Cafe nosh in Castlereagh

Left before eating. The place is filthy and always has been. No idea how it hasn’t been closed down if it’s that dirty where the customers are how dirty are their kitchens? Laughed at their prices. Not sure why I tried again. As it’s always been dirty. Overflowing bins outside. Too charge so much but not even pick up dirty spoons on the floor or clean their baby changing area or sweep their floor to me is unreal

Was there this morning and had the vegan option. I was so excited to see vegan options on the menu as often hard to get anywhere. It sounded great on the menu and but it was disappointing. The mushrooms where missing the tofu was not eatable it was far too spicy (I'm well used to spicy foods) this was on another level. Toast was burnt aswell. Couldn't taste the tofu. No one came to us to check if everything was ok with our meal. Really bad and wouldn't recommend to anyone unfortunately. Far nicer places locally that cater for vegans so don't waste your time here.

We got a buffet to take away for a family lunch.It was excellent and well priced. Everyone was full up on their sandwiches alone . They were filled to the brim. The hot food was delicious especially their sausage rolls 😋 I gave the atmosphere 5 stars as its always deserved when ive dined there before

Stopped off here for a bite to eat I between calls. Lovely wee spot, service was lovely the food very tasty, the atmosphere was nice but I only gave it three because it didn’t stand out.

Great place for breakfast when in the area. Perfect Irish fry and has a great selection of cakes and coffees, teas etc. look forward to going back.

Quite busy when we arrived. I had tuna and onion ciabetta sandwich. Bread lovely, lots of tuna, a staggering amount of red onion but could have done with more cheese. Nice wee side salad too.My better half had a fry which he enjoyed. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back ... Good value for money.

Coffe served cold had scones not exactly what we asked for most other coffee shops r the same... Not b bk again. 3rd time here however not b bk. As an estate agent wld say LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION I suppose some ppl in so.me places r easy satisfied hence I don't live nr Dundonald...

Food was pretty dull and the bread was just microwaved.

Wonderful prompt service.. relaxed atmosphere and the fry was awesome... Even sand happy birthday to our wee grandson . Will definitely be back

The fry was OK. It was very dry. Sausages were of poor quality. Bread hard and dry, not the way a fry should be. Obviously wasn't fried in oil the way a fry should be. The chicken ceaser salad was all lettuce and not much else. Coffee tasted cheap. Disappointed.

Food is fine if a little on the expensive side, however portion sizes are generous. Service can't be faulted either but Nosh really really desperately needs redecorating and furniture and fittings updated. Shabby chic it is not. More like knackered and smacking of meanness.

Fabulous food and service from Cafe Nosh today. Provided us with a great selection of sandwiches, hot food and tray bakes for a family party. Sally guests commented on the variety and great food. Thanks

I went to café Nosh for the first time a few weeks ago. I got a side dish of garlic fries as I wasn’t that hungry and they were delicious. It was like heaven in my mouth. The staff were lovely, very kind and gentle with me as I have anxiety and struggle with ordering on my own and is is always filled with people. Such a great place I will definitely be back!

Great selection of food it was Great

We booked Phil and the Cafe Nosh team for our wedding recently at Malone House. Phil was very helpful in the planning and preparation stages. The food on the day was superb quality and delicious. All special dietary requirements were met and many guests said how much they enjoyed the meal. Thank you for all your help and would highly recommend.

Quality of ingredients going South prices going North. Horrible chicken that tasted frozen and cheap fatty bacon. Cafe standard food with restaurant prices.

I just bought a takeaway coffee and the coffee was burnt. The coffee had a skin on top of it when I took the lid off this was my first time here and I sadly won't be back.

Amazing food, great service and friendly staff. Gluten free options available which was amazing for one of the people I was with. Prices are not too bad either and portions are substantial too. Would highly recommended this place if you are in the area and looking for a quick nice bite to eat.

First dine out with family since recent bereavement and first visit to Nosh. Food excellent and prompt service.

Not what I was expecting, the fry is not fried as they toast the soda and potato bread. I asked for a slice of bacon and 1 slice of toast was asked if I wanted brown or white bread I asked for brown but I got white. I had to send the bacon back as it was not cooked as the fat was still clear. 😣

First time visiting nosh..really impressed..I had a hot chocolate. Which was amazing. My friend had a huge cooked breakfast which he said was delicious and cooked to perfection staff were very friendly. Not overly expensive, next time I go back I am.going to try one of their traybales or meringue buns that were on display. They looked out of this world. The premises are beautiful. Very clean too, highly recommended.

I used to live nearby, but have been abroad for nearly 3 years. An opportunity today to revisit and have a catchup with my son. And they remembered me, and gave us a very warm welcome. So glad that the toasted banana bread is still the best - certainly in Europe!

We now live in the USA and headed home for Christmas- our Mum is on dialysis at the Ulster Hospital so as a thank you to the incredible staff we ordered / provided Brunch - the quality & freshness of the food was exceptional and delivered on the day/time requested. A bit noisy, but it was just before the Christmas weekend, with several groups. Great value food, generous portions.

We both got the Xmas loaded fries. Looked like mushed up dog food poured over the chips. Sloppy and tasteless. Bought 2 cinnamon scones to take out. Both were stale and hard as rock. Won’t be back

Was greeted nicely, provided with Menu, but that was it. Was ignored for the remainder of my time there. People after me, all orders taken promptly. Is my money not good enough for Cafe Nosh ? Dreadful.

Decent grub with nice, hard-working staff. Not cheap, however!!

Nice staff clean but i ordered a fry very greasy fried eggs hard bacon hard dried out sitting kn grease on plate, coffee just ok will try another day but if no better will not be back

Staff were amazing but food was average. Cheese on the pizza was delicious but the dough and tomato were below average

I have had a lovely experience here on previous visits, however there was a lengthy queue for seating that no one addressed despite an abundance of seats being available. Disappointed, we went elsewhere.

First time there.one of the ladies didnt look overly friendly based on an interaction l witnessed with a customer but its generally a nice place.The inside is beautiful too though our table was wobbly.The food was lovely though bacon was pre cooked and so itnwas dry,same with the sausages.But again l would still go back.

Another delicious lunch. Lasagne and chips, fantastic. I'm very particular with my lasagne, have to say, I do throughly enjoy it here. Have taken home a few times from the chill counter. Never a bad meal yet.

Food was great everything fresh really enjoyed it lemon meringue was exceptional.

Called for quick lunch at 13.50 (prawn salad ) took over 20 minutes and was disappointing, mostly carrot. Got money off for delay . Don't want money off , want good food on time .

Its a great spot, good coffee fresh salad nice staff. Located conveniently across from the Ulster Hospital with access to the park in between. With comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors along with the convenience of carry out fresh healthy food, really how could you go wrong!

Had the mini fry and kids chicken and chips so yummy, can't wait to try some more

I took my kids here for a bit of lunch and I must admit I was shocked. The food here is amazing and the staff can't do enough for you. This place is well worth the money. Would highly recommend it

Fantastic place for breakfast with really good vegan and vegetarian options

My daughter bought me one of their christmas sandwiches 🥪 and it was that filled with turkey, ham, stufing and cranberry i didnt feel hungry for the rest of the day. Definitely five stars🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Fantastic place for a quick snack and a nice ambiance.

The coffee was well priced, and tasted great. The milkshake we ordered was apparently in the top 3 milkshakes of all time, according to my companion 🙂. The piste de resistance (my French teacher will be reading that horrified) was without a doubt the coconut caramel square. I have had a square or two over the years as can be seen in my jeans size but this one was almost as good as the first one I ever tasted.
