Burger King in Cherwell

I went into burger king and ordered Adrija kindly took my order she was lovely and polite and was patient with me as I was taking forever to order and she even paid for some of my meal with her money using her phone since I was low on my money and it really means a lot since I’ve been struggling and I just want to thank the young generation of the day. Two Whoppers were Luke warm. The loaded fries were lovely.

Went through drive through tinder some lunch. The gentleman with glasses taking the order was beyond arrogant. Very impatient and hurrying the order before we could finish the order refuse for us add one last item and said we should go inside if we are not sure of want we want. It was not peak hours at all with no cars behind us. This type of behaviour is not acceptable at all. There is no need to be rude like that. He must understand that he serves clients with various needs, some have disabilities and can’t be expected to be pressurised to order at a speed he wants everyone to. It does not come as a surprise that your customer reviews are shockingly awful after today’s experience. Learn to treat people with respect regardless of race, background or gender.

I love this tiny little burger king, it's always quiet when I visit, which is nice for those suffering anxiety. When I went during the week their internet and tills had gone down, so they had a sign on the door stating cash only - all good, the staff served at the counter as the interactive ordering screens weren't working. We all got fed, nice one

Been today at burger king at Bicester OX26 1BT I wanted to Oreder from the till the Tasha staff refused And I have to order from the self service as I was using the Burger King app I’m not very good to use the self service.

Been there once. Unfortunately I had to query about a missing offer from the self-serve till. Avoid this branch if you need to interact with staff. The online ordering doesn't work at this branch, so your only hope is in the self-serve tills. The first one I used was not fully functional. Food was warm and ok. The ordering area looks decent.

My wife and I are visiting my daughter and son-in-law in Bicester from Canada. We decided to walk over to Burger King while they were at work. I was not accustomed to the sign in machines as we can order over the counter in Canada. I was very fortunate to have an over the counter lady explain and show me how to order by machine - she was great and I thank her very much - great venue - great food - Again thank you.

Drive through not operational, counter space obstructed by courier's, tables not cleared ans service painfully slow. I won't be going back.

Did a delivery here. The staff are fantastic. Very polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Went there 1 time, outrageous serving, the manager is rude and really petty, she will make the staff work while she does not nothing but use her phone.

Never again Took me 20 minutes to get my food. When i asked to see the manager the staff pointed me in the direction of a middle aged woman sitting at a table looking at her phone which i consider to be very unprofessional as they seemed to be understaffed at the moment. I also heard from friends about they having a rat problem. I dont recommend going to this particular Burger King branch

Had to wait 25 minutes because they forgot my order. My friends finished by the time I got mine.

Bacon double xl meal. Burger stone cold and cheese not even melted. Big brown rat running on the outside. Never again!

My wife and I bought the plant based Wopper and it was delicious. Genuinely cannot tell the difference! It was also very reasonably priced.

Worst staff behaviour in the country whoever own the place please read rest of the reviews as well and please take action to get them customer service training or get rid of them and hire well mannered staff.

Bigger woman behind tills was very rude. Didn't help other customers on self serve just shouted at them getting annoyed when they were stuck.

Two absolutely vile dry double cheeseburgers for over a tenner . Disgusting food , restaurant filthy . Staff couldn't give a flying f too busy pissing around in the kitchen.

Quite possibly the worst experience of a Burger King in the country. I was told I couldn’t pay at the till and HAD to use the self serve terminal. Staff did not want to help me or other diners and were rude to foreign family who had been shopping at Bicester village and struggled with language barrier. The payment terminal wouldn’t accept promo code which lead to the staff putting the order through on the till. Then the card machine failed mid payment which lead to me having to redo the card transaction and now the original transaction has appeared twice on my statement. Food was good but service was terrible and unlikely to use this restaurant again. No lids for drinks in the dispenser.

I ordered 6 Chilli Cheese bites and you put a heatwave Doritos chicken fries inside the bag instead which I didn’t see until I got home, unacceptable, tried to call but there is no landline

What type of business has counter tills and not offered service on them. We got told by a staff member we can only order from self checkouts. Also our chips were cold. The staff looked like they couldn’t even be bother to be there. Shame Burger King, you lost a regular customer.

Please contract me, I ordered the following -large meal vegan nuggets and Diet Coke - chillie cheese bites - large burger meal with cheeses loaded fries and a vanilla milkshake This order was placed around 10:10 on Saturday night we had no issue’s ordering but the staff where extremely rude and clearly wanted to close the restaurant, we then watched a male member of staff with long curly hair and glassses say “don’t worry I won’t do any fresh chips I can scrape the ones off the sides.” We then watched this member of staff scrap the chips of the sides of the machines and then served us cold chips, when we first received the order there was no vegan nuggets, I spoke to the manger he replaced the chips and provided 9 nuggets, the restaurant then closed. I then ate one of the nuggets then to find that these nuggets where no vegan and where meat chicken nuggets as this was verified by the customer near us that had ordered normal nuggets also my partner that eats meat verified the nuggets where not vegan. I would like to make a Formal complaint as I have never eaten meat in my life and this has made me mentally very distressed, Also as I dk t eat meat as I ate 2 nuggets the next day I was very unwell with sickness and diarrhoea and missed out in the day trip that we had planned as we were sleeping in the travel lodge at the service station to then have a trip to bister village which I could not attend as your restaurant caused me to be unwell. I would like you to take this matter very seriously as the strain this has taken in my mental health.

The burger was actually one of the best I've had from any burger king! They made the burger and it sat on the tray for too long. I asked them to make me a new one which they did without arguing. So credit to them. From that, the burger was absolutely spot on! Well done Bicester Burger King.

Niki is the absolute worst! So rude and unhelpful

Very rude staff , I suspect the manager is racist. Ordered at the drive through The speaker couldn’t pick up on what I was ordering, so I came to the window , she began rushing me and saying all her order alarms were going off and shouting (keep in mind this was at a very quiet time with no customers in line) , all I wanted to do was change a drink to a milk shake, I was refused this. So after being shouted at, when I pull her up on this behaviour she told me she could give the food to another customer if I didn’t choose to buy. I didn’t make a purchase as this was the worst customer service I’ve received at a fast food restaurant, went to McDonald’s next order instead the customer service was amazing there.

Food is always pretty poor at this BK. Cold, and missing the cheese let alone the extra cheese i paid for. Only good point is the mass of drink options

Burgers are great. Service isn't the fastest, but they are friendly and helpful. Love the chicken fries. The cheesie bites are really good.

Can't order at the counter. Don't accept £50 notes. Can't crisp bacon, don't cook it on site. Alleged fear of contamination. Then the remote station order was processed incorrectly. Ordered and paid for a chicken burger, useless staff cooked and served a beef patty burger. Burger King failure. Staff super unfriendly and unhelpful.

I found a rat tail in my food and one of the workers called niki who looked like a old cat told me she was gonna hates my nans dead skeleton

Good Burger King Restaurant in Bicester

When it came time to pay I tried to redeem a free burger from the app with points I had saved up, but I was told they don't accept the rewards, very disappointing. There was nothing telling me that I couldn't redeem rewards at this branch. So I'm likely to report this branch to trading standards.

Burger King App did not work on the kiosk. Could not order at the counter and use the app discounts , use the self serve kiosk only. Food took ages.

Clean, bright, friendly and professional, smiley staff. It could possibly have something to do with that we were there early morning, soon after they had opened. But I don't think you can pretend those behaviours. Give them a try ...you may have the same experience. 😉

Disgusting staff behaviour. Went in very hungry to make a quick order at the till and the assistant manager (Alex Riddock) says it’s company policy not to take orders at the till and every order must go through the machine. Claims “his boss” has asked them not to take orders at the toll. Has no idea whether I am able to use the machine or not. Never returning to this branch. Disgusted!!!!!

This was absolutely disgusting my burger was horrible !! The staff was rude and the restaurant smelt of wee. They really need to clean the eating area as it was appalling. I would never recommend to go there !

The plant based burger was tasteless, dry and generally ugh. Am waiting for the acid reflux to die down. Avoid this addition to the menu.

I ordered the California DBL Whopper Burger meal and what I received was a Burger that was absolutely drenched in Barbecue Sauce and you couldn't even taste the meat of the burger at all. I questioned the manager about it and instead of offering a refund or another burger they said that next time I should ask for less sauce. Mind you the Burger bun was completely soaked with the sauce.

Food freshly prepared and came out hot. Can't quite understand why restaurants need cold air conditioning on at 8 o'clock at night maybe so people don't sit in and take their food away.

Came in on the motorbike today. Waited 1 minute to be told that I can only order using the screen. No information about it. Guy came to 'help' me but just logged me out so I haven't got reward points. And finally I asked for a take away meal and got paper cups for pepsi. Really? How am I going to put drink in backpack and drive on the bike? I've asked if it is possible to grab a drink in a plastic bottle he told me No. Next time I should probably bring a funnel and an empty bottle to refill it? Horrible place and service. Don't call it take away when it is impossible to take it away unless you have a car. What about cyclists and bikers?

Placed order on their big screen at about 22:00 to way in. After paying told can't eat in after 22:00. How am I meant to carry a large coke on a motorbike? Not impressed. First and last visit. BK in the USA wouldn't do this, why in the UK?

Nice burger King. I like the unlimited refill the drink . You get one empty cup and you can refill as much as you want. And the burger is bigger portion than Mcdonald too. Of course the 🍔burger price is a bit more than Mcdonald It's worth a try.

Young guy called r Richard was super helpful, polite and respectful. However, he was the only one ACTUALLY working. The rest of the crew were stood inside the kitchen on their phones and being very rowdy, shame as this burger king is usually the best around. I think a talk about phones in a food prep area is necessary? Food hygiene standards?

OK, no flavour in my chocolate milkshake, just plain vanilla, think Macdonald's still has the edge.

At the prices Burger King charge. It would be nice if they could actually put the burgers in the bag for delivery. Not the first time food has been missing and cold on receipt. Great deals and excellent service, however the drinks machine was a bit off, think it was mixing in too much soda and over powered the flavours
