Amazing restaurant that serves one of the best pizzas in London! We haven’t tried any other food today but next time I’d love to try pasta and Lamb! The service is so friendly and the restaurant itself is very pretty. They also have an Italian deli where you can buy authentic Italian food and sweets 😍

Just had the broccoli and Italian sausage pizza daily special. One of my top five pizzas ever I think - this should be on the menu permanently!

A really nice genuine Italian restaurant, the food was amazing and all made fresh while we waited, the open kitchen was a nice touch we got to see the meals being made, the service was 2nd to none, very friendly and welcoming staff.

This is a local place for my friends who live down the road. They frequent the restaurant and rate it highly. But I visited with a bunch of friends and didn’t really think it lived up to the expectation. The starters and nibbles were nice, I especially love the olives. But my spaghetti alle vongole (special of the day) was rather average and my partner was disappointed with the main. Maybe I need to come back to try other dishes!

Don't know why we haven't eaten here before, but we will definitely be back. We hadn't booked but were offered a table on the heated outside space. The welcome was so friendly, advised us of all of the specials. The garlic mozzarella bread was so light. Mushroom ravioli like nothing I had ever tasted before. The pizza that was served looked amazing, lovely thin base. I then had a dessert of panacotta with chocolate sauce. Absolutely delicious. If you get a chance give them a try, I'm sure they won't disappoint.

We found this place randomly 🤩 and we are so happy to have our dinner here. Everything was sooooo delicious. I would like to praise the red wine. It was so smooth and delicious. Tiramisu was also amazing . I highly recommend this hidden Italian gem 🤩

Great neighbourhood Italian restaurant with excellent quality food and dedicated, friendly staff. We visited as a largish multigenerational group of friends, ranging in age from 9 to 60 and with one child with life-threatening allergies. The manager organised things so that we all had a wonderful evening and made sure the allergic child felt looked after and had yummy, safe food to eat. This is a far cry from the norm elsehwere, as many restaurants basically say they cannot be bothered to avoid cross-contamination. The food is lovely and authentic (home-made tagliatelle and perfect bruschetta being the highlights in my view), the restaurant pleasant and welcoming and the staff friendly. We will definitely be back.

An amazing experience. We followed our waiter’s suggestion and went off menu. He curated our dining selections specifically based on our preferences. The signature cabbage and noodle salad is not to be missed. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful experience directly from Italy, I came to meet friends I hadn't seen in Rome for a while and I must say that the food is better than in many places in Italy. The mozzarella was very fresh, the carasau bread was crunchy, thanks Mattia for treating us as if we were at home, everyone was kind and also the pasta, the fish that my truly special friends took. I will definitely come back to visit you next time I come by. Thank you so much Francesco and his entire team.

I love Cafe Amisha! I've eaten so many times, from casual meet ups with friends, to romantic dinners... I had my birthday dinner here and just celebrated my sons 10th Birthday. We invited a group of his friends for some pizza and they were pleased! So glad they accommodated us for a lovely afternoon!

A hidden gem in a slightly run down area of Bermondsey. Friendly warm welcome & service. Had a pizza which was over salty but the atmosphere in this lovely restaurant was worth experiencing. Will dine there again.

What a lovely find in our local neighborhood for a great Italian meal! The food was delicious and the service by far was one of the best I’ve seen around here. Eric was absolutely the best. He took good care of us and offered cookies to our doggo. When an extra person joined us later in the evening, he moved us to another table just so we could grab yummy desserts. I’ll definitely recommend this place and I will be visiting again soon!

A very decent Italian restaurant near my accommodation. Went there the first time last winter, staffs were super friendly, and their kids were so adorable. All the restaurant was filled with the vibe of Christmas. Visited the restaurant again in summer. Services are still very good however the outdoor seats and table were a bit dusty when we were seated. The staff helped us wipe the table again after taking our order. The king prawns in garlic oil is the must-try starter. I went there with this appetizer every time. The carbonara and the seafood linguine were delicious. I also enjoyed the Amisha piccante so so much because it contained abundant flavors in one pizza. The salty and spicy salami, sweet and roasted red and yellow peppers, and some strong green chilies surprising your tongue in a few bites. The dough smelled really good and tasted really good as well. I will definitely visit this place many more times.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Nice chilled vibes. A glass or bottle of rose and a carbonaria after work is one of our fav things to do. The baby spinach salad is honesly the best salad I have ever had. We will be back soon as always. Ur great x

What a wonderful hidden spot! The food quality, the service and the atmosphere are amazing! Despite the lively ambiance, the staff maintained their friendly demeanor, engaging in lighthearted banter that exuded their passion for their work. Back to food, the dishes were a symphony of textures and flavours. The ravioli was a masterpiece of pasta and filling, while the baked homemade chocolate fondant, paired with the pistachio ice cream, was an explosion of rich indulgence. And let's not forget the coffee – finally, a proper cup in London! Such a gem! Definitely coming back!

Sadly I will not be returning. After eating a pleasant main meal with a friend, a noisy group of people arrived with two very large dogs who immediately started to sniff at and around our table. The dogs were so large they took up the whole area between our tables, so other customers had to squeeze up against our table to pass. The owners of the dogs also encouraged the dogs by feeding them from the table. We had intended to have dessert, but decided against it due to the dog's proximity. I had no idea this was a 'dog friendly' restaurant because I have been to this place several times with various people and have never been aware that dogs were present. Having a noisy group with such large dogs next to us spoilt our evening and I will not return because of this.8 Although coming from a dog friendly family I would not dream of taking a dog to a restaurant, as I am of the opinion that dogs and food hygiene are not an acceptable mix.

Cafe Amisha is a fantastic place. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Francesco. He was incredibly hospitable and kind, displaying great expertise in his work. We sought his recommendations, and after asking us a few questions, he provided us with fantastic suggestions. We enjoyed a delicious meal, both the seafood and the pizza, including an authentic Italian carbonara. The products used are of high quality, both from Francesco and his team. If you're looking for a warm and familial atmosphere, I believe this is the right restaurant. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely return to dine at Cafe Amisha

Second time at cafe Amisha and everything is top tier. Great food, beef braised Ragu was delicious! Friendly and attentive staff and all round joyful atmosphere.

We went there for my nieces birthday and I ordered a Tricolore pizza. There is me thinking a pizza is supposed to be hot but what I got was the opposite. The pizza base was warm and they just dumped cold tomatoes, rocket and cold mozzarella on top of the pizza base which meant to be warm but by the time it arrived, it was luke warm. When i asked the waiter whether the pizza was meant to be hot, I was told no as the salad is cold and thats the way they do that pizza there and walked off.

Buzzy place with an authentic Italian menu. Lots to choose from and all very tasty. Will definitely be coming back. Good selection of wines and cocktails also.

I was staying just above this restaurant during my first trip year In London. This restaurant is great and a lot going for it because the food is outstanding - favourites from the menu are bruschetta, arrabiata, pesto, ravioli, bolognese and gamberoni pasta. Pizzas are great too. But the best are the desserts and each one is worth having if you’re a big group to try everything. The staff and the owner are super friendly. They also have a shop next to the restaurant and I have bought canoli, bread sticks & many other things from them

Has a superb lunch. It was on the ‘specials’ board, as recommended by the lovely Lola. The tuna and capers pasta was delicious. Just the right balance of flavours. The service was so great, Lola was such a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable about the menu. I’ll definitely be returning…

Amisha Ristorante Italiano is a stunning restaurant and one of the best cafes in the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the cafe itself is a warm Italian restaurant with delicious food, and when it comes to those who are steak lovers, the taste is incredible and I would recommend everyone just to pop in and try it yourself. I and a team of seven had a great meal at Cafe Amisha on Wednesday the 18th of October 2023 - the food was delicious, the restaurant itself is amazing and I would recommend it. Let us also not overlook the simple pleasure of the most entertainingly designed menu, the vibe, and the drinks. MK

This place is amazing! Delicious food, Francesco is a star, super welcoming and caring owner and great place! They also have a deli which is a secret gem with Italian authentic items that are almost impossible to find in London! Ask for the "specials of the day": we had gnocchi with percorino fondue and tagliatelle with cinghiale ragu.. I still dream about it!! As Italian, I will go back there as many times as I can!!

We love visiting this place as a family (with the dog!) The food is great without long waits between courses and there is plenty of variety with specials an the usual Italian staples. The service is always with a smile and there seems to be a birthday booking there every night of the week as we always hear the staff doing their best rendition of happy birthday!

A friendly, warm and welcoming local Italian restaurant with delicious food. I'm a vegetarian and there's a decent range of pasta as well as pizza options for mains, and some lovely starters. Their desserts are to die for - make sure you save space for one!!!

What a lovely place to enjoy true Italian cuisine. I came with a friend for dinner and we had amazing time. Staff was very professional and friendly at the same time. Our glasses were full all the time ! I’ve ordered sea food spaghetti and omg so delicious it brings you back to your Italian seaside holiday. Their heated terrace is also dog friendly which is amazing for dog lovers ! We will back for more pasta ! Francesco and his team are doing great job over there.

Excellent place for classic Italian food. Fresh pasta, great salads, perfect pizzas. And prices are reasonable too! Lots of space so rarely a wait. Very welcoming staff.

What can I say a lovely place and definitely worth checking out the Girotondi biscuits. As you can see there were almost none left once I got going. And definitely an easy choice over the ginger nuts.

The experience of this restaurant is remarkable. My house was just a corner away from Amisha and I used to eat every week-end there. My favorite part of Amisha is the feeling that you go to Italy and the food has that true taste of Italy, no wonder it was awarded as one of the best places in London. But the best part of Amisha is the staff, they all were kind and helpful. I would like to thank the owners Lola and Francesco, who gave me a good treat in all my meals at Amisha, I hope that their business expands someday. All meals are excellent but if you ask for an opinion, I would choose lasagna and burrata salad. Excellent price/quality ratio and it is just 10 min away from Tower Bridge. If I return to London, I will definitely eat in Amisha and also buy some groceries. Next to the restaurant, there is a shop of Italian food. It seels authentic Italian pasta, sweets, coffee, and others, if you want to buy Italian products go there as well. Great little Italian in Bermondsey. Great pizza with quality ingredients, so fresh you can tell it’s made to order. Service was great and nothing was too much trouble. We share two starters between four of us and had four mains. We were stuffed and still had a whole pizza left to take home. Nice Irish coffee as well. Highly recommended as off the beaten track.
