Burger King Belfast Drumkeen in Castlereagh

Asked for vegan royal with bekon and vegan nuggets. Received chicken nuggets, not vegan ones. They were in the meat packet and when ripped them open they were chicken. The burger worse, someone had placed a meat royale in the vegan royale packaging. Even placing the real bacon to the bottom so it wouldn't have been noticed. It was also real chicken. Luckily recieved the plant based whooper bakon to compare to the royale. So 100% certain it was all meat, not plant based. Called the restaurant and they wouldn't listen when me and my partner explained. I try to be understanding but whoever switched this needs fired. Haven't eaten meat in years and could have been made very ill if I hadn't realised.

Got home to watch the footy, everything was fine with families order except my Xl Bacon Double Cheeseburger.. Which had no bacon.. Sigh, first BK, in a month and they got it wrong, and not worth 20min round trip to get it fixed.

Service was excellent so no complaints there. Tried the plant based burger but it was absolutely tasteless. Only flavour was from the dressing. Have eaten the Burger King Impossible Burger in the States and it is a vast improvement on this shallow imitation.

I have used this Burger King on many occasions over the years when I've been in a rush. The food is not high class but I've never had anything that I couldn't eat. It fast food as it should be!

Franchised Burger King is the same over the world. Standard is the same quality is the same service is the same no difference

Always visit this BK only. Restaurant so clean staff so helpful and food always hot and good. Tried others around belfast and very poor compared to forestside BK

What can we say about this Burger King! Service was ok, we ordered 2 different meal deals to sit in, order arrived on the counter fairly quickly as expected, staff were friendly enough. Burgers were fine just as expected, fries not so great. Only thing would mention otherwise was the tables and floors were not the cleanest, looking for a seat that was clean to sit in was a task! Would probably still go here again, but only if there was nowhere else.

Typical Burger King. Not first choice but options limited and kids thought okay for quick meal. Service was adequate.

I do love a Burger King. Got myself the Jalapeño bbq double, although I was tempted by the triple Whopper. Staff are fine, not rude and not over bearing like you sometimes find. Inhaled it.

Traffic was quiet and parked right outside the Burger King beside Forestside Shopping Centre. had Extra large Bacon Burger with chips and Coffee

When I say cheap I'm not talking about the price I'm talking about the quality of food, even tho I hadn't eaten from breakfast nearly 8 hours previous couldn't mask how bad this was, I had as much as I could what was under half a burger and in hindsight was half a burger too much as I felt sick after eaten it. Hard to tell from the picture but the chips were undercooked how hard is it to cook chips and for a price tag of 8 pounds, I'd rather people wear a balaclava when they rob me, on a positive note the Fanta and ketchup were spot on

Usual burger king standard. Fast food, clean restaurant, free wifi. Can be busy but wait isn't too long.

I must say I actually enjoyed our visit here on 4th November 16. All food was warm and chips were lovely and hot and crispy. Place was busy but food didn't take too long to be served up. Would come back again.

We visited Burger King with our two grandaughters after collecting them from school. I ordered within 5 minutes and brought our food to our table to cry of Where's our toy? I went up to the counter where a lovely wee blonde assistant advised that there were no toys but 30p was deducted from the kids meal price. The premises are meticulously clean. The girls wanted their hats so off granny went to look for them the wee blonde (not sure her name may have been Holly) was clearing tables I asked did they have any but she said not at minute. We finished our meal and I noticed the Manager making up hats he put them around the shelves in main restaurant straight away the little lady came from back of floor and brought us two over. It's good to see in this day and age young people taking interest in their jobs and she was a trainee. We cleared our table and on way out she smiled and said Bye! Manager take note when u have good worker treat them well and keep her she will be an asset to your shop.

El personal realmente necesitan algunos traiming. Después se vierte una copa y aswing dos veces para una fregona el personal estaban demasiado ocupados hablando que me gustaría usar toallas de papel del baño. Hablé con el gerente que se encogió de hombros en mí!!!!!. También no he tenido juguetes disponibles para niños durante meses, que es la única razón por mis hijos quieren ir. También tuted en mi viejo 12 ur pidiendo salsa. mostrar muy pobre

Went here,for a quick burger. Staff friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The place was busy but service was quick. Staff were quick to clean up tables.

Todo en cuanto a Burger King 'el ir de restaurantes es bastante bueno. Tanto en coche a través y mostrador de servicio es rápido y eficiente.

I've eaten at Burger King's all over the world. I've had it all over the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland and Chile. This location is by far the cleanest, best tasting and best service I've had at a fast food establishment. We've been back several times and the quality is always great.
