food was so nice can be some better in packing cold can was with hot food that made food cold and can warm

Food was decent, portions felt a bit less than normal. No sauce for kebab again, 2nd time this has happened. Still I will defo use again as the food is always fresh and tasty 👌

The burger on the sky scraper honestly Iam not expecting a restaurant standard burger but that was hands down the worst burger I have ever eaten looked like it had been boiled and had come from a tin tasted horrendous the fact I order from here all the time is the only reason it wasn’t sent back don’t know if I was just unlucky on the night but if that’s the norm it’s honestly dog food

Food was good, however no pakora or kebab sauce delivered which was disappointing. Never has an issues before so not to fussed.

Was a bit nervous to order first time cus I didn’t know if it would be good or not. However the curries we ordered were excellent and much better than anywhere else I’ve tried locally. We ordered the butter masala and rogan josh. Both were so tasty and nice balance of spices and seasoning. Good sized portions and arrived hot. Will definitely order again. Thank you

Absolutely amazing service & food!! ordered fish pakora & dil cognac soft lamb curry. WOW - the pakora was lovely....the curry was absolutely amazing - flavours outstanding, lamb so soft! Will definitely be back!!

App said fox was delivered. It hadn’t been. Eventually turned up 15 minutes after that and cold . Not happy at all. Ordered took over an hou and a half since order was accepted

Mixed pakora was just chicken and vege with 2 pieces of mushroom and 2 undercooked potato fritters…. Came too quickly so unfortunately wasn’t surprised to find that the charcoal mixed grill was lacking in char and flavour….plain naan & garlic naan were indistinguishable….sauces tasty as always…

Food was cold when arrived and it was very late

Kebab was fab & just as ordered...the chips were not crispy as I had asked them to be. I know I was specific but wonder how much concentration is applied to changes from the norm. I order regularly and the care of following requests is usually apparent so I will be ordering again. I write in the hope that ALL the chefs are reminded of the need to pay attention to the requests

Masala was quite bland, and the sauce was too thick. Chicken was nice and soft as described. Chappati was tough and flavourless. Pakora was soggy, Pakora sauce had a nice kick.

Ordered a munchy box it was dry not that hot chip was tasteless will not order again

I only use this Indian takeaway and have done for ages.

the kebab was gorgeous...in particular no grease on the meat or salad =wonderful...as a result I could appreciate the flavours in full...excellent

We received 2 pitta kebabs and one was supposed to be king nan

Delivery was late, phoned twice to find out what happened. After realising the food wasnt delivered the restaurant sent out a new order with a full refund. Great food and great customer service, cant fault the restaurant for the JustEat driver especially when they were quick to fix it the issue.

The food was okay and it came really quickly but unsure if I’d order again. The garlic naan has a strange chemical taste to it and the rice/curry were really heavy on coriander and cumin seeds which isn’t to my taste.

Food was cold and soggy salad was the best part out of 2 pizzas and chips also their crackers are poppadoms.

Bottle of coke was smaller than promised. Chips were just ok Stated 1.5litre Delivered 1.25litre

Sadly this time my kebab & chips was very disappointing...the kebab meat was very greasy & there was barely any salad. I asked for crispy chips & they were barely cooked. My once a week treat was not good. This is unusual as normally my order is excellent. Being busy is no excuse...a word with the chef {perhaps new?] would be a good idea so a repeat performance is avoided.

Food took two hours to arrive and was cold

Ordered delivery from app at 18:20. Got a confirmation saying order placed for collection. Called restaurant at 18:35 and confirmed order for delivery not collection and gave address. I offered to pay for delivery on the spot, but they kindly offered me free delivery (fantastic). I waited, and waited, and the food then arrived TWO HOURS later and stone cold. The driver also asked for the delivery charge at the door which astonished me given the phone chat and the time that had elaosed. So I explained the above, not having the physical cash to pay him anyway. He left happily saying it wasn't his money anyway and wasnt an issue. Then the restaurant called me 30 mins later demanding delivery payment. I explained the story above again and was told they couldn't have taken a separate delivery payment as there wasn't a card facility in the restaurant, and the driver WOULD now be out of pocket?! But guess what, now they DID have a card machine to take payment. After offering to pay in the first place, getting a cold delivery 90 min late and then being harrassed for the payment I tried to make in the first place? A terrible terrible customer experience.

Pizza was freezing when it arrived and base was soggy either not cooked properly or had been sitting that long it went soggy and cold. Very disappointed.

I've ordered here a good few times and most times the food has been fine. Last night's pizza was a complete disappointment unfortunately. The base was undercooked and very soggy also the chicken used for it seemed mushy as if had just been defrosted, really weird texture. Pakora and chips were luke warm also. Probably wont use again.

Order was said to have been delivered but whas not when I called the restaurant they said that the delivery driver had already been and there was no answer at the door then they sent the delivery back 2 hours after

Asked for spicy lamb on my hoagie got spicy chicken bit gutted about that but no big deal still nice.

One of the meals was tasteless and dry…..ended up in the bin. I wouldn’t normally complain but it was disappointing!

Good was really nice. Downgraded slithtly because there was no pakora sauce delivered and could not get through to the shop on the telephone therefore had to drive down to collect the sauce which defeated having already paid for £3.50 delivery.

Terrible ordered £20 worth of food and said it was delivered but didn’t even come ! Joke would give zero stars if I could

First time ordering from cafe India and I wasn’t disappointed. Food is absolutely delicious and very generous portions. Delivery was very quick too, I ordered on a Saturday night during peak time and it still got to be within 35 minutes. Thank you.

Credit where it’s due- that lamb Bhoona was lovely. Wasn’t keen on the chicken pakora which was over cooked. Still would order again.

Absolute crap and waste of money please avoid.Ordererd mild chicken tikka meal and it was inedible as it burnt the mouth of us.I enjoy my Currys and tried this place for a change what a mistake absolute waste of time never again.

Chips were cold but apart from that great love the spicy lamb it’s out of this world.

The food was amazing but the just eat app said that they were ‘delivering now’ hence why I ordered it around 315pm to find out I wouldn’t get my food until 4.20pm, so it would be good if they amend the app or advertising,, all in all good was lovely
