The staff are very helpful and friendly service is the best I be going there again the staff be very proud of yourself's

Very busy and there was a short wait for service when we visited, the cinnamon cookie was stale/over cooked, returned it to get a replacement which was also the same, the barista told me the manager had prepared them that day. Coffee was nice and facilities were clean.

Had a lovely hot chocolate on a very cold afternoon ... lovely friendly staff 😊

The staff were very nice and very patient and helpful. The food was good and coffee was nice. Lots of seats, welcoming and cosy. Nicely decorated and toilets available. It is accessible and dogs are allowed.

Food and actual products are delicious but the trainee barista was very immature especially with other staff members not how you should behave in front of customers.

Has to be the worst Cafe Nero we’ve ever been in. On our last visit to Enniskillen, it was fine, but this time…well, I just don’t know why it has slipped so badly. Service was really really slow, my wife’s hot chocolate was average but my supposed luxury Caramelatte was anything but. Insipid, lacking in flavour, maybe the trainee forgot to put the caramel flavouring in. And then the piece of chocolate fudge cake came with a sliver of watery cream squirted down the side of the plate. A real disappointment.

Very bad service from a very rude girl on Thursday morning. Went in for a cup of coffee and was met by a very unprofessional staff member. Coffee was undrinkable, table I sat at was filthy, cutlery not cleaned properly. Caffè Nero is going downhill will never come back and everyone else should avoid it Also jug of milk had insect floating in it

As usual, the best espresso coffee is here 👌 I am not drinking other coffee types, but I see from others on their table, cups are so representative and looking spectacular 😁 Service and staff are friendly and will give you and help you with anything you need. There is portion for food you can take, and great and always fresh sweets and desserts. Clean, and spacious.

I alway went to cafe nero enniskillen. During lockdown not possible. Went today with voucher to be told week out date. At least £10 on it as wasn't used. I was given a coffee. Very disappointed. Manager just ignored me..

Had a salted caramel and pistachio creme. It was lovely. I love the decor of the place. It's comfortable and relaxed. A great place to enjoy some time.

Could only get take out, obviously, but what impressed me most was how hot my hot chocolate stayed whilst I walked back to the car park. The whole order went down well, far superior to Starbucks, £18 well spent (6 of us ordered 😊). Well done Café Nero Enniskillen 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Just gone down a lot shabby and dirty tables also only 1 toilet open not good too many people queing in hall way.

Pretty expensive. Payment by card only (no cash). Not impressed.

I used to like it but they are still only doing take away cups on the Covid19 excuse. I can't see how disposable cups are any safer than ceramic cups and plates. (food in a bag) but they still charge sit in prices. A poor show.

Was in it one Saturday in September 2020. The table I sat at in the Enniskillen store was not clean. The lady working there in the afternoon I went to see about getting the table cleaned. Said to me there is spry and roll of paper to wipe the table with. It had carryout coffee cups on it etc I looked at her. To avoid a row I said nothing With Covid 19 you think the table would be cleared and cleaned. I should not have been asked to clean it. She should have sent someone down to clean it for me or like all other coffee shops they have someone on the floor of them clearing the tables and wiping them. In Caffe Nero Enniskillen in my time that Saturday afternoon I could see no one doing that. When I got the spry for cleaning the table I was sitting at next the door as you come in. The spray bottle that you spray the table with it was even dirty. That I had to use the roll of stuff I was going to wipe the table with put round the handle to stop the germs I said nothing to any of the staff in Caffe Nero. No I only be in Caffe Nero in a real emergency. As it probably not there fault as they not taught to keep the bottle that the disinfectant kept in at all times clean on the outside. Plus to have someone on the floor clearing tables and willing them down. They should teach their staff to do that. As in other coffee shops they have someone on the floor clearing and wiping the tables. Plus the bottles the disinfectant are in are clean at all times. Unless I am braking up the wrong tree. They gave me a carry out cup when I ordered. They might be doing that during the pandemic. But if that is the case. That ok. But if a table is dirty they still should have someone of their staff to clear it and wipe it not ask a member of the public to do that. When I was finished I did put my carryout cup in the bin.

I went into cafe nero this morning for a latte and received the best customer service. Sophie needs a promotion! Greeted with a smile and overall a great experience. I'll defo be back !!

Back today in the Enniskillen cafe Nero for first time after lock down. Disappointing visit. Expecting the freshly baked goodies at this time but weren’t ready for another half hour! When inspecting the cleanliness especially after only reopening and should have been deep cleaned this branch was and seems to continue in a state. I’m sure someone is capable of sweeping the floor and cleaning a window. Management should be requesting this at least daily. I’m sure this is the same cigarette butt inside the door from the last time I was here, months ago. It’s a pity as I like cafe Nero coffee and goodies. I won’t be returning on a regular basis until I see an improvement.

We went for breakfast at 7:40. Not many in and a pleasant girl behind the till. Only credit cards accepted. We had porridge and coffee and some dried fruit to put on the porridge. It was served in a coffee cardboard cup and was very pleasant and filling. The porridge was cheaper than the coffee and for three of us, the bill was just less than £15. Well worth a visit. Not many in before 9am so social distance wasn't a problem. Tables spaced out anyway.

Standard Cafe Nero in the middle of a busy town.I was really disappointed however with the condition of the place, seats were badly stained and the whole place felt as if it need a good clean.Are dogs allowed in cafes? There was one here.Nice coffee, but took it as a "To Go"

Coffee is always good and glad to have somewhere else on Enniskillen High Street where I can grab something vegan quickly. Staff have always been very friendly and service fast.

Went in this morning for a tea and pecan sliceWas asked if sitting in then did I want I knife I answered yes to both questions. I was served by the dark hair one while the one bleached blond hair and fake tan kept whispering to the server. I sat down put my purse away took teabag out tea with the spoon when I was about to use the knife it was disgusting with bits of jam and some dort of grubby smear. I went up told the server the knife was greatly dirty got another one which was much corner but usable no apology

Staff here are fantastic, so friendly and polite. Coffee is ace and the atmosphere is wonderful.

If for no other reason but for the coffee then you must go in. Also available are some nice treats to go along with it. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Overall the Ekn Cafe Nero is a nice relaxed space. However it is let down by often messy tables and some lack of staff moral.

And the coffee is bitter and not worth the money, try the Happiness Trap, much better coffee and cheaper.

Service is terribly slow. The tables are not cleared when customers leave. The last few occasions we had to clear the tables ourselves. The seats are dirty and grotty. Good management is urgently required. Staff called Baristas and working for a pittance.

I thought this place was wonderful. The baristas were really friendly and the mocha frappèe tasted nice too.

Lovely coffee. Very good service and friendly staff. Pleasant decor and comfortable seats. Problem is that it is not very well cleaned. The floor, the seats, and the toilets are really not clean enough. Sorry to mention this in a review, but it is an ongoing problem, and no hope of it being resolved otherwise.

Got a trainee barista and she did an amazing job! Got a chocolate fudge cake which was warmed with cream was a perfect ending to a long long day!

Best Coffee shop in Enniskillen. The quality and customer service is excellent.

Hot chocolate tastes fantastic (highly recommend the Chocolate Milano) and its easy to pay and collect loyalty card stamps with the app. Though is a little pricier compared to the other coffee shops in Enniskillen - might want to be an occasional treat more so than something to get every day.

Well positioned on the High Street in Enniskillen. Also love the interior design of the Caffe Nero Chain which suggests comfort and relaxation over a cup of coffee/tea etc Unfortunately this particular branch greets customers with dirty un-swept floors.

Coffee is excellent and Staff are very pleasant but the reason I’m giving it a 3 star is they really need to do something about the draft coming from the front of building if your sitting at the front of the building the wind just constantly is blowing under and around the front doors bit like sitting in a shed on a windy day.

Unfortunately I am too accustomed to espresso based coffee to keep me awake and suffers withdraw headache when this vice is not satisfied. After two days of McCafe substitute, I finally hit my limit and with google’s help Caffe Nero cam to the rescue. Nice ambience located on the main city center drag; many locals linger to chat up the neighbors or have a quick bite or dessert. The cappuccino is up to par but there is no cry of ecstasy, however, confident barista delivers good draw. Three ponds seems a little pricy when local rent for a decent three bedroom house goes for under 500 quids.

Nicely decorated, very relaxed. On the day they were missing a few simple items off the menu.

While all other shops are open from 9am, Caffe Nero is open from 7.30am. Good business! I have used this mornings for my studies, with good late coffee with oat milk.
