Absolutely love this place. Best cafe in Welwyn Garden City. I'm here probably about twice a week. Friendly staff, service is great and the food is tasty. The portion sizes are spot on, you won't leave hungry.

Have just enjoyed an all day breakfast here with my son. No complaints whatsoever! Friendly staff and enjoyable ambiance in this quaint little cafe. Food was served fresh and hot and surprisingly quickly. Will definitely recommend!

Such good value for money, the food is lovely, the interior is adorable, the staff are nice and so good at accomodating for swapping different food items in and out. Probably come here several times a month.

Nice cafe generally, pleasant staff when they listen properly to the order. Food has been good on the numerous occasions I have been. Meat portions could be more substantial is my only gripe e.g amount of bacon in a sandwich.

First time at this cafe. Very welcoming and attentive waitresses. Great menu choice - we had number 2 and 4 breakfasts which were both delicious. Coffee was good too. The cafe was busy and constantly new customers coming in, although there always seemed to be a table available (there is an upstairs so don’t be put off if it looks busy downstairs). Will definitely be back in near future - our new regular breakfast spot!

I love this lovely cafe in wgc town centre. I always have the same meal - vegan breakfast, even though I'm not vegan, its just so yummy. Staff are friendly, place is always clean & often busy but theres always room. There are tables ourside all year I think.

I went here for breakfast with my wife the food was delicious and fresh. The portion size is very good as you don't leave this place hungry with defo go back there 😋

My family and I have been coming here for years and we absolutely love it here. My mum orders the same every time she goes in here, and they remember her order every time😂 we went in there yesterday, one of the waiters sees my mum walking in and says ‘someone get this woman a cheese omelette with chips!’ it made us laugh! It’s so lovely to watch how this little cafe has grown in popularity over the years, it’s the best! We love you cafe trio 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Awful experience. Server smashed a stack of glasses all over us and our table, in our drinks and no one even apologised. Someone knocked into the table spilling coffee everywhere and there was no replacement, to top it all off we then found a long grey hair in the food. Staff were rude and didn’t care, didn’t take anything off the bill either. Would never go back!

Perfect for meeting family for lunch. Excellent menu and service. The staff are so lovely. The Mediterranean and full English breakfasts are excellent, however my go-to is the mushroom omelette (salad, coleslaw and chips).

Beautiful cafe and excellent service. We love the breakfasts and the fresh orange juice. The coffee is fantastic - really smooth and they have plant milk options. We love coming here after shopping and it never disappoints. Lots of choice on the menu. By far our favourite cafe in the area. Highly recommend the challenge breakfast and the halloumi special! Friendly service, good food decent portions. I had the kofte wrap meal that came with chips and salad. Only critique would be I would have liked a bigger wrap and less chips but everything cooked well and the kofte was really tasty.

As a family of 3 with our toddler we came for breakfast, staff are lovely, good was heavenly!

What a sad day for me I’ve been coming to Trio now for many years Today I decided to take my 2 Daughters out for breakfast Food here has been decent for some time and I’m fussy However today sadly food wasn’t good sausage looked like it was cooked day before And reheated beens cold and mushrooms also cold There are very few decent restaurants around sadly for me another one bits the dust I didn’t even get asked if I enjoyed my meal as I’ve been asked in previous visits Are well I’ll start looking elsewhere 🥲🥲

Rude waiters not pleasant customer service asking me what Id like. When I pay for my 7 up the waiter tapped his fingers rudely on table waiting for me to pay my bill. I know it was busy but the staff could cheer up a bit and smile and be pleasant to customers on a nice sunny day like this.

Had a great Afternoon lunch and drinks with my cousin and her dog Benji outside the cafe The waiter who served us was very friendly and attentive to both of us The service was very good The meal I had was very good we were well looked after

First time I’ve visited with my cousin and huge dog xx dog was welcomed outside and waiter brought him a sausage as soon as we sat down x sooooo kind but he’s been on a vegan diet for a couple of weeks due to health issues x he’s getting carrots next time x I can highly recommend this venue x will definitely return x such a warm welcome and excellent service x see you again soon xx

This is a nice cafe with a huge choice of food on the menu. The all day breakfast is not greasy and they have proper CLEAN brand name sauce bottles on the table. They do a very good omelette and salad too.

Visited with 4 French friends, 3 of whom were on their first UK visit. Proper breakfasts were called for, and Cafe Trio did not disappoint. Not only was the food spot on, the tea and coffee as it should be, but the ambiance and service exceptional. My friends have virtually no English, but it didn't matter, the staff were helpful, friendly and even started to throw in a bit of French themselves. Good fun was had joking about all our football preferences. I'm sure the lads will go back next time we're in WGC

Went to this cafe to meet some friends and loved it so much. It is clean and bright with friendly staff, an amazing all day breakfast menu and reasonable prices. Good quality and nicely presented food for a cafe. Will definitely be back.

Breakfast very nice,staff helpful,come to pay then,2 breakfast and a kids meal,can of coke and a latte coffee,£33?,somehow feel ripped off,when I queried it the fat bloke at the till were very rude,won’t be going there again!

Decent food, good value, with decent enough service. On the cafe category, and with the few options around Welwyn GC, you won’t be disappointed.

Love this little restaurant/Cafe. Go here with my daughter once a month and have ordered a variety of meals which have all been well cooked and presented. The staff are friendly and professional and the cafe is clean with good facilities. The restroom is upstairs which is inaccessible for some as there is a steep set of stairs to get there. There is indoor and outdoor seating all well maintained. Prices are rising with the current cost of commercial fuel, however nothing gnis effecti g the quality of food that is being produced.

Wonderful little gem of a place, tucked down a little side street near Sainsbury's. Perfect spot for a nice lunch when out shopping. Been a couple of times with a without kids. Food always fresh, tasty, big portions and good value. Staff are friendly and attentive. Thumbs up for Chicken Shish, kofte meatballs and meze. Plus the biggest bowl of chicken linguine I've ever had. Will be back !!

Called in on the off chance , shortly after sitting down we were served. Food , drinks and service were good. Reasonably priced ,we will return for a main mea in the future.

Such an amazing place, we go fairly often for the lovely atmosphere, really friendly staff and quality food that's priced so reasonably it's actually incredible. Legitimately possible for 2 people to both have a big breakfast and tea or coffee for less than £20 between you. Can't rave enough.

Cafe which had tables inside and more on the pedestrian area. So peaceful just right for breakfast or lunch. We enjoyed our breakfast there freshly cooked well done. Good coffee and helpful staff. There is a full menu for breakfast or lunch. Obviously popular with the regulars.

Friendly, efficient, hearty food and a good range of drinks, plus great tables inside and out. I regularly stop for a coffee when walking past with the dog, and they'll make it easy - bring the menu out, or even recognize me and immediately bring out an espresso and the payment machine, so I don't need to do anything other than watch the world walk by (no cars as it's on the pedestrian area). If I'm hungry or hungover, there's the big breakfast for a reasonable price, or a mix of hot or cold meze. No airs and graces, just an honest, good café.

Big portions. I hade the mixed meze meal platter which is more than enough for 2 as a light lunch. Daughters jacket spud was massive. Halloumi wrap looked good as well.

So we were in a real rush to get something to eat before a long afternoon meeting snd we found cafe trio - we totally lucked out! Fast, fresh, delicious food with friendly service. I had the vegan breakfast with a fried egg and it was the type of breakfast I dream about - delicious!!! Thank you!!!

Love Cafe Trio. Food has never let me down, from regular cafe grub to Turkish meze! I also see that they have Vegan options, which stands to reason most Turkish vegetarian is normally vegan anyway.
