Cafe Morso in Wychavon

Visited Saturday mid morning. We ordered American pancakes with bacon, eggs Benedict and a muffin with butter. We couldn't fault the lady that served us, she's always very friendly and polite. But the food took over 40 minutes to arrive which we thought was a little bit too long. The pancakes were simply awful, with only two bacon rashers. It was really disappointing. On top of that there were quite a lot of dogs inside the cafe. Whilst we don't mind dogs, when they are barking and jumping on the tables, it makes the whole visit less pleasant. We used to like visiting this cafe but sadly feel it's gone downhill.

Had a pleasant coffee here today. Fair price and fresh tasting. Comfortable atmosphere. Will return.

A nice cafe but hit and miss, it's fair to say. Popped in on Saturday with limited time ans lucky to fi d a seat. Nice atmosphere and food looked good. We went to counter as short on time and asked for 2 double espressos as we knew that would be speedy. Sat and waited nearly 15 mins and sadly knew we'd need to leave. Went to counter to ask to have as takeaway and find the order was never properly placed in the first place. Never came over to ask and no apology which was disappointing. We will try again as there were many satisfied looking faces inside. Sadly we left thirsty.

Nice coffee , friendly and delightfully jovial service

The staff did not make any attempt at being friendly and just put the food down on the table anywhere, rather than actually in-front of the person it was intended for, like they couldn’t care less. Honestly they all seemed super grumpy and it was uncomfortable. The food was terrible, the halloumi was the worst salad I’ve ever had, deep fried halloumi and shredded lettuce with a few bits of cucumber and tomato, my friend and I were so surprised they’d get away with serving that. Super basic and bland. Maybe we chose poorly but regardless will not be returning.

Ordered two different sandwiches, waited 10 minutes for them to only find out they were both missing main parts of the sandwich... No surprise we were the only ones in there. Absolute shambles, avoid at all costs

Decided to go and have a family breakfast. The staff were like high school kids, only talking if they know you and making no effort. My drink had a hair in it and when returned I just got stared down by the staff. We even had to ask for the table to be cleaned as it was sticky and horrible. Honestly, food was nice, shame the rest of the experience was ruined. (One member of staff whose name I didn’t catch was a delight! Happily changed my drink for me with no issues)

Good bacon, sausage, and mushroom sarnie. Good price, too. Mushrooms were particularly flavourful, just a little too chunky for the sandwich. I recommend eating here.

One of the best hot chocolates I’ve had in a long time!

I have been there twice. Both times the staff will only talk to people they know. Despite attempting conversation they looked at me like I was alien. Unless you are a local or a regular I would not bother attempting to eat there. It's overpriced too....but the second time I went I needed something to eat.

Like I’d previously said the menu is far to heavy with no healthy options. The cake selection really needs to be improved with more vegan options. The table we sat at was sticky

We stopped here for the first time and had hot chocolate. Lovely place, friendly staff. Didn't see the menu for food, but would stop here again next time I am in Droitwich

As with many establishments, the vegetarian options are often vegan (which isn't the same thing or as tasty!)

Corner cafe just off the centre, in a modern block with a concrete overhang so we could sit outside and shelter from the rain.  Inside was nice but a bit crowded.   I ordered at the counter; decent espresso, fizzy water, and what turned out to be a really good flapjack.   It took a while to arrive.  Half of Droitwich walked in and ordered at the same time as us.  Lady who brought our order was very apologetic, but it wasn't a problem

The music was very loud which meant talking to your friends and family was difficult. The menus are still to heavy with little plant based options. The staff seemed stressed.

Thought toasties were expensive for plastic ham and cheese and toastie separated when served but everything was freshly made.

The loveliest ladies With the warmest welcome! Nothing was too much trouble had the best hugest cheese salad I’ve ever tasted , I have allergies first time I’ve eaten out and they are amazing here. Oh dear, staff in need of some serious training. We walked in to find a youth lying on the settee. We sat outside and the waitress gave me a lecture because I took the tiny tiny milk jug off her tray. The same waitress came out a couple of minutes later to have a fag which she passed to the previously recumbent youth to finish off. When we left said youth had returned inside and was now joined by a young girl who had her feet up on the table!!!

We tried these again after such a good visit. However on this occasion we must have caught them on a bad day. We sat ourselves down and where given menus. We had our drinks ordered and delivered in good time. We had intended on having lunch in there but nobody came to take our order so we had our drinks, paid up and went elsewhere. I would like to see lighter healthier options on the menu especially vegan as it’s a growing trend. Sorry just one vegan cake on offer just isn’t acceptable when the competition provide so much more than that

My Husband and I ( and our little dog Millie ) love coming to Cafe Morso in Droitwich when we are shopping. The ladies who run it are lovely and so friendly and the service is great. I always have 2 lattes which are piping hot. It's the best place to relax, eat good food and just chill out.

Absolutely amazing staff ,, always a smile and warm welcome from Donna and nat new chef Gareth is doing amazing job after a few days of being with new mender of the team,5 star all the way keep up the good work

Use this cafe pretty much every weekend with my dog , the staff are the best we have a great time,and always feel welcome. The dog is spoilt rotten by the girls as am I , such a wonderful way to start any weekend 10/10 for customer service (and the banter/laughter) love them ❤️

This seemed to be the only independent cafe in Droitwich but it was open on bank holiday Monday. The service was very slow and the food was ok - could have been a bit warmer but otherwise fine. Charged £1.50 for a cup of hot water.

Great food, and good service staff really friendly

It’s a pity we’ve walked passed this place so many times. It’s a lovely place with great cakes and great drinks. We will sample the hot food next time. I would like to see more plant based items on the menus only as an observation. Staff where lovely in describing everything to us. Vegan lemon cake is amazing

Haven't been down for a while but it has always been our 'go to' place for breakfast (or indeed a lunchtime meal) As usual the 'dream team' of Donna & Nat looked after us admirably and the breakfasts were superb as usual. Their having double doors & a level entry is really useful when you have a wheelchair, walking frame or pushchair. What's not to like!

Only popped in for a coffee and ended up having a slice of cake as it looked so tempting. Both members of staff were so friendly and really made you feel welcome. A clean place would visit again.

Great value and great tasting food. The friendly and welcoming staff were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure that our dietry requirements were catered for. Definitely will be coming back when we return to the area.

Absolutely fantastic place. Donna, Nat, Sherell, Liv and all the other staff are amazing. The food and atmosphere is fantastic. They are always friendly and willing to give you a hug and a shoulder if you have had a hard day. I love it there. The staff make it fantastic. 10/10. Keep up the good work peeps.

Excellent!! Excellent!! Best place i know for a bacon buttie and a bacon and egg buttie and flat whites in the whole of Droitwich. Pet friendly. Staff superb!! Very clean and tidy and brilliant service. The w/c is immaculately clean. A real nice place to go. Comfortable seating and a warm and friendly atmosphere.

I had eggs benedict this time. I cant lie that was an amazing breakfast i scoffed it right down. Previously had regular breakfast, good runny eggs (a must for me) flavour some bacon and sausages. I did request no mushrooms and tomatoes. If I had to push for a negative this time on this update I would only say there was lipstick on my teacup :-/

Ate here today for the first time! What a great find! Excellent food and terrific staff. One of us had the full breakfast which he said was brilliant! He didn’t want the black pudding so they gave him two extra eggs! I had eggs Benedict which was amazing! We will definitely be back x

Used this cafe quite a few times in the past but regret to say I will not be returning because - Tables looked like they required a really good clean and unusually, more dogs than the cafe/customers could comfortably handle in such a small cafe. Time between visiting and being served food 40 minutes and the cafe was not busy. Food when served only just warm. Really a shame having to comment negatively, a couple of years ago this place was such a nice place to eat.

I completely forgot to get a photo of my food because it looked so amazing I had to start eating right away. I ate the cheese & bacon burger. Not even kidding when I say that was THE BEST burger I've ever eaten. No words will explain it you just have to go try for yourself. You wont regret it!!!!

Used to be lovely but really gone downhill. New staff/owners? Partner had bad experience here, but doesn't like posting bad reviews. She took our Daughter who ordered food and asked for no onions. Food came with onions. Told the waitress, who took it back, could hear the chef swearing about it. Not cool, guys.

Popped in this morning for a takeaway vanilla latte and asked if they could make my 2 year old a little hot choc. It was no trouble they made a little half cup & they even checked the milk temperature for him. They were so friendly. Super service, will definitely be back.

I waited so long to be served and then for the food to arrive I nearly got up and left. Tables were a bit grubby too despite the staff not being overstretched. However, the food was good when it arrived, the staff were friendly, and the music was cracking! It just needs a little more attention to efficiency and hygiene to make this a great little eatery.

Came here today with my son and partner , extremely busy ,was given a waiting time and food came as promised, sad to say that some customers were very impatient and left with no nice words to say , I’d like to say the coffee was lovely and the food was worth the wait

You know that velvety foam yet get on quality lattes? Where there's a little swan or fern leaf on the top. They do that here, which is the hallmark of a coffee shop that trains its staff properly. Beyond the excellent drinks, they're a friendly bunch. The fact that it's the lightest, brightest space in town helps make it an agreeable space to meet friends or, in my case, work on my laptop in comfy chair. And did I mention the food?

Been in a couple of times now, not the quickest, but the food and drinks are definitely decent for the price.

My 3rd visit. Food nice and I didn't have to wait long. It lost a star for 2 reasons 1 most tables were left with plates on fir my entire time there 45 minutes. It's only a quarter full with 3 staff on . My table was emptied of plates but not wiped clean . Secondly staff didnt engage with me my pet hate . No excuses they were not busy and had time to chat to each other . . I didn't take a star off for this but the owner was chatty on my previous visit . Perhaps either employees need to be older or more outgoing

Service was decent. Fries terrible, seasoning terrible. Cheese grilled sandwiches not quite a toasty with to much cheese not melted and bland. Colslaw ok but salad not that fresh. Very overpriced for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 4 drinks. A fruit shoot £2! Wouldn't return unless improvements and better value for money.

I am sad to say that this Cafe has gone downhill since our last visit.Our table was cleared but not wiped down and there is a serious lack of cleanliness throughout. We sat by the window and the ledge was covered in dead flies and spiders webs which were still 'inhabited'. Unfortunately customers on the next table were complaining to staff about their meal being cold. I do wonder if it would even pass a standard food and hygiene test at present, particularly as Covid is reportedly on the rise again. Not good. Sadly will not be revisiting any time soon.

Excellent service. Best damn coffee and egg and bacon roll I've had in along time. Staff are helpful and friendly. Coffee(flat white) excellent. And the bacon and egg roll.... Very large amount of bacon, cooked to perfection. Much better than competition, that microwave their bacon...

A party of 3 for breakfast, we gave our order and were given cutlery wrapped around a paper serviette. The knives had finger marks on them which we duly wiped off. Then an examination of the forks revealed two out of three of them had the previous diners meal encrusted on them. I returned them, no apology just replacements. I had toast as part of my breakfast one slice had been nowhere near a toaster. I requested butter it didn't arrive, in fact the server who I spoke to left the premises 5 minutes later, obviously forgetting. The staff projected a couldn't care less attitude,with no obvious signs of a leader. Service was slow. I'm not one of them diners who wants to be fussed over and the staff were keen to oblige. Thankfully it was a visit that I don't envisage repeating.

Waited nearly thirty minutes to get our food delivered to the table. It was warm and fresh which is more than can be said about the coffee. It was cold. Asked for butter for the toast, this never appeared so had to go to find...

I had a strawberry Milkshake, but it wasn't very flavoursome, very Milky, not enough strawberry to my liking. Wouldn't shout out about it. But the staff were friendly and polite.

Nice cafe, it is more of a cafe than a coffee and cake shop. The hot food was nice and not that expensive. A good lunch option. The downsides; long waits for food and poor selection of cakes.

milkshakes are a massive let down and taste purely of milk and ice, the bread was yellow and greasy. not the biggest fan. not to mention the lack of air conditioning which makes it stuffy and hard to breathe.

Went there to have a lunchtime with my family and been ignored. 3 group of people came after me and been served and I been ignored. I told the girls that was disrespectful and I walk out.
