All good, nice place to stay and share a pizza with friends. Attention all good, nice place overall, normal waiting time.

Food is great at a very affordable price, staff are lovely and professional, if I may be allowed one small criticism is that the plates are cold so food cools down. I’ve eaten there a several times and would recommend it highly.

Just unbelievable ! This is the best Italian food I’ve ever tasted. We went Rome, Naples and Pisa and nothing was near this place. The atmosphere is fantastic and always made to feel part of the family. If you have not checked it out it’s a must.

Great service , staff really friendly . Food was perfect. Pizza dough cooked perfectly in my garlic pizza bread . Nduja sausage pasta was amazing. Great value for money

My husband and I went for lunch at this place. They are friendly. But they charged you 10£ for service which is quite a bit. When I ordered the pasta carbonara, the waitress asked me which pasta I wanted to eat with. So I chose fettuccine pasta which charged another 2.5£ on top of the menu price. She should actually explain to us for extra charge if the fettuccine is ordered. I hope they should charge service fee for more appropriately and explain for extra charge if the customer choose different pasta. A bit disappointed about service charging and extra cost without informing us.

Some of the most enjoyable & authentic southern Italian food I’ve had in Wales, the arancini were excellent and a great choice of pizze. Salads a little expensive for the size but very fresh. Definitely worth it overall. 9/10

Visited for the first time tonight fantastic little restaurant the food is exceptional the staff friendly and very sweet this is a must if you are in Cardiff great value for money , we had calamari to start then the seafood pasta buona amazing

Have wanted to visit for a while but somehow always ended up eating in town, but spur of moment booked this the day before & no problem with booking, my partner & I went Friday & was very impressed ----staff were good & friendly, things on menu were properly explained & not disappointed with our choices------main ---- dessert & bottle of house red ----FAB ----- will be back

One of our favourite restaurants which we keep coming back to, and introducing more family and friends to it along the way! We particularly love the breakfasts - they use such high quality ingredients making it amazing value for money. Pasta and pizza never disappoint here either! Grazie mille!

amazing, the caprina pizza was 👨‍🍳🤌 i recommend if youre looking to try unusual (but good) combos of toppings. size of the pizza was insane, i couldnt finish it! definitely not complaining though

Great Italian food place.They provided exceptional service. The way the staff treated us from the moment we enter the restaurant made a huge difference in our overall experience.

Very disappointed with my take out lunch today. I often call in for a take out Parmigiana I drive 10 miles to taste one of my favourite dishes from this restaurant and the last few times haven’t been good but todays was the worst. I was charged £9.00 for a plastic tray of slop that had been nuked in the microwave. It was tasteless very little cheese, hard polenta and bland tomato sauce. I had a few bites and threw it in the bin I’m to embarrassed to take the dish back and complain. Last year the dish was a big portion of delicious tasty food so I don’t know what’s gone wrong if there’s a new chef or if they’ve started to cut corners on the produce they buy due to the cost of living. The tray it came in is much smaller than the usual ones so the portions are definitely smaller. Feel like I’ve been ripped off. Won’t be visiting again ☹️

Really reasonably priced, fresh and tasty Italian food. Casual Cafe style setting. The arancini starter was delicious, the lasagne was fresh and a perfect size portion! Have visited this restaurant on several occasions, the last 2 occasions, very disappointing hardly any meat in the bolognese (too saucy) , chips very dry and was seated down the stinky back, right by the toilet, that smelt. Literally has enough of this place. Plenty of other good Italian restaurants around , higher quality of food , better seating arrangements and more value for money.

Most authentic Italian in Cardiff. Great Calabrian pizzas, my favourites are tropeana and dello chef. Also great Arancini and Ciro wine.

The meal was delicious from starter through main to dessert. I would highly recommend this small gem.

To say the least SPECTACULAR very friendly environment, very friendly girls. It seems to be in Reggio Calabria Special thanks to Domenico great chef, a must try. Visited on Mother's day for a lunchtime meal. Delicious authentic Italian cuisine served to our family of 15! Good service and friendly staff. Then a short stroll to Calabrisella Gelateria for a delicious ice-cream.

This was our third time eating at this particular branch. We have eaten once as a couple at the branch in Cathays but we'd never been to either with our children before. I regret coming here today and can say that I never want to come back again. We rarely go out to eat nowadays because money is very tight and I wish we had gone elsewhere. From the time we came in, I could see that the bar manager was unhappy we were there. He did not hide his annoyance at my son's complaining and, throughout our rushed meal (rushed because I just wanted to get out of there), I could hear him swearing and looking over at us while muttering to the other staff. At one point, the waitress gave my son a biscuit, which I thought was kind of her. Unfortunately, when he didn't want it, that seemed to get on her nerves. Every time I looked up, I could see them watching us, annoyed and waiting for us to leave. At one point, the bar manager, two waiting staff and even the chef were standing behind the bar staring. As I was so stressed about the constant watching and complaining from the staff (I mistakenly thought that Italians might be more family-friendly but apparently not here), I asked my husband to take my son out for walk in the pouring rain for 10 minutes. But this didn't please them either. My daughter wasn't making any noise (sorry, I think she did speak...) but they still wanted us out. The muttering and looking over continued, so I tried to eat my pizza as fast I could (I'm pregnant too by the way and my daughter is 3 but I was trying to stuff it down her as we had paid for it and she was hungry). They pointedly asked me if I wanted the rest of the pizza to go. Thank God, my husband arrived back with my son and we left as quickly as you can with two small children, a baby bump and a pram. I have worked as a waitress in restaurants, hotels, at weddings and award shoes for years. I know it can be a stressful job but I can honestly say I never behaved with customers that way. Apart from the fact that it's mean and they pay your wages, it doesn't make your shift go any faster to be nasty to people. I gave an extra star because my daughter enjoyed the pizza (she ate the rest later). I don't remember what mine tasted like. I wonder why!

Extremely disappointed with mine and my families food as we are regular customers, incorrect food, rude staff and management. A family member ordered spaghetti bolognaise. I know we are all on hard times even though we ordered bolognaise there was no meat in the pasta just sauce!!! Will not be coming back to this restaurant and will go to a decent italian. Shocking. The man I spoke to on the phone mentioned he would get the manager to call me tomorrow yet he was the manager as we know him. Appalling!!

Me and my partner have been here a few times and never disappoints us. The food is always lovely and fresh and a great size portion too and the price is also brilliant for the quality you get. A birthday meal is always a treat. This was outstanding! Especially for vegetarians! The vegetarian chestnut, mushroom and tomato pasta was magnificent as was the formaggio Aruncini with a Negroni
