Fecha a porta gente! Preço honesto. Volto para ver as mudanças.

We called in today just for a lunchtime snack. We were welcomed by friendly folks who were most helpful. After ordering we did not have long to wait for our snack. Served just as we had as we had asked for. It was hot and tasty

I can't believe I've never been there before! Incredibly friendly and funny staff which were still professional and polite. Everyone working there seemed very happy which gave such a lovely atmosphere! The women working at the front were so friendly! The food was very tasty, great service and will definitely be coming again! I don't think this little cafe is given enough credit, its cozy and everyone made to feel welcome. Very happy with my visit

Every time I've been to the Cafe it's always been welcoming & accomodating...I love the old fashioned Teapots & Crockery...my grandchildren love it there especially the Hot Chocolate...and there is always plenty of things for them to do in the play area.

El Café Puente ha mejorado, que solía ser una cafetería normal, pero ahora es una verdadera Tienda de Té. "adecuada" copas y té ollas - genial, el personal es genial, la comida sencilla pero agradable, tortas y comida infantil altamente recomendado.

The Bridge Cafe has the feel of an old fashioned tea room, with friendly staff & very reasonable prices. They have kids specials & a small play area with toys. Sandwiches & panini's are made to order & come with tortilla crisps & salad garnish. The jacket potatoes are large & there is a good choice of toppings. Or there's beans on toast, soup, or a bacon butty! There is also a good range of homemade cakes. The perfect choice for an inexpensive lunch. Run mostly by volunteers.

My daughter took me here for lunch. My grandkids played safely in the children's area & we had the best lunch in ages. Friendly, courteous & helpful staff. My freshly made tuna salad was delicious. Prices reasonable as well. Would definitely go back.

This is one of a kind, run by a charity. The friendly staff engender an atmosphere of calm where all ages can relax together. There is adequate parking for prams and pushchairs and a good sized well stocked and clean area for children to play, whilst their parents enjoy snacks and drinks. When the café is full, service may take a little longer. The Café aims to provide good quality food. However, if chips are what you want, this is not the place for you.

I have been to the Café Bridge a number of times, it is family friendly, with a play are for children. The food is good quality, simple but well prepared, I can recommend the coffee and the hot chocolate (but not together!) and the price is unusually low. As a wheelchair user, I can also confirm that the café is accessible, it involves a short trip on a lift but all is fine. Try it, you will like it!

Popped in here one cold and wet morning; friendly welcome and, as the title suggests, sat by the window and 'people watched'. They were a little slow in taking our order, but it was worth the wait as we thoroughly enjoyed our delicious hot chocolates and very tasty chicken, bacon and avocado baguettes. Well located near the cheaper Chesil Street car park (easy access to the M3), and a picturesque walk by the river; probably better enjoyed in the spring/summer. Next time, we propose to take advantage of their patisserie!

We recently visited for the first time in about 3 years. What a disappointment, numerous un-cleared tables, a badly stained floor, waitresses aprons stained and about 2 inches of dirt under the sofa adjacent to the children's paly area. Never again!

Had a light lunch here on a busy saturday. The pastry was delicious and very authentic, coffee extremely strong, great value smoked salmon sandwich. Service was unfortunately very haphazard, from a rather dippy teenage girl, who kept forgetting to write down vital parts of the customers orders. The dining room chairs/ tables are rather uncomfortable- which seems to detract from the great quality of their cakes and food. With a little more thought and staff training this could be exceptional

Love this place, the coffee is excellent (SO much nicer than the chain coffee shops). Good selection of tasty sandwiches and baguettes too. It can get busy as it's so small but you can see straight away through the window if there's a seat. Staff are usually friendly and helpful too.

The selection was excellent and very reasonably priced. Both Savoury and Sweet were too good that words here do not do them justice

Stopped here to get out of the rain for lunch. Had a panini and late - the coffee was absolutely fantastic. About £20 for a coffee and panini for two people. Well worth a try, and we will be back to try the lovely looking cakes.

I went with my friends and partner to watch the England v Spain game. Sadly England lost but the atmosphere was still great in there. The land lady made sure she found a seat for everyone, grabbing the garden chairs from the back and rearranging the tables so everyone could get a glimpse of a goal. When the match was ending, all of the tables were given a bowl of roasties to share on the house. The land lady was chatty and kind. The staff were also really nice. It is a small pub on the edge of romsey but I would definitely go there again.

Adequate for a one night stay. Staff were most welcoming and helpful. The check-in with the corporate IT system proved problematic. It refused to take my visa card(s) - 3, and we eventually paid by cash. The staff were excellent, and service was also first class.

Recommended by my family living locally who visit regularly. So we did. Quite quirky we loved that! Bar area and separate eating. Ordered mackerel pate on toast (homemade) & mushrooms on toast both were delicious. Coffee was pretty good not too strong. My sister had a smiley face on her latte… I was envious but promised it would be my turn next visit 😂 Mike the owner was lovely very friendly and knew our cousins. My sister & I will make this our go to place as I live in Surrey & she in Hants. A good midway point to meet. We both have fond memories of Romsey as children. So see you in a couple of weeks time & there after > 👍
