Caffe Amore Bagshot in Surrey Heath

Lovely friendly staff, nice coffees, quick service, decent portion sizes and very fresh side salad. We had hot pasties which were tasty.

Went on the first Saturday in December with 18 of us on a mini coach. So busy but the cafe has an excellent system in place. They find you a table and then you go to the counter and order and very soon after the delicious hot food arrives. Lovely staff who explain the system if you dont know what to do. The garden centre is fantastic - again with lovely staff and good value. Glad the poinsettias are from a UK nursery.

Had a lunch of cheesy garlic bread and BBQ chicken pizza. The former was excellent and the latter good (maybe a bit more cheese so all the toppings don't fall off). Always a good meal here.

Excellent meals and friendly staff. Simple service but efficient and clean. I am veggy and love the hulumi burger with plenty of other veg options. Prices are reasonable. Much better than so many over priced gastro pubs

Had the pancake stack with berries, normally very nice, so much so that i have told friends as i normally go in once a week. Not today only very meagre berries tough pancakes and very little syrup. Surely you don’t need a chef to create this dish , and berries are cheap and plentiful still. Very disappointing . Think i’ll stay away , as evidently the portion control isn’t working

Disappoint in the quality of ingredients used. Cheap sliced bread used in sandwiches and toasted sandwiches as premium prices are charged. Also insipid pointless side salad. This wasn’t the first time this happened and has deteriorated over past couple of years. Very poor.

Had a lovely time in the cafe with my family. The pizzas were amazing and there was a great selection of cakes to choose from. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was quick to come out to the table. Great service. Will definitely come back here soon.

Down from Lancashire to visit our daughter thought it would be nice to have breakfast before returning home. What a mistake. The breakfast was nothing like the photo on the website, beans were cold, the toast was like cardboard and the rest just about warm topped off with grumpy staff who clearly did not want to be there. The “food” literally gave us the sh**s all day. I would give it Zero if I could.

I came here with my mum and children. We found a table, it was quite busy but we managed to find a table in the corner. We had pancakes with bacon which was amazing, best I have had ever. Coffees were brought out fast. We had one missing but the manager Yasmin sorted it out quickly and was very friendly and professional. Best breakfast and really good prices for the portion size, we will be back.

Long time since I visited the cafe. Changed entrance ,can’t enter from food hall,can’t enter from houseplant area had to ask a member of Longacres staff how to get in the cafe. Go to table ,notice number then you have to queue up ,No trays.Give your order and pay. Go to table and wait ! One member of staff brought our coffee Another member few minutes later brought food then few minutes another person brought cutlery and serviettes. Very long winded,by that time coffee was Luke warm. Lunch was not good. Had to exit into entrance. Will not definitely be going back and certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone. I have been coming to the garden centre for years, but this was the first time I had visited the cafe. I came with a friend on a Thursday lunchtime, and it was bedlam. We had to queue for a table (all the tables were REALLY close together, so I was very twitchy about catching Covid), and it was really noisy. The table we were shown to still had rings on from previous drinks, and my friend's chair was wet (either from wiping or a spill). The plastic menus were grimy, which just added to the downmarket feel. We had toasted sandwiches, which were soggy, and had not been toasted enough, and the salad on the side was unimaginative and of basic quality. The only high point was the upbeat and efficient lady taking orders at the till, who should be commended. I doubt I will eat here again.

Perfect garden centre environment but Tables too close for comfort. The sandwiches and ciabatta fabulous I am a cake lover have tried your scones brownies, slices of victoria toffee coffee chocolate - they all look great but so dry and crumbly, literally clears your mouth of any moisture. Recipe needs a rethink or new chef if it’s the stays the same, next visit I’ll take my own from local shop for them to try/compare I do not go out to return food or eating the replacement when others are finished. This spoils the event that is supposed to be a lovely treat

We went on the weekend and the restaurant was extremely busy. Had to queue for a few minutes to place my order but the queue kept Moving and all the staff were working hard. I was greeted by a lovely lady on the till who apologised for the wait. I ordered and was informed there may be a slight delay as the food is cooked fresh to order. Within10 minutes both the breakfasts and coffees arrived. Everything was hot delicious and the quality of the bacon, sausage and egg was simply sublime! The latte was extremely well made too! Overall a very enjoyable meals.

Stood in a queue for over 15 minutes to the be told kitchen is closed and not taking food orders. Absolute joke. Country in financial mess and businesses are turning money away. Main problem I believe is since this place changed hands from the Italians that were running it as a family style business with care, personality and service to what now exists. Just another arm of Longacres with employees just earning money rather than caring, having personality and giving service.

Tasty breakfast, very enjoyable, good sized portions. The only downside being as my colleague was hard of hearing the echoing in the restaurant made talking difficult, as his hearing aid couldn't block out the excess sound. Otherwise, very enjoyable, plenty to eat.

En un día de lluvia fría que queríamos sopa y un rollo pero se les había acabado! Optamos por patata de la chaqueta de chili y ojalá nos equivocábamos! tomates y judías no carne en Chile en un viejo patatas secas habían pintado con un poco de ensalada y dos cafés £21 costo no vale la pena comer o pagar por él. No te molestes con este café!

Mi hija decidimos que volveríamos a Longacres hoy. Tengo que decir que no me encantó la perspectiva de almuerzo en Amore. Estaba preparado para darle una oportunidad. Pedimos una pizza grande con patatas fritas. La pizza era difícil para cortar, una rueda de pizza habría sido bueno o al menos tener cortar. Fue muy difícil y terminamos sacando aparte. Nuestra elección fue Secondo Pollo Amore. finas pizza con salsa de tomate, pollo, queso mozzarella, otro queso y cebollas y pimientos. Las cebollas y pimientos crudas, simplemente arrojadas en la parte superior, y frío. Podría haber sido fantástico. no lo estaba. El centro de jardín en sí era genial. Por favor solucionar Amore. Tiene potencial. Saque el máximo partido de ella.

He estado yendo a Longacres durante años y años, y como consecuencia, han estado yendo a Cafe Amore ya que era una pequeña choza!

bien, esto es un centro increíblemente concurrida de jardín en un domingo por la tarde, y es casi Navidad, así que sería natural que esperar más de el tipo de Ikea de experiencia de su cantina. En su lugar, teníamos una fantástica experiencia: la pizza era uno de los mejores que he tenido en años, y vale la pena volver; nada locos en términos de topping, pero la masa era exactamente como debe ser, no aceitosa y no sólo como pan, no demasiado gruesas y no demasiado finas; la mozzarella estaba delicioso, formando largas hilos de queso derretido, la salsa de tomate sabía a tomate. Con algo tan simple como una pizza la calidad de los ingredientes cuenta mucho. Mi novia tiene un poco de pasta y que también era delicioso, una sencilla combinación de ingredientes pero buenas de calidad (algunos restaurantes ahorrar en la pasta y se puede decir, cuando te sientes como recocido y poco hecha al mismo tiempo, pero no aquí).

Visitamos ayer con un poco de miedo después de algunas de las críticas. A pesar de una cola, nos pareció muy rápidamente una mesa por una persona muy útil. Sí tuvimos que hacer cola para nuestra comida pero la orden fue tomada y estaba en la mesa por el tiempo que había pagado y devueltos. También me estaba volviendo a la mesa con una bandeja de café fue tomada de mí y entregado a la mesa un excelente servicio al cliente y comida

The garden centre is fab. The cafe is crap! Catering sachets of sauce, inflexible menu - could only do fried egg, not poached or scrambled. Rude, rude staff. Not going back to the cafe..... Many other good places nearby, but this is not one!

Fuimos a Longacres el domingo para el almuerzo y las tiendas. El centro comercial estaba bien. Ellos poseen una gran variedad de cosas. Es un poco confuso, y podría ser un poco mejor organizado. Habiendo dicho eso, terapia de compras bien. Amore era una cuestión totalmente diferente. Muy decepcionante. Después de esperar a ser mostrado a nuestra mesa sin personal que molesten nos y otros, encontramos nuestra propia mesa. Nos colocan nuestros pedidos y esperamos y esperamos y ... bueno, esperamos hasta paciencia acabaron! Habíamos pedido paninis y frrries. Cuando finalmente llegamos el panini, fueron quemadas en el fondo y cálido. habíamos terminado nuestras bebidas y nos habíamos perdido nuestro entusiasmo. Currently sat in Amore and the service has been terrible! Went to order food and the server walked away mid-sentence to do something else, came back started to take the order again and wrote down wrong then a collegue interupted to talk with him, turned back to look at me with a blank stare, finished taking the order. As soon as I put my pin the card machine he told me they were not serving pasta for another 40mins, at which point I was pretty annoyed. So got a refund on the pasta. Kids pizza turns up well cooked on the base and barely warmed through to melt the cheese on top. Awful service and below average food. Not worth the money.

Tuvimos un almuerzo ligero fundamenten aquí mientras espera por un orden en el centro del jardín, y estoy muy contenta de haberlo hecho! El personal es fantástico y muy amable y jovial. Después de ir de compras en Longacres, decidimos almorzar aquí. No me había visitado Longacres en las edades y estaba encantado de haber visto todos los cambios modernos incluyendo un restaurante interesante que era este! Encontramos una mesa y no tienes que esperar para una camarera que fue genial, se sentó en que en el hermoso clima caliente y se levantaron para conseguir nuestra comida. satisfecho con mi comida favorita que es Genovese de pasta al pesto.! Nos ququed, larga cola pero que bajamos en ningún momento. El hombre nos ofreció un timbre, extraño pero estupenda manera de permitirle ahora cuando la comida está listo. Nos levantamos a recoger nuestra comida, sábado regreso y comimos nuestras cenas! ¡una delicia, es tan deliciosa, me encantó mi pasta al pesto Genovese. hicieron que es muy sabrosa con parmesano en la cima. mmm. madre nos encantó su ensalada de pollo y así lo hizo gran. Pagamos en el mostrador así que no hay necesidad de esperar por una camarera de la factura. que era muy útil. Me encantaría volver otra vez, Gracias Cafe Amore!

longacres centro de jardín es precioso, pero el café es una completa decepción y ha sido ya que fue reconstruida hace un par de años. Hay un cartel solicitando los huéspedes que esperar para que nos sentaran pero dos miembros del personal nos ignoraron algún día así que nos fuimos a nuestra propia selección de asientos. La cafetería sólo sirve pizza y pasta para almuerzos calientes (sé que tiene un título italiano) pero se pierde un gran mercado de personas que quieran un buen almuerzo de comida de confort, una buena cena con asado sería una ventaja. Pedimos una Coca-Cola Light, un café, un bollo y crema lujoso, el lujoso era muy seco y demasiado dulce. El bollo era enorme y muy seco incluso con mantequilla y mermelada, noté una mano de señora mandarlos de vuelta y no pedir nada más como un sustituto. La mayoría de los clientes que usan el centro de jardín no son aquellos que comer pasta y pizza y me finas esto refleja que tan pocas mesas están ocupados a la hora de comer.

Llamamos a Longacres por un capricho, y nos dirigimos directamente a la cafetería, a las 11 de la mañana la cola era seis larga, pero el acceso era difícil (y posiblemente de incumplimiento de salud y reglamentos de seguridad?) debido al azar el estacionamiento de carritos. Los establecimientos similares en los centros de jardín suelen tener plazas de tranvía fuera de la zona de cafetería.

Estábamos buscando un lugar cerca Bracknell para reunirse con la familia para almorzar barato y en el Café Amore encontramos exactamente lo que queríamos. El menú es italiano 'fast food' pero era sabroso y buena relación calidad-precio y el servicio era excelente. el personal era amable, servicial y muy eficiente. Hay la ventaja añadida de un excelente centro de jardín con una increíble variedad de productos.

I cannot recommend this place at all. For a drink each and snacks our bill was way over priced. Service was very poor too, because we were left and ignored at the entrance whilst the staff moved tables around back and forth in front of us, and piled chairs on tables despite it being more than an hour before closing. Having got in the restaurant all the signs advertised various meals and we were given a menu to order from, but having selected all our meals and gone to order them, we were informed that we had missed the last order times for hot food (by a few minutes). Could not see anything anywhere to tell us this, and I don't understand why the waitress gave us menus when the only food available was at the counter on self selection. So we ordered the over priced snacks as by then the children were wanting a treat.

Visitamos Longacres por primera vez y mi pareja y yo estuvimos encantados de encontrar este espacioso café claro en el lugar.

Por desgracia centro de jardín de Longacres es casi como una segunda casa para nosotros! Así que hemos estado en Cafe Amore unas cuantas veces lo mínimo que se puede decir. muy buena, fuerte, café italiano, el servicio es amable, buenos desayunos y los pasteles. No probamos las pizzas pero tienen buena pinta. Vale la pena una visita.

He comido aquí muchas veces después de un viaje por mi centro favorito de jardín. Me habían puesto en el pasado por un camarero italiano muy más familier, pero afortunadamente se ha puesto detrás del mostrador ahora en el horno de pizza. Todo el mundo es muy amable, y las mesas estaban limpios. La comida es bastante buena, pero las ensaladas tienden a ser muy pequeños. En general, aunque es bastante bueno y volveré en mi próxima visita a Longacres.

Nueva 'esperar a que nos sentaran" sistema que significa una larga cola durante la hora punta. Es una buena idea, ya tienes tu mesa reservada, únase a la cola para pedir su comida/bebida/pasteles etc. .. decirles que su mesa número, pagar por su comida y esperar para entrega a su mesa.
