered a refund however. Anyway on to the food: portions were on the small side. Taste was mediocre, which was almost a relief as I certainly wouldn't be wanting to have to try to place another order with them. I have travelled around Thailand, I have done a Thai cookery course during my travels. Whilst I am not Thai so don't profess to be an expert on Thai cuisine and I appreciated that the cuisine varied regionally in Thailand, I never tasted Thai green curry as bland or pad Thai noodles as dry and surprisingly vinegary as these. Once again I'm disappointed by a meal in Belfast. Bring back Bai Tong

Las cebollas utilizadas en el curry son a menudo de un color marrón como si hubieran pasado su mejor momento (lo que es inexcusable ya que son un ingrediente barato de comprar. ) Son el tipo de cebollas que usted mismo embotellaría. Demasiadas judías verdes usadas en el curry también que tengo que elegir. La comida tailandesa es barata de producir, por lo que usar ingredientes más allá de su mejor momento es bastante malo, considerando que esto no es barato comida para llevar. Odio comer aquí de nuevo debido a la inconsistencia.

Ordered food at 6pm, had to call after 7pm because I had no order. I was told it will be delivered soon. Had to call back at 7.30 because there was still no food. The person on the phone said she would sort it out for me. I heard nothing for another 20 minutes so I called back, she ended her shift and left without sorting it out. Had to ask for a refund. 2 hours later and no food. Terrible

What a fantastic find, great for gluten free which most of the country in Northern Ireland seems to be lacking in takeaways. Delicious food, I had green curry with tofu and veg, with chicken skewers and a bit of broccoli 🥦. I would've gave it 5 stars only for them forgetting my water I ordered but highly recommend!

We ordered a delivery we have got from here loads of times and never disappoints service is always 10/10. There was a problem with the delivery as they only delivered half the order but they quickly got it sorted and got the rest sent out in efficient time. The manager I think that called me back to apologise and to say it was getting sent out was very friendly! The driver apologised as well for the error. Everyone was great and food is always amazing! One of our favourite places to get a takeaway from and will keep getting it too! Highly recommend

Absolutely hands down the best vegan korma I've ever had. No matter what I've ordered from Camile has been above and beyond. Service is always perfect too, even when it's a home delivery. Decent prices too. Photo is from the lunch menu. Filling and such a treat. Thank you

The service was great but the food was too greasy! (I suspect the beef was rotten). As a Thai, I can personally tell that this restaurant will not sell authentic Thai food. Food too oily, inauthentic and beef tasted suspicious. I’m Thai and food doesn’t taste Thai authentic. Makanannya terlau berninyak. Curiga dagingnya busuk. Sbgai orang Thai, gue pribada dapat mengatakan bw restoran ini nggak kan menjual makanan asli Thai. Gue nggak rekomendasikan

No delivery arrived by 21.17, Restaurant repeatedly giving incorrect information on delivery. A disgrace to JustEat. Still waiting. Cannot believe a word from the restaurant. Finally arrived around 21.20. A horrible experience. Awful evening. Dreadful service.

So this is the 2nd time this happened. Food was late waited over an hour and a half and it was stone cold. The last time this happened it was two and a half hours late. Stone cold then too. Food was bland. I've had good food in other Camille restaurants but this wasn't great at all. The quality of food and service did not match the price.

food used to be amazing here but the standard has really dropped. chicken tasted like rubber and rice was over cooked , money wasn't worth the portions. Delivery man also banged the window and door very loudly and was on the phone while handing me the food , very unprofessional. Won't be back any time soon.
