Wonderfully relaxing copper bath couples experience.

10/10 would recommend. Lovely atmosphere, great staff, nice surroundings and fantastic massage. The samples and playlist QR code after the massage were an unexpected plus. The bar freshly baked our cream tea and the tea was loose leaf.

Fantastic 5 star guesthouse find in Bath! The location of the guesthouse is excellent with it being just 5 mins from centre of bath, making it easy to plan your time. We booked the hideout suite which lived up to expectations, private access from the reserved car parking space area that comes with the suite or access through the guesthouse, your basically alone on the LG floor, if you love privacy this is the suite for you. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble, really made the stay top level. The guesthouse had a good bar and restaurant and was great for some delicious cocktails, Good cocktail selection and I was also made one that was not on the list. Breakfast was also very we set up and delicious, a good choice of continental options and cooked options. Again great service and staff friendliness really noticeable. The guesthouse is very clean in all areas with rooms turned over daily and full room service was available to us till around 9pm. There is also really nice touches such as selection of free items in pantry and vinyl selection to pick from. I haven’t said too much about the suite as have attached some videos, but it’s a great relaxing space and super comfortable massive bed with high quality linens, top spec features and toiletries, also comes with huge bathroom Jacuzzi. Would not hesitate to rebook this guesthouse particularly the hideout suite. 5* Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Ok I suppose if you like being spoiled pampered, like a nice steak,car parking convenience to town, non stop visits to the pantry my wife ate 4 tubs of ice cream one night - I won’t mention the bags of crisps I munched nothing to do with them being free of charge. Xx

Our stay was absolutely fantastic ! The room was one of the most charming I have ever seen, they have dyson hairdryers, the soaps smell great, they have a pantry with free snacks, sweets and desserts, overall one of my best experience at a hotel ever. You can really tell that the owners and staff put great attention to detail and charm, I can only recommend.

My husband and I went to the spa today and had a copper room experience as a birthday treat and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff were lovely, the spa was clean with a subtle but relaxing atmosphere and the experience was excellent. Having been to many other spas across Europe, we had very little expectations about what would happen or just how special it would be. Without spoiling it for anyone, the copper room (or any treatment I suspect) is a real treat, a reset from the everyday and something I hope to do again soon. If you can afford it, you won’t be disappointed.

Stunning beautiful bedrooms thoughtful interiors

I visited Number 15 for afternoon tea with my daughter. We were warmly welcomed by the staff at reception and again when we were shown to our table. The service was excellent, they even surprised me with a birthday treat. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious with original flavours and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend it for an afternoon tea in Bath. The hotel has a lovely, quiet atmosphere.

Fabulous luxury stay to celebrate a birthday. All staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Had a wonderful treatment in the spa, delicious lunch and evening cocktails plus hearty breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Hope to return!

The decor is lovely in both rooms and reception etc. Service is great and they have some lovely touches like the pantry - although it was lacking bags for sweets - perhaps because it was half term and coffee pods. We loved the record player in our room too. There was some confusion over the date of our booking when we arrived but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended and location is good too - just a short walk to the centre.

Stopped by for a drink at the bar (pre-book your table)… this place is just class. Lovely cocktails and never ending Gin menu. Setting and decor absolutely awesome.

We have stayed here a couple of times and it is a wonderful place to stay. The bedrooms are lovely and the location is great. They have a lovely bar area and the restaurant serves great food for dinner and breakfast. They also provide a pantry for fresh milk, soft drinks, sweets, cakes and fruit which is a lovely touch.

I visited the spa on my birthday and had an incredible treatment (Cocoon) with Liveta. She was fantastic and I would go back/highly recommend. The spa itself had a great ambience and a lovely after-treatment refreshment room.

Great experience. The pantry with all the food was an awesome touch, and the decor is really cool. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

My husband and I came to No.15 Great Pulteney for our Mini Moon earlier this month and really enjoyed our 2 night stay! It is such a stylish hotel, the interior design is amazing and I loved all the the art on every floor. We really enjoyed dining in the restaurant on the first night, the food was delicious and they gave us two complimentary glasses of fizz which was such a nice touch! We also loved the bar, it was such a nice atmosphere at the front of the hotel and the cocktails were fab. We got a complimentary upgrade to one of the Henrietta rooms on the 3rd floor, which at first we did find a bit small and underwhelming, but once we'd seen the rest of the hotel, experienced the food and drink and gone to the spa it made up for that. We booked the copper room spa experience as a treat after our wedding and it was incredible! One of the most luxurious settings and such relaxing treatments. We also enjoyed the complimentary larder on the 2nd floor where all guests can help themselves to water, drinks and snacks! The service we experienced from start to finish was top notch, all the staff are very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Just fantastic! Just spent a couple of nights here for my hen party and it is hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I think we’ll all be back! The staff were incredible, breakfast was divine and the rooms were brilliant with lovely quirks. What a brilliant touch to be met at the station for our suitcases to be collected! A real rip off. Ridiculously expensive (I have had better value in 4 star luxury hotels) and desserts were rubbish. Starter and main course good, but dessert was a real let down. I had the egg custard tart with poached rhubarb, and the rhubarb was hard and stringy, plus it was sour. Clearly, this rhubarb was poor quality and not even cooked right. My companion's dessert was also rubbish. This restaurant needs to get a new pastry chef as they clearly don't know how to do a decent dessert.

Just got home from an amazing over night stay. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was styled so interestingly, I spent so much time just walking around looking at all the quirky decor. The room was extremely clean and I loved the dolls house in the room which housed the tea making facilities. These little touches absolutely made it. Definitely recommending this hotel.

The best hotel I’ve stayed in. Super dog friendly, and the staff were so kind and keen to help out. Mega breakfasts and mega comfort in general!! If you’re staying in Bath as a tourist, the location is outstanding.

Review on bar not lodging. The bar was...Mehhh. Staff was inattentive, the chairs too deep and uncomfortable, the cocktails were cleverly named but OK, definitely overpriced! Nothing pulling me to ever go back.

A very pleasant dining experience, attentive staff and an impressive menu. The food quality was at a fine dining level with a good wine selection.

Very nice building rooms spacious although lots of light bulbs out in places and carpets in stairs looking tired. Great bed and linen and bathroom.was a good size with rain head shower and a large bath , misses loved the toiletries but not designed for men.. breakfast wasn't brilliant tasted pre cooked and bland and like the room rate overpriced but I guess you're paying for the location in Bath which was close proximity to all on offer , shops , cafes and restaurants etc...

A gorgeous and quirky art hotel in the centre of Bath. Superbly placed to facilitate your visit to this historic town, we were practically ten minutes from everything. The staff were first rate, welcoming and provided excellent service. I would definitely love to visit here again.

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend and absolutely loved the hotel. It is well situated and very quirky and bohemium inside. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the spa facilities were excellent as were all the staff.

Expensive coffee and wierd decor

We stayed on our wedding night at No 15, and it was a superb hotel. However this review is more in regards to how they dealt with bookings affected by Covid-19. We were due to stay again for our anniversary and they contacted us well in advance to say they would still be closed but offered us options as to how we could handle our booking. We opted for full refund for simplicity and received all money back within 10 days. We'll be booking again when safe to do so, but felt their excellent response to this situation needed acknowledgement.

A very pleasant little bar in the hotel. A good place to sit and relax with a coffee or a beer. Plenty of interesting decorating and furnishing touches to study.

I wanted to book a traditional Sunday roast lunch and rather than go to a gastro pub, I took a recommendation to try The Dispensary and I'm so glad I did. It's a very pretty setting with unusual cabinets of glass apothecary bottles - colourful and unique. The service was excellent - attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - even with varied staggered requests for condiments, different wines by the glass, etc. Both the starters we had were amazing. The asparagus with poached egg and hollandaise was perfect - couldn't have been better. My goats curd and beetroot salad was also a delightful mix of flavours. Couldn't fault either main course. My roast beef - again - perfect. Lovely Yorkshires (which weren't all crust as they can be in Sunday roast establishments). The cauliflower cheese and greens were plentiful and cooked beautifully - fresh and not reduced to the mush you typically get. Too full for dessert, but I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. Well done and thank you to the chef, staff and manager. A real find!

Lovely place to eat, excellent meal and wine, first class service (maitre d’hotel - Steve was the perfect host) ! Cannot fault the place.

My first written review as is was so poor. I should state we ate in the restaurant and did not stay in the hotel. The price versus the food and service was appalling. We didn't even finish our mains and took our wine with us. Terrible service, We poured our own wine, waiters also had no instinct to ask how our food was despite the pair of us leaving most of it. Considering our food taste like cheap microwave ready meals and cost £150 inc a bottle of wine. Im rarely one to moan but honestly your money is better spent at KFC.

We stayed here for a long spa weekend and would always come back! The rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant offer delicious food, the staff is lovely and accommodating and there are many spa treatments to enjoy. It's also very central, so only a 5 minute walk from the centre. It's definitely worth to ask for an upgrade on the day as you could get a good deal out of it.

Not the biggest hotel but if you are looking for a boutique hotel in Bath this is definitely worth considering. Good food and excellent location clean and friendly.

Unreal place , you have to have a meal here... The furnishings wouldn't look out of place in a museum..The toilets were breathtaking..The staff are outstanding and the food is an extremely high class London michelen star restaurant quality.... Totally FAULTLESS..

First class service and food yet again

Lack of customer service. If you claim to be a 5 star hotel, you have to act like one. Tiny room under the roof, feels claustrophobic due to low ceilings. We left our charger in the room, no one called or emailed us. I complained about my sleepless night (very nice and politely) and was met with lack of empathy. They don’t treat you like a guest, more like a burden. It was a lovely weekend in Bath, next time we’ll stay somewhere else.

Fantastic afternoon tea experience. The service was friendly, polite and efficient, the food was delicious and the decor was stunningly eclectic.

Unnecessary loud music. Menu choice was not inspiring. Why put picked gerkins and cheese with salmon, completely overwhelmed it. Waiter asked me to try the wine when my husband had ordered it.

My daughter and I stayed at the Bird and ate at No 15 because it’s close And attracts a 10% discount. Sadly we caught them on a bad night. I waited over 30 mi utes for a glass of Malbec and a mocktail- someone recognised we had been waiting because it was knocked off the price. Daughter had a nice veggie walnut tart, I had the turkey option - turkey was average and vegetables were lovely if you like raw sprouts. Dessert was nice - daughter loved her chocolate fondant, I had egg custard tart - very nice. Another long wait for wine x frustrating because it could have been great, but the long unexplained delays made no sense. Disappointing experience x

Staying in this hotel right now with a friend, booked a room in Couch House Junior suite. The hotel is lovely, but the room has a glass toilet door with spaces between walls and the door so you could have an idea it’s not private at all, really do not understand the idea behind using such doors in the hotel rooms if you book a twins room. Also checkin at 3pm. The girl at the reception offered another room but with additionally 20pounds more.

Sublime service and delicious Sunday roast lunch. Interesting wines. Great for couples or quieter family gatherings. Excellent local produce choices. Beautifully decorated environment.

Brilliant place to stay if you are visiting Bath.

We booked to stay at the bird,but had our meals in the dispensary as part of our deal. The restaurant is very cosy,but felt overly posh with not much of an atmosphere. The menu is small and expensive but the food was lovely.

The food and service my husband and I experienced on a Saturday night were excellent. The steak with the pepper sauce and French fries was delicious. The South African (?) waiter was very friendly and attentive.

Would definitely recommend this hotel only a stone throw away from the city centre! The hotel is covered in interesting art work. The hotel has a complimentary pantry for drinks and snacks.

One of the most magical hotels you will find. We arrived at the hotel for a two night stay and sat in the bar to have afternoon tea. The tables were beautiful and the walls were covered in interesting, quirky art which we soon learnt covered the whole hotel. The barman who served us was very courteous and set our stay off perfectly. The afternoon tea was very tasty. Our room was quite small but felt cosy with a comfortable bed. Again, interesting art and decor in the room. The spa was in the basement of the hotel and was very good but wouldn't stretch to excellent considering the price of treatments. The massage was good but the body scrub was underwhelming. The hotel has a pantry room where you can help yourself to snacks like popcorn, brownies and ice cream. As two big kids, we loved this however we were sad to come home after some drinks to discover it locked so beware, midnight snacks should be stocked in advance! Breakfast was good with dishes you order and a selection of continental buffet items. I would most definitely return to No 15 Great Pulteney and cannot wait to do so!

My wife and I had a great few nights stay for our wedding anniversary. The location was perfect to get into town and parking was made easy with the hotel providing a on street permit straight outside for no extra cost. We where welcomed straight away and shown to our room. It's a very quirky place with lots of different collections and artwork which made the stay more personal than a corporate hotel. The larder on the top floor was greatly appreciated with fresh milk, water, ice cream, crisps etc to hand whenever you wanted it. The brownies where epic! The bar service great with the barman having lots of knowledge about the drinks. The prices where on the top end but when you think about where you are its expected. We didn't have dinner in but the breakfast was plentiful and again good service. All in all we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Marvellous menu!! Poached eggs to die for! Varied and interesting breakfast menu. The chef is superb as he also catered for our intimate wedding dinner party.

הזמנו מקום ביקשו שנגיע יותר מאוחר והסכמנו, אבל כשהגענו העבירו אותנו לשבת בכורסאות בלובי של המלון ולא במסעדה כי השולחן שלנו לא יתפנה בקרוב.... מאחר והיה מאוחר בלילה לא נותרה לנו ברירה ונשארנו לאכול חלק מהמנות שהגיעו לא היו כפי המוצג בתפריט ועם מוצרים אחרים.... נראה כי הניהול של המקום על הפנים!!! ובגלל זה הציון הנמוך כי האוכל היה טוב מאוד

Lekker gegeten, nette bediening, leuk ingericht.

Nos alojamos en el hotel y comimos en este restaurante en nuestra última noche. No decepcionado. No es un menú extenso pero muy adecuado. Los entrantes de pescado goujons fueron excelentes. Los platos principales de hamburguesa / carne también muy sabrosa y bien presentada. El personal era cortés y la lista de vinos es completa. En general, una buena experiencia, nada que no me guste. Muy recomendable.
