Great quality burgers! Staff are okay, but spacious restaurant. Overall one of my favourite place to go, if i want a juicy burger.

Después de ver las luces de invierno de Canary Wharf, nos sentimos muy hambrientos: los 8 (4 adultos, 4 niños) y aunque algunos niños querían pizza, encontramos que Byron tenía la cola más rápida. En poco tiempo se olvidó la pizza, ya que todos nos metimos en unas hamburguesas bastante perfectas (la mía era la vegetariana truffler, mi esposa optó por una opción GF, todos estaban contentos). Sin embargo, el tipo que sirve en nuestra mesa merece un crédito serio: relajado y súper amable a pesar de lo ocupado que estaba el restaurante, causó una verdadera impresión con mi hijo por lo genuinamente que le habló, en un nivel en lugar de hablar hacia abajo o al otro lado de él. ¡Mi hijo estaba realmente triste de irse al final ya que no volvería a ver a su nuevo amigo! Cuántos lugares están ofreciendo un servicio para llevar ahora, pero realmente no me importa la calidad del producto cuando llega al cliente, bueno, aquí hay uno. La comida está fría, la comida está aplastada y si estuviera sentado en el lugar la enviaría de regreso y no pagaría la factura ni la volvería a cocinar.Si no les importa el cliente, les sugiero que no coman aquí

Nos sentamos rápidamente, pero aunque el restaurante estaba bastante vacío (la cantidad de personal superó la cantidad de clientes) parecía que tomaba bastante tiempo para que cualquiera viniera y tomara mi pedido. La comida era un poco común. Bap alrededor de la hamburguesa estaba muy seco. Una sensibilidad particular que tengo es que los restaurantes tratan de limpiar los platos de acompañamiento antes de que haya llegado a la mitad y obviamente no han terminado y este fue uno de ellos. El personal fue lo suficientemente agradable (cuando les llamó la atención), pero debo decir que no volveré.

Went for Friday business lunch. Got seated and then forgotten about. Waiters would see us, get distracted and then seat some other poor idiots. Sat around for 20 minutes before we just went downstairs for a burrito. Unfortunately this is not a unique scenario for this place. Will go to Five Guys next time.

Amazing place, it was very quiet and Lena and Lenka took care of me. Fantastic cheese melt burger and great atmosphere.

Have ordered from this Byron via Deliveroo this evening and for the third time running my order was delivered with missing items. The receipt with the order is always attached to the bag and yet the order is never all in the bag. When I called Byron to complain that I am sick of only being given Deliveroo credit for their incomplete orders they offered no solution and told me it was for Deliveroo to sort out. This does not make up for the fact that I have paid over £20 for a burger and have no fries to eat it with! Massive waste of money and an incompetent restaurant!!

We were tossing up between Byron and Nandos when the manager spoke with us and convinced us to come inside. Best decision we made as all the staff looked after us and were super attentive. I had a chicken burger & my friend asked the waiters opinion and was extremely happy with the recommendation. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service which made the experience fantastic. I will definitely be back & thanks for the milkshake

Visited for the first time. Was very impressed from the greeting we recieved at the door. The service was excellent. The food was plentiful, hot and delicious. Definately “proper burgers”. Would definately be back.

Comí aquí el sábado por la noche. El lugar era muy tranquilo pero extrañamente el servicio era muy lento e. sol. Tomó unos 5 minutos para que alguien me mostrara mi asiento, luego me dieron un menú en blanco (todas las páginas faltaban) y luego los invitados que estaban sentados a mi lado tomaron su orden a pesar de que yo estaba sentado frente a ellos. Mi comida llegó antes de que incluso me hubieran dado mi bebida. I'm tired of soviet style nasty table attendants who give you orders!!! Very "normal" burger a quite good Oreo cheesecake

I tried to visit the Canary Wharf branch of Byron at lunchtime of Christmas eve with my 9 year old son, who was visiting my office. The restaurant was actually about a third full, with many, many empty tables which could be seen from the entrance; in spite of this, for some mysterious reason, the really obdurate front of house person refused to let people get in and wait while sitting at a table, with the idiotic result of having a really big and static queue outside a practically empty restaurant. We and other people in the queue (also mostly families), after half an hour wait were so enraged that we left en masse. No explanation as to the idiotic policy, no apology, nothing, just a surly, unsympathetic member of staff, doing her job in what I can only describe a terrible way. This is the first time ever I leave a scathing review of a place, as I normally don't like to, but this was a very poor and frustrating experience.

We booked a table for 15, it took over 20min for staff to take our order, when the food did arrive 4 of us were missing fries and had to get attention of multiple waiters to sort it out. Some people ended up getting their fries after they already finished their burgers. A waitress cleared 5 plates and left the rest on the table. It was also difficult to flag down a member of staff to request the bill. All in all we spent over 2h waiting to order, waiting for food and waiting to get the bill. Food was good, burgers were a bit greasy and medium rare was more of a medium well done. Fries were delicious and milkshake was good. Burgers need more seasoning.

This is a good burger place in a good location in Canary Wharf. Ideal for the DLR and the service is good.

My friend was visiting from abroad, and we wanted to have a nice meal so we headed for Byron for a burger. The food was really good, the Xmas menu is exciting. However, the most memorable was our waitress Ewa. She really looked after us, made great recommendations. She made it special. Thanks

Were seated upstairs during a busy lunch period, had zero waiters up there so I had to go downstairs to get their attention. Really understaffed downstairs also. When the waitress came up she was incredibly rude, didn't get her name but she had dark hair with an Eastern European accent. Asked her questions about the menu and just got one word answers. Food was great as always, bourbon wings no longer on the menu which was disappointing however. We left no tip as they didn't deserve one, please hire more staff.

Another random "let's grab a burger at Byron tonight" decision led us back to our usual Canary Wharf spot. What made last night's experience better was Eva who was super friendly, and helpful. Thanks for making our evening so lovely, Eva.

Despite the bed weather and the not-center-located area, we found thins place to have dinner. We loved it!! I took nachos to share, my boyfriend choose a burger (served with fries) and nuggets. We opted for a Byron beer and a Cooke and Oreo cake at the end. All amazing! I suggest this place!

My work colleagues and I used to visit Byron at least once a week however following the roll out of the new menu we have decided against returning. The main concerns with the new menu are:- Portion sizes are much smaller (buns are a 1/3 less and sweet potato fries are non existent - you literally get about 5 fries shredded).- Prices have gone up significantly and the cost of fries has now been factored into the meal price. Before, you could order a burger without fries, now you have to pay the increased meal price whether you want fries or not.- Taste card rules have changed. It’s now cheapest meal free, not a straight 50% off.On a general note, our sweet potato fries were stone cold and had to be sent back. Likely as a result of pre preparing them en mass for the new menu. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Just about every Friday night my 5 year old daughter and I come here for a weekly treat ( it’s become a tradition actually )We love comíng here as the food is consistently good but what we really love is the staff, especially Ewa, Adriano & Rowell who are always so friendly and wonderful . Making sure we always have what we need and making us feel welcome.

Had a lovely meal here today with partner and daughter. Beatnik, bourbon BBQ and double cheese burger with bacon went down a treat. Excellent service by all staff, especially Ewa who looked after us and made sure we had everything. Would definitely come back.

Loved the food, and Ewa's attentiveness and level of service was spot on, took care of every element of my order and gave the impression that service matters above all else. Will definitely visit again!

We had booked a table for 6:30 on a Wednesday and were promptly seated and had our order taken. The food was nice particularly my superfood salad. The boys all went for burger, fries and milkshakes and the quality of the food was good as usual in a Byron. The trouble came when we wanted desert and more drinks as no one was interested in serving our table in the corner. We waited 20 minutes to order some food eventually having to get someone. The order was served quickly but then when we were finished it was another 15 minutes and a trip round the restaurant to find someone free to get us our bill, The positives: Byron is now on taste card although they didn't take it into account when the bill was given. The sad news I wasn't going to leave much of a tip for the missing service.

Visited this restaurant on a Thursday night and the staff, especially Zivile were just lovely. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the bourbon wings. We were celebrating a belated birthday and we were bought a complimentary cheesecake, which made our night. Great food, quick and attentive service and friendly staff. What more could you want!

Most amazing milkshakes, especially the Mississippi shake is something one must try. One of my favorite places to have a burger.

I can not say how wonderful it was today. It was my daughters 21st birthday so had a small gathering of family. I booked online and then rang to see if they could supply balloons. The manager was lovely when she explained they couldn’t and I completely understood. She asked if there was anything else they could do and I said no. When we got there they had decorated the table given a bottle of Prosecco And signed a birthday card from them all to her. It was lovely such lovely touches. We took our own cake but they couldn’t do enough to help us. Service was amazing and friendly. The food is what it is. Well cooked and if you have a voucher well worth it. Went with my wife for an after work meal. The restaurant was about 25% occupied. We were greeted by a waiter and promtly seated. Within minutes he came to ask for our order but we weren't ready. Little did we know that it was our last chance to get any attention from the serving staff. When we were ready to place our order, after constantly looking for any waiter to even look at us, we managed to get the same waiter's attention. He quickly took our order.I ordered for a Flex burger while my wife ordered Beetnik. We also ordered onion rings. Our food arrived after a bit of wait. Although I must admit that both the burgers and the onion rings were very good indeed.Once we were done and ready to pay the bill, we spent another 5 minutes to get someone's attention. I decided to just get up and go to the bar but then a lady said that she'll send someone over to our table. That meant another few minutes of wait. Finally another guy came and we managed to pay the bill and leave.It turns out that although the restaurant itself wasn't too busy, the kitchen and serving staff were working non-stop catering to the online orders as I could see delivery boys turning up every few minutes and carrying away bags of food. Although I appreciate that they do have a lot of online orders and I am not surprised as their food is indeed good, it does feel weird thinking that they wouldn't give their diners enough priority.

We visited our son in London for the day and decided to stop by BYRON as we’ve been to a couple of their restaurants in other locations. There was a wait to be seated, but the lady at the door explained it was national burger day so they were a lot busier because of this and we would be seated as soon as possible. We where seated about 20 minutes later Our Waiter (we didn’t catch his name) was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable regarding the menu and recommended halloumi fries while we were waiting (which were delicious). We had waited about 40 minutes for our burgers and asked our waiter to double check they were on there way, at this point the restaurant was extremely busy and it looked as if they were understaffed, but we could see all of the staff trying their best to keep up. They must have been understaffed in the kitchen as well. After about an hour, our burgers finally arrived, together with an apology for the wait. Everything tasted great, although to be honest we were happy to get the food. As we had a train to catch we decided not to get dessert and instead ask for the bill. Our waiter informed us that the bill had been taken care of and everything was on the house, to make up for the long wait. Along with a cheesecake to take with us on the train. This was such a kind gesture, we also work in hospitality and can understand that this like this happen from time to time, they dealt with everything the best they could and made up for the slow service. All in all, I would say it wasn’t the experience we’ve received in other restaurants but the way they dealt with the situation was above and beyond what we would expect! I’d like to give them another try when we’re next in London.

Entered a very vacant restaurant apart from about 4 occupied tables, asked for a table for 1, sat down, waited for approximately 10 minutes (was keeping an eye on the time), about 5 members of staff mulling around and no one took my order. Overheard the couple behind me who sat down after me complaining that no one had taken there order. I got up and left. Bad times from my usual fave, not pleased

Good service, we all enjoyed our burgers but odd that fries are not part of the meal it would probably be a 3 1/2 but as we got to use the taste card it made it more reasonable so with that a 4

I visit this branch today with my husband and my 2 years old daughter, I had the best Chilli burger of my life, it was delicious, service was amazing , all the waiters were smiling and looking after our daughter, so far this was the best time I had in a restaurant, I definitely recommend to everyone!!! My colleague and me we went to Byron for lunch yesterday I normally loves the avocado salad and sweet potatoes fries but yesterday decided to try the veggie burger Bleenik I think it’s call made from beetroot it’s the most yummy burger I had taste better than meat burger

The vegetarian burger is amazing! Add smashed avacado, mature cheese and onions for the best vegetarian burger ever! I’m not a vegetarian but would choose to have this over a meat burger.

It’s a favourite with us, an easy family pleaser, the answer if you are hungry. Great and friendly service from Eva, she was excellent and super helpful. Will visit again.

I love Byron in Canary Wharf. The food is always amazing. What keeps me coming back is the awesome staff. Last night my friend and I stopped by and was served by Eva. She was friendly, professional and very attentive. The service is impeccable.

We were there for nice night out with my fiancé and we had great experience thanks to Ewa essentially. The food was great,served quickly and always with the smile.

Been to this branch twice now and both times have been served by a lovely lady called Eli, her attention to detail and interaction with my children as well made the visit here so much more nice The food was perfect my burger was cooked perfectly, the halloumi fries and chilli bbq sauce were amazing, as was the service, this has easily become my favourite Byron that I’ve visited, also the manager I met today was very friendly you’d worry in those areas that it’s mainly office type people but they’re very welcoming to families and I appreciate this

Funcionó bien después de un día de turismo. No hay riesgo de aquí - que está en varios niveles en una tienda al por menor en la zona financiera, de camino a nuestro taxi acuático Canary wharf. Con sus hijos fue una abundante comida, win - tarifa familiar, e incluso intentamos unas cuantas cosas nuevas (polenta patatas fritas? ). Servicio amable, aunque parecía un poco finas en el personal. Me estaban haciendo un enérgico negocios deliveroo. No tenemos ese tipo de magnífica aquí en los Estados Unidos, pero para Londres barrios tiene sentido. Altamente recomendado para los estadounidenses que buscan una comida fiable.

There is not much wrong with this place. The food is what it is- decent burgers. The staff are friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable. It's just that there is nothing to distinguish it from anywhere else, which is a shame a when these places fort opened there weren't really any decent burger places in London, Now there are 100s so maybe I am being a little harsh?

The food here is spectacular. I have also been to Byron in Manchester, and it never fails to disappoint me. It tastes as good as it looks!The staff members seemed very shy, as if they didn't want to take our orders, and that's the only reason I am not giving it 5 ’blobs’But all-in-all it was a great meal!

We visited here for an early evening meal.I had the special Ronaldo burger, the best burger I reckon I have ever had!!! Finally managed to visit Byron after hearing lots of recommendations...amazing burger!perfect size..not too big not too small...milkshakes were yum!wonderful friendly staffs..ofcourse will visit lot more!They had highchairs for kids but only thing was could not find the baby change, but its nothing major.

We arrived for a late lunch quite famished. By the time we got our main course: 2 Bourbon King Beef burger and a smashed Avocado Chicken, we were not hungry by far, having enjoyed Chicken Wings Mac&Cheese balls and the funny Frickles.Nice lunch. To be repeated when possible...

Llegué a eso de las 12:45 con tres colegas de trabajo y nos sentamos en los sofás de la esquina de la parte de atrás del restaurante, nos atendieron demasiado por un joven a quien yo no he visto antes. (este es el motivo por el que estoy escribiendo este comentario) estuvo atento siempre tenía una sonrisa en su rostro a pesar de estar ocupados y su servicio fue impecable. No tomar su nombre, pero él tenía tatuajes corriendo por su brazo y 1 anillo 1 oreja negra. dar mi enhorabuena ya que no tuvimos la oportunidad.

We're loving the amount of Burger restaurants in London at the moment and Byron is right up there. You'll find greasier, more creative options elswhere, Byron is a more 'back to basics' option and it they do it very well. We recommend adding the mac n' cheese on the side to mix it up!Also sign up to their mailing list for good offers.

After being turned away from Wahaca who had 20 minutes wait, we ended up in Byron for work lunch.ProsI ordered a chicken burger Clucky...(friend buttermilk chicken) It was glorious...avocado and red onions were a nice complement to the burgerOrder Gingerale. A lovely drink, perfect with a burger.Sweet potato fries were also nice...needed salt. Couldn't finish them all though.My friends had a beefburger and bean burger and were also happy with the taste Our waiter was helpful and attentive.Cons None.Will be back.

Visited this Restaurant with a couple of friends and we were pleasant surprised. We just walked in after work and were seated straight away. The waiter who served us was friendly and patient whilst we checked their menu and the atmosphere was cool with a nice decor. The burgers were quite large portions and well seasoned with special fries and the prices were reasonable. We took our time and were not rushed so left when we were ready to leave. This is a good place to visit for girls and/or guys nights out!

Amazing burger, fries with cheese and bacon and courgette fries. Highly recommend Byron Burger, good food and reasonable prices, staff friendly and attentive. Wish they had a branch in Brighton where we live.

We stood at the entrance waiting to be seated yet we were unnoticed and ignored by several members of staff eventually after about 5 minutes of standing waiting we were seated in the back corner where there there was barely enough room for us to sit as the chairs were so close so my friend was continuously having to move for people to get past very unacceptable.Then we created our own burger and the order came wrong containing things we did not ask for so we were unable to even finish our food. Also we were charged 4.50 for 3 small pots of barbecue sauce. Then the bill came to £62 for 3 people which was very unexpected considering the quality of food we were served and there are cheaper burgers out there which are a better alternative. So definitely never going here again as it was a waste of time and money

We had seen Byron from the train as we were heading out in the morning and decided that we would stop off there on our way back to our apartment. It was a little tricky to find, having to navigate through a large shopping complex, but we eventually found it and were glad for our persistence.This is a very informal restaurant, with a relaxed decor and good low lighting, that serves an array of very tasty burgers, accompanied by a good selection of beers, including their own brew.Remembering that in the UK, burgers don't come with chips (as they do in Australia and the USA), we ordered some sides of onions rings and sweet potato fries to accompany our thick, well seasoned and very tasty burgers. Accompanied by a frosty Camden Town Byron Lager, it was the perfect way to relax into the end of a busy day.

My daughter and I stumbled across Byron whilst visiting Canary Wharf last Monday (8 Jan) and are we glad we did! We ordered one portion of nacho starter and what a starter! It was a meal in itself, more than enough for us both to share. My daughter ordered a vegetarian burger with fries and I ordered the smashed avocado burger with sweet potato fries. Again we weren't disappointed, both mains were delicious and it was lovely to be asked how I'd like my burger cooked. The staff at Byron were friendly and pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Would certainly visit Byron again on our next visit to London. A final point, the milkshakes we had (Reese's and caramel) were wonderful and totally scrumptious!

I do like Byron after a long hard week of work to treat myself and a customer always a pleasure to share a proper nice burger at Byron’s it is good quick efficient and friendly environment with very good service

Estupenda comida tuve la hamburguesa clásica con patatas fritas y aros de cebolla regadas con Byron Pale Ale!Gran servicio, cervezas y nachos llegó rápidamente después de pedir, una corta pero aceptable esperar comidas principales, que para una mesa de 8 era impresionante.Lo que me gustó de este lugar era el hecho de que podría haber hamburguesas con bollos de ith, buscarle. automáticamente servido con patatas fritas.

Comparado con 5 chicos, GBK, y otros Smashburger creo Byron supera a todos en sus hamburguesas y relación calidad-precio. La hamburguesa de pollo clucky es especialmente buena, como los aros de cebolla.Las raciones eran de un tamaño decente por el precio. Era mi primera visita y no será la última.

Just to say thank you to very kind manager on Saturday afternoon, was pleasantly surprised how welcoming and helpful he was.

seven of us dined here on Saturday (4 adults and 3 kids) - we didn't book but we were quickly shown to a table - the food came quickly and the waitress was polite and friendly (also had a sense of humour) - I hadn't tried this chain before and will definitely be checking out a Byron closer to home - the burgers were good but the milkshakes were amazing and my only regret was that I did not order the Oreo flavour because I had a sip of someone else's and it was delicious- sadly we were too full when we left to order another!

I know what I am going to get when I go to Byrons. A nice burger and chips. This Byrons restaurant was no exception. Service was polite and efficient. Went late evening so restaurant was not that busy.

(Police) - Byron Burgers - Canary WharfWhen I first moved back to Essex in the 1980's I took my parents for a trip up to the East End, they were both 'East Enders', born in West Ham and we lived in East Ham for a while when I was a child. On that trip, in about 1987 I guess, we stopped at the tent housing the displays by the 'London Dockland Development Corporation; it was in the middle of an urban wasteland.Canary Wharf, as they said in the eighties and nineties "It will feel like Venice and work like New York". I've visited New York a few times, but never yet made it to Venice. The site of that tent, as far as I can ascertain, is now the site of One Canada Square, the second tallest building in the UK (after 'The Shard') but there are some 15 buildings over 14 stories high in the 'Canary Wharf' campus. And, of course, in keeping with 1990's sensibilities, there's also a sizeable shopping mall that boasts more than 300 'shops, cafés, bars and restaurants'. So, when I arranged to meet up with some friends for a Saturday lunch, it seemed an appropriate venue. And there's a branch of Byron Burgers - my fifth Byron, although they (and I) will have to go some to beat my thirty two Hard Rock Café's. The décor is 'industrial chic', much as the other Byrons that I've visited, but while the Chelmsford branch has some homages to local history (the invention of Radio) the Canary Wharf branch has no such flourishes; perhaps that's appropriate. We'd booked a table, but arrived early; no problem, we were shown to a table, but there were several others free.Drinks-wise, Byron usually stock Thornbridge 'Japiur' - probably my favourite British beer, but the Canary Wharf branch stocks an IPA from the 'Partizan' brewery in Bermondsey, fewer than two miles away, as the crow flies. It's a well-crafted modern British IPA, brewed to 5.4% The two 'lads' (as we like to think of ourselves despite our advancing years) both othered Chilli Burgers, these comprise "Green chilli, American cheese, shredded iceberg and chipotle mayonnaise" - oh and of course a 6oz burger cooked - in my case 'medium', 'well-done' for my friend.  I ordered the bacon & cheese fries, my friend plain French fries. My friend's wife ordered the Bean Burger - 'skinny' - with a side-salad instead of a bun - which she declared to be very, very tasty. Although she was less impressed by the side salad, being mainly spinach. Our Chilli Burgers were delicious, the chipotle mayonnaise being lip tinglingly spicy, the burger, juicy and tasty. The bacon & cheese fries were the best I've had to date in a branch of Byron.We followed up with black coffee, which was fine, although they were having problems with their coffee machine, no fancy frothy cappuccinos today. My friends picked up the tab, which came to around fifty quid for lunch for the three of us, no complaints there. So, excellent food and drink, well priced. A great place for lunch, even if the décor is a little uninspired.

Food is sound but quality of cooking varies. Service can be difficult and slow...or fine at quiet times. Feels like it is slightly under-resourced. Basically competent but not great.

Con quasi tutti i ristoranti chiusi il lunedì a Canary Warfh, ci siamo rifugiati a malincuore in questo locale che fa parte di una grossa catena ma non è andata malaccio. A parte la temperatura decisamente freddina, i 2 hamburgher (un B-Rex e un Classic) erano buoni, patatine molto buone e anelli di cipolla buoni pure loro ma grondavano di olio e li ho digeriti la settimana successiva.Con acqua e birra piccola 31 sterline. Accettabile.

This is one of my favorite burger places in London! Very very tasty and juicy patties, nice selection of toppings, and you absolutely have to try the Oreo Milkshake!!!

Sapientemente consigliato da chi ci era gia' stato, entriamo nel locale sito al terzo piano dello shopping center di Canary Wharf.Ordino un " Classic" e cioe' semplice hamburgher con a fianco una fettina di prosciutto grigliato, un cetriolo, pomodoro e cipolla rossa a fettine. Accompagna il tutto un coppetto di patatine fritte e provo anche dagli altri commensali un'insalata di cavolo fresco e besciamella di pasta con sopra un fetta di formaggio passato al forno. Ottima la lagher in lattina .Servizio assicurato da simpatiche e premurose camerierine.

Very good burger. Reasonable service. Expensive, probably not bad for Canary Wharf, but to dollar for a burger.
