Got any allergies?? These guys will ask you multiples times just to make sure. We had multiple waiters ask us of we want anything else .. I think it was because it was a quiet lunch time. Could have been a little more hands off but appreciated their efforts. Burgers were awesome as always. And felt nice to be looked after.

Love they have good burger and service was good. Recommend! Especially for they have 25% student discount !

Finding this burger restaurant in the heart of Cambridge was a godsend. The treatment towards foreigners was exquisite: they communicated with the entire group in our same language (Spanish) and treated us luxuriously. We had a misunderstanding with a starter and they solved it for us as a gift from the house. Complete and delicious burger 🍔, much better than any burger chain. Hearty starters and excellent dessert (Oreo cake)

I went to Byron to try their burgers. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised - the chicken burger was very good. However, I am giving 5 stars due to the great service I received from Ewa - she was very attentive and made the whole experience enjoyable.

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries on deliveroo. The portion of fries was small and the burger patty was overcooked and had gristle in it, the bun and other burger fillings were nice. So a bit mediocre.

Absolutely grossly overpriced rubbish! £50 for burger, chips and onion rings for 2! Burger was disgusting (unnecessary amount of saturated fat oozing out of burger) and the sauces used were revolting. Onion rings were diabolically overcooked. Please don’t visit!!

Staff were really rude with 1 guy obnoxiously chewing gum whilst serving us the woman that brought our drinks over spilled some water over the table and didn’t apologise or even mutter a single word to us and the glasses were filthy, we didn’t ask for our bill but it was brought over to us and quite literally thrown on the table. They made us feel like we had inconvenienced them by coming to the place they work. I’ve worked in food service my entire life but if ur that miserable to be working in restaurant service it’s time for a new job. (Food was nice though so props to the kitchen)

I absolutely love Byron’s, me and my family go there every so often and it’s always so good! The food is absolutely amazing and the staff are the nicest bunch I’ve met, they are so welcoming and they have great service. I definitely recommend for any occasion!!

Went into the Cambridge branch almost on the off chance. Brilliant decision! Staff friendly and attentive, best burger I have eaten for a very long time. Definitely worth a revisit. Only down side is that hard surfaces make for a noisy environment.

Fast service and quite good burghers. All burghers are also available in vegan version. We loved sweet potato fries.

Very nice burgers and desserts. Our table did suffer from draughts every time the front door was open. It was a cold night and there were many food delivery people coming in and out. Will definitely go again

We had the sweet caramel shake was so good full of flavour. Smokey burger and byron burger sweet potato fries .delious all of it .served nice and hot Maric our server asked how we would like our burgers cooked.we asked well done and they were. Be nice if they toasted the burger. We realy enjoyed the burgers.

A very good experience, the drinks were very good and the service was exceptional.

Got the Christmas set menu and was pleasantly surprised by the burger quality, it was really delicious, full of stuff and they were really generous with the addons (pickles, pickled onion, cheese - I got the Clucken). The pigs in blankets weren't anything particularly special and the tater tots would have been nicer with a bit more salt it seemed like they had some sugary coating or smth? But overall was really pleased with the food, haven't been to Byron's in a while but would be happy to return now after this.

The music was a bit noisy but the burger was really nice. onion rings is highly recommended. Chips or french fries is too oily. over all extremely nice lunch.

We had a late lunch there. They brought us what we didn’t ask for but in the end they did it from scratch and offered a discount which was very kind. Highly recommended, honest business.

A meal for one cost me close to £30 (service fee and cash tip included). I think it’s too pricy for a burger restaurant, skip the table service and go to five guys instead.

Great food and even better service!

Visited for dinner on a Sunday as group of 4 late afternoon. Restaurant was pretty quite, we were greeted and seated pretty much instantly but a very welcoming member of staff. Drinks order was taken swiftly followed by the food order once we had decided. Food came out in good time and was excellent Restaurant was very clean and staff all very helpful and friendly. Recommended

Nice place to treat yourself on occasion, cannot recommend that you come often as the food although tasty left a lot of grease residue on the napkin. Nevertheless my son throughly enjoyed his birthday dinner, we chose 3 different burgers and lovely ice cream sundaes to finish the off with, the whole family was very pleased.

Tasty! The burger was well-cooked and tasty, and the fries complemented it nicely. They had baby seats, crayons and paper! Friendly staff as well. Service was efficient and the atmosphere was comfortable. A solid choice for a casual meal. Would visit again.

Great burgers and shakes. They do a lunch special but for some strange reason they cut the burgers down to 2/3rd size. It’s far from cheap but the quality is high. Try the Oreo shake on a hot day.

First time I've tried Byron. For all the hype it's really rather poor. A tasteless slightly overcooked burger and a dry, wildly over sweet brioche bun. The remaining filling not tasting of much either. A side salad and a bowl of coleslaw had obviously been hanging around for a while. I don't think I'll be going back!

Local muy recomendable para comer buenas hamburguesas en Cambridge. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos explicó todo lo que era gluten free. Nos prepararon patas fritas con baicon y patatas fritas de bonito, una de las hamburguesa de pollo (buenísima) y una doble. Estaban muy buenas. Mencionar que nos trajo los platos sin gluten otro camarero para evitar contaminación cruzada.

Últimamente comer una hamburguesa parece que es más caro que comer un chuletón a la brasa. Hamburguesa rica, aunque pequeña. Sin patatas, que pides aparte y que también son caras. Resumiendo la comida no está mal... Pero el precio un poco subido.

I have visited Byron numerous times. Their burgers are always on point. My favourites have to be clucky and C-Rex. The Oreo and Salted Caramel milkshakes are to die for. They offer something called hard shakes where you can add a shot of rum or Burbon for an extra £2.50 😏😉😉

Always have a great time here, food is amazing and so are the milkshakes. If a booth is free and I ask for one the staff always accommodate.

Burger was average, price was well above average. The tater tots where amazing! My daughter enjoyed her milkshake. The service here was very good.

We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were seated and served quickly by Mario, who was very friendly and helpful in choosing menu and drinks options. Thoroughly enjoyed the burgers which came out really quickly, the Mac and cheese was incredible and all the food was fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend especially as this is a bit further out of town but still a good location.
