Had an amazing experience here, was given great service by a manager called Josh who had my food ready for me so quickly! He was so polite and helpful, give him a raise bk!

Although the restaurant is not disabled friendly, the staff go out of their way to help. Dylan (Swansea City center site) saw me struggling with my crutches on the slippery floor and not only apologised but also went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed

Kind staff, quick service, good food. Unfortunately smells very strongly of urine almost all of the time. Kind of puts me off my whopper :(

Got DRAGGED to B.King (I'm a McDs fan sorry - food's way better in taste!) but anyway they were craving a BK before our bus and it was raining heavily down so somewhere warm and dry to sit, as usual found my food lacking in so many ways (patties always lacking in taste!) but pal had issue and I must applaud 'Lara' not only rectified the matter but did so quickly and skillfully and pal still got to eat his food whilst rest of us still had ours still hot to eat in front of us and we still got our bus! Thank you Lara otherwise our bus journey would've been hell with his complaining had things not been fixed. Phew!

Honestly, one of the best burger kings i have been to , im from the United states but expected it to be a little different, but with vicky’s customer service and how everyone else treated me i was amazed on everything especially the food!

Aside from the lack of napkins to clean up after the kids, we all had an amazing experience in this Burger King. The supervisor, Dylan, entertained the children with amazing dance moves and excellent WWE impressions (my kids had action figures on the table, they all bonded over them) all while we were eating our delicious, price worthy meals. It’s definitely an experience, I will be visiting again! All they ask for is “can we go and see Dylan”! We all left the premises with smiles and memories to never forget! Would recommend to anyone!

One of the best fast food spots in Swansea for sure, the food is always excellent! The staff are fantastic, especially Vicky who always greets me with a smile and even stood up for me once when someone threatened me outside of the store. I usually avoid eating in-store usually because we all know how these sorts of places can be, but the staff are always so great and the place is spotless!

Overall very nice… When I last entered the burger king store in union street Swansea I found the service was excellent the assistant that served me was called Anurag. He was very polite and friendly the atmosphere was good.

As i arrived at burger king i was greeted by the happiest staff kelsey, vicki asswell as dylan, they were very helpful making my order and were the best staff in burger king, or the world and even the universe. They are an example and pride of burger king, and dylan made the best royal i had ever tasted with the best hand techniques ever used, he should lead buger king in the future. Richard was very nice and welcoming and he also cleand up after us which was very nice. Overall the best staff in the universe. Callum cooper is also the best amazing staff they have ever had with his beautiful looks and his his glorious beard, but second too dylans beard, but callum is also very welcoming and even though he wasnt working he made it an amazing experience. Went down to the glorious restraunt Burger King and my lord was it good. After a tough time in university I was craving a Memphis double because nothing can beat it. I had a long hard journey by bus and by as soon as I got to the glorious gates Vicky greeted me with a smile and helped me with my order quickly and thoroughly. Then a man with a majestic beard called Dylan strolled through to front and offered his assistance in making my mouth watering burger. Dropped by to get a Burger King as usual I don’t normally use this Burger King but I will say this. IM GLAD I DID! I have visited this place many times. The assistance I received from Anurag throughout my visit was quite wonderful. He had a friendly manner, a great capacity for empathy, and a sincere enthusiasm for his work. I have been seeing him work there for quite some time, and he has always shown such amazing warmth and energy. He has been really patient with me while he processed my order, even though I was nervous. He was helpful in offering suggestions from the menu. A big part of my decision to go back was Anurag.

One of my preferred burger restaurants in the city centre. I like the fact that the food is much fresher than others nearby. Staff are friendly and approachable, one young boy named Anurag took my order on this occasion. It was nice to receive great customer service on a rainy day. I had a feeling of indifference as I came across this humble Burger King in Swansea. I was rushing to find a meal to alleviate my hunger before my big job interview that day. As I walked in, not only was I greeted by mesmerising aroma of the freshly cooked food but I also became witness to the most welcoming smell that a million painters given a million years could not replicate. That smile came from the staff member I wish to commend today. I believe his name was Dylan (he had a lovely beard, if that narrows it down). I walked up to the desk and sensing my confusion, Dylan said “ Anything I can help you with, sir?”. I confessed my raging hunger for something nice but not too filling. Between us, we decided that I would have a large chicken legend meal with a drink. I sat at a table that I could tell was freshly cleaned and tucked into my chicken royale. The food was lovely and cooked to perfection. However, mid bite, I embarrassingly squeezed some sauce which had landed onto the table. I became cautious as I knew my white shirt had to remain clean for my big interview. Dylan, noticing my predicament, rushed over with some napkins. I’m not sure whether he was on breaking or he was in the middle of conducting cleaning duties, but his customer service amazed me and it was a level above any other I have experienced. I will definitely be returning to this Burger King, its convenience when ordering, the friendly staff, clean tables and lovely food should be commended.
