Roped off most of the store to force customers all together - be better Byron and be more customer focused. Will not return.

I had the Classic Burger, French fries, the Soda Float(Cherry) and Mac 'n cheese. I only had to wait 5 minutes to receive my meal. Clean dining area. Polite servers. Delicious food. Now my favourite burger restaurant.

Food was good, one of the best milkshakes compared to other restaurants, service by the waiter was great considering he was the only one!, but the whole experience was ruined by screeching escalators nearby. What made this worse is that the restaurant are only allowing customers to sit in the outside seats - which by the way are much less comfortable! Whatever their reasoning is for not allowing customers to sit inside - whilst Westfield are working on the escalators and the awful screeching noise continues, the restaurant should show consideration and seat customers inside! I did speak with the onsite manager but was not convinced he would do anything about this and have emailed the restaurant but no reply has been received.

Me and my friends who are teenagers were scammed by the waiters they added 5 extra items to are bill. Once some of our friends paid and left for the bathroom they were accusing me and my two friends of not paying and almost forcing them to pay £20 extra This is ridiculous they tried to scam 13 year olds

We stopped for a bite to eat before seeing a show. Absolutely amazing, Byrons Burgers are a must visit, and it was the best burger I've had. Within the burger, it had their own secret recipe sauce, and that was amazing. Service was great, staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we asked for the bill, I asked whether they sold their secret sauce so I could purchase. He advised they didn't but he did give me 2 pots to take home.

I come here regularly with my partner, our favourite order is the C-Rex, best chicken burger around!. we are often served by Michael who is friendly, polite and a great server.

Visited Byron in January, yep great burgers! However on the website stated Bottomless fries available for the whole of January but was told after we ordered the offer had run out. Emailed customer service a number of times and no response!

Excellent service and wonderful burger

First time for me and two friends today. Food, staff and service were excellent. Burger’s were lush. Sides of sweet potato chips and Mac n Cheese were generous and tasty. They also serve alcohol which was a bonus as we were celebrating. The food is good value for money. Will definitely return.

As always great burgers and milkshakes, visited for lunch while in London shopping. Service was fast, food great, staff very helpful and restaurant super clean.

Friendly service, very quick food, and tasty burgers and sides all round! With the added bonus on 50% off burgers on Thursdays during January, you can't go wrong! Conveniently placed near to the cinema so the perfect place for a pre-movie dinner or shake.

If you love burgers you will love Byron (Proper Hamburgers), their range of dishes are awesome, freshly made, good portions and reasonably priced. The only reason I’m dropping this review is because I haven’t been here for a while and I was very impressed. Probably my favourite burger and chips. We had the classic Cheeseburgers, skinned fries, Mac and cheese and the buffalo wings all accompanied with a salted caramel shake. Which were all 10/10. I must admit it was pretty packed so we were literally sitting right next to people. However the Friendly staff, efficient service made up for the overall experience.

The service at lunch was very good. The only reason I don't 5 star the food is because the hamburger is quite small.

The only downfall was that it was oddly quiet compared to other places in that area. Food was amazing, got to the point where I genuinely couldn't eat anymore! Service was amazing. Would definitely go again

Terrible customer service, would not recommend. Despite both the official Byron website and Westfield stating the store is open till 10pm, we’ve been told the store is closing when we arrived at 8:30pm. No apologies or explanations was offered, and the staff made no effort/ was rude.

Not bad burgers served by friendly staff, although the manager was a bit curt. Tasty, and good with the children. The cost of drinks was excessive, but this is Covent Garden London.

This restaurant saved us twice while in London (large crowds and a GF requirement makes finding somewhere to eat in the heart of London very difficult,unless you've made reservations or you're into 2-3 hr waits)and the food, especially the burgers,are fantastic. While there was a short line both times, we never waited too long for a table. Despite the packed restaurant, the service was still friendly, attentive,and very knowledgeable about food allergies. The server immediately informed me what was safe and assured me that the sweet potato fries are made in a dedicated GF fryer. They also have very tasty GF buns. I had a burger my first time visiting and it was juicy and perfectly cooked. Best burger I've had in a long while. The grilled chicken sandwich was also very good. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a perfectly made burger and for those seeking gluten free options.

Wanted to shout out our server Eva (or Eve) who was just great. At a busy, mall-based burger joint on a Saturday night during Christmas holidays, you don't expect much in the way of service. It was obviously very busy but Eva was just so nice, patient and made eye contact. She was a ray of calm and joy! She checked in on us while we were eating, which almost never happens anymore, and was smiley and pleasant.

The manager of the Covent Garden restaurant has a dreadful attitude to customers and isn’t suited to hospitality. The wait staff however are great.

First of all the burger was superb!! I always have mine medium and it was indeed medium. The sweet potato fries were also nice and as crispy as it can be I also had an Snapple Peach Iced Tea which is one of my fave beverages. The guy who was in charge of my seating section was absolutely great! He was really accommodating, friendly and attentive. Not sure if the name in the receipt he gave me was right but a big shout out to Micheal if that is his name. You are great! An overall great experience, fast service and clean and tidy environment.

Very lovely restaurant, went with a few friends to watch the Barbie movie and eat beforehand and was very impressed with the service & food! I’m quite a picky eater so asked for a burger without a lot of the items that the menu said included and they were able to cater to that, so very fresh food! Gave us the option to split the bill between 7 people and did so so effortlessly, so 100% reccomend!

I m regula customer i love byron so much but to be honest I m not happy whit the fri. Chicken is very small and make no sense they give 2 grill chicken & if is fri. chicken only 1 & I can't eat burgers, so I always take chicken specially fried chicken 😭

It’s always super hot in here, and quite noisy. But despite having to wait a while for our food in the busy restaurant, I’d still recommend Byron: the chicken burger was amazing and so were the onion rings. The fries are the only slight letdown - everything else tasted yummy. They were also good with my brothers’ allergies. :)

Firstly the service is super fast. We received our food in under 5 minutes which is incredible. The chicken burger was delicious, juicy yet crisp. The chicken there is halal & the skin on fries are absolutely delicious! The service is amazing, all catered to your preferences. Definitely coming again!

We visit this branch regularly. And last Friday, we had to be in and out within 25 minutes! The team worked together really well... took our orders quickly... drinks arrived fast, followed by our burgers (cooked to our liking) and fries... payment was swift.. we were done and dusted within 28 minutes. Big thanks to the team.

Update we popped in today (17th June). 2 drinks, 2 beef burgers and we were both very happy. Good burgers with proper sized buns that heals together nicely and were the right size. Burgers were hot and tasty as usual. The fries were crispy and lovely and hot with a great taste and texture. Back to my favourite!!!. Good fries, c rex was slightly overcooked I think. Bun appears to have shrunk in the wash. All 3 of us noticed how small they were and how they struggled to contain the contents. Vanilla shake was great though. Byron used to be my favourite, maybe not anymore...

Very nice clean place at the very top of westfields. The quality of the burgers here is very good, and there is quite a variety to choose from. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

It served good quality burger with a choice of exchange the bun for gluten free or no bun ( you get a salad instead). Good option for families as they serve right amount of food to the little ones at a reasonable price.

Had a normal beef burger on gluten free bread with vegan cheese. I love the way the accommodated me with my allergies. It was an extremely tasty burger. Had sweet potatoes fries which does not come with the burger. The waiter was super welcoming and kind. Would definitely recommend

Sadly southern chicken burger was very dry. Byron Burger was undercooked and lacked flavour. Sweet potato fries unseasoned. Also the cleanliness of the space deserves attention. There is dust everywhere, including the railings by the tables and lampshades. It’s very unhygienic. The only good things was the staff. Very pleasant and polite.

we got 3 burgers with tomato bacon and pickles and chili fries . they gave us 2 burgers with just cheese and meat and no chili fries!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! NEVER GO AWFUL

This used to be one of my favourite burger joints. Twice now I have had bone/cartilage/gristle whatever in by burger patty. Call me a cynic but the meat seems to have changed. Cheesy fries also not cool, more like really runny cheese sauce that made it soggy. Add to that onion rings that were perfectly crispy but tasted of old cooking oil and they have lost a good customer. Worst of all, complaining got us a shoulder shrug. Not the sort of reaction I’d expect from anyone working for me. I’m going to GBK from now on.

Great burgers as advertised. However I'm disappointed as a student, with their promotional code claiming 30% off at the entrance without mentioning whether it's on drinks or food. By default this means 30% off the entire bill. Needs to be updated so other customers are not scammed by this offer.

Food is always really good. Served by a guy named Antonio the last time we went who was genuinely one of the nicest waiters we've ever met.

We had a trip out to London today 25th of November 2022. We we’re hungry so looked at the menu and thought burgers looked delicious. My partner Paul had Byron burger and I had cheese burger. Tasty burgers but totally let down by soggy cold burger buns and very wet lettuce and tomato. Really let the burger down because burgers got cold very quickly. For a total of £44 pounds. A total let down! Sorry but will not return.

This is our first time st this establishment. Decor is great, staff were friendly and attentive. Burgers were delicious, however there's a big but coming!! I don't mind paying for quality, and we paid just over £70 for 3 burgers, 3 non alcoholic drinks and 3 portions of fries. I ordered the 'loaded fries' and priced at £8.50, I was expecting great things, but wow was I about to be disappointed. The portion barely covered the saucer sized bowl, and to be fair, I think they would have struggled to get less in there. The meat that was on them was probably a teaspoonful at best and there was a small amount of cheese sauce in the bottom. I would estimate the cost of the portion would be about £1 at the most to make, and selling it for £8.50, is just taking the piss. Therefore what would have been 5 stars, was brought down to a mere three by the complete lack of value for money for the pitiful offering of so called loaded fried. Do yourselves a favour, and just remove them from the menu, it's embarrassing.

Our waiter was so friendly and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. The food and drinks came promptly and were absolutely delicious, particularly my C- Rex burger. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Went here for a dinner while walking around the city. The service was good and efficient, no problem there. We had burgers with fries and onion rings, I had the byron which was good but thats about it, the fries were okay and onion rings...

Whilst visiting Westfield went here for food, service was prompt and very friendly, food was served quickly, burger was very nice if a little greasy, seasoned fries were really nice though. Not too expensive would return if in the area

Tomé la difícil decisión de probar un restaurante en Westfield hoy a pesar del aumento en las tasas de infección. Elegimos Byron porque tenía un buen diseño abierto. Lamentablemente, tuvimos que dejar el restaurante antes de hacer el pedido cuando vimos a un miembro del personal en la cocina abierta sin máscara. Llevaba un enorme recipiente de hielo a la altura del pecho y respiraba por todas partes. Le explicamos al anfitrión, que en lugar de disculparse y arreglarlo, dijo que era porque “acababa de empezar”. ¡Entonces está bien!Es una pena cuando el personal individual pierde la empresa y es difícil conseguir clientes. Inclusomás aún cuando la empresa paga un alquiler enorme y hace todo lo posible con un menú en línea y otras medidas de protección bien pensadas que eran evidentes.

La hamburguesa y papas fritas un poco caras, y para mí, las porciones se hacen más pequeñas cada vez.El pollo de mi esposa con aguacate destrozado tenía básicamente una pequeña cantidad de aguacate en el pan. Queríamos informar a alguien, pero nadie preguntó cómo estaba la comida. Como teníamos hambre, tuvimos que comer, y cuando el camarero vino después de que terminamos, preguntó. Mi esposa mencionó el problema cuando él le dio un postre gratis. Bastante justo, supongo, pero sería bueno que me lo pidieran durante la comida. El camarero hizo lo mejor que pudo pero creo que tenía muchas mesas para administrar.

Chuks our server was na honest delight. Fun and witty, he was prompt and very friendly. Made the meal a really great start to the day.

After a nice visit to Santa's grotto, my husband decided that we should try something different. Normally just go to Nando's. He said he's had burger from Byron few times and nice. There was a long queue so took a while to be seated. The host wasn't friendly. Could tell he was stressed. Finally seated, ordered food. The waiter came back and said the regular fries had finished only sweet potato fries left but they won't charge us extra. When the food arrived it was cold, the burger was cold, not cooked, very pink in the middle. I was so disappointed, the children were disappointed and don't think I will visit again.

Making burgers is not hard.....this is not a good place but oddly stands out as most places making burgers are simply awful.I must admit I stopped going to this chain years ago when the illegal employment scandal made the press. I do not advocate nor support illegal employment, however the idea of “we just realise they could not work” and then calling in people to deport staff made this business look as they were happy to exploit people and then through the book at them to save themselves....Anyway, the food is simply average; when I asked my server about frozen chips, she was happy to reply “doesn’t everybody serve them now?”....nope, that is poor, unless of course you are one of those who struggles with the challenge of pealing a potato.Finally bread is an important part of a good burger....for as long as they continue to taste like they came out of a plastic bag is never really going to work for me...whether that is a burger bun, brioche or whatever you want to call it...can you not bake fresh rolls? Obviously frozen and out of a bag seems to be the standard.

Out shopping and decided to get a quick bite to eat, the hostess ( long black hair, brown eyes ) was one of the most ignorant people I’ve ever met. She radiated the idea that she was better than everyone else, by rolling her eyes at customers behind their backs, on her phone and scowl. She was so rude to us when we arrived looking for a table of two, she gave us a table and muttered something under her breath.. I actually questioned her on it and she rolled her eyes and said “oh I said you’re welcome”. Just an awful manner to her. She shouldn’t be working in a restaurant if she has an attitude problem. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but when she treated other people the same, I realised she wasn’t just having a bad day. I genuinely couldn’t believe what I was seeing, she was only nice when the manager was beside her. So fake. The young male waiter was so charismatic though and made up for her ignorance. He definitely deserves a promotion for all he does. He was that friendly and helpful that he should be the hostess and let the other girl back to taking orders, the “power” obviously has gotten to her head.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Antonio,(the lovely italian guy) was very friendly and professional.I would definitely recommend the restaurant to my friends and family.

Tengo que decir que esta vez fue muy decepcionante, así que no estoy seguro de volver, mi hamburguesa de Byron no estaba muy caliente, el tocino estaba grasoso. Se olvidaron de nuestra ensalada de col, nuestro camarero estaba bien, pero se supone que es conocido por sus hamburguesas y esta vez no fue muy agradable.

Al llegar, mi novia y yo nos encontramos con un camarero llamado Chuk, fue increíblemente amable y servicial y nos encontró una mesa para 2 antes de tomar el tiempo perfecto para que pudiéramos elegir qué queríamos comer y beber.¡El muchacho no era falso, muy él mismo y honesto, lo cual fue notado y muy apreciado por nosotros! Nos revisó mientras estábamos comiendo para asegurarse de que todo estaba bien antes de que comiéramos gran parte de nuestras comidas, que también fue genial.Después de la comida, Chuk fue muy sensato y nos habló como un buen amigo, bienvenido a su casa. Quickly seated but waited a while for our order to be taken. Other diners who arrived after us were served first. Chicken burger a bit dry but lots chicken in it. My partners beef burger he said was gorgeous. Chips good and large portion. Much better than Nando’s !

Normally I like Byron a lot and generally don't review chains but am compelled to write a few words on this particular one. Enthusiastically greeted by the host and went downhill from that point onwards. Waited forever for service (2 servers just chatting away right behind us). Had to nudge them to come over for an order. The food came within 5 minutes (even with an order of a well done burger which is supposed to take about 8 minutes). Food came before drinks. How does that work now? Had to cancel the drinks.Fries were not hot enough. Shall I go on? Nah, forget about it!
