El lugar está vacío debido a la pandemia, por lo que cuando entras te están sirviendo comida que ha estado en la parrilla durante años, ya que hay muy poca costumbre. Todo ese dinero por 2 hamburguesas frías y las patatas fritas eran peores porque cuando se enfrían se empapan.¡Nunca más volveré a poner un pie en una tienda BK!

Fui hoy aquí y quería un jovencito, pero al hacer el pedido en la máquina no surgió, así que pedí otra cosa. Esperó un buen rato para pedir y preguntó en el mostrador si habían dejado de hacer lo mejor. La hembra me dijo que todavía los había hecho y cuando le dije que no estaba en su lista en la máquina, solo me miró y me dijo que era estúpida y negó con la cabeza sin ninguna explicación. Todo el personal conversó y no prestó atención y el servicio al cliente fue impactante, sin duda no volveremos allí.

Visité este Burger King hace unos días. Horrible y atroz. El área del comedor estaba sucia y descuidada, y el lenguaje del personal que mantenía una conversación entre ellos era asqueroso para el oído de mi nieto de 5 años. Me puse en contacto con Burger King a través de Resolver para que me foblaran.Es una franquicia privada y van a ir más allá. No hay disculpa adecuada o incluso vale para una comida futura. Pft! ! !

Pedí una comida crujiente de hamburguesa de pollo, pedí que se agregara queso por el cual pagué extra y me cobraron dos veces, a mitad de camino a casa la hamburguesa no tenía queso. Conduje todo el camino de regreso a BK para luego ser atendido por un asistente bastante grosero y desagradable que me agarró la hamburguesa, regresa 2 - 3 minutos más tarde con mi hamburguesa, sin embargo, no me disculpo por haber regresado por algo que había ordenado originalmente . The amount £ spent on stream lining fast food establishments has been wasted on this one! they staff struggle to get things out, they miss items consistently, about the one thing they are super efficient at is missing items out! Have had meals with every burger missing! tried many times over a long period and it seems to make no difference there are serious issues with this store.

Me encanta BK, pero he cometido un error en mi orden un par de veces. Una vez, vi al gerente masticando a un empleado, a pesar de que el empleado estaba haciendo todo bien y el gerente solo era flojo y no quería hacer nada. No es impresionante. A menudo parece que apenas están haciendo un esfuerzo y que no quieren estar allí. No digo que sea el trabajo soñado de nadie, pero no es necesario que dirija esa actitud hacia las personas que piden comida rápida o que la experiencia sea lenta o incómoda para los demás.

We went yesterday it was fantastic I had the Angus with bacon the fries are to die 4 my friend had the vegan burger as no veggie option was available. Not much seating downstairs but we sat in the window which was fun. The girl who served us did not offer to carry our trays as we both had crutches but did tell me what was on the menu when asked as I'm blind. The toilets are very inaccessible to anyone with a disability our loo is hidden up at the counter so getting to it if busy is a nightmare let alone staff getting out of the hatch from behind the counter it also doubles as baby change right next to the counter where they serve food not well thought out to me. But the food is great very well situated far better than McDonald's taste wise but a good bit more pricey my meal was near £8 for just me.

Haven't used this much but food has always been very good. The female member of staff was not very helpful. One customer asked for a spoon for ice cream and she said she had put one on the tray. She gave him a spoon and said "There was one on the tray by the way". Nothing like, sorry sir I thought I gave you a spoon. My daughter purchased ours and went to the ladies while we were waiting. When our order was ready I went up for it and said it was my daughters and the girl said "Eh, ah never served you!" I explained again that it was my daughter's order and she gave me the food. I thought it was quite funny but not a good impression to give to customers.

Great service from the girl who served me. Manager next to her was cashing up a till while there was a big queue - kind of annoying but probably not easy to undo once started. Burger was great - whopper with cheese meal. It was quite busy and the bin needed emptying. All in - very good. The customer service was good and so was the food.

Long queque when I arrived, took a while to be served, then for food to be served over all time was around 25 mins, trays were left on tables i had to move some to get a table, food was hot burger was tasty, toppings were thrown together in a hurry tho, shame as it was a good burger, fries werent as hot as burger, suspect they had been sitting nearer their throw out time rather been freshly made, staff were rushed it was order then quickly on to next order, baffles me how kitchen staff wear head protection for hair while managers in white shirts with very long hair have no hair nets while working in the kitchen too

Decided to get some food after being at the cinema not far from here on Saturday the 30 April 2016. For a tiny restaurant on the corner it was packed for a Saturday (to be expected of course). Stepped forward into the queue of people ready to order I started discussing with my partner and two friends where we were going to sit, looking around there wasn't much room at all, and then I spotted the wet floor sign covering the upstairs area door , knowing full well that that meant staff had cleared and cleaned upstairs and therefore didn't want to open it to the public and have to clean it later on , this is ridiculous in my opinion. On a busy Saturday in the middle of one of the busiest streets we have in Glasgow , you don't clean and shut off an upstairs area that benefits your customers, my friend was made to stand and myself and my partner had to take two empty seats from a table another couple were sitting at. On a busy day all seating areas should available to your public customers, just to make sure I was correct in my thinking about upstairs being closed off, I asked a member of staff if the upstairs was infact open, they said no and went straight back to work , no offer of an explanation or anything. Sorry but it is unacceptable to have your customers standing when there is seating available throughout the restaurant. Customers are coming and going all day therefore a proper cleaning should be left till the end of business each day, I can accept someone coming around with a brush etc to sweep but completely shutting down an area for periods of time especially on a busy day such as Saturday it nonsense. If it wasn't shut off for this reason I would expect a sign explaining why the area is shut off to the public. But nothing was told to customers and we were left having to either stand or take seats from tables to sit at the window due to the seats there being ridiculously tiny and akward to sit in even for the slimmest of people.

On ordering, I had to wait for onion rings. The cashier had already placed the fries on the tray. When I remarked that they would get cold, the cashier picked them up, and the loose fries in her hands and stood them back at the fries station. She said she would bring (the same ones - ergh) back when the whopper was ready. I couldn't believe it. I was then presented with a mess which was supposed to be a whopper (as shown in photo). I was told, not asked, to sit down until the onion rings were ready. When I remained standing the immature staff were giggling and glaring at me., giving me dirty looks. This thing with a ring through her nose then came to the till area, touched various items, then went back to the kitchen area to prepare food without washing her hands! I then asked to see the manager who begrudgingly came out from doing something elsewhere on the premises and asked me what was wrong. I complained about the state of the whopper and cold chips. The asst manager on duty (Diana) was outrageously rude to me. She was argumentative, offensive, aggressive, intimidating in her stance, posture and body language, defensive and more like admonished me for complaining rather than apologising. I remarked that I once worked for Burger King and would be ashamed to serve and present a burger like that to someone. She said that was how they make them here! Again, being defensive and hostile in her response. I noticed that at least 4-5 staff had gathered around, pretending to be undertaking duties when they were clearly looking and listening intently to our exchange. I noticed that the managers blouse was filthy and that her nails were black with dirt and grime which was disgusting to see.When I attempted to take the attached photo of my food tray on the front counter, she reached out and physically grabbed the phone (hence why photo is out of focus) from my hand which constitutes assault. When I said that I intended to complain to BK head office, She further tried to stop me from taking my receipt by grabbing it, but I retrieved it quicker than she could and kept it as my proof of purchase. I have never experienced such behaviour at a food or retail outlet and am appalled and disgusted that this is deemed as acceptable by someone in a management position. WHY DOES BURGER KING (UK ltd) NOT HAVE A LIVE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS/ENQUIRIES. AND WHY IS THERE NO ANSWER ON THEIR HEAD OFFICE PHONE LINE??? - high and unmanageable volume of complaints perhaps???My experience of Burger King in 2016 =Disgusting food. Disgraceful staff. Disappointing customer service. Disavowed attitude to customers. Dishonourable company - hence dispirited outlet staff!

I was presented with a filthy mess which was supposed to be a whopper. The Chips were Cold, when I suggested this, the cashier picked the chips up from the tray and scooped the loose ones with her hands a placed them back at the fry station. This thing with a ring through her nose kept glaring at me as I was watching her handle stuff away from the kitchen then touch and prepare food without washing her hands! When I asked the cashier about the chips she put back, she said she was going to bring them back when the onion rings were ready. I tried to complain to the manger. But She was rude, intimidating, offensive, antagonistic, argumentative and filthy. Dirty blouse, fingernails black with dirt and she physically grabbed my phone from me when i tried to take this photo hence why it is out of focus. An absolute disgrace, disgusting hole of a place and the most horrible people who work there and have no shame, pride or idea how to behave. Oh, AND WHY DOESN'T BURGER KING (UK Ltd) HAVE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AND WHY ISN'T THE PHONE ANSWERED AT THEIR HEAD OFFICE ??? Their feedback service is meaningless!

I had lunch here ans I found the burgar to be tasteless and too soft.I also observed the cashier taking money and then using the same hand to take the burgar from the area that they are finished prepared and bit hem non the trays. Tia should not be at all. A cashier should jot be leaving her cash register and touching food even if it's wrapped up. This is a no no. BURGAR KING.

Had time to kill whilst waiting for a train and wanted something quick, hot and snacky.This eatery was nearby so ordered a bacon-cheeseburger with fries. Service was fairly quick but the burger was pretty yucky - tasted stale with plastic cheese and limp lettuce, and got a horrible fatty stringy inedible bit which I think was an excuse for bacon. On the plus side the fries were hot and fresh and crisp - and I really enjoyed their iced cappuchino with caramel syrup, which redeemed the mark I was originally going to give.

My husband and I popped in for a quick bite to eat while shopping on a visit to Glasgow, we ordered our food and there was no napkin with our order, we looked for them and couldn't find any. I asked for some and was told they are getting some now. We sat down to eat, my husband really didn't like the taste of his burger, he said it was the worst one he had had in Burger King, I had a veggie wrap, usually it comes in a cardboard box, not this one it was loose and very difficult to eat, the need for a napkin was growing, I asked again, as did a visitor from France and another from Hong Kong, as well as local visitors, we shook our heads in dismay. I found a pack of tissues in my handbag and shared them, After 20 minutes no napkins had been found. We left unhappy with the food and service.

Was very busy down stairs but plenty of room upstairs. the whole place was kept tidy & the staff where around to clean up a few times while we where there. The toilets where very clean too. As for the food its what you would expect from Burger King, better than McDonalds in my opinion.

I recently paid this burger king a vist and it has soured me on the whole company. Starting with walking in the door, the floor was soaked with no wet floor sign and the bins were overflowing. When i got to the till i was met by a manager named Amanda who took my order and her attitude not only towards customers, but to her staff was horrendous, an absolute joke. I then placed my order which took around 10 minutes despite the fact they were fully staffed (5 in kitchen, 4 on tills and 2 cleaning which leaves no excuse for the state of the place. To top it all off, the food was horrible. Worst Burger King I've ever had. (

For the second time I am writing a complaint to Burger King. Maybe they react this time?Last time was to complain about their restaurant at dammer Bergen in Germany. Never got an answer :--(Well we arrived late to Glasgow and entered the restaurant late. Only 1 person to serve and 1 to "cook". The tables and floors were plastered with garbage and both bins hopeless overloaded. We placed our order and I asked Marta (the servant) if they never did clean. She gave me the stressed answer that she was alone with the "cook" and that the management didn't use more staff due to costs. We got our burger (they were delicious) and left the place to eat elsewhere. It was simply impossible to get at clean table. I can only say "Shame on Burger King" for not reacting as I can see this is not the first complaint. I will be back in a few month and recheck. Let's hope things get better.
